FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a first embodiment of the stagnation mitigating sheet according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the stagnation mitigating sheet of FIG. The stagnation mitigating sheet 1 is a stagnation mitigating sheet that covers the affected area where stagnation has occurred, and includes a permeable layer 10, a non-permeable layer 20, and a cooling sensation layer 30. A non-permeable layer 20 is provided on the permeable layer 10, and a cooling sensation layer 30 is provided on the non-permeable layer 20. In the present embodiment, the permeable layer 10, the non-permeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 have the same shape and size as each other in plan view. The planar shapes of the permeable layer 10, the non-permeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 are circular as can be seen from FIG. The size (diameter) of each of the permeable layer 10, the non-permeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 is, for example, about 2 to 5 cm. The itch reduction sheet 1 covers the affected part so that the permeable layer 10 contacts the affected part.
The permeable layer 10 is a layer that is impregnated with a drug that suppresses itching. The permeable layer 10 is preferably impregnated with a drug in advance. When the permeable layer 10 is not pre-impregnated with the drug, for example, the user may impregnate the osmotic layer 10 with the drug before using the stagnation mitigating sheet 1. Alternatively, the osmotic layer 10 may be impregnated with the drug by covering the affected area to which the drug is applied with the squeezing relief sheet 1. The permeable layer 10 does not contain an adhesive and does not have adhesiveness to the skin. The permeable layer 10 is made of absorbent cotton or nonwoven fabric, for example.
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the non-permeable layer 20. The non-permeable layer 20 is a layer that prevents the penetration of the drug. In the present embodiment, the impermeable layer 20 is made of a film such as a plastic film. This film has air permeability. In addition, a plurality of holes 22 are formed in the film (non-permeable layer 20). These holes 22 are formed over substantially the entire surface of the film. The thickness of the film is preferably less than 0.5 mm, and more preferably less than 0.25 mm. The thickness of the non-permeable layer 20 is smaller than the thickness of the permeable layer 10.
Returning to FIG. 1, the cooling sensation layer 30 is a layer having a cooling sensation effect. The cooling sensation layer 30 may or may not have a cooling action (an action for lowering the temperature of the affected area) as long as it gives a cool feeling to the affected area. The cooling sensation layer 30 is made of, for example, a hydrogel or a cold compress.
Furthermore, the stagnation mitigating sheet 1 includes a protective layer 40 (first protective layer) and a waterproof layer 50. The protective layer 40 is provided on the lower surface (the surface facing the skin) of the permeable layer 10. The protective layer 40 has the same shape and size as the permeable layer 10 in plan view, and covers the entire lower surface of the permeable layer 10. The protective layer 40 can be peeled off from the permeable layer 10 and is peeled off from the permeable layer 10 before the stagnation mitigating sheet 1 is used. The protective layer 40 is made of, for example, a plastic film.
The waterproof layer 50 is provided on the cooling sensation layer 30. The waterproof layer 50 is a layer that prevents moisture from entering. The waterproof layer 50 has the same shape and size as the cooling sensation layer 30 in plan view, and covers the entire upper surface (the surface opposite to the skin) of the cooling sensation layer 30. The waterproof layer 50 is made of, for example, a plastic film.
In order to use the itch reduction sheet 1, as shown in FIG. 4, the protective layer 40 is peeled off, and the lower surface of the permeable layer 10 is in contact with the affected area 90 and the surrounding skin. 1 to cover the affected area 90. The stagnation mitigating sheet 1 can be fixed to the affected part 90 by, for example, the adhesive force of the medicine. Alternatively, the stagnation mitigating sheet 1 may be fixed to the affected part 90 by applying an adhesive tape from above.
