作为本发明的优选实施方式,在所述座位主体与支撑架之间设有使得转动件与驱动组件的偏心枢接点与座位主体之间的距离发生变化的偏移机构。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述偏移机构为一个连接在驱动件与座位主体之间的伸缩件,该伸缩件一端与座位主体枢接,伸缩件另一端与驱动件伸缩滑动连接,在伸缩件或驱动件上设有供驱动件或伸缩件插入并伸缩滑动的滑动孔。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述偏移机构为一个连接在驱动件与座位主体之间的折叠架,该折叠架包括枢接在一起的第一折叠件和第二折叠件,第一折叠件的另一端与驱动件枢接,第二折叠件另一端与座位主体枢接。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,在支撑架1上设有固定座101,在座位主体上设有与固定座101枢接的转动座41。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
1、本发明通过锁定件与锁定位配合后实现座位主体与支撑架进行锁定,此时,本发明作为座椅使用;当座位主体转动一个角度后锁定件与转动位配合又实现座位主体相对支撑架的摆动,此时,本发明座位摇椅使用。
2、本发明的座位主体与支撑架之间设有在锁定时能阻止驱动装置驱动座位主体转动、而在解锁时能使驱动装置驱动座位主体转动的锁定装置。当将座部调节到与地面的夹角较小时,为了避免儿童容易被甩出的风险,使锁定装置锁定,从而阻止座位主体转动,座位主体仅当座椅使用;当将座部调节到与地面的夹角较大时,座部会翘起而倾斜,此时座位主体即使摇摆也不容易将儿童甩出,因此,此时使锁定装置解锁,驱动装置就能驱动座位主体转动,从而使座位主体摇摆而作为摇椅使用。因此,通过锁定装置的锁定或解锁,确保了安全,而且整个结构也很简单,成本低廉。
3、本发明的滑行块可以在座部和转动座内滑行,在滑行的过程中当滑行块上的卡锁销插入卡锁槽内时此时锁定装置为锁定状态,座部与地面的夹角较小,座部较平坦,转动座不能转动,此时座位主体作为座椅使用,而且此时滑行块上的联锁销插在转动套上的弧形槽内,由于联锁销插在弧形槽内,所以转动套就能相对转动座转动,在转动套转动的过程中,转动套内的锁定销就可以插到转动座上的不同锁定孔内,从而调整背部与座部之间的夹角,也就是说当座部与地面的夹角较小时此时锁定装置锁定,背部与座部之间的夹角可以调节到多个档位,即使背部与座部之间的夹角很大,由于座位主体不能转动, 所以儿童乘坐在座位主体内也会比较安全。而当滑行块上的卡锁销插入限位槽内时此时锁定装置为解锁状态,座部与地面的夹角较大,座部向上翘起而倾斜,由于限位槽的宽度比卡锁槽的宽度宽,所以卡锁销能在限位槽内相对运动,因此,转动座就能相对支撑架转动,在转动的过程中,卡锁销与限位槽的槽壁的触碰则完成转动座的转动限位,而且当卡锁销插入限位槽时,滑行块上的联锁销就插在转动套上的径向槽内,此时转动套被联锁销阻挡而不能相对转动座转动,此时背部与座部的夹角就不能调整,也就是说,当座部与地面的夹角较大时此时锁定装置解锁,背部与座部之间的夹角不能调节,因此,由于事先背部可以调节到与座部较小夹角的位置上,所以此时即使座位主体转动而摇摆,由于座部与背部之间的夹角较小,儿童乘坐在座位主体内也会比较安全。整个设计结构简单而巧妙。
4、本发明结构简单,安全性能好,适合推广应用。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
本发明公开一种摇椅,包括支撑架1,所述的支撑架1上设有座位主体2,所述的座位主体2包括座部21和背部22,所述座位主体2的大致重心处与支撑架1转动连接,其特征在于:座位主体2的一端或中部与支撑架1之间设有驱动座位主体转动的驱动装置3,所述驱动装置包括驱动电机30,在驱动电机的电机轴上固定有第一转动件31,在第一转动件31上枢接有与其偏轴心连接带动座位主体相对支撑架进行转动的驱动组件,在支撑架与座位主体之间设有将它们锁定或解锁的锁定装置4,锁定装置4包括设置在支撑架或座位主体上的转动位401和锁定位402,在所述座位主体或支撑架上设有座位主体至少一部分从转动位开始相对于支撑架转动一个角度后与锁定位402锁定配合而使得座位主体锁定在支撑架上的锁定件403,所述锁定件403处于锁定位时阻止所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动,所述锁定件403处于转动位401时所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动。
