刮痧板 技术领域
本公开涉及医疗保健技术领域,特别公开一种刮痧板。
背景技术
刮痧是通过特制的刮痧器具和相应的手法,蘸取一定的介质,在体表进行反复刮动、摩擦,使皮肤局部出现暗红色出血点等,从而达到活血透痧的作用。现有的刮痧板并不具有灸疗和透皮给药的功能。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种刮痧板,该刮痧板具有灸疗和透皮给药功能,并能够在刮痧的同时通过药液润滑皮肤、使皮肤保持舒适的温度,有利于药物的吸收且刮痧效果好。
本公开实施例一种刮痧板,包括:本体,所述本体的一端设有刮痧刃、且与所述刮痧刃相对的另一端设有握持部;用于存储药液的药液存储腔以及用于加热药液的电加热装置,所述药液存储腔和电加热装置均设置于所述本体内部;所述刮痧刃的表面设有至少一个药液出口,其中,每个药液出口均与所述药液存储腔连通。
一个示例中,每个所述药液出口与所述药液存储腔之间通过连接管连通。
一个示例中,所述电加热装置设置于所述药液存储腔的内底部和/或所述连接管的外周面。
一个示例中,刮痧板还包括设置于所述本体且用于控制所述电加热装置启闭的开关。
一个示例中,刮痧板还包括阀门和控制单元,其中,所述阀门安装在所述连接管上,用于控制所述连接管内部通道的通断,且所述阀门与所述控制单元相通信。
一个示例中,刮痧板还包括压力检测装置,其中所述压力检测装置设置于所述握持部内且至少一部分露出所述握持部,用于检测所述握持部所受的压力值,并将检测到的压力值输入到所述控制单元;所述控制单元设置于所 述本体内,并与所述压力检测装置相通信;所述控制单元对接收到的压力值与设定压力进行比较,所述压力值大于等于所述设定压力时,所述控制单元控制所述阀门打开,以使所述连接管的内部通路连通。
一个示例中,刮痧板还包括设置于所述刮痧刃内部的温度检测装置和设置于所述本体内的温度控制装置,其中,所述温度检测装置,用于检测药液出口中药液的温度,并将检测到的温度信号输入所述温度控制装置;所述温度控制装置与所述温度检测装置和所述电加热装置相通信,并根据所述温度检测装置输入的温度信号,控制所述电加热装置以使所述药液存储腔内的药液温度不超过设定温度。
一个示例中,所述本体设有与所述药液存储腔连通的药液注入口以及用于封堵所述药液注入口的封盖。
一个示例中,所述电加热装置为微波加热装置、红外线加热装置或电阻加热装置。
一个示例中,每个所述药液出口内嵌设有由柔性材料制成的衬套,所述衬套从对应的药液出口突出于所述刮痧刃。
一个示例中,所述柔性材料为碳纳米管橡胶。
一个示例中,所述连接管包括总管和支管,总管的一端与所述药液存储腔连通,另一端与支管分别连通。
一个示例中,所述总管上设有阀门,通过所述阀门控制总管的连通。

具体实施方式
为使本公开实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
本公开实施例提供了一种刮痧板,该刮痧板具有灸疗和透皮给药功能,并能够在刮痧的同时通过药液润滑皮肤、使皮肤保持舒适的温度,有利于药物的吸收且刮痧效果好。
请参考图1以及图2,本公开实施例提供的刮痧板,包括:本体11,本体11的一端设有刮痧刃12、且与刮痧刃12相对的另一端设有握持部13;还包括用于存储药液的药液存储腔14以及用于加热药液的电加热装置15,药液存储腔14和电加热装置15均设置于本体11内部;刮痧刃12的表面设有至少一个药液出口121,其中,每个药液出口121均与药液存储腔14连通。
