Description
MOBILE TELESCOPIC BRIDGE
The invention relates to construction, in particular to mobile telescopic bridges and can be used in mounting a bridge structure over a barrier.
A bridged mechanized complex is known, comprising collapsible bridge structures, a bridge assembling machine for assembling and mounting a bridge structure over a barrier and a transport conveyor for transporting elements of a bridge structure. The bridge assembling machine is equipped with a hoisting crane (with mobile arm in vertical plane). The bridge structure comprises a sectional portable supporting beam and a sectional span structure, assembled from bridge blocks consisting of two track sections [1].
The complex is designed for assembling and mounting bridge crossings over a barrier of a length of up to 41 m and capable of ensuring the passage of heavy equipment, for example, tanks. As a result, the complex and bridge structure have increased materials/energy
consumption.
The task, to the solution of which is directed the invention, is the creation of a mobile telescopic bridge, simple in design, mounting and operation, to enable the quick organization or restoration of a pedestrian and/or low-tonnage transport connection over rather narrow barriers.
The undertaken task is solved by the fact that the mobile telescopic bridge comprises a movable chassis, on which is mounted a platform, along the edges of which are installed vertical struts across the erected bridge; a hoisting crane, placed on the platform; two parallel telescopic supporting beams, pivotally fixed to the edge of the platform, the ends of the end sections of which are connected by a transverse beam, on which, under the end sections, are installed telescopic hydraulic mounts. At the same time, on the supporting beams is fixed the flooring, which by means of actuating hydraulic cylinders is connected to the struts, and on the platform is placed a set of track plates in the form of a channel bar, the internal distance between the shelves of which corresponds to the distance between the outer edges of the sections of telescopic beams.
The advantages of the invention are the following. Execution of the telescopic supporting beams enables to perform their extension with a size corresponding to the width of the obstacle to be covered. The pivot connection of the beams to the platform and the connection of their flooring to the struts allows of reducing the transport dimensions of the mobile bridge. The presence of the hoisting crane allows of the mounting on the sections of the supporting beams
placed on the platform of the track plates, the shape and dimensions of which prevents their lateral displacements relative to the beams, which increases the reliability of the erected bridge. The connection of the ends of the end sections of the beams by a transverse beam increases the stiffness and spatial stability of the longitudinal structure of the bridge. The presence of telescopic hydraulic mounts under the ends of the end sections of beams allows of adapting to the terrain relief and installing the bridge crossing without a transverse slope, which increases the quality and reliability of the crossing as a whole.
Thus, the proposed constructive solution of the mobile bridge allows of solving the task.
Below is given an exemplary embodiment of invention, which in no way reduces the scope of rights reflected in the claims. A river is chosen as a barrier. The movable chassis is made trailer, mounted, self-propelled, etc. The invention is explained by the drawings in FIG. 1- 3, which represent:
- FIG. 1 - top view (plan) of the extended bridge;
- FIG. 2 - side view (view F in FIG. 1.) of the mounted bridge (erected crossing);
FIG. 3 - section of the track plate.
The mobile telescopic bridge comprises a movable chassis 1, on which is mounted a platform 2, along the edges of which are installed vertical struts 3. On the platform is placed a hoisting crane 4, that can contain a telescoping jig and/or move along the platform, and in the exemplary specific embodiment of invention it is installed on one of the struts 3. To the edge of the platform 2 are pivotally fixed two parallel telescopic supporting beams 5, the ends of the end sections 6 of which are connected by a transverse beam 7, on which, under the end sections 6, are installed telescopic hydraulic mounts 8. At the same time, on the supporting beams 5 is fixed the flooring 9, which by means of actuating hydraulic cylinders 10 is connected to the struts 3. On the platform 2 is placed a set of track plates 11 in the form of a channel bar, the internal distance between the shelves of which corresponds to the distance between the outer edges of the sections of telescopic beams 5. To ensure planeness in the longitudinal direction of the laid plates 11, on the extended sections of both beams 5 can be laid in the form of a channel bar and made of different height or the supporting beams 12 for the plates 11 of each section can be made of different heights (in Fig. is not shown). The plates 11 comprise known elements of construction for connecting them to each other and/or securing to sections of the supporting beams 5, which was not the subject of the invention. Obviously, to ensure the operation of the executive mechanisms of the mobile bridge, additional equipment is necessary, with which it is
equipped. But these are any known and applied technical solutions that are not the subject of the invention.
The mobile telescopic bridge is used as follows. It is delivered to the place of the chosen crossing. In the transport position the telescopic beams 5 are in the assembled position and by means of actuating hydraulic cylinders 10 are raised in a vertical position. The mobile bridge is installed on one side of the selected sector of the crossing. Depending on the relief of the opposite side of the crossing to be installed by means of the actuating hydraulic cylinders 10, it is carried out lowering of the beams 5 at a certain angle. It is carried out the extension of sections 6 of the beams 5 to the desired length and by means of hydraulic telescopic mounts 8 is carried out the abutment of the end sections 6 of the beams 5. To prevent the crossfall of the erected crossing depending on the relief it is adjusted the value of extension of each hydraulic mount 8. On the chassis 2 or platform 2, and on the cross-beam 7, connecting the ends of the end sections 6, are installed entrance/exit slabs-ladders 13, which in addition to performing their functions, also perform the role of counterweights during the mounting of the bridge structure.
Thus, by means of the present invention is solved the undertaken task of creating a mobile telescopic bridge over rather narrow barriers simple in design, mounting and operation.