本发明通过锁定件与锁定位配合后实现座位主体与支撑架进行锁定,此时,本发明作为座椅使用;当座位主体转动一个角度后锁定件与转动位配合又实现座位主体相对支撑架的摆动,此时,本发明座位摇椅使用。
实施例1:
如图1至图9所示,一种摇椅,包括支撑架1,所述的支撑架1上设有座位主体2和驱动座位主体2转动的驱动装置3,所述的座位主体2包括座部21和背部22,所述的座位主体2与支撑架1之间设有在锁定时能阻止驱动装置3驱动座位主体2转动、而在解锁时能使驱动装置3驱动座位主体2转动的锁定装置4。当将座部21调节到与地面的夹角较小时,为了避免儿童容易被甩出的风险,使锁定装置3锁定,从而阻止座位主体1转动,座位主体1仅当座椅使用;当将座部21调节到与地面的夹角较大时,座部21会翘起而倾斜,此时座位主体2即使摇摆也不容易将儿童甩出,因此,此时使锁定装置3解锁,驱动装置3就能驱动座位主体2转动,从而使座位主体2摇摆而作为摇椅使用。因此,通过锁定装置4的锁定或解锁,确保了安全,而且整个结构也很简单,成本低廉。
如图3至图8所示,所述的锁定装置4包括设在座位主体2与支撑架1之间并能由驱动装置3驱动而带动座位主体2转动的转动座41,所述的支撑架1包括支撑腿11和设在支撑腿11上的支撑壳体12,所述的驱动装置3包括设在支撑壳体12内的驱动电机31和从支撑壳体12穿出的转动轴32,所述的转动座41连接在转动轴32上, 所述的转动座41内设有能在其内沿径向方向滑行的滑行块42,所述的滑行块42上设有向其侧面凸出的卡锁销43,所述的支撑壳体12上设有能供卡锁销43卡入、进而阻止转动座41转动的卡锁槽44,所述的支撑壳体12上还设有宽度大于卡锁槽44且能供卡锁销43在内相对运动的限位槽45。
如图7和图8所示,所述的转动座41内设有能使卡锁销43保持在卡锁槽44或限位槽45内的弹簧46。
如图6所示,所述的背部22与转动座41之间设有能调节背部22与座部21之间夹角的背部调节装置5,所述的背部22上还设有仅当锁定装置4锁定时才能使背部调节装置5调节背部22与座部21之间夹角的联锁部6。
如图4和图6所示,所述的背部22包括背靠管221和设在背靠管221下端而与转动座41转动连接的转动套222。
如图5至图8所示,所述的联锁部6包括设在转动套222上的联锁槽61,所述的联锁槽61包括沿转动套222径向方向延伸的径向槽611和与径向槽611相通且沿转动套222周向方向延伸的弧形槽612,所述的滑行块42上远离卡锁销43一侧设有在滑行块42滑行时能在联锁槽61内滑行的联锁销62,当所述的卡锁销43与卡锁槽44配合时,所述的联锁销62位于弧形槽612内而使得转动套222能相对转动座41转动,当所述的卡锁销43与限位槽45配合时,所述的联锁销62位于径向槽611内而阻止转动套222相对转动座41转动。
如图4、图6、图7和图8所示,所述的卡锁槽44的槽底比限位 槽45的槽底更靠近转动轴32。
如图3至图8所示,滑行块42可以在座部21和转动座41内滑行,在滑行的过程中当滑行块42上的卡锁销43插入卡锁槽44内时,座部21与地面的夹角较小,座部21较平坦,转动座41不能转动,此时座位主体2作为座椅使用,而且此时滑行块42上的联锁销62插在转动套222上的弧形槽612内,由于联锁销62插在弧形槽612内,所以转动套222就能相对转动座41转动,在转动套222转动的过程中,转动套222内的锁定销就可以插到转动座41上的不同锁定孔51内,从而调整背部22与座部21之间的夹角,也就是说当座部21与地面的夹角较小时此时锁定装置4锁定,背部22与座部21之间的夹角可以调节到多个档位,即使背部22与座部21之间的夹角很大,由于座位主体2不能转动,所以儿童乘坐在座位主体2内也会比较安全。