随着移动互联网化产业的不断发展,定位服务已经成为一项主流服务,各式各样的定位设备为出行导航、远程定位追踪以及物品防丢失等提供了极大的便利。
目前,绝大多数的定位设备均采用GPS定位来获取位置信息,GPS定位的定位精度高,能够为用户实现准确的定位。具体地,大多数的定位设备在需要获取当前的位置信息时,打开内部的GPS定位模块,由GPS定位模块持续接收卫星信号,再由内部的主控模块解析可见卫星的位置和距离等信息,并结合相应算法,进而得到当前的位置信息。
然而,发明人在实施本发明的过程中,发现现有技术存在以下不足,定位设备在打开GPS定位模块之后,GPS定位模块便一直工作,直到通过GPS定位模块获取到相应的位置信息,然而,GPS定位模块存在工作盲区,在其工作盲区内几乎无法定位成功,并且,GPS定位模块的功耗很大,因此,现有技术的定位功耗很大,加之定位设备的续航能力普遍有限,显然现有技术难以满足用户的长时间定位需求。

实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
本发明实施例提供的定位方法、装置、设备及系统,通过在需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置时,开启GPS定位模块,并获取定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据以及将其上传到定位服务器,在定位服务器根据WIFI热点数据获取第一位置信息,进而根据第一位置信息判定定位设备当前位于室内或者位于室外且所述第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值时,关闭定位设备中的GPS定位模块。通常,当定位设备当前位于室内时,GPS定位模块是
无法定位成功的,因此,在第一时间识别出无法进行GPS定位的环境情况,并且及时关闭GPS定位模块,能够有效地降低定位功耗,另外,当根据第一位置信息已经判定所述定位设备位于室外且所述第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值时,则不需要再利用GPS定位模块进行定位,及时关闭GPS定位模块,同样也能有效地降低定位功耗。

本发明实施例提供一种定位方法。
请参阅图1,是本发明提供的定位方法的一个实施例的流程示意图,所述定位方法包括如下步骤:
S11、在需要对定位设备进行定位时,判断是否需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置;
S12、在需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置时,开启所述定位设备上的GPS定位模块;
S13、获取所述定位设备中的WIFI模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据;
S14、控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述WIFI热点数据上传到定位服务器,以使所述定位服务器根据所述WIFI热点数据获取第一位置信息,并在满足预设条件时根据所述第一位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置以及返回停止GPS定位命令;所述预设条件为所述定位服务器能够根据所述第一位置信息判定所述定位设备位于室内,或所述定位服务器能够根据所述第一位置信息判定所述定位设备位于室外且所述第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值;
S15、在获取到所述定位服务器返回的停止GPS定位命令时,关闭所述GPS定位模块;
S16、当通过所述GPS定位模块获取到第二位置信息时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并将所述第二位置信息发送到所述定位服务器,使所述定位服务器根据所述第二位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
其中,WIFI热点数据包括WIFI热点的名称SSID、MAC地址和WIFI信号强度。
其中,定位服务器包括定位设备服务器和WIFI定位服务器。WIFI定位服务器指的是由WIFI定位服务商提供的服务器,WIFI定位服务器中收录了一个庞大的WIFI信息数据库,用以完成WIFI定位。
步骤S14中,定位服务器根据WIFI热点数据获取第一位置信息的工作过程具体为,定位设备服务器接收WIFI热点数据并转发到WIFI定位服务器,WIFI定位服务器将接收到的各个WIFI热点的名称SSID和MAC地址与WIFI信息数据库中已存储的数据进行匹配,并结合各个WIFI的信号强度进行相关的算法运算,以生成WIFI定位结果数据,并将该定位结果数据返回给定位设备服务器。其中,WIFI定位结果数据中包括WIFI定位是否成功信息、以及在WIFI定位成功情况下,定位设备当前所处位置的经纬度信息和定位精度,该经纬度信息即为第一位置信息。
步骤S14中,定位服务器在满足预设条件时根据第一位置信息更新定位设备的当前位置的工作过程具体为,定位设备服务器接收WIFI定位服务器返回的WIFI定位结果数据,并将该结果数据中的经纬度信息导入服务器的地图中,即可得到该经纬度对应的一个位置,进而可得知该位置是室内还是室外,当判定位于室内,或者位于室外且第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值时,定位设备服务器将第一位置信息对应的位置作为定位设备的当前位置。其中,将经纬度信息导入地图进而判断一个位置是在室内还是室外,例如,根据经纬度信息得到一个位置,如果该位置是一栋大楼所在的位置,即可判定定位设备在室内。另外,通常预设精度阈值为100米,默认当WIFI定位精度小于100米时则认为定位精度足够,反之类推,此处不加赘述。这种通过WIFI定位服务器来判断当前位置是否处于室内的方式提高了判断定位设备是否位于室内准确性,相应的,也有效地提高了本发明实施例中定位设备服务器下发停止GPS定位命令的准确性。
