一种虚拟钥匙的授权方法,包括以下步骤:服务器接收第一移动终端发送的授权命令, 其中,所述授权命令包括第一移动终端的身份信息和多个授权功能代码,所述多个授权功能代码一一对应于车辆的多个功能;在所述身份信息验证通过后,对所述授权功能代码整合后形成代码合集,并将所述代码合集通过所述第一移动终端发送给被授权者的第二移动终端,以便所述第二移动终端对所述代码合集进行确认;接收所述第二移动终端发送的所述第二移动终端的身份信息和所述代码合集;在所述第二移动终端的身份信息验证通过后,生成对应于所述多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,并将所述虚拟钥匙发送给所述第二移动终端,以便所述第二移动终端对所述车辆进行相应的控制。
进一步地,所述第一移动终端的身份信息包括第一移动终端所有者身份信息和第一移动终端标识信息。
可选地,所述授权命令还包括授权时限和/或授权地域。
进一步地,还包括:根据所述授权时限和/或授权地域生成对应于所述授权时限和/或授权地域的虚拟钥匙。
进一步地,还包括:接收所述第一移动终端发送的授权命令更改指令;根据所述授权命令更改指令对生成的所述虚拟钥匙对应的功能进行更改。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法具有以下优势:
本发明所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法,在接受授权命令后,通过授权功能代码得到代码合集,并且在被授权终端的身份信息验证通过后,可以生成多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,从而被授权终端可以根据多个功能的授权钥匙对车辆进行相应的控制,提高了钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单便捷,有效地保证钥匙授权的可靠性,实现有针对性的钥匙功能授权,具有多样性,更好地满足用户的使用需求,提升用户的使用体验。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种服务器,该服务器可以提高钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单易实现。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种服务器,包括:第一接收模块,用于接收第一移动终端发送的授权命令,其中,所述授权命令包括第一移动终端的身份信息和多个授权功能代码,所述多个授权功能代码一一对应于车辆的多个功能;代码合集生成模块,在所述身份信息验证通过后,用于对所述授权功能代码整合后形成代码合集,并将所述代码合集通过所述第一移动终端发送给被授权者的第二移动终端,以便所述第二移动终端对所述代码合集进行确认;第二接收模块,用于接收所述第二移动终端发送的所述第二移动终端的身份信息和所述代码合集;虚拟钥匙生成模块,在所述第二移动终端的身份信息验证通过后,用于生成对应于所述多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,并将所述虚拟钥匙发送给所述第二移动终端,以便所述第二移动终端对所述车辆进行相应的控制。
进一步地,所述第一移动终端的身份信息包括第一移动终端所有者身份信息和第一移动终端标识信息。
可选地,所述授权命令还包括授权时限和/或授权地域。
进一步地,所述虚拟钥匙生成模块用于根据所述授权时限和/或授权地域生成对应于所述授权时限和/或授权地域的虚拟钥匙。
进一步地,还包括:第三接收模块,用于接收所述第一移动终端发送的授权命令更改指令;更改模块,用于根据所述授权命令更改指令对生成的所述虚拟钥匙对应的功能进行更改。
所述的服务器与上述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种虚拟钥匙的授权系统,该授权系统可以提高钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单易实现。

一种虚拟钥匙的授权系统,设置有如上述实施例所述的服务器。
所述的虚拟钥匙的授权系统与上述的服务器相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明的第四个目的在于提出一种设备,该设备可以提高钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单易实现。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种设备,包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,执行上述实施例所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法。
所述的设备与上述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明的第五个目的在于提出一种非易失性计算机存储介质,该非易失性计算机存储介质可以提高钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单易实现。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备执行本发明上述实施例的虚拟钥匙的授权方法。
所述的非易失性计算机存储介质与上述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