而当滑行块42上的卡锁销43插入限位槽45内时,座部21与地面的夹角较大,座部21向上翘起而倾斜,由于限位槽45的宽度比卡锁槽44的宽度宽,所以卡锁销43能在限位槽45内沿周向方向相对运动,因此,转动座51就能相对支撑架1转动,在转动的过程中,卡锁销443与限位槽45的槽壁的触碰则完成转动座41的转动限位,而且当卡锁销43插入限位槽45时,滑行块42上的联锁销62就插在转动套222上的径向槽611内,此时转动套222被联锁销62阻挡而不能相对转动座41转动,此时背部22与座部21的夹角就不能调整,也就是说,当座部21与地面的夹角较大时此时锁定装置4解锁,背部22与座部21之间的夹角不能调节,因此,由于事先背部22可以调节到 与座部21较小夹角的位置上,所以此时即使座位主体2转动而摇摆,由于座部21与背部22之间的夹角较小,儿童乘坐在座位主体2内也会比较安全。整个设计结构简单而巧妙。
如图6所示,所述的背部调节装置5包括设在背靠管221和转动套222内且能在二者内滑动的锁定销图中未画出,所述的转动座41上设有多个能与锁定销配合的锁定孔51。
如图9所示,所述的驱动装置3还包括活动连接在驱动电机30输出轴上的第一连杆33,所述的第一连杆33上铰接有第二连杆34,所述的第二连杆34的端部设有第一齿轮35,所述的转动轴32上设有第二齿轮36,所述的第二齿轮36与第一齿轮35之间设有减速齿轮组37。
所述的第二转动件为转动轴32,在所述座位主体上设有由转动轴带动进行转动的转动座41。
实施例2:
如图10至图13所示,一种摇椅,包括支撑架1,所述的支撑架1上设有座位主体2和驱动座位主体2转动的驱动装置3,所述的座位主体2包括座部21和背部22,所述的座位主体2与支撑架1之间设有在锁定时能阻止驱动装置3驱动座位主体2转动、而在解锁时能使驱动装置3驱动座位主体2转动的锁定装置4。所述的锁定装置4包括设在座位主体2与支撑架1之间并能由驱动装置3驱动而带动座位主体2转动的转动座41,所述的支撑架1包括支撑腿11和设在支撑腿11上的支撑壳体12,所述的驱动装置3包括设在支撑壳体12 内的驱动电机30和从支撑壳体12穿出的转动轴32,所述的转动座41连接在转动轴32上,所述的座位主体2上设有与转动座41连接的连接耳49,所述的连接耳49内设有能在连接耳49和转动座41内横向滑动的卡销轴47,所述的支撑壳体12上设有能供卡锁销47插入、进而阻止转动座41转动的卡销孔48。当卡销轴47穿过连接耳49、转动座41而插入支撑壳体12上的卡销孔48内时,转动座41不能转动,所以座位主体2作为座椅使用;当卡销轴47从卡销孔48内退出时,转动轴32就能带动转动座41转动,从而通过连接耳49带动座位主体2转动,此时座位主体2作为摇椅座位使用。
实施例3:
如图14-19所示,一种摇椅,包括支撑架1,所述的支撑架1上设有座位主体2,所述的座位主体2包括座部21和背部22,所述座位主体2的大致重心处与支撑架1转动连接,其特征在于:座位主体2的一端或中部与支撑架1之间设有驱动座位主体转动的驱动装置3,所述驱动装置包括驱动电机30,在驱动电机的电机轴上固定有第一转动件31,在第一转动件31上枢接有与其偏轴心连接带动座位主体相对支撑架进行转动的驱动组件,在支撑架与座位主体之间设有将它们锁定或解锁的锁定装置4,锁定装置4包括设置在支撑架或座位主体上的转动位401和锁定位402,在所述座位主体或支撑架上设有座位主体从转动位开始相对于支撑架转动一个角度后与锁定位402锁定配合而使得座位主体锁定在支撑架上的锁定件403,所述锁定件403处于锁定位时阻止所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动, 所述锁定件403处于转动位401时所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动。所述的驱动装置3设置在所述座位主体的中部,所述驱动组件包括与第一转动件31偏轴心枢接的驱动件33以及由驱动件33驱动进行转动而带动座位主体相对支撑架转动的第二转动件,所述座位主体2的大致重心处与支撑架1通过第二转动件转动连接。
所述座部21和背部22铰接在一起。
