Description

一种保育育肥一体料槽 技术领域
本发明涉及畜牧设备技术领域,具体是一种保育育肥一体料槽。
背景技术
目前的猪用喂料槽分为两种类型,一种为不带任何附件的长方形或者圆形槽体;这种料槽优点是结构简单,制造成本低;缺点是猪很容易将饲料扒到料槽的外面,而且吃剩的饲料隔天猪不愿意再吃,造成很大的饲料浪费。另一种为带附件的长方形或者圆形带拨轮机构的猪用保育育肥一体化喂料槽,这种料槽在使用过程中饲料容易造成搭桥,无法顺利下料。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种保育育肥一体料槽,结构简单,可边吃边下料,防止饲料被拱出来造成饲料浪费,还可解决饲料搭桥的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种保育育肥一体料槽,包括料槽、拨轮机构、下料调速机构、料筒和支架,所述料槽位于料筒下方,所述料筒与料槽之间通过支架固定,所述料筒的顶部设有横梁,所述下料调速机构位于料筒内部中央并固定在横梁上,所述拨轮机构包括饲料刮板、拨轮和中心支座,所述中心支座的中间设有支撑轴,所述饲料刮板位于料筒内底部,所述拨轮位于料筒下方,所述饲料刮板和拨轮之间通过方管连接,所述方管套在支撑轴上。
所述横梁上靠近料筒内侧壁的两端还固定有防饲料搭桥机构,所述防饲料搭桥机构包括铅锤和铅垂线,所述铅垂线的一端固定在横梁上,另一端连接铅锤,所述铅锤接触到料筒的底部。
所述下料调速机构包括调速表盘、定位片、锥形封堵和连杆,所述调速表盘上设有多个定位孔,所述定位片的一端固定在调速表盘上,另一端通过定位针与定位孔固定,所述连杆的一端固定在定位片的中部,另一端固定有锥形封堵。
所述饲料刮板的两端设有折弯角。
所述方管包括焊接在饲料刮板中心的上方管和拨轮中心的下方管,所述下方管套在中心支座上使拨轮绕其旋转,所述上方管套入下方管中并用定位螺钉固定。
所述拨轮的直径是料槽直径的一半。
本发明的有益效果是:构思新颖、结构简单,可随时提供新鲜饲料,大大减少猪的饲料浪费,提高猪饲料的利用率,节约宝贵的粮食资源,并能有效解决饲料搭桥的问题,拨轮直径是料槽直径的一半,可以实现保育和育肥一体化使用。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
如图1至图6所示,一种保育育肥一体料槽,包括料槽1、拨轮机构2、下料调速机构3、料筒5和支架6,料槽1位于料筒5下方,料筒5与料槽1之间通过支架6固定,料筒5的顶部设有横梁7,下料调速机构3位于料筒5内部中央并固定在横梁7上,拨轮机构2包括饲料刮板24、拨轮21和中心支座22,中心支座22的中间设有支撑轴27,饲料刮板24位于料筒5内底部,两端设有折弯角,拨轮21位于料筒5下方,饲料刮板24和拨轮21之间通过方管连接,方管包括焊接在饲料刮板24中心的上方管25和拨轮21中心的下方管26,下方管26套在中心支座22的支撑轴27上使拨轮21绕其旋转,上方管25套入下方管26中并用定位螺钉23进行轴向和周向定位。猪在吃料时会拨动拨轮,拨轮的旋转带动饲料刮板绕中心支座旋转,料筒底部有出料孔,饲料刮板的旋转搅动料筒底部的饲料,使饲料从出料 孔中出料,完成下料功能。
横梁7上靠近料筒5内侧壁的两端还固定有防饲料搭桥机构4,防饲料搭桥机构4包括铅锤41和铅垂线42,铅垂线42的一端固定在横梁7上,另一端连接铅锤41,铅锤41垂直悬挂在料筒中并与料筒5底部接触。当饲料刮板转动时,饲料刮板两端折弯角会与铅锤产生碰撞并拖动铅锤转动90度,使铅锤产生摆动和震动,从而使饲料不能在料筒内搭桥,达到最佳的防结拱效果。
如图1和图3所示,下料调速机构3包括调速表盘31、定位片32、锥形封堵33和连杆34,调速表盘31上设有多个定位孔35,定位片32的一端固定在调速表盘31上,另一端通过定位针36固定在定位孔35上,连杆34的一端固定在定位片32的中部,另一端固定有锥形封堵33。将定位针从定位孔中拔出,就可以转动定位片,以调节锥形封堵的高度,控制锥形封堵与料筒底部的间隙大小,以控制出料的速度。当出料速度达到比较合适的值时,将定位针插入调速表盘的定位孔中,就可以固定锥形封堵的高度,以达到恒定的出料速度。
拨轮21的直径是料槽1直径的一半。这样小猪脚踩进去或躺进料槽内还能保证拨轮能转动,从而实现保育和育肥一体化使用的功能。

  1. 一种保育育肥一体料槽,其特征在于,包括料槽、拨轮机构、下料调速机构、料筒和支架,所述料槽位于料筒下方,所述料筒与料槽之间通过支架固定,所述料筒的顶部设有横梁,所述下料调速机构位于料筒内部中央并固定在横梁上,所述拨轮机构包括饲料刮板、拨轮和中心支座,所述中心支座的中间设有支撑轴,所述饲料刮板位于料筒内底部,所述拨轮位于料筒下方,所述饲料刮板和拨轮之间通过方管连接,所述方管套在支撑轴上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保育育肥一体料槽,其特征在于,所述横梁上靠近料筒内侧壁的两端还固定有防饲料搭桥机构,所述防饲料搭桥机构包括铅锤和铅垂线,所述铅垂线的一端固定在横梁上,另一端连接铅锤,所述铅锤接触到料筒的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保育育肥一体料槽,其特征在于,所述下料调速机构包括调速表盘、定位片、锥形封堵和连杆,所述调速表盘上设有多个定位孔,所述定位片的一端固定在调速表盘上,另一端通过定位针与定位孔固定,所述连杆的一端固定在定位片的中部,另一端固定有锥形封堵。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保育育肥一体料槽,其特征在于,所述饲料刮板的两端设有折弯角。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保育育肥一体料槽,其特征在于,所述方管包括焊接在饲料刮板中心的上方管和拨轮中心的下方管,所述下方管套在中心支座的支撑轴上使拨轮绕其旋转,所述上方管套入下 方管并用定位螺钉固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种保育育肥一体料槽,其特征在于,所述拨轮的直径是料槽直径的一半。