The effect of the sag mitigating sheet 1 will be described. The itch reduction sheet 1 covers an affected area where itch has occurred. By covering the affected area, it is possible to prevent the affected area from being scratched and worsened. At this time, the osmotic layer 10 impregnated with a drug that suppresses itching is in contact with the affected area. Thereby, a chemical | medical agent can be kept on an affected part over a long time, and the effect | action of the chemical | medical agent with respect to an affected part can be exhibited effectively. Further, the stagnation mitigating sheet 1 is provided with a cooling sensation layer 30 having a cooling effect. Such a cooling sensation can make it difficult to feel itching. Therefore, the stagnation mitigating sheet 1 excellent in the stagnation mitigating effect is realized.
As described above, the affected area cannot be scratched when covered with the stagnation mitigating sheet 1. For this reason, the itch mitigation sheet 1 is particularly useful for child insect bites. Moreover, since the site | part to which the chemical | medical agent was apply | coated is covered with the stagnation relaxation sheet 1, it can also prevent that a chemical | medical agent adheres to clothes, underwear, etc. Furthermore, not only itching but also pain can be relieved by the cooling effect. Therefore, the itch relief sheet 1 can be used as a pain relief sheet.
A non-permeable layer 20 is provided on the permeable layer 10. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the drug impregnated in the permeable layer 10 from leaking from the upper surface of the permeable layer 10. Thereby, a chemical | medical agent can be made to act on an affected part without waste.
The permeable layer 10 is not sticky to the skin. In this case, the permeable layer 10 does not require an adhesive. For this reason, the situation where each function falls by interaction with an adhesive and a chemical | medical agent can be avoided. However, the permeable layer 10 may have adhesiveness to the skin.
When the permeable layer 10 is pre-impregnated with a drug, the stagnation mitigating sheet 1 can be used on the go without having to carry the drug and the stagnation mitigating sheet 1 separately. For this reason, the convenience of the stagnation alleviation sheet 1 is improved.
A protective layer 40 is provided on the lower surface of the permeable layer 10. Thereby, it can prevent that the lower surface of the permeable layer 10 gets dirty before use. Further, when the permeable layer 10 is pre-impregnated with the drug, the drug can be prevented from leaking from the lower surface of the permeable layer 10. However, providing the protective layer 40 is not essential.
When the non-permeable layer 20 is made of a film, it is easy to reduce the thickness of the non-permeable layer 20. By reducing the thickness of the non-permeable layer 20, the cooling effect of the cooling layer 30 is easily transmitted to the affected area. From this viewpoint, the thickness of the film is preferably less than 0.5 mm, and more preferably less than 0.25 mm.
The film constituting the non-permeable layer 20 has air permeability. Thereby, the cooling effect of the cooling layer 30 is more easily transmitted to the affected part.
Holes 22 are formed in the film constituting the non-permeable layer 20. Thereby, the air permeability of the impermeable layer 20 can be improved. In particular, a plurality of holes 22 are formed. Thereby, the air permeability of the impermeable layer 20 can be further enhanced. Further, since the plurality of holes 22 are formed over substantially the entire surface of the non-permeable layer 20, the air permeability can be enhanced over a wide range of the non-permeable layer 20.
A waterproof layer 50 is provided on the cooling sensation layer 30. Thereby, it can prevent that a water | moisture content permeates the inside of the stagnation mitigation sheet 1. However, it is not essential to provide the waterproof layer 50.
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 5 is a sectional view showing a second embodiment of the stagnation mitigating sheet according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is a plan view showing the stagnation mitigating sheet of FIG. The stagnation mitigating sheet 2 is a stagnation mitigating sheet that covers an affected area where stagnation has occurred, and includes a permeable layer 10, a non-permeable layer 20, a cooling sensation layer 30, a protective layer 40, and a waterproof layer 50.
In the present embodiment, the waterproof layer 50 is larger than any of the permeable layer 10, the non-permeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 in plan view. As can be seen from FIG. 6, the entire periphery of the waterproof layer 50 protrudes from all of the permeable layer 10, the non-permeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 in a plan view. The area that does not overlap any of the permeable layer 10, the impermeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 in a plan view of the waterproof layer 50 (the hatched area in FIG. 6) has adhesiveness to the skin. ing. For example, adhesiveness can be given to the said area | region by apply | coating an adhesive to the lower surface of the said area | region. Other configurations of the stagnation mitigating sheet 2 are the same as those of the stagnation mitigating sheet 1.
