Abstract

The invention relates to information technologies, and, in particular, to poster advertising, commerce, hardware and software systems for specified purposes, used for data collection in real time and on-line monitoring for the automation of accounting processes and monitoring of the realization of products through exhibition stands, managing of advertising content and statistic data. The system of selection, reproduction and rotation of photo and/or video content, as wel l as monitoring the amount of goods includes an electronic stand, comprising a data acquisition system, monitor, personal computer, central server with a database, user's terminal and clue to proposed sequence of operations, it ensures a complete automation of the whole process of sale of goods, reproduction of photo and/or video content and managing hereof, automated accounting of sold goods and collection of statistical data based on sales of particular goods with the reproduced promotional photo and/or video content, automated creation o f information messages in case of lack of goods and forwarding them to the user.

Description

THE SYSTEM OF SELECTION (OPTIONS), REPRODUCTION AND ROTATION OF PHOTO AND/OR VIDEO CONTENT, AS WELL AS MONITORING OF QUANTITY OF
GOODS AND METHOD (OPTIONS) FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATIO
Field of the invention.
The invention relates to information technology, namely to poster advertising, commerce and to hardware & software systems for mentioned purposes, used for collecting data in real time and for operational monitoring for the automation of accounting processes and monitoring of goods realization through exhibition stands, for manage advertising content and acquisition of statistic information. The invention can be used for automated monitoring of the number of sold goods via an exhibition stand, storing and automated statistical processing of data obtained from the electronic stand and demonstration of photo and/or video content as advertising material.
Background of the invention.
The prior art discloses a projection module for electronic advertising (N . U 2209457 C2, 27.07.2003) that is used as a means for multimedia visual support of presentations and other indoor and outdoor mass events, for advertising campaigns, including in venues of sales, exhibitions, fairs etc. The projection module comprises a housing in which a personal computer and a video projector are installed for forming a virtual image on the screen of the monitors.
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that it cannot carry out the automated account of sold goods, as well as it can't provide changes of video content depending on the amount and type of sold goods and on human behavior in the zone of the virtual image.
Likewise, a known system of interactive monitoring for public opinion research, for marketing and social research and demonstration of promotional materials via electronic devices in cash zone of retail outlets (WO 2016003385 Al, 07.01.2016), that contains a plurality of electronic devices installed at the points of monitoring and connected with a hardware & software system by means of the Internet, a subsystem of data transfer and processing with the unit of automatic data exchange, a subsystem of data protection with means for data transfer on a computerized user devices, a database for storing results and software tools for interaction and control of electronic devices.
The disadvantage of this system is its limited scope of use, the impossibility of implementation of automated accounting of sold goods and the inability of collection of statistical data depending on sales of particular goods and the playback of the advertising content.
The prior art discloses a showcase for realization of goods (JM° RU 22011 EN Ul. 10.03.2002), which contains at least one place for goods placement, at least one sensor, indicating the approach of a person to stand, one movable element and means for bringing it into motion, and the speech synthesizer and an electronic unit. When a person approaches to stand, the electronic unit plays a pre-recorded message to the buyer and carries out the movement of the movable element.
The disadvantage of this stand is its limited functionality, the inability to sale goods, a playback of audio message only to the buyer, the inability to monitor and collect data.
Likewise, from the prior art is known aromatic advertising stand (RU 60253 U 1 , 10.01.2007) that contains a visual advertising carrier, containers with aromatic substances, means of spreading fragrances in the adjacent space, to combine visual and scent information that attract an attention of the buyer, for example, a stand with coffee.
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that the stand can only realize a limited type of goods, cannot ensure the automated account of the sold goods, and also does not provide content change depending on the type of sold good.
Summary of the invention.
The object of the invention is to create a system of choice, reproduction and rotation of photo and/or video content, as well as monitoring of the amount of goods and method for its implementation, which due to the suggested components, connections thereof and technical solutions, provide for the automated sale of goods through electronic stand, reproduction and rotation of photos and/or video content, collecting statistic data on sales of goods in real-time, automated processing of statistical data, which allows to determine capacity of goods electronic stand at any given time, how many and what kind of goods were sold over a period of time, which promotional photo and/or video content is the most attractive for a buyer etc. The technical result of the proposed objects of the invention is to completely automate the whole process of realization of goods, to reproduce photo and/or video content and manage it, to carry out automated accounting of sold goods and to collect statistical data depending on the amount and type of sold goods and reproduced promotional photo and/or video content, to create automatic information messages in case of lack of goods and forward them to user.
