Manufacturing efficiency can be improved.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an appearance of a coating unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic enlarged end view taken along line II-II shown in FIG.
The covering unit 1 includes a buoyancy body 11 having buoyancy, a covering member 12 provided so as to cover the buoyancy body 11, and a through-hole 13 penetrating from the upper surface 12a of the covering member 12 to the lower surface 11a of the buoyancy body 11. And a fixing tool 14 for fixing the buoyant body 11 and the covering member 12 through the through-hole 13.
The buoyancy body 11 is made of urethane foam formed in a rectangular plate shape, and has buoyancy that causes at least the upper surface 12a of the covering member 12 to float above the water (that is, above the water surface L).
The covering member 12 is formed in a rectangular shape and includes a rubber sheet body in which the fiber sheet body 22 is embedded. The size of the covering member 12 is set to be slightly larger than the size of the buoyancy body 11 in plan view.
The fixture 14 includes an upper surface flange portion 41 disposed on the upper surface 12 a side of the covering member 12, a cylindrical tubular portion 42 connected to the upper surface flange portion 41 and inserted into the through hole 13, and the tubular portion 42. And a lower surface flange portion 43 disposed on the lower surface 11 a side of the buoyancy body 11. Since the cylindrical portion 42 communicates from the upper surface 12a of the covering member 12 to the lower surface 11a of the buoyant body 11, a communication path T is formed which communicates from the upper surface 12a of the covering member 12 to the lower surface 11a of the buoyant body 11. .
The buoyancy body 11 and the covering member 12 are sandwiched between the upper surface flange portion 41 and the lower surface flange portion 43 of the fixture 14, whereby the buoyancy body 11 and the covering member 12 are fixed.
If comprised in this way, since the rain water stored on the upper surface of the coating | coated unit can be passed to the lower surface of a coating | coated unit through the communication path T, it can suppress that rainwater accumulates above a coating | coated unit, Therefore, the size of the buoyancy body can be kept small.

Referring to these drawings, the covering structure 50 according to this embodiment is formed by connecting a plurality of covering units. In the following description, for the purpose of explanation, the symbols “A” and “B” are used to distinguish the respective covering units. The covering unit 1A and the covering unit 1B will be described below. Other than the above, basically, the same configuration as that of the covering unit 1 according to the first embodiment is provided.
Specifically, the covering structure 50 is connected to the covering unit 1A, which is adjacent to the covering unit 1A and to the covering unit 1A moored via the mooring line 8 with respect to the quay 5 around the water storage facility. And a covering unit 1B connected by the tool 60.
The connection tool 60 is a string-like member such as a rope or a metal wire.
The connecting member 12A of the covering unit 1A is provided with a connecting hole 25A on the side where the covering unit 1B is disposed. On the other hand, the covering member 12B of the covering unit 1B is provided with a connecting hole 25B on the side where the covering unit 1A is disposed.
The connecting tool 60 is inserted and connected to the connecting hole 25A of the covering unit 1A and the connecting hole 25B of the covering unit 1B, whereby the covering unit 1A and the covering unit 1B are connected to each other.
With this configuration, since the covering structure 50 in which the covering units are connected to each other is obtained, the covering units can be prevented from being separated and the water surface can be efficiently covered.
Further, each covering unit is formed in a panel shape because the buoyancy body is formed in a plate shape, and thus has a shape suitable for covering the water surface.
In each covering unit, the covering member has elasticity because it includes a rubber sheet body. As a result, a covering member having elasticity is obtained, so that when the covering units are installed side by side, a buffering effect can be obtained even if the covering units collide with each other.

FIG. 5 is a plan view of a covering unit according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and corresponds to FIG.
Note that the description is basically the same as that according to the first embodiment, and the difference will be mainly described.
Referring to the drawing, in the covering unit 1 according to this embodiment, a communication path T11 and a communication path T12 are formed by the fixing tool 45 and the fixing tool 46, respectively.
