本发明提供的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置通过一设计简单且低制作成本的结构设计,使显示装置具备伸缩隐藏的功能,当需要使用显示装置时,可以将显示屏从本体内的收容空间向上伸出,用以显示实时时间,当做时钟使用,也可以显示插孔组的电流电压,便于使用者对用电器的用电监控,能够更好的保证与电源装置连接的用电器的用电安全;在不需要使用显示屏时,可将显示屏缩回至收容空间内隐藏起来,使整体表面平整且无突出,同时避免了显示屏被碰撞而损坏,便于携带和运输;另外,显示屏沿本体的两个对角方向设置,不影响在本体的四侧壁上设置插孔组,不会因为设置显示屏而导致本体的体积增加,提高了空间利 用率。

下面参照附图详细描述本发明实施例的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置。
如图1至图3所示,根据本发明实施例的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置100,包括本体、至少一插孔组30和显示装置40。其中,本体为包括底座20和外壳10,外壳10的底部安装在所述底座20上,并与底座20之间形成有一收容空间(即本体的内腔),外壳10的顶部设有与收容空间连通的开口131,底座20内设置有与电源线21藕接的控制电路板50;外壳10的侧壁上可设置有至少一插孔组30,插孔组30与控制电路板50电连接;显示装置40通过该开口131可伸缩的设置在本体的收容空间内,并与控制电路板50电连接,且可从该开口131中伸出成展示状态用以显示实时时间、以及插孔组30的电流和电压。
具体而言,如图3至图5所示,外壳10进一步包括第一壳体11、第二壳体12以及顶板13,第一壳体11包括相互垂直连接的两个侧板111、112,第二壳体12也包括相互垂直连接的两个侧板121、122,第一壳体11和第二壳体12在水平方向扣合,从而使第一壳体11和第二壳体12的四个侧板(111、112、121、122)形成外壳10的四个侧面,即外壳10为四边体结构,当然,也可以为五边体或六边体等结构,并不特别限制外壳10侧面的数量;顶板13通过卡扣和/或螺钉的方式固定在第一壳体11和第二壳体12的上端,从而与第一壳体11和第二壳体12形成所述收容空间;四个侧板(111、112、121、122)上均设置有至少一所述插孔组30,本实施例的插孔组30通常为电源插孔,如两孔插孔或三孔插孔;如本实施例所示,每个侧板(111、112、121、122)上沿上下方向设置有两个插孔组30,其设置的排布位置和数量在此仅用以举例说明,但并不以此为限;顶板13上开设有所述开口131,用于供所述显示装置40伸出。
进一步地,如图4所示,第一壳体11的两个侧板111、112之间、以及第二壳体12 的两个侧板121、122之间为倒圆角结构的圆弧面113、123,顶板13上的开口131为长条形,其两端分别向第一壳体11和第二壳体12上的两个圆弧面113、123方向延伸。显示装置40可通过电动或手动的方式控制其伸出或缩回,本实施例以手动方式驱动为例:
参照图3,显示装置40包括显示屏41和支撑件42,所述支撑件42可竖直滑动的设置在所述收容空间内,所述显示屏41的下端固定在所述支撑件42上;所述第一壳体11的圆弧面113上开设有一竖直延伸并与所述收容空间连通的导槽114,所述支撑件42包括水平设置的支撑部421和竖直设置的遮挡部422,所述遮挡部422的顶端与所述支撑部421靠近所述导槽114的一端连接,且遮挡部422的宽度大于导槽114的宽度,用以对该导槽114进行封闭,避免灰尘从导槽114进入以影响使用寿命;而遮挡部422上设有一拨块423,拨块423从导槽114中伸出,通过控制所述拨块423可驱动所述支撑件42在竖直方向上下运动,在所述拨块423位于所述导槽114的最下端时,所述显示屏41缩回至所述收容空间内,在所述拨块423位于所述导槽的最上端时,所述显示屏41凸出于所述收容空间。如此,显示屏41和支撑件42在设置于收容空间内时,显示屏41两侧端是沿外壳10的两个对角方向延伸的,从而利用了方形结构本体的边角处空间,使得外壳10的四个侧板(111、112、121、122)上都可设置插孔组30,换言之,设置的显示装置40不会干扰到本体上设置插孔组30的空间,从而提高了本体可设置插孔组30的数量,提高了利用率。
