Abstract

The present invention relates to a control system for electric power control and a service system using the same. The present invention can perform electric power control such as the electric power amount adjustment or electric power cutoff for an electric power user and the measurement of the quality of supplied electric power, in a state where an electric power metering control device and a remote control center are connected through a wired or wireless communication network. The present invention can appropriately perform the electric power control such as the electric power amount adjustment or the electric power cutoff according to situations by adding functions of detecting temperature, fire, noise, vibration and earthquake and detecting an intruder to the electric power metering control device and sharing detection information thereof with the control center. The present invention enables the establishment of a stable electric power supply system by defining supplied electric power management units and appropriately distributing the supplied electric power among the management units. The present invention can collectively provide services such as billing, collection, etc. of administration costs, rent, water charges, gas charges, etc. for the electric power user related to the electric power metering control device, and furthermore, perform the electric power control such as the adjustment of the amount of the electric power or the electric power cutoff on the basis of processing information of these charges.