所述的第二转动件为转动片320,在转动片320上设有卡口3201,所述座位主体上设有与该卡口3201卡合时转动片带动座位主体转动的卡合件3202。所述支撑架1上设有固定座101,在所述座位主体上设有转动座41,所转动位401为设置在所述固定座上外圆周边缘的第一缺口,锁定位402为设置在所述固定座上外圆周边缘位于第一缺口旁的第二缺口,第一缺口的宽度宽于第二缺口,所述锁定件403为设置在所述卡合件3202上的与所述第一缺口或第二缺口配合的卡销,在所述转动座上设有能供所述卡合件3202滑动的第一滑槽410,在卡合件一端连接有第一上拉绳图中为显示出另一端连接有第二下拉绳,在卡合件与固定座之间设有第一复位弹簧100。所述卡销处于第二缺口内时所述卡合件与转动片分离,卡合件的宽度方向与第一滑槽卡合,因此卡合件一端通过卡销卡在第二缺口处,另一与第一滑槽卡合,使得座位主体锁定在支撑架上而不能转动。通过向上拉动第一上拉绳带动卡合件向上滑动,并且座位主体相对支撑架转动一个角度后,第一复位弹簧100使得所述卡销处于第一缺口内时,所述卡销与转动片的卡口卡合而使得转动片与卡合件连为一体,这样驱动电机的 电机轴转动后带动第一转动件31转动,第一转动件31通过驱动组件带动转动片进行转动,进而带动卡合件进行转动,卡合件带动座位主体转动,从而实现了座位主体相对支撑架进行转动。在固定座101上设有与第一缺口和第二缺口相通的第一弧形槽1010,所述卡销能在第一弧形槽1010内滑行。
在驱动件33另一端连接有摆动件330,摆动件330另一端连接有由其带动进行转动的齿轮组,齿轮组输出端连接有所述转动件320。
在转动座41上还设有上端与第一滑槽相通的第二滑槽411,在第二滑槽内设有相对其滑行的折叠滑动件404,在固定座101上设有一端相通的第二弧形槽1011和第三弧形槽1012,第一弧形槽、第二弧形槽、第三弧形槽为同心圆,它们的半径依次减小。在折叠滑动件404上设有与第二弧形槽或第三弧形槽配合的滑动销4041,在折叠滑动件404一端连接有第二上拉绳图中为显示出另一端连接有第二下拉绳500,在卡合件与固定座之间设有第二复位弹簧200。在折叠滑动件404上还设有能伸入到第一滑槽内与卡销配合的拉动部4042。
在第二下拉绳的另一端连接有卡柱300,支撑架1包括铰接在一起的底架108和竖架109,在底架上设有支撑部1001,在支撑部上设有锁定槽,所述座位主体设置在竖架上。当支撑架处于打开状态时,所述折叠滑动件404的滑动销4041处于第三弧形槽内,当卡销与第一缺口或第二缺口配合的时候,座位主体相对支撑架转动一个角度时,所述滑动销4041在第三弧形槽内滑行。需要折叠车架时候,向上拉动第二上拉绳,带动折叠滑动件在第二滑槽内向上移动,滑动销 4041从第三弧形槽滑入到第二弧形槽,拉动部4042带动卡销403上移,卡销403从第一缺口或第二缺口滑入到第一弧形槽内,折叠滑动件又带动第二下拉绳上移,第二下拉绳带动卡柱300向上移动,脱离锁定槽,锁入到竖架内,实现竖架与底架折叠,座位主体与竖架与折叠在一起,背部与座部也实现折叠,实现整车车架的折叠。当转动座位主体,卡销与第二缺口对准时,卡柱与支撑部之间的复位弹簧使得卡柱复位,卡在锁定槽内,卡柱底部超过竖架的底部,使得竖架不能够相对底架转动。
实施例4:
如图20-25所示,一种摇椅,包括支撑架1,所述的支撑架1上设有座位主体2,所述的座位主体2包括座部21和背部22,所述座位主体2的大致重心处与支撑架1转动连接,座位主体2的一端或中部与支撑架1之间设有驱动座位主体转动的驱动装置3,所述驱动装置包括驱动电机30,在驱动电机的电机轴上固定有第一转动件31,在第一转动件31上枢接有与其偏轴心连接带动座位主体相对支撑架进行转动的驱动组件,在支撑架与座位主体之间设有将它们锁定或解锁的锁定装置4,锁定装置4包括设置在支撑架或座位主体上的转动位401和锁定位402,在所述座位主体或支撑架上设有座位主体从转动位开始相对于支撑架转动一个角度后与锁定位402锁定配合而使得座位主体锁定在支撑架上的锁定件403,所述锁定件403处于锁定位时阻止所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动,所述锁定件403处于转动位401时所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动。 所述的驱动装置3设置在所述座位主体的一端,所述的驱动组件包括与第一转动件31偏心枢接的驱动件33,所述驱动件33的另一端与所述座位主体连接。
