核电岛心用高性能导向式Y形三作用阀门 技术领域
本实用新型涉及阀门领域,具体涉及一种核电岛心用高性能导向式Y形三作用阀门。
背景技术
传统截止阀的功能是截止或接通管道中的介质;节流阀的功能是截断或接通管道中的介质,起调节流量的作用;止回阀的功能是控制介质倒流。为了降低发电成本,提高发电效率,发电设备正朝着大型化、高参数、高性能、一阀三作用的方向发展。本项目设计是把截止阀、节流阀和止回阀的功能结合在一起,当介质从低坡口进入是截止阀、节流阀;当介质从高坡口进入是止回阀。
发明内容
为了解决上述发明问题,本实用新型提出了一种核电岛心用高性能导向式Y形三作用阀门,设计简单,使用方便,阀门主要采用高压力,硬自密封结构,阀体材料采用德国WB36,解决Y形一阀三用结构,满足使用工况。
核电岛心用高性能导向式Y形三作用阀门,它包括阀体、阀盖、节流阀瓣、阀杆、阀杆螺母、支架、锁紧螺母、密封圈、压板、压套、带孔填料垫、填料、填料垫、手轮,阀体中间装有节流阀瓣,节流阀瓣下面与阀体之间装有阀座,节流阀瓣上端连接阀杆,阀体上端装有阀盖,阀盖与阀体之间装有密封圈,支架下端旋紧在阀体上端并压紧密封圈,使密封圈压紧阀盖,锁紧螺母把阀盖锁紧在支架上,阀盖内从下往上依次装有填料垫、填料、带孔填料垫和填料,带孔填料垫位于填料之间,填料上面压着压套,压套上压装压板,压板两侧分别固定在支架两侧,阀杆上端贯穿填料垫、填料、带孔填料垫、压套、压板且通过阀杆螺母锁紧在支架上端,阀杆顶端贯穿阀杆螺母后装有手轮。

本实用新型的优点是材料不同:原25,现为WB36;压力增大:原1500LB以下,现为2500LB;当介质从低坡口进入是截止阀、节流阀;当介质从高坡口进入是止回阀,一阀多用途,Y形结构是减小安装空间;自密封圈:原软密封,现为硬密封;阀门密封面堆焊STL硬质合金,提高了阀门的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,延长了阀门的使用寿命。

所述的节流阀瓣2与阀杆3之间装有阀瓣盖4。
所述的密封圈6是硬密封环。
所述的阀体1呈Y形状。
所述的压板15两侧通过活节螺栓11、圆柱销10和螺母12固定在支架16两侧,活节螺栓11下端通过圆柱销10固定在支架16上,活节螺栓11上端贯穿压板15之后通过螺母12锁紧。
所述的阀体1材料采用WB36钢。
所述的核电岛心用高性能导向式Y形三作用阀门的使用压力为2500LB。
使用时,手轮打开时,当介质从左边流进的是截止、节流阀,介质冲顶阀瓣,阀瓣向上运动,介质向右边流出;当介质从右边流进的是止回阀,阀瓣的自重压紧密封面,介质流不进左边,不好倒流;Y形结构是减小安装空间。