步骤S16中,需要说明的是,自定位设备开启GPS定位模块后,期间不论WIFI定位情况如何,一旦检测到GPS定位模块获取到了定位设备当前的位置信息,即第二位置信息,则当即关闭GPS定位模块,并以第二位置信息更新定位设备的当前位置,结束本次定位。另外,自定位设备开启GPS定位模块后,若定位设备一直没有接收到定位设备服务器下发的停止GPS定位命令,则继续执行GPS定位,直到通过GPS定位模块获取到定位设备的当前位置信息后,结束本次定位,或者,在接收到定位设备服务器下发的控制指令后,再转而执行相应的操作。
需要说明的是,打开WIFI模块后,经过短时间即可获取到当前定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据,因此,在本发明实施例中,在WIFI模块的开启时长达到预设的时间阈值时,自动关闭WIFI模块。优选地,预设的时间阈值为5s。另外,若因为周围的环境因素导致WIFI
模块没有在预设的时间内完成WIFI热点数据获取任务,则定位设备服务器控制定位设备的WIFI模块进行复位并重新工作,或者,由定位设备自检,在检测到出现异常时自主控制WIFI模块进行复位并重新工作。若出现连续预设次数的失败,则直接跳过WIFI定位过程,优选地,预设次数值为2次。
需要说明的是,定位设备与定位设备服务器之间的数据传输任务都由定位设备中的GSM模块完成。
本发明实施例通过在需要更新定位设备的当前位置时,开启GPS定位模块,并获取定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据以及将其上传到定位服务器,在定位服务器根据WIFI热点数据获取第一位置信息,进而根据第一位置信息判定定位设备当前位于室内或者位于室外且第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值时,关闭定位设备中的GPS定位模块。通常,当定位设备当前位于室内时,GPS定位模块是无法定位成功的,因此,在第一时间识别出无法进行GPS定位的环境情况,并且及时关闭GPS定位模块,能够有效地降低定位功耗,另外,当根据第一位置信息已经判定定位设备位于室外且第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值时,则不需要再利用GPS定位模块进行定位,及时关闭GPS定位模块,同样也能有效地降低定位功耗。
优选地,所述定位方法还包括:
获取所述定位服务器发送的位置更新成功消息,并记录获取的时刻;所述位置更新成功消息为所述定位服务器在更新所述定位设备的当前位置后生成的。
需要说明的是,定位服务器每次更新完定位设备的当前位置后都会生成对应的位置更新成功消息,并将该位置更新成功消息发送给定位设备,定位设备接收该位置更新成功消息并记录接收的时刻,以供下次准备对定位设备进行定位时判断是否需要更新定位设备的当前位置调用。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述在需要对定位设备进行定位时,判断是否需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置,具体包括:
在需要对定位设备进行定位时,获取所述定位设备在最近一次获取到所述位置更新成功消息的时刻与当前时刻之间的移动距离;
比较所述移动距离和预设的距离阈值;并且,
在不存在所述移动距离或所述移动距离大于预设的距离阈值时,判定需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
需要说明的是,定位设备还包括姿态传感器模块,用于采集定位设备的姿态参数。结合位置更新成功消息和姿态参数,即可获知定位设备在最近一次获取到位置更新成功消息的时
刻与当前时刻之间的移动距离。在最近一次更新位置到当前时刻期间,若定位设备的移动距离小于预设的距离阈值,则没必要更新定位设备的位置信息,即重新进行一次定位,直接沿用最近一次更新的位置信息作为本次的位置信息即可;若不存在移动距离或者移动距离大于预设的距离阈值,则判定需要更新定位设备的位置信息。其中,不存在移动距离指的是没有获取到位置更新成功消息的情况,例如定位设备是初次使用,定位服务器在此之前并没有更新过定位设备的位置信息,那么,定位服务器将不会生成对应的位置更新成功消息。另外,移动距离大于预设的距离阈值则表示定位设备距离最近一次更新位置时刻,其位置已经发生了大的变动,最近一次更新的位置信息已经不适用于本次了,需要重新获取一个新的位置信息。这样的话,使用姿态传感器检测定位设备的姿态参数,进而调整定位策略,可优化定位间隔,即通过减少定位次数能有效的降低定位功耗。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,所述在需要对定位设备进行定位时,判断是否需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置,具体包括:
在需要对定位设备进行定位时,获取所述定位设备在最近一次获取到所述位置更新成功消息的时刻与当前时刻之间的移动距离;
将所述移动距离发送给定位服务器,以使所述定位服务器比较所述移动距离和预设的距离阈值,并在判定不存在所述移动距离或所述移动距离大于预设的距离阈值时返回需要更新位置命令;
在获取到所述需要更新位置命令时,判定需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
需要说明的是,本实施方式与上述实施方式的区别在于,在本实施方式中,比较移动距离和预设的距离阈值的任务由定位服务器完成。具体地,定位设备得到移动距离后,将移动距离发送给定位服务器,定位服务器执行比较任务;通常,定位服务器的数据处理能力要优于定位设备,因此,本实施方式能够提高数据处理速度,且能适用于数据运算量较大的场景。
优选地,所述定位方法还包括:
在获取到定位服务器发送的位置信息请求,或检测到定位设备内部的定时触发器触发时,判定需要对定位设备进行定位。
需要说明的是,定位设备开始一次定位的触发条件可以是以下情况中的任意一种或几种的任意组合,获取到定位服务器的位置信息请求而触发定位、检测到定位设备内部的定时触发器而触发周期性定位,即每次定时时间到了就触发一次定位、或者检测到的定位设备内部的姿态传感器采集的姿态数据的变化量超过了预设的姿态阈值而触发定位。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述定位方法还包括:
当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第一时长阈值时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,
并向所述定位服务器发送GPS定位失败消息。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,在开启GPS定位模块的同时开始计时,若定位服务器一直没有向定位设备下发停止GPS定位指令,则GPS定位模块一直工作,直到GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第一时间阈值时,就关闭GSP定位模块。通常,如果在当前环境下GPS定位模块能够定位成功,则在一定时间内就能够获取到定位设备的当前位置信息,因此,在定位超过一定时间但却又仍然无法获取到位置信息的情况下,哪怕是继续定位,其成功的可能性也极小,故而及时关闭GPS定位模块,能够有效的降低定位设备的定位功耗。优选地,预设第一时长阈值为2分钟。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,所述定位方法还包括:
当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,根据所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度以及所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度判断所述定位设备是否位于室内;其中,所述第二时长阈值小于所述第一时长阈值;
在判定所述定位设备位于室内时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送所述GPS定位失败消息。
需要说明的是,开启GPS定位模块后,若一直没有获取到定位设备的当前位置信息且又没有获取到定位服务器下发的停止GPS定位命令,那么,GPS定位模块将持续工作,直到达到第一时长阈值后,若还未获取到位置信息则关闭GPS定位模块,并返回GPS定位失败消息。在这个过程中,GPS定位模块仍存在较大的功耗。因此,增设一个第二时长阈值,在GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,根据WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度及GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度再次判断定位设备当前是否位于室内,如果位于室内则及时关闭GPS定位模块,能够有效的降低定位功耗。优选地,预设第二时长阈值为10秒。
进一步地,所述当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,根据所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度以及所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度判断所述定位设备是否位于室内,具体为:
当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,判断是否满足所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度大于预设的第一信号强度阈值且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第二信号强度阈值;
若满足,则判定所述定位设备位于室内。
优选地,预设第一信号强度阈值为-70dbm,预设第二信号强度阈值为20。

需要说明的是,开启GPS定位模块后,若一直没有获取到定位设备的当前位置信息且又没有获取到定位服务器下发的停止GPS定位命令,那么,GPS定位模块将持续工作,直到达到第二时长阈值后再次判断是否在室内,若仍判定不在室内,则继续工作,直到达到第一时长阈值后,若还未获取到位置信息则关闭GPS定位模块,并返回GPS定位失败消息。在这个过程中,GPS定位模块仍存在较大的功耗。因此,增设一个第三时长阈值,在GPS定位模块的开启时长达到第三时长阈值时,根据GPS定位模块的搜星数目和最大GPS信号强度判断是否搜星失败,以便于判断定位设备当前是否位于GPS定位情况差的室外位置或者窗边位置,在这种情况下,及时关闭GPS定位模块,能够有效的降低定位功耗。优选地,预设第三时长阈值为30秒。
进一步地,所述当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第三时长阈值时,根据所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目和最大GPS信号强度判断是否搜星失败,具体为:
当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第三时长阈值时,判断是否满足所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目小于预设的数目阈值并且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第三信号强度阈值;
若满足,则判定搜星失败。

需要说明的是,当GPS定位模块的开启时长在第二时长阈值到第一时长阈值期间,可以循环根据WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度以及GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度判断定位设备是否位于室内,以及当开启时长在第三时长阈值到第一时长阈值期间,增加循环根据所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目和最大GPS信号强度判断是否搜星失败的任务。或者,每预设的周期判断一次,优选地,预设周期为1秒,即在GPS定位模块的开启时长在第二时长阈值到第一时长阈值期间,每秒判断一次定位设备当前是否位于室内,以及在开启时长达到第三时长阈值直到达到第一时长阈值期间,增加每秒判断是否搜星失败的任务。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述定位方法还包括:
在获取所述定位设备中的WIFI模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据
时,获取所述定位设备中的GSM模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的基站信息数据;

所述GPS定位失败消息用于通知所述定位服务器根据所述第一位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置,或在不存在所述第一位置信息时根据所述基站信息数据获取第三位置信息并根据所述第三位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
其中,基站信息数据包括国家编码、运行商编码、小区号、基站编码和基站信号强度等。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,增加基站定位来辅助完成定位工作,在WIFI定位和GPS定位都没有获取到定位设备的位置信息的情况下,则可以根据基站定位获取到的定位设备的位置信息更新定位设备的当前位置。
需要说明的是,在定位过程中,如果GPS定位、WIFI定位和基站定位都没有获得定位设备的当前位置信息,那么就确认本次定位彻底失败,定位服务器将通知定位设备再次定位。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供一种定位装置,能够实现本发明实施例提供的定位方法中的所有流程。

进一步地,所述第三时长监测模块具体用于:
当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第三时长阈值时,判断是否满足所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目小于预设的数目阈值并且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第三信号强度阈值;并且,
在所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目小于预设的数目阈值并且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第三信号强度阈值时,判定搜星失败;以及,
在判定搜星失败时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送所述GPS定位失败消息。
在一个优选的实施方式中,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括:
基站数据获取模块,用于在获取所述定位设备中的WIFI模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据时,获取所述定位设备中的GSM模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的基站信息数据;
基站数据上传模块,用于在控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述WIFI热点数据上传到定位服务器时,控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述基站信息数据上传到所述定位服务器;
所述GPS定位失败消息用于通知所述定位服务器根据所述第一位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置,或在不存在所述第一位置信息时根据所述基站信息数据获取第三位置信息并
根据所述第三位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
相应的,本发明还提供一种定位设备的一个实施例。
所述定位设备包括GPS定位模块、WIFI模块和GSM模块;并且,所述定位设备还配置有上述实施例的一方面所提供的定位装置。
其中,所述GSM模块用于获取定位设备附近的基站信息数据,以及用于完成定位设备与定位服务器之间的数据传输任务,另外,此处的定位服务器指的是前文提到的定位设备服务器。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中还包括姿态传感器模块,用于采集定位设备的姿态参数。结合位置更新成功消息和姿态参数,即可获知定位设备在最近一次获取到位置更新成功消息的时刻与当前时刻之间的移动距离。
相应的,本发明还提供一种定位系统的一个实施例。
所述定位系统包括定位服务器以及上述实施例所提供的定位设备。
进一步地,所述定位系统还包括智能终端;
所述智能终端用于接收所述定位服务器发送的所述定位设备的当前位置信息,并显示所述定位设备的当前位置。
需要说明的是,定位设备的当前位置信息为定位服务器获取的定位设备当前所处位置对应的经纬度信息,智能终端接收到该经纬度信息后,将其导入终端自带的地图中,则可在地图中得到该经纬度信息对应的一个位置,该位置即为定位设备的当前位置,接着,在终端的地图界面中将定位设备的当前位置显示出来,以供终端使用者获知定位设备的当前位置。或者,定位设备的当前位置信息为定位设备的当前位置,即定位服务器已经将经纬度信息导入服务器自带的地图中,得到了定位设备的当前位置,定位服务器将定位设备的当前位置直接发送给智能终端,智能终端只需要直接显示定位设备的当前位置这一结果,以供终端使用者获知定位设备的当前位置,例如,定位服务器向智能终端发送一条包含定位设备当前所处位置的短信,智能终端显示该短信即可。
