在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接。可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接。可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
请一并参阅图1~图9,本发明实施方式的洗碗机100包括内胆10、承载组件20及门组件30。内胆10形成有洗涤腔室11及与洗涤腔室11连通的开口13。洗涤腔室11内设置有腔体平台12。腔体平台12包括斜面121。承载组件20可移动地设置在腔体平台12。门组件30包括门体31。门体31可转动地连接内胆10以打开或关闭开口13。斜面121向开口13倾斜设置。当门体31关闭开口13时。承载组件20收容在洗涤腔室11内并支撑在斜面121上。当门体31打开开口13时。承载组件20在承载组件20的重力作用下自动地由斜面121上向开口13移动。
在本发明实施方式的洗碗机100中,在门体31打开开口13时,承载组件20能够在自身的重力作用下自动地由斜面121上向开口13移动,因此,这样可使承载组件20向开口13伸出,增大了承载组件13上高温餐具与外界冷空气的接触面积,进而加快洗碗机100的干燥速度,提升洗碗机100的干燥效率而且也无需增加额外的能耗。
在本发明实施方式中,内胆10呈长方体状。
在本发明实施方式中,承载组件20为碗篮。承载组件20用于放置餐具。
需要说明的是,在其他实施方式中,承载组件20可以为刀叉托盘及刀叉篮等其它待洗涤用品。
在一个实施方式中,腔体平台12包括凹面122。斜面121连接凹面122并向凹面122倾斜设置。凹面122较斜面121更靠近开口13。承载组件20包括滚轮21。承载组件20通过滚轮21可移动地设置在腔体平台12上。当门体31关闭开口13时,滚轮21支撑在斜面121上,当门体31打开开口13时,滚轮21在承载组件20的重力作用下自动地由斜面121上移动至凹面122上以使承载组件20在凹面122上摆动。
因此,当门体31打开开口13时,承载组件20由斜面121上自动移动到凹面122上,承载组件20可借助于滚轮21在凹面122上做微小幅度的摆动,这样可以使承载组件20上的水珠在摆动的作用力下较为迅速地掉下来,从而可缩短干燥时间。
在本发明示例中,凹面122为半圆柱状凹面。可以理解,凹面122还可为有利于承载组件20摆动的其它形状表面。
在一个实施方式中,当门体31关闭开口13时,承载组件20支撑在远离开口13的斜面121的最高点处121a上。如此,当门体31打开开口13时,承载组件20在自身作 用力下向开口13的移动幅度较大,从而可进一步增大承载组件13上高温餐具与外界冷空气的接触面积。
在一个实施方式中,当门体31打开开口13时,承载组件20在承载组件20的重力作用下自动地由斜面121上向开口13移动,并推动门组件30以增大门组件30开启角度。
如此,增大了门体31开门的角度,从而可提高了承载组件20上的高温餐具与环境的冷空气的热交换效率,进而有效提升干燥效率。
在一个实施方式中,请参阅图9,洗碗机100包括控制装置40。门组件30包括门锁组件32。控制装置40连接门锁组件32。控制装置40用于控制门锁组件32与内胆10解锁以使门体31从关闭开口13的位置移动至打开开口13的位置。
如此,控制装置40可控制门锁组件32解锁的方式实现了门体31的自动打开及关闭,在洗碗机100干燥阶段,这样可通过自动打开门体31以使得承载组件20在自身重力作用下自动地由斜面121上向开口13移动并进行干燥,从而缩短干燥时间,进而提高了洗碗机100的智能化。
在一个实施方式中,门锁组件32包括安装于内胆10上的扣件321和安装于门体31上的锁体322。锁体322与扣件321配合以使得门体31关闭开口13。
如此,门锁组件32的设置结构较为简单,且占用空间较少,并易于通过控制装置40的控制实现门锁组件32的解锁。
在本发明实施方式中,当洗碗机100进入干燥阶段时,控制装置40控制门体31自动打开开口13。此时,承载组件20在承载组件20的重力作用下自动地由斜面121上向开口13移动并使得承载组件20上的高温餐具与外界空气进行热交换。
在一个实施方式中,腔体平台12的数目为两个。两个腔体平台12分别位于洗涤腔室11的相对两侧上。
如此,承载组件20承载在两个位于洗涤腔室11的端侧的腔体平台12上,受力更加平衡,可避免承载组件20在由斜面121上向开口13移动过程中出现倾斜等影响洗碗机100干燥的不利现象。
在本发明示例中,两个腔体平台12对称设置在洗涤腔室11的相对两侧上。每个腔体平台12包括4个凹面122及4个斜面。两个腔体平台12的结构基本相同。承载组件20包括8个滚轮21,且8个滚轮21分为两组滚轮21,每组滚轮安装于承载组件20的一侧,承载组件20通过两组滚轮21可移动地设置在两个腔体平台12上。
在洗碗机100工作过程中,可把需要清洗的餐具依次摆放进承载组件20中,然后再把承载组件20推送至洗涤腔室11内,在推送的过程中,承载组件20的每组滚轮21 中至少有两个滚轮21不在支撑承载组件20的凹面122内,这样保证了承载组件20推拉的顺畅性。
当每组的4个滚轮21均落于相应的凹面122内时,虽然承载组件20还没有完成推至洗涤腔室11最深处,但此时即可借助于门锁组件32的定位作用,即通过门锁组件32使得门体31关闭开口13以把承载组件20压送至洗涤腔室11的最深处(如图3及图4所示),此时,8个滚轮21均对应地支撑在远离开口13的斜面121的最高点处上。然后,再对洗碗机100选择适当的洗涤程序,从而对承载组件20内放置的餐具进行清洗,即使得洗碗机100进入洗涤阶段。
当洗碗机100的洗涤阶段结束并进入干燥阶段时,控制装置40控制门锁组件32与内胆10解锁以使门体31从关闭开口13的位置移动至打开开口13的位置(如图7及图8所示)。此时,承载组件20在自身的重力作用下自动地由斜面121上向开口13移动,并且8个滚轮21均会移动至相应的凹面122内(如图5及图6所示)。在此过程中,承载组件20可推动门组件30以增大门组件30开启角度。
此时,由于承载组件20所处的位置相对于洗涤状态时所处的位置向外移动了一定的距离,从而可增大承载组件20的高温餐具与外界冷空气的接触面积,提升高温餐具与外部冷空气的热交换效率。并且,承载组件20由斜面121自动移动到凹面122上,承载组件20可借助于滚轮21在凹面122上做微小幅度的摆动,从而提升干燥效果。