图1是根据本发明实施例的虚拟钥匙的授权方法的流程图。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的虚拟钥匙的授权方法,包括以下步骤:
在步骤S101中,服务器接收第一移动终端发送的授权命令,其中,授权命令包括第一移动终端的身份信息和多个授权功能代码,多个授权功能代码一一对应于车辆的多个功能。
进一步地,第一移动终端的身份信息包括第一移动终端所有者身份信息和第一移动终端标识信息,从而服务器可以判断第一移动终端是否具有授权权限。
在步骤S102中,在身份信息验证通过后,对授权功能代码整合后形成代码合集,并将代码合集通过第一移动终端发送给被授权者的第二移动终端,以便第二移动终端对代码合集进行确认。
可以理解的是,如图2所示,移动设备Ⅰ(授权终端相当于第一移动终端)可以选择授权功能,将所有的授权功能的代码发送给服务器。服务器可以生成相应代码(如开车门对应于代码a、关车门对应于代码b等整合后的代码合集G)发送给移动设备Ⅰ。移动设备Ⅰ将此代码告知移动设备Ⅱ(被授权移动终端相当于第二移动终端)。
在步骤S103中,接收第二移动终端发送的第二移动终端的身份信息和代码合集。
在步骤S104中,在第二移动终端的身份信息验证通过后,生成对应于多个授权功能代 码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,并将虚拟钥匙发送给第二移动终端,以便第二移动终端对车辆进行相应的控制。
例如,快递员只需要后备箱权限,如果给予其包括车门和启动的所有权限,将影响到车内财物和汽车本身的安全,因此本发明实施例的授权方法可以只授予存放物品的使用者后备箱权限,可以有效保证车主车内财物的安全,而且假设借予朋友使用时,可以不授予仅使用车内娱乐设施且不驾驶车辆的使用者启动车辆权限,能够保障使用者的人身安全。
也就是说,如图2所示,在获得代码后,移动设备Ⅱ将代码和移动设备Ⅱ的身份信息发送给服务器,生成密钥。当移动设备Ⅱ靠近车辆时,车辆控制单元对密钥进行验证,授予移动设备Ⅱ所能进行的车辆操作。车辆控制单元的存储部分预存有详细功能的相关代码,可以独立完成代码的识别认证。
可选地,在本发明的一个实施例中,授权命令还包括授权时限和/或授权地域。即言,授权命令还可以包括授权的使用时间和/或次数和/或地点等,从而实现授权可控性的目的,有效提升用户使用体验。
进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,本发明实施例的授权方法还包括:根据授权时限和/或授权地域生成对应于授权时限和/或授权地域的虚拟钥匙。
可以理解的是,代码还包括授权时间限制代码A和授权地域限制代码B,因此,可以根据授权时限和/或授权地域生成对应于授权时限和/或授权地域的虚拟钥匙,从而除了实现钥匙的远程授权功能之外,更加实用的是,能够对钥匙的使用时间、地点进行限制,如在超出授权的时限或不在授权的地点,则被授权的钥匙将自动失去解锁的权利,进一步使钥匙授权多样化。
进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,本发明实施例的授权方法还包括:接收第一移动终端发送的授权命令更改指令;根据授权命令更改指令对生成的虚拟钥匙对应的功能进行更改。
也就是说,在本发明的实施例中,授权移动终端可以对授权命令进行更改,从而改变虚拟钥匙对应的功能,进一步提高授权的可控性,例如授权的使用次数为一次,后考虑需要多次使用,则发送更改指令,可以将授权的使用次数提高为五次。
举例而言,结合图4所示,授权者进行钥匙分享时,首先确定需要分享的功能。逐步进行开/关车门、启/停车辆和开启后备箱等功能的授权确认,每一项功能都有其相对应得代码,系统根据用户的选择提取相应的代码a,b,c,d…以开车门为例:用户如果选择“否”,系统将不会生成代码a,如果用户所有的选项都是“否”,将不能进行下一步操作。然后用户进行授权时间、授权地域等的确认,以授权时间为例:用户不能选择过去的时间或者授权的时间值为负数。所有的选项处理完毕后,这些信息即授权命令被发送到服务器,服务 器处理后生成一个总的代码#即代码合集,返回给授权者。授权者可以通过各种渠道(短信、电话、口头、邮件、聊天工具等)将代码#发送给被授权者。被授权者需要将代码#和特有的身份信息发送给服务器,服务器生成密钥反馈给被授权者。被授权者携带虚拟钥匙靠近车辆时,车辆对钥匙进行解码认证。完成认证后,判断钥匙所具有的车辆操作功能,同时确定钥匙的有效时间、有效地域等信息。最后激活被授权者相应的操作功能。
需要说明的是,上述的选择顺序仅用于示例,开/关车门、启/停车辆、开启后备箱等功能的选择顺序可以进行调换,并且对细分后的授权功能,允许逐项进行或者同时进行其中的两项/三项/多项,在此不作具体限制,以及允许被授权者选择具体的授权功能,但需要发送给授权者进行确认。
根据本发明所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法,在接受授权命令后,通过授权功能代码得到代码合集,并且在被授权终端的身份信息验证通过后,可以生成多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,从而被授权终端可以根据多个功能的授权钥匙对车辆进行相应的控制,进一步使汽车分享钥匙授权精细化,通过不同的功能代码进行组合生成功能不同的密钥,不但提高了钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单便捷,有效地保证钥匙授权的可靠性,实现有针对性的钥匙功能授权,具有多样性,而且可以更好地满足用户的使用需求,满足用户在不同情况下,对钥匙分享的不同需求,以及有助于保障用户的财产安全,增强使用者的人身安全,提升用户的使用体验。