To use the stagnation mitigating sheet 2, as shown in FIG. 7, the protective layer 40 is peeled off, and the lower surface of the permeable layer 10 is brought into contact with the affected area 90 and the surrounding skin. 2 to cover the affected area 90. At this time, the itch reduction sheet 2 can be fixed to the affected part 90 by sticking the region in the waterproof layer 50 to the skin.
The effect of the stagnation mitigation sheet 2 will be described. The waterproof layer 50 is larger than any of the permeable layer 10, the non-permeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 in plan view. For this reason, the side surfaces of the permeable layer 10, the impermeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 can be covered with the waterproof layer 50. Thereby, it is possible to prevent moisture from entering the stagnation mitigating sheet 2 through the side surfaces of the permeable layer 10, the impermeable layer 20 and the cooling sensation layer 30.
In the plan view, the entire periphery of the waterproof layer 50 protrudes from all of the permeable layer 10, the non-permeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30. For this reason, the entire side surfaces of the permeable layers 10 and 20 and the cooling sensation layer 30 can be covered with the waterproof layer 50.
A region of the waterproof layer 50 that does not overlap any of the permeable layer 10, the impermeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 has adhesiveness to the skin. Thereby, the stagnation alleviation sheet 2 can be easily fixed to the affected part. However, it is not essential that the area has adhesiveness to the skin. Other effects of the stagnation mitigating sheet 2 are the same as those of the stagnation mitigating sheet 1.
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing a third embodiment of the stagnation mitigating sheet according to the present invention. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing the stagnation reducing sheet of FIG. The stagnation mitigating sheet 3 is a stagnation mitigating sheet that covers an affected area where stagnation has occurred, and includes a permeable layer 10, a non-permeable layer 20, a cooling sensation layer 30, a protective layer 40, and a waterproof layer 50.
In this embodiment, the cooling sensation layer 30 is larger than any of the permeable layer 10 and the non-permeable layer 20 in plan view. As can be seen from FIG. 9, the entire periphery of the cooling sensation layer 30 protrudes from both the permeable layer 10 and the non-permeable layer 20 in plan view.
The cooling sensation layer 30 contains a cooling sensation material having a cooling sensation, and the cooling sensation material may be contained entirely or partially in the cooling sensation layer 30. In the latter case, the cooling sensation material may be contained only in a region (first region) overlapping with the permeable layer 10 in plan view in the cooling sensation layer 30, or non-penetration in plan view in the cooling sensation layer 30. It may be contained only in a region (second region) overlapping with the conductive layer 20. In the present embodiment, since the permeable layer 10 and the non-permeable layer 20 completely overlap each other, the first region and the second region coincide with each other. Alternatively, the cooling sensation material may be contained only in a region (third region) that does not overlap with either the permeable layer 10 or the non-permeable layer 20 in a plan view of the cooling sensation layer 30. The third area is an annular area hatched in FIG.
The third region in the cooling sensation layer 30 is adhesive to the skin. A protective layer 60 (second protective layer) is provided on the lower surface of the third region. The protective layer 60 has the same shape and size as the third region in plan view, and covers the entire lower surface of the third region. The protective layer 60 can be peeled off from the cooling sensation layer 30 and is peeled off from the cooling sensation layer 30 before the stagnation mitigating sheet 3 is used. The protective layer 60 is made of the same material as the non-permeable layer 20 and has the same thickness as the non-permeable layer 20.
FIG. 10 is a plan view showing the impermeable layer 20 and the protective layer 60. In the present embodiment, the impermeable layer 20 and the protective layer 60 are made of a single film. In the film, a cut line 70 such as a perforation is formed at the boundary between the impermeable layer 20 and the protective layer 60. Other configurations of the stagnation mitigating sheet 3 are the same as those of the stagnation mitigating sheet 1.