本发明实施例提供的定位方法、装置、设备及系统,通过在需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置时,开启GPS定位模块,并获取定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据以及将其上传到定位服务器,在定位服务器根据WIFI热点数据获取第一位置信息,进而根据第一位置信息判定定位设备当前位于室内或者位于室外且所述第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值时,关闭定位设备中的GPS定位模块。通常,当定位设备当前位于室内时,GPS定位模块是无法定位成功的,因此,在第一时间识别出无法进行GPS定位的环境情况,并且及时关闭GPS定位模块,能够有效地降低定位功耗,另外,当根据第一位置信息已经判定所述定位设
备位于室外且所述第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值时,则不需要再利用GPS定位模块进行定位,及时关闭GPS定位模块,同样也能有效地降低定位功耗。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (25)
- 一种定位方法,其特征在于,包括:在需要对定位设备进行定位时,判断是否需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置;在需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置时,开启所述定位设备上的GPS定位模块;获取所述定位设备中的WIFI模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据;控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述WIFI热点数据上传到定位服务器,以使所述定位服务器根据所述WIFI热点数据获取第一位置信息,并在满足预设条件时根据所述第一位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置以及返回停止GPS定位命令;所述预设条件为所述定位服务器能够根据所述第一位置信息判定所述定位设备位于室内,或所述定位服务器能够根据所述第一位置信息判定所述定位设备位于室外且所述第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值;在获取到所述定位服务器返回的停止GPS定位命令时,关闭所述GPS定位模块;当通过所述GPS定位模块获取到第二位置信息时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并将所述第二位置信息发送到所述定位服务器,使所述定位服务器根据所述第二位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
- 如权利要求1所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述定位方法还包括:获取所述定位服务器发送的位置更新成功消息,并记录获取的时刻;所述位置更新成功消息为所述定位服务器在更新所述定位设备的当前位置后生成的。
- 如权利要求2所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述在需要对定位设备进行定位时,判断是否需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置,具体包括:在需要对定位设备进行定位时,获取所述定位设备在最近一次获取到所述位置更新成功消息的时刻与当前时刻之间的移动距离;比较所述移动距离和预设的距离阈值;并且,在不存在所述移动距离或所述移动距离大于预设的距离阈值时,判定需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
- 如权利要求2所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述在需要对定位设备进行定位时,判断是否需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置,具体包括:在需要对定位设备进行定位时,获取所述定位设备在最近一次获取到所述位置更新成功消息的时刻与当前时刻之间的移动距离;将所述移动距离发送给定位服务器,以使所述定位服务器比较所述移动距离和预设的距离阈值,并在判定不存在所述移动距离或所述移动距离大于预设的距离阈值时返回需要更新位置命令;在获取到所述需要更新位置命令时,判定需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
- 如权利要求3或4任一项所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述定位方法还包括:在获取到定位服务器发送的位置信息请求,或检测到定位设备内部的定时触发器触发时,判定需要对定位设备进行定位。
- 如权利要求1所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述定位方法还包括:当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第一时长阈值时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送GPS定位失败消息。
- 如权利要求6所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述定位方法还包括:当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,根据所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度以及所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度判断所述定位设备是否位于室内;其中,所述第二时长阈值小于所述第一时长阈值;在判定所述定位设备位于室内时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送所述GPS定位失败消息。