The object is attained through the fact that the system of selection, reproduction and rotation of photo and/or video content, as well as monitoring of quantity of goods, includes eleci i onic stand, made with the possibility of connecting with other electronic stands within a single network, comprising:
- at least one electronic scales disposed on the basis of electronic stand, besides that electronic scale with the capability of continuous measurement of weight of placed item on the electronic stand and transmission of data on measured weight via communication channel,
at least one monitor configured for playback, photo and/or video content,
- at least one personal computer connected to at least one electronic scales and to at least one monitor, besides that personal computer provided with the capability of
continuous data acquisition about measured weight from at least one electronic scales via channels of communication and generation on the basis hereof data associated with the change of the weight of the good placed on the electronic scales,
- data transfer associated with the change of weight of goods through protected communication channels to the central server,
- choice, reproduction and rotation of photo and/or video content,
- distant configuration, uploading and managing photos and/or video content over a local network or the internet using a user terminal,
central server containing a database (DB) connected through protected network to at least one personal computer and to the user terminal besides that the central server is adapted to
store data in the database associated with the change of weight of the goods received. from at least one personal computer and to generate on the basis hereof a statistics associated with the quantity, time and type of sold good, - continuous determination of the loading level of at least one electronic stand based on data associated with the change of weight of the goods received from at least one personal computer,
- transmit statistical data related to the quantity, time and type of sold good to the user terminal, and
generate and send to the user terminal an electronic message if the load capacity of electronic stand reaches less than a predetermined rate,
the user terminal is adapted for
receiving statistical data associated with the quantity, time and type of sold goods and
managing the selection, reproduction and rotation of photo and/or video content at least one personal computer.
In various embodiments of the invention, electronic stand instead of the electronic scales are equipped with a point-pressure sensors, or motion sensors, or radio frequency identification system, or a system of electrical circuit interruption or electrical circuit closure, or multiple strain gauge sensors, or at least one camera.
The object is attained also through the proposed method of selection, reproduction and rotation of photo and/or video content, as well as monitoring the quantity of goods, which includes the stages at which
- goods are placed on electronic stand and data on weight of each item are entered into the database of the central server,
- the total weight of goods are determined, which corresponds to the complete filling of the electronic stand with goods,
- continuous measurement of the weight of good placed on the electronic stand with at least one electronic scales,
the measured weight data are transferred through communication channels to at least one personal computer,
using at least one personal computer measured weight data is maintained and processing are carried out in real-time, wherein
- continuous comparison of the current weight of the good with a total weight of the good and in case of detection of differences between them, a verification whether the change of weight is the fact of sale of the good are carried out and, if so, the fact of sale of the goods is recorded and
- generate data related to change of the weight of the good that is placed on at least one electronic scales,
- transfer data associated with the change of the weight of the good through protected communication channels to the central server, which stores them in a database and compare with the data of weight of each item and determine which goods are sold, on the basis hereof generate statistical data associated with the quantity, time and type of sold goods, which is transferred to the user terminal,

The claimed invention is illustrated by drawings. Fig. l a and l b show a variant of embodiment of the electronic stand, equipped with an electronic scales 2 and 1 1 monitors I , a side view and top view, respectively. I n th is embodiment, three monitors I located at the top of the electron ic stand, on a speci fic triangu lar rack and two monitors 1 incorporated into each side of electronic stand in its lower part, it also contains scales 2 specially configured for continuous measurement of the weight of good placed on the electron ic stand.
Fig. 2a and 2b demonstrate the embodiment of an electronic stand, equipped with electron ic scales 2 and 5 monitors I , a side view and top view respecti vely. In this embodiment, th ree monitors I located at the top of the electronic stand, on a special triangu lar rack, and additional ly one monitor I incorporated into each side of electronic stand in its lower part, it also contains weight 2 special ly adapted for continuous measurement of the weight of good placed on the electron ic stand.
The advantage of such embodiment of stands is that they provide a comprehensive overview from each angle, they can be installed at places of large concentration of people and crossing the streams of human traffic, such as hal ls, shops, exhibition centers etc.