本实施例可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置100在驱动显示屏伸出或缩回时,是通过施加一外力于伸出导槽114的拨块423,使支撑件42在该外力的作用下向上或向下移动位置,从而轻松完成显示屏41的伸出或缩回动作。
如图3所示,本实施例的外壳10进一步包括有两个竖直的面板14,第一壳体11与第二壳体12的两个侧端分别通过一面板14连接,即第一壳体11的侧板111与相邻第二壳体12的侧板122之间通过一面板14连接,第一壳体11的侧板112与相邻第二壳体12的侧板121之间通过另一面板14连接,从而使两个面板14形成所述外壳10相对的两个倒角面,所述每一面板14上沿竖直方向间隔设置有若干个与所述控制电路板50连接的USB接口141,所述控制电路板50可检测所述USB接口141的电流,并将该USB接口141的电流信息通过所述显示屏41进行显示。由此,本发明本体的外壳10上四个侧面以及四个角面都进行了结构设计,使得空间利用率提高。
更进一步地,如图5所示,第二壳体12的圆弧面123上设置有与所述控制电路板50连接的控制按钮124以及电源开关125,所述电源开关125控制所述控制电路板50的电源通断,而通过所述控制按钮124来切换所述显示屏41上所显示的内容,如可选的选择显示 的实时时间、插孔组30的电流、插孔组30的电压、以及USB接口的电流,并可对所述控制电路板50的电源进行设定断电时间。如此,本发明的显示屏41可显示实时时钟、插孔组30的电流和电压、USB接口的电流等信息,如图所示,实际使用中,通过控制按钮124选择model模式时,选择TIME选项,即可使显示屏41上显示实时时间,用以当做普通时钟使用(控制电路板内设有时钟电路)。当选择timing选项时,通过选择“+”或“-”号,可对连接在控制电路板50上的各插孔组30的使用时间进行设定,使插孔组30在经过设定时间后断电,方便使用者安全用电。当选择AC选项,可查看对应的插孔组30的电流及其对应的电压,以便使用者对插孔组30上的用电器进行安全管理,进一步提升电源装置的方便性和实用价值,避免了电路压力过大造成的用电事故的发生。当选择DC选项时,可以查看对应的USB接口141的电流,用以对与USB接口141连接的移动设备进行充电监控,避免电流过大而造成移动设备的用电安全。
结合图3至图6所示,本实施例中的第一壳体11、第二壳体12与面板14的连接方式卡接,具体的,每一面板14的相对两侧上分别设有沿竖直方向延伸并上下贯穿的卡槽142,所述第一壳体11和第二壳体12对应所述面板14的侧壁上分别设置有沿竖直方向延伸并与所述卡槽配合的卡条15,所述第一壳体11和第二壳体12与所述两个面板14之间分别通过所述卡条15和卡槽142相互卡合连接。如此,在安装时,第一壳体11与第二壳体12可通过螺钉固定的方式安装在顶板13上,面板14对应第一壳体11和第二壳体12上相邻的两个卡条15从下至上插入,使第一壳体11和第二壳体12相邻的两个卡条15分别卡入在面板14两侧的卡槽142内,从而形成外壳10,然后再将整个外壳10通过螺钉固定在底座20上,完成本体的安装;较佳的,在顶板13和底座20上对应所述两个面板14的位置分别设置有定位凸起23,每个面板14的上下两端对应设置有定位凹槽144,从而在本体安装完成后提高个部件之间的连接强度,通过上述结构,提高了本体在安装时的方便性。
本实施例的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置100还包括有一连接于所述底座20上的电源线21,所述电源线21耦接所述控制电路板50;所述底座20上还设有一电源指示灯22以显示电源供电或断电状态,当电源开关125为开启时,电源指示灯22发亮,以此来显示此时的电源装置处于供电状态且供电正常;反之当电源开关125为断开时,电源指示灯22不亮,以此来显示此时的电源装置处于断电状态下或供电不正常。所述面板14上对应每一USB接口141设有接通指示灯143,当移动设备通过USB线接通在一个USB接口141上进行充电时,对应的接通指示灯143发亮,以此显示该USB接口141正在为移动设备正常供电。
