Description
本发明涉及一种智能穿戴设备,特别涉及一种智能手表的机芯。
目前的石英手表大多是机械式的手表,机械式手表功能简单,越来越不能满足现代人的生活需求。目前,市面上已经出现部分智能手表,但是智能手表只是在手表中集成部分部分运动的功能,用户操作不便;也有一些出现触摸功能的智能手表,但是由于手表的表面大多是玻璃正面,能够触摸的范围十分狭小,也使得用户在操作上感觉不方便,体验不佳,且由于触摸范围和手表指针的限制,智能手表的指针通常只能设置到时针和分针,增加秒针后触摸感觉欠佳,有触摸失灵的现象。同时,机械式上发条的方式已经逐渐被电池取代,而且智能手表的智能功能模块操作也必须用电,因此,电池在目前的智能手表中不可或缺,但是由于智能手表中的机械部件、电子元器件都为比较精密的设备,设置充电口会导致密封性不强,较少智能手表的使用寿命。鉴于以上问题,亟需一种方便使用触摸的智能手表。
在所述背景技术部分公开的上述信息仅用于加强对本公开的背景的理解,因此它可以包括不构成对本领域普通技术人员已知的现有技术的信息。
一些出现触摸功能的智能手表可触摸的范围十分狭小;充电口设置导致密封性不强。
问题的解决方案
为了解决上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种智能手表的机芯和机头,能大范围增加触摸范围,密封性好,简单方便地充电。本发明的技术方案如下:

传统的智能手表的触摸范围仅仅在OLED屏幕的下方位置,触摸范围小,且当使用三针指针时,触摸十分不灵敏,本发明通过结构的改造,合理设置触摸FPC,增大了触摸距离和触摸范围,触摸距离可达5-7mm,可适用于三针手表。

- 一种智能手表的机芯,其特征在于,所述机芯包括机芯后盖、电池、机芯主板、面盖、石英机芯、机芯盖板、OLED屏、蓝牙天线、触摸FPC;所述机芯后盖俯视图为圆形或割线切掉圆剩下的具有优弧的部分,所述机芯后盖上设置有容置所述电池的容置槽;所述机芯主板设置在所述电池和所述面盖之间,所述机芯主板与所述电池电连接,在机芯主板靠近电池的一侧设置有顶针一和顶针二,所述顶针一连接机芯主板的正极,所述顶针二连接所述机芯主板的负极;所述顶针一和顶针二均穿过所述机芯后盖上的两个顶针孔,顶针一距离所述机芯后盖圆心的距离小于所述顶针二距离所述机芯后盖圆心的距离;所述面盖相对于机芯主板的另一侧设置有石英机芯,所述石英机芯上设置有指针轴;所述石英机芯相对于面壳的另一侧设置有机芯盖板和OLED屏,机芯盖板和OLED屏平行放置一起覆盖石英机芯;所述指针轴穿过所述机芯盖板;所述蓝牙天线设置在所述机芯盖板左侧的所述面盖上,所述触摸FPC设置在所述OLED屏下侧以及所述机芯盖板右侧的所述面盖上,所述OLED屏、蓝牙天线和触摸FPC均连接所述机芯主板,且安装位置互不干涉。