进一步地,如图5所示,本发明的实施例还公开了一种服务器10,其包括:第一接收模块100、代码合集生成模块200、第二接收模块300和虚拟钥匙生成模块400。
其中,第一接收模块100用于接收第一移动终端发送的授权命令,其中,授权命令包括第一移动终端的身份信息和多个授权功能代码,多个授权功能代码一一对应于车辆的多个功能。在身份信息验证通过后,代码合集生成模块200用于对授权功能代码整合后形成代码合集,并将代码合集通过第一移动终端发送给被授权者的第二移动终端,以便第二移动终端对代码合集进行确认。第二接收模块300用于接收第二移动终端发送的第二移动终端的身份信息和代码合集。在第二移动终端的身份信息验证通过后,虚拟钥匙生成模块400用于生成对应于多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,并将虚拟钥匙发送给第二移动终端,以便第二移动终端对车辆进行相应的控制。本发明实施例的服务器10可以生成对应于多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,提高了钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,实现有针对性的钥匙功能授权,更好地满足用户的使用需求。
进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,第一移动终端的身份信息包括第一移动终端所有者身份信息和第一移动终端标识信息,从而服务器可以判断第一移动终端是否具有授权权限。
可选地,在本发明的一个实施例中,授权命令还包括授权时限和/或授权地域。即言,授权命令还可以包括授权的使用时间和/或次数和/或地点等,从而实现授权可控性的目的,有效提升用户使用体验。
进一步地,虚拟钥匙生成模块用于根据授权时限和/或授权地域生成对应于授权时限和/或授权地域的虚拟钥匙。
即言,可以根据授权时限和/或授权地域生成对应于授权时限和/或授权地域的虚拟钥匙,从而除了实现钥匙的远程授权功能之外,更加实用的是,能够对钥匙的使用时间、地点进行限制,如在超出授权的时限或不在授权的地点,则被授权的钥匙将自动失去解锁的权利,进一步使钥匙授权多样化。
进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,本发明实施例的授权方法还包括:第三接收模块,用于接收第一移动终端发送的授权命令更改指令;更改模块,用于根据授权命令更改指令对生成的虚拟钥匙对应的功能进行更改。
也就是说,在本发明的实施例中,授权移动终端可以对授权命令进行更改,从而改变虚拟钥匙对应的功能,进一步提高授权的可控性,例如授权的使用次数为一次,后考虑需要多次使用,则发送更改指令,可以将授权的使用次数提高为五次。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例的服务器的具体实现方式与虚拟钥匙的授权方法的具体实现方式类似,为了减少冗余,此处不做赘述。
根据本发明实施例的服务器,在接受授权命令后,通过授权功能代码得到代码合集,并且在被授权终端的身份信息验证通过后,可以生成多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,从而被授权终端可以根据多个功能的授权钥匙对车辆进行相应的控制,进一步使汽车分享钥匙授权精细化,通过不同的功能代码进行组合生成功能不同的密钥,不但提高了钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单便捷,有效地保证钥匙授权的可靠性,实现有针对性的钥匙功能授权,具有多样性,而且可以更好地满足用户的使用需求,满足用户在不同情况下,对钥匙分享的不同需求,以及有助于保障用户的财产安全,增强使用者的人身安全,提升用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明的实施例公开了一种虚拟钥匙的授权系统,该虚拟钥匙的授权系统设置有上述实施例所述的服务器。该虚拟钥匙的授权系统由于具有了上述服务器,在接受授权命令后,通过授权功能代码得到代码合集,并且在被授权终端的身份信息验证通过后,可以生成多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,从而被授权终端可以根据多个功能的授权钥匙对车辆进行相应的控制,进一步使汽车分享钥匙授权精细化,通过不同的功能代码进行组合生成功能不同的密钥,不但提高了钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单便捷,有效地保证钥匙授权的可靠性,实现有针对性的钥匙功能授权,具有多样性,而且可 以更好地满足用户的使用需求,满足用户在不同情况下,对钥匙分享的不同需求,以及有助于保障用户的财产安全,增强使用者的人身安全,提升用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明的实施例公开了一种设备,该设备包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个程序,一个或者多个程序存储在存储器中,当被一个或者多个处理器执行时,执行上述实施例的虚拟钥匙的授权方法。