- 如权利要求7所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,根据所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度以及所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度判断所述定位设备是否位于室内,具体为:当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,判断是否满足所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度大于预设的第一信号强度阈值且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第二信号强度阈值;若满足,则判定所述定位设备位于室内。
- 如权利要求7所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述定位方法还包括:当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第三时长阈值时,根据所述GPS定位模块 的搜星数目和最大GPS信号强度判断是否搜星失败;其中,所述第三时长阈值大于所述第二时长阈值且小于所述第一时长阈值;在判定搜星失败时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送所述GPS定位失败消息。
- 如权利要求9所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第三时长阈值时,根据所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目和最大GPS信号强度判断是否搜星失败,具体为:当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第三时长阈值时,判断是否满足所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目小于预设的数目阈值并且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第三信号强度阈值;若满足,则判定搜星失败。
- 如权利要求6~10任一项所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述定位方法还包括:在获取所述定位设备中的WIFI模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据时,获取所述定位设备中的GSM模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的基站信息数据;在控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述WIFI热点数据上传到定位服务器时,控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述基站信息数据上传到所述定位服务器;所述GPS定位失败消息用于通知所述定位服务器根据所述第一位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置,或在不存在所述第一位置信息时根据所述基站信息数据获取第三位置信息并根据所述第三位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
- 一种定位装置,其特征在于,包括:更新位置判断模块,用于在需要对定位设备进行定位时,判断是否需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置;GPS开启模块,用于在需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置时,开启所述定位设备上的GPS定位模块;WIFI数据获取模块,用于获取所述定位设备中的WIFI模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据;WIFI数据上传模块,用于控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述WIFI热点数据上传到定位服务器,以使所述定位服务器根据所述WIFI热点数据获取第一位置信息,并在满足 预设条件时根据所述第一位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置以及返回停止GPS定位命令;所述预设条件为所述定位服务器能够根据所述第一位置信息判定所述定位设备位于室内,或所述定位服务器能够根据所述第一位置信息判定所述定位设备处于室外且所述第一位置信息的定位精度小于预设的精度阈值;GPS关闭模块,用于在获取到所述定位服务器返回的停止GPS定位命令时,关闭所述GPS定位模块;以及,位置信息获取模块,用于当通过所述GPS定位模块获取到第二位置信息时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并将所述第二位置信息发送到所述定位服务器,使所述定位服务器根据所述第二位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
- 如权利要求12所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括:成功消息获取模块,用于获取所述定位服务器发送的位置更新成功消息,并记录获取的时刻;所述位置更新成功消息为所述定位服务器在更新所述定位设备的当前位置后生成的。
- 如权利要求13所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述更新位置判断模块具体包括:第一距离获取单元,用于在需要对定位设备进行定位时,获取所述定位设备在最近一次获取到所述位置更新成功消息的时刻与当前时刻之间的移动距离;比较单元,用于比较所述移动距离和预设的距离阈值;并且,在不存在所述移动距离或所述移动距离大于预设的距离阈值时,判定需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
