Description
本实用新型涉及一种医疗用具,具体涉及一种恒温熏灸装置。
艾灸,中医针灸疗法中的灸法。点燃用艾叶制成的艾炷、艾条为主,熏烤人体的穴位以达到保健治病的一种自然疗法。艾灸产生于中国远古时代。艾灸是用艾叶制成的艾灸材料产生的艾热刺激体表穴位或特定部位,通过激发经气的活动来调整人体紊乱的生理生化功能,从而达到防病治病目的的一种治疗方法。
中药熏蒸治疗疗法又叫蒸汽治疗疗法是以中医理论为指导,利用药物煎煮后所产生的蒸汽,通过皮肤表层吸收、角质层渗透和真皮转运进入血液循环而发挥药理效应,通过熏蒸机体达到治疗目的的一种中医外治治疗疗法。实践证明,中药熏蒸治疗疗法作用直接,疗效确切,适应症广,无毒副作用。
现有的艾灸或中药熏蒸治疗疗法均需要在医生指导下进行,且只能针对某一疗法,还存在烫伤的风险。另外,点燃的艾条在整个治疗过程中存在温度的变化,即开始时温度低,完全燃烧时温度过高,燃尽时又会出现温度的下降。为了维持恒温效果,必须不断调整艾条与身体的距离,操作不便,且极易造成烫伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作方便安全的恒温熏灸装置。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种恒温熏灸装置,其包括内壁设置有保温层的筒体;所述筒体内侧的底部固定设置有加热装置;所述加热装置的顶部设置有导热板;所述筒体位于导热板上部的内壁上设置有隔热层。
进一步的,所述筒体顶部设置有安全盖,所述安全盖包括套置在筒体内的套筒以及与套筒顶部固定连接的环形盖,所述环形盖与筒体顶部相抵触;所述套筒内侧的底端设置有环台,所述环台上设置有安全网。
优选的,所述筒体顶部设置有安全盖,所述安全盖包括套置在筒体内的套筒以及与套筒顶部固定连接的环形盖,所述环形盖与筒体顶部相抵触;所述套筒的侧壁内设置有环形槽,所述环形槽内套置有内套筒,所述内套筒底端设置有环台,所述环台上设置有安全网,所述套筒的内壁上穿置有用于固定内套筒位置的紧固螺栓。
进一步的,所述加热装置包括设置在筒体底部的保温层上的隔热瓷板、固定连接在隔热瓷板上的发热片以及连接加热片和导热板的传热板。
进一步的,所述保温层和筒体侧壁上设置有穿线孔。
进一步的,所述环形盖与筒体顶部固定连接,所述环形盖的外径大于筒体的外径。
进一步的,所述筒体的底端设置有底座。
进一步的,所述导热板上设置有药液蒸发槽。
进一步的,所述保温层为橡塑材质。
进一步的,所述隔热层为铝箔材质。
进一步的,所述发热片为PTC恒温发热片。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:采用电加热的方式对艾叶或艾绒进行加热,避免直接燃烧带来的温度不易控制且烟气大等问题。筒体内设置有安全盖,通过安全盖可以防止使用者触及到筒体内壁及底部的导热板,避免烫伤。筒体可以增加单次的治疗面积,同时对多穴位进行治疗。本装置不但可以完成艾灸,还可以完成熏蒸,一机多用。

实施例1
结合图1所示,一种恒温熏灸装置,其包括内壁设置有保温层1的筒体2;所述筒体2内侧的底部固定设置有加热装置;所述加热装置的顶部设置有导热板5;所述筒体2位于导热板5上部的内壁上设置有隔热层6。所述导热板5可以但不限于选用金属板。
所述筒体2顶部设置有安全盖,所述安全盖包括套置在筒体2内的套筒7以及与套筒7顶部固定连接的环形盖8,所述环形盖8与筒体2顶部相抵触;所述套筒7内侧的底端设置有环台9,所述环台9上设置有安全网10。
所述加热装置包括设置在筒体2底部的保温层1上的隔热瓷板13、固定连接在隔热瓷板13上的发热片14以及连接加热片14和导热板5的传热板15。隔热瓷板13内部可以是中空结构,提高隔热性能,防止加热片对保温层1造成损害。所述传热板可以但不限于选
用金属板。
所述保温层1和筒体2侧壁上设置有穿线孔16。所述筒体2的底端设置有底座3。所述保温层1为橡塑材质。所述隔热层6为铝箔材质。所述发热片14为PTC恒温发热片。所述发热片14,优选直流12V,温度为230℃的PTC恒温发热片。可选用多个发热片14同时进行加热,保证加热温度一致。
实施例2
结合图2所示,与实施例1不同之处在于,所述筒体2顶部设置有安全盖,所述安全盖包括套置在筒体2内的套筒7以及与套筒7顶部固定连接的环形盖8,所述环形盖8与筒体2顶部相抵触;所述套筒7的侧壁内设置有环形槽4,所述环形槽4内套置有内套筒11,所述内套筒11底端设置有环台9,所述环台9上设置有安全网10,所述套筒7的内壁上穿置有用于固定内套筒11位置的紧固螺栓12。通过套筒和内套筒的配合,实现安全网的上下移动,可方便地调节艾条或艾绒的放置空间。
上述实施例在使用过程中,将艾条或艾绒放置在导热板上,安全盖扣合在筒体顶端,将安全网置于环台上,发热片导线通过穿线孔穿出筒体外,与电源连接。发热片发出得热量通过传热板传导到导热板上,导热板将热量均布后均匀加热艾条或艾绒。
另外,所述导热板5上设置有药液蒸发槽19,药液蒸发槽19内可以放置药液,用于熏蒸,安全网10防止熏蒸过程中药液溅出烫伤使用者。本装置不但可以完成艾灸,还可以完成熏蒸,一机多用。
更进一步的,所述环形盖8与筒体2顶部可以固定连接,所述环形盖8的外径大于筒体2的外径,形成搭接环,可以放置于挖好的孔洞中,完成艾灸操作。