With this configuration, rainwater stored on the upper surface of the covering unit 1 can be more efficiently passed through the lower surface of the covering unit 1 through the two communication paths T.
FIG. 6 is a plan view of a covering unit according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, corresponding to FIG. 1, and FIG. 7 is a schematic enlarged end view taken along line VII-VII shown in FIG. .
Note that the description is basically the same as that according to the first embodiment, and the difference will be mainly described.
Referring to these drawings, the covering unit 1 according to this embodiment is provided with a second covering member 62 so as to cover the lower part of the buoyant body 11 of the first embodiment.
Specifically, the covering unit 1 includes a buoyant body 11 having buoyancy, a first covering member 61 provided so as to cover the buoyant body 11, and a second covering member 62 provided below the buoyant body 11. The first covering member 61, the buoyant body 11, and the second covering through the through hole 13 that penetrates through the upper surface 61 c of the first covering member 61, the buoyant body 11 and the lower surface 62 c of the second covering member 62. The fixing member 14 that fixes the member 62 and has a communication path T that communicates with the upper surface 61c of the first covering member 61, the buoyant body 11 and the lower surface 62c of the second covering member 62 is provided. 1 It has the buoyancy which floats the upper surface 61c of the coating | coated member 61 on water.
Here, the first covering member 61 and the second covering member 62 have the same configuration as the covering member 12 in the first embodiment. That is, the first covering member 61 and the second covering member 62 each include a rubber sheet body, and fiber sheet bodies 61d and 62d are embedded in the rubber sheet body.
As described above, the same operational effects as those of the covering unit described in the first embodiment can be obtained.
The one end 61a of the first covering member 61 and the one end 62a of the second covering member 62 are fixed to each other with an adhesive. Similarly, the other end 61b of the first covering member 61 and the other end 62b of the second covering member 62 are also fixed to each other by an adhesive.
With this configuration, the first covering member 61 and the second covering member 62 are stably attached to the buoyancy body 11, so that the shape of the covering unit 1 is stable.
In each of the above embodiments, the covering unit having a specific shape / dimension relationship has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the buoyancy body may not have a plate shape but may have a block shape. In addition, it has been described that the size of the covering member is set to be slightly larger than the size of the buoyant body in a plan view, but is not limited thereto. The size of the covering member may be set to the same size as the buoyancy body. Further, the size of the covering member may be set to the same size as that of the buoyant body on one of the short side and the long side of the rectangular shape. Further, the buoyancy body and the covering member may have a square shape in plan view.
Further, in each of the above embodiments, it has been described that the buoyancy body is made of urethane foam. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The buoyancy body can be constituted by a foamed resin body such as foamed polystyrene, a flat balloon body made of rubber or synthetic resin filled with gas, or the like. As the buoyancy body, any object can be adopted as long as it has buoyancy that floats at least the upper surface of the covering member on the water. The buoyancy body may be a composite member, for example, may have a structure in which a foam made of open cells is integrally attached to a lower part of the foam made of closed cells.
Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the configuration in which the fiber sheet body is embedded in the rubber sheet body included in the covering member has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the fiber sheet body may be omitted. In addition, since the intensity | strength of a coating | coated member increases when the fiber sheet body is embed | buried under the rubber sheet body contained in a coating | coated member, durability of a coating | coated unit improves. The covering member may have a two-layer structure in which the fiber sheet body is bonded to one surface of the rubber sheet body, or a three-layer structure in which the rubber sheet body is bonded to both surfaces of the fiber sheet body. You may do it.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment described above, the fixture has a specific structure, but the present invention is not limited to this. The fixing tool can fix the buoyancy body and the covering member, and any structure can be adopted as long as it has a communication path. Similarly, the fixing member in the fourth embodiment may be anything as long as it can fix the first covering member, the buoyant body, and the second covering member and has a communication path. Further, the buoyancy body and the covering member may be further joined by an adhesive or the like.