该设备在接受授权命令后,通过授权功能代码得到代码合集,并且在被授权终端的身份信息验证通过后,可以生成多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,从而被授权终端可以根据多个功能的授权钥匙对车辆进行相应的控制,进一步使汽车分享钥匙授权精细化,通过不同的功能代码进行组合生成功能不同的密钥,不但提高了钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单便捷,有效地保证钥匙授权的可靠性,实现有针对性的钥匙功能授权,具有多样性,而且可以更好地满足用户的使用需求,满足用户在不同情况下,对钥匙分享的不同需求,以及有助于保障用户的财产安全,增强使用者的人身安全,提升用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明的实施例公开了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,该非易失性计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得设备执行本发明上述实施例的虚拟钥匙的授权方法。该非易失性计算机存储介质在接受授权命令后,通过授权功能代码得到代码合集,并且在被授权终端的身份信息验证通过后,可以生成多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,从而被授权终端可以根据多个功能的授权钥匙对车辆进行相应的控制,进一步使汽车分享钥匙授权精细化,通过不同的功能代码进行组合生成功能不同的密钥,不但提高了钥匙授权的可控性和灵活性,简单便捷,有效地保证钥匙授权的可靠性,实现有针对性的钥匙功能授权,具有多样性,而且可以更好地满足用户的使用需求,满足用户在不同情况下,对钥匙分享的不同需求,以及有助于保障用户的财产安全,增强使用者的人身安全,提升用户的使用体验。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种虚拟钥匙的授权方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    服务器接收第一移动终端发送的授权命令,其中,所述授权命令包括第一移动终端的身份信息和多个授权功能代码,所述多个授权功能代码一一对应于车辆的多个功能;
    在所述身份信息验证通过后,对所述授权功能代码整合后形成代码合集,并将所述代码合集通过所述第一移动终端发送给被授权者的第二移动终端,以便所述第二移动终端对所述代码合集进行确认;
    接收所述第二移动终端发送的所述第二移动终端的身份信息和所述代码合集;
    在所述第二移动终端的身份信息验证通过后,生成对应于所述多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,并将所述虚拟钥匙发送给所述第二移动终端,以便所述第二移动终端对所述车辆进行相应的控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法,其特征在于,所述第一移动终端的身份信息包括第一移动终端所有者身份信息和第一移动终端标识信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法,其特征在于,所述授权命令还包括授权时限和/或授权地域。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述授权时限和/或授权地域生成对应于所述授权时限和/或授权地域的虚拟钥匙。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述第一移动终端发送的授权命令更改指令;
    根据所述授权命令更改指令对生成的所述虚拟钥匙对应的功能进行更改。
  6. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收第一移动终端发送的授权命令,其中,所述授权命令包括第一移动终端的身份信息和多个授权功能代码,所述多个授权功能代码一一对应于车辆的多个功能;
    代码合集生成模块,在所述身份信息验证通过后,用于对所述授权功能代码整合后形成代码合集,并将所述代码合集通过所述第一移动终端发送给被授权者的第二移动终端,以便所述第二移动终端对所述代码合集进行确认;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述第二移动终端发送的所述第二移动终端的身份信息和所述代码合集;
    虚拟钥匙生成模块,在所述第二移动终端的身份信息验证通过后,用于生成对应于所述多个授权功能代码的车辆的多个功能的虚拟钥匙,并将所述虚拟钥匙发送给所述第二移 动终端,以便所述第二移动终端对所述车辆进行相应的控制。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一移动终端的身份信息包括第一移动终端所有者身份信息和第一移动终端标识信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述授权命令还包括授权时限和/或授权地域。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述虚拟钥匙生成模块用于根据所述授权时限和/或授权地域生成对应于所述授权时限和/或授权地域的虚拟钥匙。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收所述第一移动终端发送的授权命令更改指令;
    更改模块,用于根据所述授权命令更改指令对生成的所述虚拟钥匙对应的功能进行更改。
  11. 一种虚拟钥匙的授权系统,其特征在于,包括:根据权利要求6-10任一项所述的服务器。
  12. 一种设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法。
  13. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的虚拟钥匙的授权方法。