如图1以及图2所示,刮痧板在本体的一端设有刮痧刃12,在与刮痧刃12相对的本体的另一端设有握持部13,并且刮痧板的本体11内部设置有药液存储腔14,在药液存储腔14的内底部设置有电加热装置15,并在刮痧刃12的表面设有多个药液出口121,如图2所示的4个药液出口121;在采用上述刮痧板进行刮痧时,可以将需要的药液填充在药液存储腔14中,通过电加热装置15对存储在药液存储腔14内的药液进行加热,药液存储腔14内的药液通过刮痧刃12表面的药液出口121流出,药液在流出之前因被电加热装置15加热而温度升高,在通过刮痧刃12对皮肤进行刮痧的时候,药液存储腔14中的药液能够随着刮痧板的移动而通过药液出口121流出,并涂抹在皮肤表面,一方面,药液能够对皮肤进行润滑进而防止因摩擦损伤皮肤,另一方面,加热的药液还能对皮肤表面进行加热和灸疗,使接触药液的皮肤毛孔和皮下血管扩张,皮肤毛孔扩大后便于药液进入体内,皮下血管内的血液加热后会加速血液循环,因此,在采用上述刮痧板进行刮痧的同时,不仅能够润滑、加热皮肤,使皮肤保持舒适的温度,还能透过皮肤进行给药和灸疗,通过加热的药液使毛孔和血管扩张,在提高刮痧效果的同时还能促进药物的吸收。
因此,该刮痧板具有灸疗和透皮给药功能,并能够在刮痧的同时通过药 液润滑皮肤、使皮肤保持舒适的温度,有利于药物的吸收且刮痧效果好。
至少一些实施例中,每个药液出口121与药液存储腔14之间通过连接管16连通。
如图2所示,每个药液出口121与药液存储腔14之间通过连接管16连通,连接管161包括总管161和支管162,总管161的一端与药液存储腔14连通,另一端与4条支管162分别连通,并在总管161上设有阀门17,通过阀门17控制总管161的连通,进而控制药液储存腔14与药液出口121的连通,并进一步控制在刮痧时是否在皮肤表面涂抹药液。
上述各支管162可为毛细管,并且毛细管靠近刮痧刃12的部分盘绕在本体内,通过毛细管内流动的加热的药液能够加热刮痧刃12,使刮痧刃12能够以舒适的温度接触皮肤。
在上述刮痧板的基础上,根据电加热装置15设置位置的不同,刮痧板可以具有以下几种实施方式:
方式一,如图2所示,电加热装置15设置于药液存储腔14的内底部。
当电加热装置15设置于药液存储腔14的内底部时,电加热装置15直接对药液存储腔14内的药液进行加热,由于药液在加热后,会使药液或药液存储腔14内的空气的体积膨胀,因此,在加热药液的同时还会产生推动药液向外流动的压力。
方式二,电加热装置15设置于连接管16的外周面。
当电加热装置15设置于连接管16的外周面时,电加热装置15围绕在连接管16的外部,并隔着连接管16对连接管16中流过的药液进行即时加热。
方式三,电加热装置15设置于药液存储腔14的内底部和连接管16的外周面。
当在药液存储腔14的内底部以及连接管16的外周面均设置有电加热装置15时,刮痧板能够通过设置在药液存储腔14的内底部以及连接管16的外周面的两个电加热装置15对药液进行充分加热,有利于精确控制药液的温度,使药液温度达到所要求的温度。
在上述各种实施方式中,电加热装置15可以为微波加热装置、红外线加热装置或电阻加热装置,还可以为易于实现对药液进行加热目的的其它类型的加热装置。
在电加热装置15采用微波加热装置或红外线加热装置时,电加热装置15设置于药液存储腔14的外部即可对药液进行加热,并能防止电加热装置15污染药液。
而电加热装置15采用红外线加热装置时,红外线加热装置能够在加热药液的同时对人体进行红外线理疗,红外线加热装置产生的红外线可以透过衣服作用于治疗部位,还可以穿过皮肤直接使肌肉、皮下组织等产生热效应,有利于加速血液物质循环,增加新陈代谢、减少疼痛、增加肌肉松弛、产生按摩效果等。
因此,当电加热装置15采用红外线加热装置时,不仅能够通过刮痧板对皮肤进行刮痧,还能通过发射的红外线对人体进行理疗,产生真正的多功能治疗效果。
电加热装置15为电阻加热装置时,电阻加热装置可包括正负电极、电热丝或PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient,正温度系数)热敏电阻,电热丝或PTC热敏电阻的两端分别连接正负电极,以使电热丝或PTC热敏电阻产生热量以对药液进行加热。
至少一些实施例中,为了方便控制电加热装置15的启闭,上述刮痧板还包括设置于本体11且用于控制电加热装置15启闭的开关20,开关20可设置于本体的表面,并且开关20与电加热装置15电连接,以在需要对药液进行加热的时候开启电加热装置15,而在不需要加热的时候关闭电加热装置15,使刮痧板具有控制方便的效果。
