本发明的最佳实施方式
[0018] 下面结合附图与实施例对本发明的技术方案进行说明。 [0019] 如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明所述的一种带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 包括机架 10和安装 于机架 10上的酿造装置, 所述酿造装置包括冲泡头 20和冲泡座 30, 所述冲泡头 2 0上连接有用于驱使所述冲泡头 20远离或靠近所述冲泡座 30的手柄 40, 所述冲泡 头 20朝向所述冲泡座 30的一端设有容纳腔 21, 所述冲泡头 20上幵设有连通所述 容纳腔 21的进水口 22, 所述冲泡座 30内设有密封件 31, 所述密封件 31与所述冲 泡座 30之间的间隙构成液压腔 32, 所述冲泡座 30上幵设有连通所述液压腔 32的 入水口 33, 当通过入水口 33向液压腔 32内注水吋所述密封件 31在液压作用下可 朝向所述冲泡头 20的方向移动。 本发明通过在酿造装置中增加一个密封件 31, 同吋采用液压的方式对密封件 31提供压力, 使密封件 31对酿造装置进行密封, 手柄 40的作用仅仅是驱动冲泡头 20向冲泡座 30移动, 而不需要手柄 40提供密封 所需的压力。 同吋, 酿造咖啡使用的热水由进水口 22进入酿造装置内部, 液压 腔 32内提供压力的水则从入水口 33进入液压腔 32, 使两种功能的水分别通过二 个水路输送, 不会造成混合从而污染咖啡的酿造和液压腔 32。 因此, 本发明不 仅可以提供较强的密封性和酿造萃取压力, 而且操作起来也十分方便不费劲。 优选地, 所述密封件 31与冲泡座 30之间设有密封圈 34, 可以防止液压腔 32内的 水进入容纳腔 21, 避免液压腔 32内的水污染咖啡, 同吋也可以避免冲泡咖啡的 水进入液压腔 32造成热量损失而影响咖啡口感。
[0020] 进一步地, 如图 2所示, 所述密封件 31上朝向所述液压腔 32的一侧设有凹台 35 , 所述冲泡座 30上朝向所述液压腔 32的一侧设有凸台 36, 所述凹台 35与凸台 36 的尺寸相匹配以使所述凸台 36可伸入到凹台 35内, 通过凸台 36与凹台 35相配合 , 当向液压腔 32注水吋可以提升对密封件 31的压力, 使密封件 31的密封性能更 强。 所述入水口 33与所述液压腔 32的连接处设于所述凸台 36上,使进入液压腔 32 的水对密封件 31的作用面积减小, 可以提升更大的压强进而提升密封件 31对酿 造装置的密封性。 所述入水口 33包括连接段和增压段, 所述增压段的内径小于 所述连接段的内径, 并且所述增压段位于靠近所述液压腔 32的一侧并与所述液 压腔 32相连接, 通过增压段进入液压腔 32内的水能进一步提升水压, 使水对密 封件 31的压强提升从而进一步提升密封件 31对酿造装置的密封性。 所述凹台 35 为底部尺寸小而顶部尺寸大的锥台形状, 所述凸台 36为底部尺寸大而顶部尺寸 小的锥台形状, 通过锥台形状的凸台 36和凹台 35相配合, 进一步提升水对密封 件 31的压强进而提升密封件 31对酿造装置的密封性。
[0021] 此外, 如图 2所示, 所述冲泡座 30内还设有酿造出水体 37, 所述酿造出水体 37 位于所述密封件 31朝向所述冲泡头 20的一侧, 并且所述酿造出水体 37和所述密 封件 31之间设有间隙, 使酿造的咖啡能从间隙排出, 同吋也可以将密封件 31与 咖啡胶囊隔幵避免咖啡胶囊被密封件 31直接压迫。 所述酿造出水体 37上幵设有 多个出水孔, 所述多个出水孔与所述冲泡座 30上的咖啡出口相连通, 使酿造的 咖啡可以从出水孔排出, 同吋过滤咖啡残澄。 所述密封件 31朝向所述冲泡头 20 的一侧设有容纳槽 38, 所述酿造出水体 37位于所述容纳槽 38内以使所述酿造出 水体 37与所述密封件 31并排设置, 并且所述酿造出水体 37随密封件 31—起移动 , 通过酿造出水体 37设置于冲泡头 20的容纳腔 21与密封件 31之间, 不仅可以提 升对容纳腔 21的密封性, 还可以使咖啡酿造后方便排出。 所述酿造出水体 37与 所述密封件 31之间的间隙构成咖啡通道 39, 所述咖啡通道 39连通于所述出水孔 和所述冲泡座 30上的咖啡出口, 将酿造后的咖啡通过咖啡通道 39引导出来, 便 于咖啡的排出。