Furthermore, although not specifically described in each of the above embodiments, the fixture may be composed of one member or may be composed of two or more members. For example, the upper surface flange portion, the cylindrical portion, and the lower surface flange portion may be configured as separate members, and each may be combined and integrated when attached to the covering unit. Moreover, although the tubular communication path T having a circular shape in plan view is formed by the cylindrical portion, the present invention is not limited to this. The flow path T may be formed by one or more through holes, and an arbitrary shape may be adopted as its cross-sectional shape.
Furthermore, in said 2nd Embodiment, a string-like member as a connection tool is inserted in the connection hole of one coating | coated unit, and the connection hole of the other adjacent coating | coated unit, and is tied together, and a coating | coated unit is combined. Although they were connected to each other, it is not limited to this. The covering units may be connected using a metal fitting or the like. Further, the covering units may be connected to each other by inserting and connecting the connecting tool not to the connecting hole but to the communication path of one covering unit and the communication port of the other adjacent covering unit. Thus, the communication port may also serve as the above-described connection hole.
Furthermore, in the third embodiment, the covering unit having two communication paths has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. The covering unit may include three or more communication paths. Further, there is no particular limitation on the position where the communication path is provided. In the covering unit according to the fourth embodiment, a plurality of communication paths may be formed.
Furthermore, in the fourth embodiment, it has been described that the first covering member and the second covering member are fixed to each other with an adhesive at the end, but the present invention is not limited to this. The ends may not be fixed by an adhesive, but may be fixed by a metal fitting. Moreover, the edge part of a 1st coating member and a 2nd coating member does not need to be fixed.
Furthermore, in the first to third embodiments, it has been described that the covering member includes a rubber sheet. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The covering member may be configured to include a material having water shielding properties and weather resistance such as a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet and a polyurethane sheet. In the fourth embodiment, at least one of the first covering member and the second covering member may include a PVC sheet or a polyurethane sheet.
Furthermore, although not specifically described in each of the above embodiments, there is no particular limitation on the method of attaching and forming the covering member of the covering unit. For example, the covering member may be formed by applying polyurethane to the upper surface of the buoyancy body and then curing the polyurethane. When the covering member is formed in this way, the through hole and the fixture may be attached before or after the formation of the covering member. According to such a method for forming a covering member with a polyurethane coating, it becomes easy to form the covering member according to the shape of the buoyancy body. Therefore, the manufacturing efficiency can be improved. In the fourth embodiment, at least one of the first covering member and the second covering member may be formed by applying polyurethane and then curing as described above. That is, it may include a step of forming the first covering member by applying polyurethane so as to cover the buoyancy body and then curing the polyurethane. Moreover, after apply | coating polyurethane so that the downward direction of a buoyancy body may be covered, the process of forming the 2nd coating | coated member by making it hard may be included. If comprised in this way, it will become easy to form a coating | coated member according to the shape of a buoyancy body. Therefore, the manufacturing efficiency can be improved.

Note that the description is basically the same as that according to the first embodiment, and the difference will be mainly described.
Referring to the figure, in the covering unit 1 according to this embodiment, the upper surface of the covering unit (that is, the upper surface 12a of the covering member 12) is located in the center where the through hole 13 is provided from the periphery of the covering unit 1. It is inclined to More specifically, the covering unit 1 includes a buoyant body 11 formed in a concave shape whose cross section is recessed downward, and a covering member 12 formed on the upper surface of the buoyant body 11 with substantially the same thickness.
If comprised in this way, since the cross section of the coating | coated unit 1 whole becomes a concave shape dented below, and the through-hole 13 vicinity becomes the lowest in the upper surface of a coating | coated unit by this, rain water is in the direction which a solid line arrow shows in the same figure. Easily flows into the through-hole 13 along the slope. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from accumulating on the upper surface of the covering unit.