Fig. 3a and 3b shows a vertical embodiment of an electronic stand equipped with electronic scales 2 and three monitors 1 , a front view and side view respectively. In this embodiment a single monitor I is located in the upper part of the electronic stand, on a special rack and add itional monitor I located on each side of the electronic stand. I t also contains a removable shelves and one scale 2, specifically adapted for continuous measurement of the weight of a good placed on the electronic stand, moreover the configuration and number of shelves may vary depending on the quantity and type of placed goods on them.
The advantage of such stand is that it can be instal led under cond itions of l im ited space, besides that, by virtue of the additional placement of monitors 1 on th ree sides of the stand, i l is possible to inspect it from di fferent angles. I n addition, the stand can be equ ipped with a system o f local l ighting, for example, using fluorescent lamps or LED strips.

Detailed description of the invention. The system of selection, reproduction and rotation of photo and/or video content, as well as monitoring the number of goods functions as follows, At least one electronic stand is set in places of sale of goods, each of them equipped with specially adapted places for goods disposal, besides that the space for product placement can have different constructive embodiment, depending on selected data collection system: electronic scale 2, point pressure sensors, motion sensors, RFID system, a system of electrical circuit interruption or electrical circuit closure, strain gauge sensors, or cameras. Each electronic stand is made with the possibility of combining with other electronic stands within a single network, thus the system can contain an unlimited number of electronic stands and is only limited by the technical potentialities of the equipment. Likewise, each electronic stand is specially adapted for installation of monitor I, which demonstrates an appropriate advertising photo and/or video content. The monitor optionally can be additionally equipped with the audio system.
Electronic stand filled with goods which are disposed in specially adapted places, besides, information regarding the weight of each placed item entered into the database (DB) of the centra! server and the total weight of the goods, which corresponds to the complete filling of the electronic stand, is determined.
Electronic scale 2, set out in electronic stand, carries out continuous measurement of the weight of good placed on the electronic stand and transfer appropriate data about measured weight to a personal computer incorporated inside the electronic stand.
The personal computer also manages the process of reproduction and rotation of advertising photo and/or video over the monitor 1. Using a personal computer, continuous comparison of the current weight of the good with a total weight of the good and in case of detection of differences between them, a verification whether the change of weight is the fact of sale of goods are carried out and, if so, the fact of sale of the goods is recorded. Within one of the embodiments of the invention, a personal computer cay be equipped with a wireless communication module for remote configuration and/or to download photo and/or video content over a local network or the internet.
Verification on the fact of sale of goods may be implemented using different algorithms, i.e. by introducing a delay in the detection of weight changes, in case a buyer takes the goods from the electronic stand and bring it back. In case of confirmation of the sale of goods through a personal computer, a data associated with a change of the weight of goods is generated and transferred to a central server via a protected communication channel, which to be stored in a database and compared with data about the weight of each item and determine which product does the change of weight on electronic stand corresponds with, and generate statistical data associated with the quantity, time and type of sold goods, which then to be passed to the user terminal.
Based on that data, continuous determination are carried out of the level of electronic stand loading, and, if the load capacity of electronic stand achieves less than the pre-specified index, for example, when electronic stand loading is less than 10%, an electronic message is generated and sent to the user terminal that it is necessary to replenish. Using the user terminal, remote management of selection, playback and rotation is carried out of photo and/or video content on the monitor by using the control of personal computer, and also define what product has been sold through the electronic stand.
Further processing and analysis of statistical data using the user terminal allows to define how many and what goods were sold for a certain period of time, the effectiveness of the advertising photo and/or video content and its attractiveness to a buyer, the effectiveness of the location of stands etc. For example, at the point of sale of goods (in stores, at fairs, etc.), several electronic stands with the same goods are set in various parts of the point and besides that the same promotional photo and/or video content shown on the monitors. According to sales results, expressed in statistical data, it can be determined where the sales of a particular good is more attractive to buyers and where is intensive human traffic and conversion. If the same stands with the same goods demonstrate different promotional photo and/or video content, it can be determine which advertising content combined with the good to be sold is the most attractive to the buyer.
In one of the embodiments of the invention, remote control of selection, playback and rotation of photo and/or video content on the monitor by means of the control of personal computer is provided through a personal account on the website.