在支撑架1上设有固定座101,在固定座101上设有弧形部,在弧形部上设置有多个锁定孔,该锁定孔作为所述锁定位402,相邻锁定孔之间的弧形部位置作为所述转动位401,在座位主体上设有能插入到锁定孔内的锁定件403。在锁定件403与座位主体之间设有复位弹簧。当锁定件403处于转动位401时候,所述驱动电机30驱动第一转动件31转动,驱动件33带动座位主体进行摆动。当所述锁定件403处于锁定孔内时候,驱动电机30不能驱动座位主体进行摆动。
所述在座位主体与支撑架之间设有使得转动件与驱动组件的偏心枢接点与座位主体之间的距离发生变化的偏移机构。所述偏移机构为一个能将驱动件与座位主体分开或接合的离合装置7,该离合装置7包括设置在座位主体上的与所述锁定件403连接的滑动件71,在滑动件71上设有在其滑动带动锁定件403解锁而使得座位主体至少一部分相对于支撑架转动一个角度后连接在所述驱动件33上的连接销73,驱动件33与滑动件71连接时所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动。
所述驱动件33的自由端设有凸轴72,在滑动件71上设有与凸轴72可拆卸连接的连接销73。
在所述滑动件71上设有供所述凸轴72插入并供在其内转动的连接槽710,在凸轴72端部设有端部槽721,在滑动件71上设有穿 过连接槽710的连接销73,在连接销73与滑动件71之间设有使得所述连接销73插入端部槽721内的第三复位弹簧74,所述连接销73插入到端部槽721内时,所述驱动件33上的凸轴72在连接槽710内转动,从而带动座位主体进行摆动。
在滑动件71上设有与连接槽710连通的底部开口,在连接槽内设有延伸到底部开口处的环状卡台7101,在所述在凸轴72上设有与环状卡台7101卡合的卡头722。
当所述锁定件403插入到所述锁定位402时,所述驱动件与所述滑动件71分离,所述座位主体锁定在所述支撑架上。在滑动件71上设有套在座位主体上的套孔70,沿着座位主体向上拉动滑动件71,滑动件通过连接绳带动锁定销403向上移动,所述锁定销403脱离锁定位后,将座位主体相对支撑架转动一个角度后,所述锁定销403与所述转动位对应配合,所述凸轴72滑进连接槽710内,所述连接销73在连接复位弹簧76的作用下一端插入到所述凸轴72的端部槽721内,实现驱动件与滑动件的连接,这样驱动电机就会带动驱动件进行转动,凸轴也跟着进行转动,凸轴在连接槽内进行转动,从而带动座位主体进行摆动。
在所述连接销73上设有环形卡台面731,在所述滑动件内的与所述连接槽连通的销孔700内设有台阶,所述连接复位弹簧76套在连接销73上并设置在环形卡台面731和台阶之间。当需要锁定座位主体时,向外拉动连接销73,连接复位弹簧被压缩,所述连接销从端部槽721内脱出,然后将座位主体相对支撑架转动一个角度,凸轴 的卡头722从连接槽内沿着所述环状卡台7101向底部开口处滑动,指导所述凸轴脱离连接槽,当座位主体转动到锁定件403对准锁定位时,锁定件403被第三复位弹簧74推动锁定到锁定位402内,实现座位主体与支撑架的锁定。

如图26-27所示,一种摇椅,包括支撑架1,所述的支撑架1上设有座位主体2,所述的座位主体2包括座部21和背部22,所述座位主体2的大致重心处与支撑架1转动连接,座位主体2的一端或中部与支撑架1之间设有驱动座位主体转动的驱动装置3,所述驱动装置包括驱动电机30,在驱动电机的电机轴上固定有第一转动件31,在第一转动件31上枢接有与其偏轴心连接带动座位主体相对支撑架进行转动的驱动组件,在支撑架与座位主体之间设有将它们锁定或解锁的锁定装置4,锁定装置4包括设置在支撑架或座位主体上的转动位401和锁定位402,在所述座位主体或支撑架上设有座位主体从转动位开始相对于支撑架转动一个角度后与锁定位402锁定配合而使得座位主体锁定在支撑架上的锁定件403,所述锁定件403处于锁定位时阻止所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动,所述锁定件403处于转动位401时所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动。所述的驱动装置3设置在所述座位主体的一端,所述的驱动组件包括与第一转动件31偏心枢接的驱动件33,所述驱动件33的另一端与所述座位主体连接。