至少一些实施例中,如图4所示,刮痧板还包括阀门17、压力检测装置24以及控制单元23,其中,
阀门17安装在连接管16上,用于控制连接管16内部通道的通断,且阀门16与控制单元23信号连接;
压力检测装置24设置于握持部13内且至少一部分露出握持部13,用于检测握持部13所受的压力值,并将检测到的压力值输入到控制单元23;
控制单元23设置于本体11内,并与压力检测装置24信号连接;
控制单元23对接收到的压力值与设定压力进行比较,压力值大于等于设定压力时,控制单元23控制阀门17打开,以使连接管16的内部通路连通。
因此,在采用上述刮痧板进行刮痧的过程中,通过设置于握持部13的压 力检测装置24可以检测使用者施加在握持部13的压力,并将检测的压力与设定压力进行比较,当检测的压力超过设定压力时,判断正在采用该刮痧板进行刮痧,并通过控制单元23控制阀门17开启,使药液存储腔14中的药液通过阀门17以及药液出口121流向皮肤表面,在通过药液对皮肤润滑的同时,还能透过皮肤给药。
因此,通过压力检测装置24和控制单元23控制阀门17的启闭,能够准确控制药液的供给,避免药液的浪费,提高药液的有效利用率,进而降低患者的用药成本。至少一些实施例中,刮痧板可以包括控制单元23和阀门17,而没有压力检测装置24。阀门17例如为电磁阀。
至少一些实施例中,如图3所示,上述刮痧板还包括设置于刮痧刃12内部的温度检测装置21和设置于本体11内的温度控制装置22,其中:
温度检测装置21,用于检测药液出口121中药液的温度,并将检测到的温度信号输入温度控制装置22;
温度控制装置22与温度检测装置21和电加热装置15信号连接,并根据温度检测装置21输入的温度信号,控制电加热装置15以使药液存储腔14内的药液温度不超过设定温度。
由于上述刮痧板还设置有用于检测药液出口121的药液温度的温度检测装置21和控制电加热装置15的温度控制装置22,温度检测装置21将检测到的温度信号输入温度控制装置22,通过温度控制装置22控制电加热装置15,以将药液温度控制在合理范围内,在有利于提高刮痧效果和透皮给药效果的同时,还能防止温度过高的药液烫伤皮肤,进而有利于节能。
为了方便检测设置于刮痧刃12的药液出口121中的药液温度,温度检测装置21可以为温度传感器,也可以为能够检测药液温度的其它的检测装置。
为了提高刮痧板对不同患者的适用性,如图2所示,本体11设有与药液存储腔14连通的药液注入口以及用于封堵药液注入口的封盖18。
由于刮痧板的本体设有药液注入口以及封盖18,药液注入口可通过导液管19连通药液存储腔14,因此,可采用注射器向药液存储腔14中添加药液,在药液存储腔14中药液使用完毕以后,可以通过药液注入口注入新的药液,或者,根据患者病情的不同,更换不同配方的药液,以对患者有针对性地治疗。由于通过药液注入口能够添加新的药液或更换不同的药液,因此,该刮 痧板能够重复利用,还能针对不同的患者添加对应的治疗药物,不仅提高了刮痧板的使用效率,还能提高对疾病的治疗效果。
上述封盖18可以为橡胶塞,也可以为带有密封结构的螺塞等。
为了提高刮痧的治疗效果,刮痧刃12的材料为陶瓷材料,优选微孔陶瓷材料,使药液通过微孔陶瓷材料的微孔缓缓流出,使药液能够在润滑皮肤的同时被皮肤充分吸收,提高药液的利用率,进而提高治疗效果。刮痧刃12还可以采用其它的材料制成,如:砭石、牛角等刮痧板常用的材料。
通过刮痧板可对皮肤的多个部位进行刮痧,而因为皮肤部位和形状不同,为了提高刮痧板与皮肤不同部位的匹配度,在每个药液出口121内嵌设有由柔性材料制成的衬套,衬套从对应的药液出口121突出于刮痧刃12,并且柔性材料可以为碳纳米管橡胶或硅胶,也可以为其它类型的柔性材料。
通过由柔性材料制成的衬套提高刮痧刃12与皮肤的密闭性和适配性,并且通过衬套可避免损伤皮肤。还可以通过衬套使刮痧板吸附于皮肤表面,并设置压力感应装置,控制刮痧板与皮肤之间的吸附压力,提高治疗效果。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中提到的药液可以是能够治疗疾病的各种药液,也可以是刮痧油、精油等用于刮痧的辅助性产品。