终上所述,本发明提供的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置100可以将显示屏41从本体内的收容空间向上伸出,用以显示实时时间,当做时钟使用,也可以显示插孔组30的电流电压,便于使用者对用电器的用电监控,能够更好的保证与电源装置连接的用电器的用电安全;在不需要使用显示屏41时,可将显示屏41缩回至收容空间内隐藏起来,使整体表面平整且无突出,同时避免了显示屏41被碰撞而损坏,便于携带和运输;另外,显示屏41沿本体的两个对角方向设置,不影响在本体的四侧板(111、112、121、122)上设置插孔组30,不会因为设置显示屏41而导致本体的体积增加,提高了空间利用率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,包括:
    本体,所述本体内部形成有一收容空间,本体上设有与所述收容空间连通的开口;
    至少一插孔组,设置于所述本体的侧壁上;
    显示装置,所述显示装置通过所述开口可伸缩的设置在所述本体的收容空间内,用以显示实时时间、以及所述插孔组的电流和电压。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,本体包括底座和外壳,所述底座内设置有与所述插孔组及显示装置连接的控制电路板,所述外壳的底部安装在所述底座上,并与底座之间形成所述收容空间,所述插孔组设置在所述外壳上,所述开口设置于所述外壳的顶部,所述显示装置可从所述开口伸出。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括第一壳体、第二壳体以及顶板,所述第一壳体和第二壳体均包括相互垂直连接的两个侧板,第一壳体和第二壳体水平方向扣合,形成外壳的四个侧面,所述顶板固定在所述第一壳体和第二壳体的上端,从而形成所述收容空间;所述每一侧板上均设置有至少一所述插孔组,所述顶板上开设有所述开口,用于供所述显示装置伸出。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,所述第一壳体的两个侧板之间、以及第二壳体的两个侧板之间为倒圆角结构的圆弧面,所述开口为长条形,其两端分别向所述第一壳体和第二壳体上的圆弧面延伸。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,所述第一壳体和第二壳体的每个侧板上分别设置有至少一所述插孔组。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括显示屏和支撑件,所述支撑件可竖直滑动的设置在所述收容空间内,所述显示屏的下端固定在所述支撑件上;所述第一壳体的圆弧面上开设有一竖直延伸并与所述收容空间连通的导槽,所述支撑件上设有一拨块,所述拨块从所述导槽中伸出,通过控制所述拨块可驱动所述支撑件在竖直方向上下运动,在所述拨块位于所述导槽的最下端时,所述显示屏缩回至所述收容空间内,在所述拨块位于所述导槽的最上端时,所述显示屏凸出于所述收容空间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,所述第二壳体的圆弧面上设置有与所述控制电路板连接的控制按钮以及电源开关,所述电源开关控制所述控制电路板的电源通断,而通过所述控制按钮来切换所述显示屏上显示的时间、插孔组的电流或插孔组的电压,并可对所述控制电路板的电源进行设定断电时间。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,所述第一壳体与第 二壳体的两个侧端分别通过一面板连接,所述两个面板形成所述外壳相对的两个倒角面,所述面板上沿竖直方向间隔设置有若干个与所述控制电路板连接的USB接口,所述控制电路板可检测所述USB接口的电流,并将该USB接口的电流信息通过所述显示屏进行显示。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,所述每一面板的相对两侧壁上分别设有沿竖直方向延伸并上下贯穿的卡槽,所述第一壳体和第二壳体对应所述面板的侧壁上分别设置有沿竖直方向延伸并与所述卡槽配合的卡条,所述第一壳体和第二壳体与所述两个面板之间分别通过所述卡条和卡槽相互卡合连接。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的可伸缩智能显示多功能电源装置,其特征在于,还包括有一连接于所述底座上的电源线,所述电源线耦接所述控制电路板;所述底座上还设有一电源指示灯以显示电源供电或断电状态,所述面板上对应每一USB接口设有接通指示灯。
