Description

一种应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计 技术领域
本发明属于自行车电子配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计。
背景技术
现阶段的功率计,通过测量踩踏力来得出骑行者的做功,方便骑行者合理分配体力。通常有扭力传感器设计在曲柄上的,或者设计在链轮上的,都存在结构复杂,测量不准确的问题,特别是后期改装的成本很高,维护麻烦。
自行车曲柄是将踩踏力量传递至后轮的重要自行车零件,左曲柄和右曲柄通过中轴连接起来,此外右曲柄连接链轮。此外中轴通过轴承安装于车架,使得两曲柄连同连接轴可以在自行车架上转动。
骑行者在骑行时,左右脚每圈交替用力。当左脚用力踩踏时,骑行者所使用的踩踏力通过左曲柄,传递给中轴,中轴将力传递给右侧的链轮,从而链轮带动后轮运动。此时,由于骑行者脚踩踏着踏板,左曲柄作用在中轴上,中轴就会有扭曲变形,我们通过测量中轴的受力扭变,计算出人体单边做的功,经过换算设计出的自行车功率计,能够准确测出骑行者所使出的力。
发明内容
鉴于此,为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计,能够测出左脚踩踏时输出的力,并且安装方便实用性强。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计,该直贴式功率计包括:
应变传感器,所述应变传感器能够产生脚踏力矩信号并且所述应变传感器紧密贴合中轴外表面;
功率笔,所述功率笔能够接收所述应变传感器所发出的所述脚踏力矩信号,并将所述脚踏力矩信号传输给信号接收端;以及
信号对接座,所述信号对接座包括焊点和公端,所述焊点与所述应变传感器的输出信号线相焊接,所述公端与所述功率笔相连接。
进一步,所述功率笔包括母端;和与所述母端顺次连接的信号处理和发射电路和功率笔盖,所述母端与所述公端相连接。
进一步,所述功率笔套管在靠近所述信号处理和发射电路的一端设有一圆形凹槽,所述信号处理和发射电路安装在所述圆形凹槽内,所述功率笔盖盖合所述圆形凹槽。
进一步,所述功率笔的中部设有一容置空间,所述容置空间内安装电池,所述容置空间的一端安装有电池正极弹片,所述容置空间的另一端安装有电池负极弹片。
进一步,所述中轴为空心状。
进一步,所述功率笔和所述信号对接座置于所述中轴内。
进一步,所述中轴安装在齿盘组上,所述齿盘组安装在自行车架上。
本发明提供一种安装应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将应变传感器紧贴在中轴的外壁,并且将应变传感器的一端与信号对接座的一端相焊接;
2)将安装有应变传感器和信号对接座的中轴安装在自行车五通内上;
3)将功率笔插入信号对接座内,即使公端与功率笔上母端相连接。
本发明的有益效果为:安装方便,并且能够准确的测出左脚的踩踏力。
1)应变传感器和功率笔通过信号对接座相连接,应变传感器所产生的脚踏力矩信号直接传输给功率笔,功率笔将脚踏力矩信号发送给信号接收端,以供骑行者熟知;
2)应变传感器和功率笔都置于中轴内,一体化设置,方便安装。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计,包括:应变传感器2,其能够产生脚踏力矩信号;应变传感器2紧密贴合中轴外表面。
功率笔4,其能够接收应变传感器2所发出的脚踏力矩信号,并将脚踏力矩信号传输给信号接收端;其中信号接收端安装在自行车手柄上,骑行者能够通过信号接收端来读出踩踏力;以及
如图3所示,信号对接座3,信号对接座3的一端为焊点3-1与应变传感器2的输出信号线相焊接,公端3-2与功率笔4的一端相连接,其中功率笔4的一端即为母端4-1,公端3-2为一插头,母端4-1在功率笔4 的尾端为一插座,即可将公端3-2插入,并将信号传输给信号处理和发射电路4-3,完成功率笔4和信号对接座3的连接。
如图2所示,功率笔4包括母端4-1,和与母端4-1顺次连接的信号处理和发射电路4-3,和功率笔盖4-4。
在靠近信号处理和发射电路4-3的一端设有一圆形凹槽4-8,信号处理和发射电路4-3安装在圆形凹槽4-8内,功率笔盖4-4盖合圆形凹槽4-8。功率笔4的中部设有一容置空间4-9,容置空间4-9内安装电池4-6,容置空间4-9的一端安装有电池正极弹片4-7,容置空间4-9的另一端安装有电池负极弹片4-5。电池正极弹片4-7与电池负极弹片4-5与电池4-6的正负极贴合,其中,中轴为空心状,能够将应变传感器2、功率笔4和信号对接座3置于中轴内。
中轴安装在齿盘组1上,齿盘组1安装在自行车架上。
由于应变传感器2、功率笔4和信号对接座3为一体式,并且都置于中轴内,脚踩踏力通过中轴直接传递给应变传感器2,再通过应变传感器2产生脚踏力矩信号输出给功率笔4的信号处理和发射电路4-3,信号处理和发射电路4-3接收脚踏力矩信号,并将脚踏力矩信号发送给信号接收装置,信号接收装置计算并显示骑行者的输出功率,来相应调整体力分配。
一种应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计的安装方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将应变传感器紧贴在中轴的外壁,并且将应变传感器的一端与信号对接座的一端相焊接;
2)将安装有应变传感器和信号对接座的中轴安装在自行车五通内;
3)将功率笔插入信号对接座内,即使信号对接座的公端与功率笔上母端相连接。

    信号对接座,所述信号对接座包括焊点和公端,所述焊点与所述应变传感器的输出信号线相焊接,所述公端与所述功率笔相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计,其特征在于:所述功率笔包括母端;和与所述母端顺次连接的信号处理和发射电路和功率笔盖,所述母端与所述公端相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计,其特征在于:所述功率笔套管在靠近所述信号处理和发射电路的一端设有一圆形凹槽,所述信号处理和发射电路安装在所述圆形凹槽内,所述功率笔盖盖合所述圆形凹槽。

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计,其特征在于:所述中轴安装在齿盘组上,所述齿盘组安装在自行 车架上。
  8. 一种安装如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的应用于自行车或辅助动力自行车的直贴式功率计的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)将应变传感器紧贴在中轴的外壁,并且将应变传感器的一端与信号对接座的一端相焊接;
    2)将安装有应变传感器和信号对接座的中轴安装在自行车五通内上;