In one of the embodiments of the invention, the electronic stand as a data collection system equipped with multiple point of pressure sensors specially adapted for continuous measurement of the pressure generated by the placed good on the electronic stand. The. point pressure sensors continuously measure the pressure and transfer the measured pressure through communication channels. Besides that, the fact of the sale of goods shall be determined on the basis of analysis of the difference between current pressure and pressure generated by the good, which corresponds to a fully loaded electronic stand. In one of the embodiments of the invention, the electronic stand is equipped with a variety of motion sensors, which are made with the possibility of continuous detection of the movement of goods on the electronic stand and transfer of motion data via communication channels. Besides that the sale of goods shall be determined on the basis of recorded movements of certain goods within the electronic stand and/or lack thereof. Such sensors may be ultrasonic motion sensors, microwave motion sensors and / or combined motion sensors. The type of motion sensors to be selected depends on the type of placed goods on the stand.
In one of the embodiments of the invention, the electronic stand is equipped with a system of radio frequency identification (RFID) which contains a reader and many transponders, which are placed on the good, and the RFID system continuously detects the presence of transponders within the range of the reader and transfers appropriate data about transponders availability via communication channels. In this embodiment, each good placed on the electronic stand is attached with corresponding electronic marker (transponder), and in the area of their actions the reader is placed, which receives signals from electronic tags. The fact of sale of a good in this case is the loss of connection between the reader and a certain electronic marker.
In one of the embodiments of the invention, electronic stand is equipped with a system of electrical circuit interruption or electrical circuit closure that includes a plurality of sensors of the circuit-interruption / closure operation, specially adapted for placement on the good, besides that system of electrical circuit interruption or electrical circuit closure continuously detects the state of the sensors of the circuit-interruption / closure and transfers the data of the sensor state through communication channels. In this embodiment withdrawal of the good from the electronic stand leads to the closure or interruption of contacts of the system (depending on the type of system used - normally closed or normally interrupted). Such the system may be, for example, the system of interruption of infrared ray, or a system of electromechanical switching devices, for example, hermetically sealed and so on.
In one of the embodiments of the invention, an electronic stand is equipped with multiple strain gauge sensors incorporated in the electronic stand, besides, strain gauges are con igured as continuous measuring the strain generated by the good placed on the stand and transferring measured data on deformation via communication channels. This embodiment of the invention allows to extend the functionality of the electronic stand in comparison with the use of electronic scales. This is achieved through the use of various types of strain gauge sensors, such as resistive- strain, optical polarization, optical fiber and others, and by their design features: cantilever, S- shaped etc.
In one of the embodiments of the invention, electronic stand is equipped with at least one camera configured to transmit video data via the communication channels. In this embodiment of the invention with the camera, an electronic stand filled with goods are shoot, - this is the base image that corresponds to the complete filling the electronic stand with goods. Using a personal computer, the basic image is analyzed and recognition of the type of product and its location on the electronic stand are performed, and also a continuous comparison of the basic image with the actual image is carried out. If the buyer picks up a good from the electronic stand, a personal computer with camera captures the actual image which is different from the basic one. Then the current image shall be compared with the basic image and in the areas of discrepancies between the pictures, the fact of sale of the goods shall be recorded.
In addition, by. processing video data from the camera it is possible to collect data on advertising exposures and on the basis hereof, edit advertising photo and/or video content in real time and implement a customized offer to a buyer.
In this embodiment a camera can be connected to a personal computer either directly or remotely through the internet. In one of the embodiments the camera can be incorporated into electronic stand.
During functioning of the system according to whichever embodiment there is a constant accumulation of statistical data on the central server. The analysis of the accumulated statistical data allows to obtain a large amount of information on the basis of which to measure the effectiveness of advertising reproduced photo and/or video content, the type and effectiveness of promotions, their economic attractiveness, the accounting of interest of a buyer in a certain item, which is determined, for example, by the amount of time spent at electronic stand, promotional photo and/or video content, the demand for a particular type of goods depending on many factors, e.g., manu acturer, category, brand, type of packaging etc.
Despite the fact that the present invention is described in detail, including specific embodiments thereof, for those skilled in the art it is obvious, that it may be modified in form and detail without going beyond the subject-matter and scope of the invention.