在支撑架上设有转动盘78和锁定块79,在转动盘78上设有推 动锁定块79轴向运动的推动斜面781,在锁定块79与支撑架之间设有第四复位弹簧782,在锁定块79上设有用于锁定驱动件33的锁定槽,在锁定块79上锁定槽的旁边设有台阶面,所述锁定槽作为所述锁定位402,所述台阶面作为所述转动位401,所述驱动件兼作为所述锁定件403。
当没有操作转动盘81时候,所述第四驱动弹簧782驱动所述锁定块79离开所述驱动件,所述驱动件33顶在台阶面上进行转动,驱动件驱动所述座位主体进行摆动。当转到一定角度后,踩下转到盘81,在转动盘78上的推动斜面781推动锁定块79轴向运动,锁定块79上的锁定槽将驱动件锁住,防止其进行转动,实现座位主体锁定在支撑架上。
在支撑架上设有安装壳1000,所述转动盘78和锁定块79都安装在其内。在支撑架1上设有固定座101,在座位主体上设有与固定座101枢接的转动座41。
实施例6:
如图28-29,在所述实施例5的基础上,所述在座位主体与支撑架之间增加设有使得转动件与驱动组件的偏心枢接点与座位主体之间的距离发生变化的偏移机构。目的是增加座位主体与支撑架之间的摆动距离。
所示所述偏移机构为一个连接在驱动件33与座位主体2之间的伸缩件780,该伸缩件780一端与座位主体2枢接,伸缩件780另一端与驱动件33伸缩滑动连接,在伸缩件780或驱动件33上设有供驱 动件或伸缩件插入并伸缩滑动的滑动孔。
实施例7:
如图30-32,在所述实施例5的基础上,所述在座位主体与支撑架之间增加设有使得转动件与驱动组件的偏心枢接点与座位主体之间的距离发生变化的偏移机构。目的是增加座位主体与支撑架之间的摆动距离。
所述偏移机构为一个连接在驱动件33与座位主体2之间的折叠架790,该折叠架790包括枢接在一起的第一折叠件7901和第二折叠件7902,第一折叠件的另一端与驱动件33枢接,第二折叠件另一端与座位主体2枢接。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种摇椅,包括支撑架(1),所述的支撑架(1)上设有座位主体(2),所述的座位主体(2)包括座部(21)和背部(22),其特征在于:所述座位主体(2)的大致重心处与支撑架(1)转动连接,座位主体(2)的一端或中部与支撑架(1)之间设有驱动座位主体转动的驱动装置(3),所述驱动装置包括驱动电机(30),在驱动电机的电机轴上固定有第一转动件(31),在第一转动件(31)上枢接有与其偏轴心连接带动座位主体相对支撑架进行转动的驱动组件,在支撑架与座位主体之间设有将它们锁定或解锁的锁定装置(4),锁定装置(4)包括设置在支撑架或座位主体上的转动位(401)和锁定位(402),在所述座位主体或支撑架上设有座位主体至少一部分从转动位开始相对于支撑架转动一个角度后与锁定位(402)锁定配合而使得座位主体锁定在支撑架上的锁定件(403),所述锁定件(403)处于锁定位时阻止所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动,所述锁定件(403)处于转动位(401)时所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动。
  2. 权利要求1所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的锁定装置(4)还包括设在座位主体(2)与支撑架(1)之间并能由驱动装置(3)驱动而带动座位主体(2)转动的转动座(41),所述的支撑架(1)包括支撑腿(11)和设在支撑腿(11)上的支撑壳体(12),所述的驱动组件包括与第一转动件(31)偏心枢接连的驱动件(33)以及从 支撑壳体(12)穿出由驱动件(33)驱动进行转动的转动轴(32),所述的转动座(41)连接在转动轴(32)上,所述的转动座(41)内设有能在其内沿径向方向滑行的滑行块(42),所述的滑行块(42)上设有向其侧面凸出的卡锁销(43),所述的支撑壳体(12)上设有能供卡锁销(43)卡入、进而阻止转动座(41)转动的卡锁槽(44),所述的支撑壳体(12)上还设有宽度大于卡锁槽(44)且能供卡锁销(43)在内相对运动的限位槽(45)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的转动座(41)内设有能使卡锁销(43)保持在卡锁槽(44)或限位槽(45)内的弹簧(46)。