Abstract

一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,首先制作一磁卡工装(1)或者一IC卡工装(2);将磁卡工装(1)或者IC卡工装(2)插入至POS终端,磁卡工装(1)或者IC卡工装(2)与POS终端中的卡片功能模块电连,采用静电枪与磁卡工装(1)或IC卡工装(2)进行电性接触,调整静电枪输出的静电值,分别记录静电枪在输出不同静电值下POS终端的工作状态;将磁卡工装(1)或IC卡工装(2)从POS机终端取出,检测POS终端卡片功能模块的参数数据,判断POS终端卡片功能模块是否存在故障;根据记录的POS终端的工作状态以及卡片功能模块的参数数据,得到POS终端的抗静电能力的试验等级。通过简单的磁卡工装(1)和IC卡工装(2)与POS终端接触,通过静电枪进行放电,测试POS终端的抗静电等级。

Description

一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法 技术领域
本发明涉及静电检测领域,尤其涉及一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法。
背景技术
我们日常消费过程中,采用IC卡、磁卡消费越来越多,由于环境等原因,我们卡片会累积静电,在刷卡(插卡)过程中,卡片上面累积的静电会对设备终端进行放电,导致设备终端功能异常或损坏。
针对设备终端存在被静电损坏的问题,现有标准GB17262.2012-2中的静电测试标准就是用于模拟人体或者人体金属带电,对设备进行放电,评估设备抗静电能力;该标准主要是模拟人体或者人体金属带电的测试模型,不是模拟卡片(磁卡或者IC卡)带静电的测试模型,只能评估人体或者人体金属可触及的地方抗静电能力,无法评估设备终端的卡片功能模块抗卡片带静电能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上不足之处,提供了一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,测试简单有效。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制作一磁卡工装或者一IC卡工装;
步骤S2:将磁卡工装或者IC卡工装插入至POS终端,磁卡工装或者IC卡工装与POS终端中的卡片功能模块电连,
步骤S3:采用静电枪与磁卡工装或IC卡工装进行电性接触;
步骤S4:调整静电枪输出的静电值,分别记录静电枪在输出不同静电值下POS终端的工作状态;
步骤S5:将磁卡工装或IC卡工装从POS机终端取出,检测POS终端卡片功能模块的参数数据,判断POS终端卡片功能模块是否存在故障;
步骤S6:根据记录的POS终端的工作状态以及卡片功能模块的参数数据,得到该POS终端的抗静电能力的试验等级。
进一步的,将静电枪设置为接触放电模式,并设置输出的静电值为-8KV~+8KV。
进一步的,所述磁卡工装包括一PCB板,所述PCB板上设有与POS终端配合电性连接的铜箔走线,所述铜箔走线的一端向外延伸至PCB板的边缘与设置于PCB板边缘的静电枪接触点电连。
进一步的,所述POS终端上设有与磁卡工装配合的读卡槽,所述读卡槽内侧设有与磁条配合的磁头,所述磁头与POS终端卡片功能模块电连。
进一步的,所述IC卡工装包括一PCB板,所述PCB板内侧边缘设有若干个与POS终端卡片功能模块电连的IC卡接触点,每个IC卡接触点延伸至PCB板外侧边缘分别与若干的沿竖向间隔设置的静电枪接触点对应电连。
与现有技术相比,本发明有以下有益效果:将磁卡工装和IC卡工装作为测试POS终端抗静电能力的测试工装,通过静电枪,在磁卡工装或IC卡工装进行测试时进入POS终端卡片功能模块形成放电,得到POS终端的抗静电能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1~2所示,本实施例的一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制作一磁卡工装1或者一IC卡工装2;
步骤S2:将磁卡工装1或者IC卡工装2插入至POS终端,磁卡工装1或者IC卡工装2与POS终端中的卡片功能模块电连,
步骤S3:采用静电枪与磁卡工装1或IC卡工装2进行电性接触;
步骤S4:调整静电枪输出的静电值,分别记录静电枪在输出不同静电值下POS终端的工作状态;
步骤S5:将磁卡工装或IC卡工装从POS机终端取出,检测POS终端卡片功能模块的参数数据,判断POS终端卡片功能模块是否存在故障;
步骤S6:根据记录的POS终端的工作状态以及卡片功能模块的参数数据,得到该POS终端的抗静电能力的试验等级。
从上述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:通过磁卡工装1和IC卡工装2与静电枪配合在插入POS终端时进行放电,对POS终端的抗静电能力进行检测。
进一步的,将静电枪设置为接触放电模式,并设置输出的静电值为-8KV~+8KV,如下表设定的静电等级以及在不同静电等级状态下的工作状态的指标通过相关设备进行自动评定。