[0022] 在进行咖啡酿造吋, 将咖啡胶囊放入冲泡头 20上的容纳腔 21内的胶囊支架上固 定, 然后掰动闭合手柄 40驱使冲泡头 20向冲泡座 30移动, 冲泡头 20便会推动咖 啡胶囊随之一起向冲泡座 30移动, 当咖啡胶囊移动至靠近所述酿造出水体 37的 位置后, 手柄 40也运动至其行程末端锁定。 此吋启动咖啡机, 咖啡机的供水系 统向咖啡机供应热水, 水会分二路, 一路从冲泡座 30的入水口 33进入液压腔 32 内, 当水量逐渐增多吋会对密封件 31形成压力, 使密封件 31向冲泡头 20移动, 密封件 31同样会驱使酿造出水体 37随之一起向冲泡头 20移动, 使密封件 31和酿 造出水体 37—起对冲泡头 20上的容纳腔 21形成密封状态, 在液压腔 32内水压作 用下, 密封件 31对酿造的容纳腔 21形成强力密封, 使容纳腔 21的密封性得到较 大的提升; 另一路水则从冲泡头 20的进水口 22进入容纳腔 21内, 对咖啡胶囊进 行酿造萃取, 由于此吋容纳腔 21被密封, 容纳腔 21内的压力随着水量的进入逐 渐上升, 使萃取压力也随之上升, 在较高的萃取压力下咖啡能被完全萃取, 使 最终酿造出的咖啡口感更浓郁更香醇。 酿造后的咖啡会从酿造出水体 37上的出 水孔中排出, 沿着咖啡通道 39经咖啡机的咖啡出口排出。 酿造完成后, 关闭供 水系统, 液压腔 32内的水会回流以降低容纳腔 21的压力, 此吋反向掰动手柄 40 驱使冲泡头 20回复移动至原位即可。 本发明的优点在于, 酿造咖啡的水从冲泡 头上的进水口进入容纳腔, 酿造完咖啡后从酿造出水体上出水孔经咖啡通道流 出; 而驱动液压锁紧的水从冲泡座上的入水口进入液压腔, 这样驱动液压锁紧 的水不会进入容纳腔内对咖啡造成污染, 而且进入酿造咖啡的水不须经过液压 锁紧结构, 使其不会造成热量损失, 从而更加保证咖啡的口感。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施方式, 故凡依本发明专利申请范围所述的构造 、 特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰, 均包括于本发明专利申请范围内。

权利要求书
一种带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 包括机架和安装于机架上的酿造装置, 所 述酿造装置包括冲泡头和冲泡座, 所述冲泡头上连接有用于驱使所述 冲泡头远离或靠近所述冲泡座的手柄, 所述冲泡头朝向所述冲泡座的 一端设有容纳腔, 所述冲泡头上幵设有连通所述容纳腔的进水口, 其 特征在于, 所述冲泡座内设有密封件, 所述密封件与所述冲泡座之间 的间隙构成液压腔, 所述冲泡座上幵设有连通所述液压腔的入水口, 当通过入水口向液压腔内注水吋所述密封件在液压作用下可朝向所述 冲泡头的方向移动。
根据权利要求 1所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述密封 件与冲泡座之间设有密封圈。
根据权利要求 2所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述密封 件上朝向所述液压腔的一侧设有凹台, 所述冲泡座上朝向所述液压腔 的一侧设有凸台, 所述凹台与凸台的尺寸相匹配以使所述凸台可伸入 到凹台内。
根据权利要求 3所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述入水 口与所述液压腔的连接处设于所述凸台上。
根据权利要求 4所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述入水 口包括连接段和增压段, 所述增压段的内径小于所述连接段的内径, 并且所述增压段位于靠近所述液压腔的一侧并与所述液压腔相连接。 根据权利要求 4所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述凹台 为底部尺寸小而顶部尺寸大的锥台形状, 所述凸台为底部尺寸大而顶 部尺寸小的锥台形状。
根据权利要求 1〜6任一项所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡座内还设有酿造出水体, 所述酿造出水体位于所述密封件朝 向所述突冲泡头的一侧。
根据权利要求 7所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述酿造 出水体上幵设有多个出水孔, 所述多个出水孔与所述冲泡座上的咖啡 出口相连通。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 8所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述密封 件朝向所述冲泡头的一侧设有容纳槽, 所述酿造出水体位于所述容纳 槽内以使所述酿造出水体与所述密封件并排设置, 并且所述酿造出水 体随密封件一起移动。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 9所述的带液压锁紧的咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述酿造 出水体与所述密封件之间的间隙构成咖啡通道, 所述咖啡通道连通于 所述出水孔和所述冲泡座上的咖啡出口。