在一个实施方式中,洗碗机100包括第一喷淋装置50(见图2)及第二喷淋装置51(见图7)。第一喷淋装置50设置在洗涤腔室11的底部,第二喷淋装置51设置在洗涤腔室11的上部。
如此,可通过两个喷淋装置对承载组件20上的餐具进行上下喷淋,从而增强了喷淋效果,有效提升了洗碗机100的洗涤效果。
具体地,在本发明示例中,第一喷淋装置50位于承载组件20的下方,第二喷淋装置51位于承载组件20的上方。
需要指出的是,“底部”、“上部”、“上方”、“下方”是洗碗机100的正常使用状态下的位置状态,例如图1所示洗碗机100的位置状态。
在一个实施方式中,洗碗机100包括水杯60。水杯60设置在内胆10的底部。水杯60连通洗涤腔室11。
如此,可通过水杯60收集并储存洗碗机100在洗涤阶段时的洗涤液。
具体地,在本发明实施方式中,水杯60设置有过滤器(图未示出)。在对承载组件20上的餐具进行清洗的过程中,清洗下来的残渣随着清洗液顺流至水杯60,然后再由过滤器过滤掉残渣,然后过滤掉残渣的液体最后汇集至水杯60内。
在一个实施方式中,洗碗机100包括水泵70。水泵70设置在内胆10外。水泵70连接水杯60。
如此,可通过水泵70及时地将储存于水杯60内的液体排出,并可进行循环利用排出洗碗机100外。
具体地,水泵70可安装在洗碗机100的基座80内,基座80与内胆10连接以支撑内胆10。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,包括:
    内胆,所述内胆形成有洗涤腔室及与所述洗涤腔室连通的开口,所述洗涤腔室内设置有腔体平台,所述腔体平台包括斜面;
    承载组件,所述承载组件可移动地设置在所述腔体平台上;
    门组件,所述门组件包括门体,所述门体可转动地连接所述内胆以打开或关闭所述开口,所述斜面向所述开口倾斜设置;
    当所述门体关闭所述开口时,所述承载组件收容在所述洗涤腔室内并支撑在所述斜面上,当所述门体打开所述开口时,所述承载组件在所述承载组件的重力作用下自动地由所述斜面上向所述开口移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述内胆呈长方体状。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述承载组件为碗篮,所述承载组件用于放置餐具。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述承载组件为刀叉托盘。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述腔体平台包括凹面,所述斜面连接所述凹面并向所述凹面倾斜设置,所述凹面较所述斜面更靠近所述开口;
    所述承载组件包括滚轮,所述承载组件通过所述滚轮可移动地设置在所述腔体平台上;
    当所述门体关闭所述开口时,所述滚轮支撑在所述斜面上,当所述门体打开所述开口时,所述滚轮在所述承载组件的重力作用下自动地由所述斜面上移动至所述凹面上以使所述承载组件在所述凹面上摆动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述腔体平台的数目为两个,所述承载组件包括8个所述滚轮,且8个所述滚轮分为两组滚轮,每组滚轮安装于所述承载组件的一侧,所述承载组件通过所述两组滚轮可移动地设置在两个所述腔体平台上。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述凹面为半圆柱状凹面。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,当所述门体关闭所述开口时,所述承载组件支撑在远离所述开口的所述斜面的最高点处上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,当所述门体打开所述开口时,所述承载组件在所述承载组件的重力作用下自动地由所述斜面上向所述开口移动,并推动所述门组件以增大所述门组件开启角度。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述洗碗机包括控制装置,所述门组件包括门锁组件,所述控制装置连接所述门锁组件,所述控制装置用于控制所述门锁组件与所述内胆解锁以使所述门体从关闭所述开口的位置移动至打开所述开口的位置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述门锁组件包括安装于所述内胆上的扣件和安装于所述门体上的锁体,所述锁体与所述扣件配合以使得所述门体关闭所述开口。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,当所述洗碗机进入干燥阶段时,所述控制装置用于控制所述门体自动打开所述开口。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述腔体平台的数目为两个,两个所述腔体平台分别设置在所述洗涤腔室的相对两侧上。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,两个所述腔体平台对称设置。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述洗碗机包括第一喷淋装置及第二喷淋装置,所述第一喷淋装置设置在所述洗涤腔室的底部,所述第二喷淋装置设置在所述洗涤腔室的上部。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述第一喷淋装置位于所述承载组件的下方,所述第二喷淋装置位于所述承载组件的上方。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述洗碗机包括水杯,所述水杯设置在所述内胆的底部,所述水杯连通所述洗涤腔室。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述水杯设置有过滤器。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述洗碗机包括水泵,所述水泵设置在所述内胆外,所述水泵连接所述水杯。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的洗碗机,其特征在于,所述水泵安装在所述洗碗机的基座内,所述基座与所述内胆连接以支撑所述内胆。