在本实施例中,所述磁卡工装1包括一PCB板,所述PCB板上设有与POS终端配合电性连接的铜箔走线10,所述铜箔走线10的一端向外延伸至PCB板的边缘与设置于PCB板边缘的静电枪接触点11电连。
在本实施例中,所述POS终端上设有与磁卡工装1配合的读卡槽,所述读卡槽内侧设有与铜箔走线10配合的磁头,所述磁头与POS终端卡片功能模块电连。磁卡工装1插入读卡槽内,POS终端的磁头与铜箔走线10进行电连,此时通过静电枪通过磁卡工装1的静电枪接触点11对POS终端卡片功能模块进行放电,检测POS终端的工作状态,包括是否死机、屏幕闪烁等其他异常情况,从而得出POS终端的抗静电能力。
在本实施例中,所述IC卡工装2包括一PCB板,所述PCB板内侧边缘设有若干个与POS终端卡片功能模块电连的IC卡接触点20,每个IC卡接触点20延伸至PCB板外侧边缘分别与若干的沿竖向间隔设置的静电枪接触点21对应电连。同样的,将IC卡工装2插入POS终端IC卡槽内,测试时,静电枪通过IC卡工装2的静电枪接触点21对POS终端卡片功能模块进行放电,检测POS终端的工作状态,包括是否死机、屏幕闪烁等其他异常情况,从而得出POS终端的抗静电能力。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,测试方法简单,易操作。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤S1:制作一磁卡工装或者一IC卡工装;
    步骤S2:将磁卡工装或者IC卡工装插入至POS终端,磁卡工装或者IC卡工装与POS终端中的卡片功能模块电连;
    步骤S3:采用静电枪与磁卡工装或IC卡工装进行电性接触;
    步骤S4:调整静电枪输出的静电值,分别记录静电枪在输出不同静电值下POS终端的工作状态;
    步骤S5:将磁卡工装或IC卡工装从POS机终端取出,检测POS终端卡片功能模块的参数数据,判断POS终端卡片功能模块是否存在故障;
    步骤S6:根据记录的POS终端的工作状态以及卡片功能模块的参数数据,得到该POS终端的抗静电能力的试验等级。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S3中,将静电枪设置为接触放电模式,并设置输出的静电值为-8KV~+8KV。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,其特征在于,所述磁卡工装包括一PCB板,所述PCB板上设有与POS终端配合电性连接的铜箔走线,所述铜箔走线的一端向外延伸至PCB板的边缘与设置于PCB板边缘的静电枪接触点电连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,其特征在于,所述POS终端上设有与磁卡工装配合的读卡槽,所述读卡槽内侧设有与磁条配合的磁头,所述磁头与POS终端卡片功能模块电连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种POS终端卡片功能模块抗静电能力的测试方法,其特征在于,所述IC卡工装包括一PCB板,所述PCB板内侧边缘设有若干个与POS终端卡片功能模块电连的IC卡接触点,每个IC卡接触点延伸至PCB板外侧边缘分别与若干的沿竖向间隔设置的静电枪接触点对应电连。