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的背部(22)与转动座(41)之间设有能调节背部(22)与座部(21)之间夹角的背部调节装置(5),所述的背部(22)上还设有仅当锁定装置(4)锁定时才能使背部调节装置(5)调节背部(22)与座部(21)之间夹角的联锁部(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的背部(22)包括背靠管(221)和设在背靠管(221)下端而与转动座(41)转动连接的转动套(222)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的联锁部(6)包括设在转动套(222)上的联锁槽(61),所述的联锁槽(61)包括沿转动套(222)径向方向延伸的径向槽(611)和与径向槽(611)相通且沿转动套(222)周向方向延伸的弧形槽(612),所述的滑行 块(42)上远离卡锁销(43)一侧设有在滑行块(42)滑行时能在联锁槽(61)内滑行的联锁销(62),当所述的卡锁销(43)与卡锁槽(44)配合时,所述的联锁销(62)位于弧形槽(612)内而使得转动套(222)能相对转动座(41)转动,当所述的卡锁销(43)与限位槽(45)配合时,所述的联锁销(62)位于径向槽(611)内而阻止转动套(222)相对转动座(41)转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的卡锁槽(44)的槽底比限位槽(45)的槽底更靠近转动轴(32)。
  8. 根据权利要求5或6或7所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的背部调节装置(5)包括设在背靠管(221)和转动套(222)内且能在二者内滑动的锁定销,所述的转动座(41)上设有多个能与锁定销配合的锁定孔(51)。
  9. 根据权利要求5或6或7所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置(3)还包括活动连接在驱动电机(31)输出轴上的第一连杆(33),所述的第一连杆(33)上铰接有第二连杆(34),所述的第二连杆(34)的端部设有第一齿轮(35),所述的转动轴(32)上设有第二齿轮(36),所述的第二齿轮(36)与第一齿轮(35)之间设有减速齿轮组(37)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的锁定装置(4)包括设在座位主体(2)与支撑架(1)之间并能由驱动装置(3)驱动而带动座位主体(2)转动的转动座(41),所述的支撑架(1)包括支撑腿(11)和设在支撑腿(11)上的支撑壳体(12),所 述的驱动装置(3)包括设在支撑壳体(12)内的驱动电机(31)和从支撑壳体(12)穿出的转动轴(32),所述的转动座(41)连接在转动轴(32)上,所述的座位主体(2)上设有与转动座(41)连接的连接耳(49),所述的连接耳(49)内设有能在连接耳(49)和转动座(41)内横向滑动的卡销轴(47),所述的支撑壳体(12)上设有能供卡锁销(47)插入、进而阻止转动座(41)转动的卡销孔(48)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置(3)设置在所述座位主体的中部,所述驱动组件包括与第一转动件(31)偏轴心枢接的驱动件(33)以及由驱动件(33)驱动进行转动而带动座位主体相对支撑架转动的第二转动件,所述座位主体(2)的大致重心处与支撑架(1)通过第二转动件转动连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的第二转动件为转动轴(32),在所述座位主体上设有由转动轴带动进行转动的转动座(41)。