  1. 一种刮痧板,包括:
    本体,所述本体的一端设有刮痧刃,且与所述刮痧刃相对的另一端设有握持部;
    用于存储药液的药液存储腔以及用于加热药液的电加热装置,所述药液存储腔和电加热装置均设置于所述本体内部;
    所述刮痧刃的表面设有至少一个药液出口,其中,每个药液出口均与所述药液存储腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刮痧板,其中,每个所述药液出口与所述药液存储腔之间通过连接管连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的刮痧板,其中,所述电加热装置设置于所述药液存储腔的内底部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的刮痧板,其中,所述电加热装置设置于所述连接管的外周面。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的刮痧板,还包括设置于所述本体上且用于控制所述电加热装置启闭的开关。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的刮痧板,还包括阀门和控制单元,其中,
    所述阀门安装在所述连接管上,用于控制所述连接管内部通道的通断,且所述阀门与所述控制单元相通信。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的刮痧板,还包括压力检测装置,其中,
    所述压力检测装置设置于所述握持部内且至少一部分露出所述握持部,用于检测所述握持部所受的压力值,并将检测到的压力值输入到所述控制单元;
    所述控制单元设置于所述本体内,并与所述压力检测装置相通信;
    所述控制单元对接收到的压力值与设定压力进行比较,在所述压力值大于等于所述设定压力时,所述控制单元控制所述阀门打开,以使所述连接管的内部通路连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的刮痧板,还包括设置于所述刮痧刃内 部的温度检测装置和设置于所述本体内的温度控制装置,其中:
    所述温度检测装置,用于检测药液出口中药液的温度,并将检测到的温度信号输入所述温度控制装置;
    所述温度控制装置与所述温度检测装置和所述电加热装置相通信,并根据所述温度检测装置输入的温度信号,控制所述电加热装置以使所述药液存储腔内的药液温度不超过设定温度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的刮痧板,其中,所述本体设有与所述药液存储腔连通的药液注入口以及用于封堵所述药液注入口的封盖。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的刮痧板,其中,所述电加热装置为微波加热装置、红外线加热装置或电阻加热装置。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的刮痧板,其中,每个所述药液出口内嵌有由柔性材料制成的衬套,所述衬套从对应的药液出口突出于所述刮痧刃。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的刮痧板,其中,所述柔性材料为碳纳米管橡胶。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的刮痧板,其中,所述连接管包括总管和支管,总管的一端与所述药液存储腔连通,另一端与支管分别连通。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的刮痧板,其中,所述总管上设有阀门,通过所述阀门控制总管的连通。