- 如权利要求13所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述更新位置判断模块具体包括:第二距离获取单元,用于在需要对定位设备进行定位时,获取所述定位设备在最近一次获取到所述位置更新成功消息的时刻与当前时刻之间的移动距离;移动距离发送单元,用于将所述移动距离发送给定位服务器,以使所述定位服务器比较所述移动距离和预设的距离阈值,并在判定不存在所述移动距离或所述移动距离大于预设的距离阈值时返回需要更新位置命令;判断结果获取单元,用于在获取到所述需要更新位置命令时,判定需要更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
- 如权利要求14或15所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括:定位需求判定模块,用于在获取到定位服务器发送的位置信息请求,或检测到定位设备内部的定时触发器触发时,判定需要对定位设备进行定位。
- 如权利要求12所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括:第一时长监测模块,用于当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第一时长阈值时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送GPS定位失败消息。
- 如权利要求17所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括:第二时长监测模块,用于当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,根据所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度以及所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度判断所述定位设备是否位于室内;其中,所述第二时长阈值小于所述第一时长阈值;以及,在判定所述定位设备位于室内时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送所述GPS定位失败消息。
- 如权利要求18所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述第二时长监测模块具体用于:当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第二时长阈值时,判断是否满足所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度大于预设的第一信号强度阈值且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第二信号强度阈值;并且,在所述WIFI热点数据中的最大WIFI信号强度大于预设的第一信号强度阈值并且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第二信号强度阈值时,判定所述定位设备位于室内;以及,在判定所述定位设备位于室内时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送所述GPS定位失败消息。
- 如权利要求18所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括:第三时长监测模块,用于当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第三时长阈值时,根据所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目和最大GPS信号强度判断是否搜星失败;其中,所述第三时长阈值大于所述第二时长阈值且小于所述第一时长阈值;以及,在判定搜星失败时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送所述GPS定位失败消息。
- 如权利要求20所述的定位装置,其特征在于,所述第三时长监测模块具体用于:当所述GPS定位模块的开启时长达到预设的第三时长阈值时,判断是否满足所述GPS 定位模块的搜星数目小于预设的数目阈值并且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第三信号强度阈值;并且,在所述GPS定位模块的搜星数目小于预设的数目阈值并且所述GPS定位模块的最大GPS信号强度小于预设的第三信号强度阈值时,判定搜星失败;以及,在判定搜星失败时,关闭所述GPS定位模块,并向所述定位服务器发送所述GPS定位失败消息。
- 如权利要求17~21任一项所述的定位装置,其特征在于,定位装置还包括:基站数据获取模块,用于在获取所述定位设备中的WIFI模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的WIFI热点数据时,获取所述定位设备中的GSM模块搜索到的当前所述定位设备附近的基站信息数据;基站数据上传模块,用于在控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述WIFI热点数据上传到定位服务器时,控制所述定位设备中的GSM模块将所述基站信息数据上传到所述定位服务器;所述GPS定位失败消息用于通知所述定位服务器根据所述第一位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置,或在不存在所述第一位置信息时根据所述基站信息数据获取第三位置信息并根据所述第三位置信息更新所述定位设备的当前位置。
- 一种定位设备,其特征在于,所述定位设备包括GPS定位模块、WIFI模块和GSM模块;并且所述定位设备还配置有如权利要求12~22中任一项所述的定位装置。
- 一种定位系统,其特征在于,所述定位系统包括定位服务器以及如权利要求23所述的定位设备。
- 如权利要求24所述的定位系统,其特征在于,所述定位系统还包括智能终端;所述智能终端用于接收所述定位服务器发送的所述定位设备的当前位置信息,并显示所述定位设备的当前位置。