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的第二转动件为转动片(320),在转动片(320)上设有卡口(3201),所述座位主体上设有与该卡口(3201)卡合时转动片带动座位主体转动的卡合件(3202)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述支撑架(1)上设有固定座(101),在所述座位主体上设有转动座(41),所转动位(401)为设置在所述固定座上外圆周边缘的第一缺口,锁定位(402)为设置在所述固定座上外圆周边缘位于第一缺口旁的第二缺口,第一 缺口的宽度宽于第二缺口,所述锁定件(403)为设置在所述卡合件(3202)上的与所述第一缺口或第二缺口配合的卡销(3203),在所述转动座上设有能供所述卡合件(3202)滑动的第一滑槽(410),所述卡销处于第二缺口内时所述卡合件与转动片分离,所述卡销处于第一缺口内时所述卡销与转动片的卡口卡合而使得转动片与卡合件连为一体。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置(3)设置在所述座位主体的一端,所述的驱动组件包括与第一转动件(31)偏心枢接的驱动件(33),所述驱动件(33)的另一端与所述座位主体连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的摇椅,其特征在于:在所述座位主体与支撑架之间设有使得转动件与驱动组件的偏心枢接点与座位主体之间的距离发生变化的偏移机构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述偏移机构为一个能将驱动件与座位主体分开或接合的离合装置(7),该离合装置(7)包括设置在座位主体上的与所述锁定件(403)连接的滑动件(71),在滑动件(71)上设有在其滑动带动锁定件(403)解锁而使得座位主体至少一部分相对于支撑架转动一个角度后连接在所述驱动件(33)上的连接销(73),驱动件(33)与滑动件(71)连接时所述驱动组件驱动座位主体相对支撑架转动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动件(33)的自由端设有凸轴(72),在滑动件(71)上设有与凸轴(72)可拆 卸连接的连接销(73)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的摇椅,其特征在于:在所述滑动件(71)上设有供所述凸轴(72)插入并供在其内转动的连接槽(710),在凸轴(72)端部设有端部槽(721),在滑动件(71)上设有穿过连接槽(710)的连接销(73),在连接销(73)与滑动件(71)之间设有使得所述连接销(73)插入端部槽(721)内的第三复位弹簧(74),所述连接销(73)插入到端部槽(721)内时所述驱动件(33)带动座位主体进行摆动。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的摇椅,其特征在于:在支撑架上设有转动盘(78)和锁定块(79),在转动盘(78)上设有锁定块(79)轴向运动的推动斜面(781),在锁定块(79)与支撑架之间设有第四复位弹簧(782),在锁定块(79)上设有用于锁定驱动件(33)的锁定槽,在锁定块(79)上锁定槽的旁边设有台阶面,所述锁定槽作为所述锁定位(402),所述台阶面作为所述转动位(401),所述驱动件兼作为所述锁定件(403)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的摇椅,其特征在于:在所述座位主体与支撑架之间设有使得转动件与驱动组件的偏心枢接点与座位主体之间的距离发生变化的偏移机构。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述偏移机构为一个连接在驱动件与座位主体之间的伸缩件,该伸缩件一端与座位主体枢接,伸缩件另一端与驱动件伸缩滑动连接,在伸缩件或驱动件上设有供驱动件或伸缩件插入并伸缩滑动的滑动孔。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的摇椅,其特征在于:所述偏移机构为一个连接在驱动件与座位主体之间的折叠架,该折叠架包括枢接在一起的第一折叠件和第二折叠件,第一折叠件的另一端与驱动件枢接,第二折叠件另一端与座位主体枢接。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的摇椅,其特征在于:在支撑架(1)上设有固定座(101),在座位主体上设有与固定座(101)枢接的转动座(41)。
