[0150] 如上述呼吸率获取单元 481、 呼吸率匹配单元 482和第三确定单元 483, 上述宠 物的运动状态, 即为宠物跑、 跳、 趴卧、 静止不动等动作状态, 在不同的运动 状态下, 宠物的呼吸率信号不同, 比如, 跑动状态的呼吸率要大于静止不动吋 的呼吸率等。 上述呼吸率信号即为宠物的呼吸频率信号, 该呼吸率信号在一定 程度上可以反映出宠物所处环境的状态, 比如, 宠物缺氧, 其呼吸率加快; 宠 物过热, 其呼吸率加快等。 上述匹配度由两个相互匹配的数据之间的差值大小 决定, 比如差值为零, 则认为两个数据匹配度为 100%, 如果差值越大, 则说明 匹配度越低。 在一具体实施例中, 上述宠物处于运动状态中的静止状态, 调取 其在该静止状态下的标准呼吸率信号, 那么可以根据其当前呼吸率信号与标准 呼吸率信号的匹配度判断环境的恶劣等级, 比如, 当前呼吸率信号与标准呼吸 率信号的匹配度为 A, 而 A位于一级恶劣等级的标准内, 则判定宠物当前所处环 境为一级恶劣环境。 通过确定环境的恶劣等级, 使宠物主人清楚地知道宠物所 处环境的恶劣程度, 进行对应的调整。
[0151] 在一具体实施例中, 宠物穿戴设备获取指定的温度参数、 湿度参数, 其环境类 型即为温度和湿度; 然后将获取的温度参数和湿度参数分别与对应的温度舒适 参数和湿度舒适参数进行匹配, 其中, 舒适参数对应宠物的种群、 品种、 年齢 、 身高等体征参数设定; 若温度参数、 湿度参数全部与舒适参数匹配成功, 则 判定宠物处于舒适环境, 否则, 判定宠物处于非舒适环境。 如果判定宠物处于 非舒适环境, 则提取所述未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数, 并根据该提 取的环境参数在预设的数据库中, 査找对应的宠物耗材, 发送给对应的终端, 使终端持有者快速地需找到宠物耗材进行改善宠物所处的环境; 或者, 将与査 找到的宠物耗材关联的商城网址发送给终端, 方便终端持有者购买所需的宠物 耗材。 还可以获取到宠物所处的位置信息, 査看宠物是否处于预设的指定位置 区域, 若在, 则可以控制对应的电子设备进行调节环境, 比如, 指定位置区域 的空气湿度较低, 则控制加湿器运行, 如果温度较高, 则控制空调制冷等。 在 判定宠物处于非舒适环境后, 还可以进一步地判定其环境相对宠物的恶劣等级 , 恶劣等级主要通过宠物的生理信号的变化进行判断, 比如, 通过心率判断, 当然, 在使用心率判断之前, 需要获取到宠物的运动状态, 然后在数据库中査 找到该运动状态下的标准心率信号, 然后在将当前心率与标准心率信号进行匹 配, 根据匹配度的高低, 判断环境的恶劣等级, 恶劣等级越高, 说明宠物的舒 适度越低, 需要尽早地改善宠物所处的环境。
[0152] 本发明的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断装置, 将获取到的环境参数与预设的舒 适参数进行匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则说明宠物股处于舒适环境中, 而舒适参数 与宠物的体征参数相关, 即不同宠物其舒适参数可能不同, 比如, 猫与狗的体 征参数不同, 其对应的舒适参数不同; 同品种的 A狗和 B狗, 其年齢不同, 其对 应的舒适参数也可能不同, 所以通过本发明的方法, 可以准确地判断出宠物是 否处于舒适的环境, 使宠物主人可以准确地为宠物提供舒适度高的成长环境。 [0153]

一种宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取宠物所处环境的至少一种环境参数, 所述环境参数包含环境类型 根据所述环境参数所包含的所述环境类型, 将获取的全部所述环境参 数分别与舒适标准数据库中与所述环境类型对应的预设舒适参数进行 匹配; 其中, 所述舒适参数与所述宠物的体征参数相关;
若全部所述环境参数均与舒适参数匹配成功, 则判定宠物处于舒适环 境, 否则, 判定宠物处于非舒适环境。
根据权利要求 1所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断方法, 其特征在 于, 所述判定宠物处于非舒适环境的步骤之后, 包括:
提取未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数, 发送给指定的终端。 根据权利要求 1所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断方法, 其特征在 于, 所述判定宠物处于非舒适环境的步骤之后, 包括:

提取未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数, 在宠物耗材数据库中査 找与所述未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数对应的宠物耗材信息 将所述宠物耗材信息关联的商城网址发送给指定的终端。
根据权利要求 1所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断方法, 其特征在 于, 所述判定宠物处于非舒适环境的步骤之后, 包括:
获取宠物的位置信息, 并判断所述位置信息是否处于指定位置区域内 若是, 则提取未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数, 并根据所述未 与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数控制指定的电子设备运行, 所述 指定的电子设备与所述环境参数预先进行绑定。
根据权利要求 1所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断方法, 其特征在 于, 所述判定宠物处于非舒适环境的步骤之后, 包括:
获取宠物的抖动信号;
将所述抖动信号与动作数据库中预设的标准抖动信号进行匹配, 得到 动作匹配度;
根据所述动作匹配度确定所述宠物所处非舒适环境的恶劣等级。 根据权利要求 1所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断方法, 其特征在 于, 所述判定宠物处于非舒适环境的步骤之后, 包括:
获取宠物的心率信号;
将所述心率信号与心率数据库中预设的标准心率信号进行匹配, 得到 心率匹配度;
根据所述心率匹配度确定所述宠物所处非舒适环境的恶劣等级。 根据权利要求 1所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断方法, 其特征在 于, 所述判定宠物处于非舒适环境的步骤之后, 包括:
获取宠物的运动状态, 以及获取宠物的呼吸率信号;
根据运动状态调取与之对应的标准呼吸率信号, 将标准呼吸率信号与 所述呼吸率信号进行匹配, 得到呼吸率匹配度;
根据所述呼吸率匹配度确定所述宠物所处非舒适环境的恶劣等级。 根据权利要求 1-8中任一项所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断方法 , 其特征在于, 所述体征参数包括宠物的品种、 年齢、 身高、 体重中 的一种或多种。
一种宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 环境获取单元, 用于获取宠物所处环境的至少一种环境参数, 所述环 境参数包含环境类型;
环境匹配单元, 用于根据所述环境参数所包含的所述环境类型, 将获 取的全部所述环境参数分别与舒适标准数据库中与所述环境类型对应 的预设舒适参数进行匹配; 其中, 所述舒适参数与所述宠物的体征参 数相关;
舒适判断单元, 用于若全部所述环境参数均与舒适参数匹配成功, 则 判定宠物处于舒适环境, 否则, 判定宠物处于非舒适环境。
根据权利要求 10所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断装置, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
发送单元, 用于提取未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数, 并发送 给指定的终端。

耗材信息发送单元, 用于提取未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数 , 在宠物耗材数据库中査找与所述未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境 参数对应的宠物耗材信息, 并将该宠物耗材信息发送给指定的终端。 根据权利要求 10所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断装置, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
网址发送单元, 用于提取未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数, 在 宠物耗材数据库中査找与所述未与所述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数 对应的宠物耗材信息, 并将所述宠物耗材信息关联的商城网址发送给 指定的终端。

位置判断单元, 用于获取宠物的位置信息, 并判断所述位置信息是否 处于指定位置区域内;
遥控单元, 用于若所述位置信息处于指定位置区域内, 则提取未与所 述舒适参数匹配成功的环境参数, 并根据所述未与所述舒适参数匹配 成功的环境参数控制指定的电子设备运行, 所述指定的电子设备与所 述环境参数预先进行绑定。 根据权利要求 10所述的宠物所处环境是否舒适的判断装置, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
动作获取单元, 用于获取宠物的抖动信号;
动作匹配单元, 用于将所述抖动信号与动作数据库中预设的标准抖动 信号进行匹配, 得到动作匹配度;
第一确定单元, 用于根据所述动作匹配度确定所述宠物所处非舒适环 境的恶劣等级。