In order to use the stagnation mitigating sheet 3, as shown in FIG. 11, the protective layer 40 and the protective layer 60 are peeled off, and the lower surface of the permeable layer 10 is in contact with the affected part 90 and the surrounding skin. The affected part 90 may be covered with the itch reduction sheet 3. At this time, the itch reduction sheet 3 can be fixed to the affected part 90 by sticking the third region in the cooling sensation layer 30 to the skin.
The effect of the sag mitigating sheet 3 will be described. The cooling sensation layer 30 is larger than both the permeable layer 10 and the non-permeable layer 20 in plan view. For this reason, the cold-sensitive layer 30 can cover the side surfaces of the permeable layer 10 and the non-permeable layer 20. Thus, not only the upper surface of the non-permeable layer 20 but also the side surfaces of the permeable layer 10 and the non-permeable layer 20 contribute to the transmission path of the cooling effect of the cooling layer 30. For this reason, the cooling effect of the cooling layer 30 is easily transmitted to the affected part.
In plan view, the entire periphery of the cooling sensation layer 30 protrudes from both the permeable layer 10 and the non-permeable layer 20. For this reason, the entire side surface of the permeable layer 10 and the non-permeable layer 20 can be covered with the cooling sensation layer 30.
When the cooling sensation material is partially contained in the cooling sensation layer 30, the formation cost of the cooling sensation layer 30 and thus the production cost of the stagnation mitigating sheet 3 can be reduced as compared with the case where the cooling sensation material is contained entirely. Can do. In particular, when the cooling sensation material is contained only in the first or second region, the portion that directly touches the skin (third region) does not contain the cooling sensation material. You can prevent it from feeling. On the other hand, when the cooling sensation material is contained only in the third region, the cooling sensation effect of the cooling sensation layer 30 can be efficiently transmitted to the affected part through the skin around the affected part.
The third region in the cooling sensation layer 30 is adhesive to the skin. Thereby, the stagnation alleviation sheet 3 can be easily fixed to the affected part. However, it is not essential that the area has adhesiveness to the skin.
A protective layer 60 is provided on the lower surface of the third region. Thereby, it can prevent that the lower surface of the cooling sensation layer 30 gets dirty before use. Moreover, it can prevent that the cooling effect of the cooling layer 30 falls before use.
The protective layer 60 is made of the same material as the non-permeable layer 20 and has the same thickness as the non-permeable layer 20. Thereby, the protective layer 60 can be configured by the same film as the non-permeable layer 20. Actually, in the present embodiment, the impermeable layer 20 and the protective layer 60 are made of a single film. Thereby, compared with the case where the impermeable layer 20 and the protective layer 60 are formed separately, the manufacturing cost of the stagnation mitigating sheet 3 can be reduced.
A tear line 70 is formed at the boundary between the non-permeable layer 20 and the protective layer 60. Thereby, when the protective layer 60 is peeled off, the protective layer 60 can be easily separated from the non-permeable layer 20. Other effects of the stagnation mitigating sheet 3 are the same as those of the stagnation mitigating sheet 1.
(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view showing a fourth embodiment of the stagnation mitigating sheet according to the present invention. FIG. 13 is a plan view showing the stagnation mitigating sheet of FIG. The stagnation mitigating sheet 4 is a stagnation mitigating sheet that covers the affected area where stagnation has occurred, and includes a permeable layer 10, a non-permeable layer 20, a cooling sensation layer 30, a protective layer 40, a waterproof layer 50, and a protective layer 60. ing.
In this embodiment, the non-permeable layer 20 is larger than the permeable layer 10 in plan view. As can be seen from FIG. 13, the entire periphery of the non-permeable layer 20 protrudes from the permeable layer 10 in plan view. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a region (first region) overlapping the permeable layer 10 in plan view in the cooling sensation layer 30 and a region (first region) overlapping the non-permeable layer 20 in plan view in the cooling sensation layer 30 2 area) does not match. In this case, the above-mentioned cooling sensation material may be contained only in a region that does not overlap the first region in the second region. Other configurations of the stagnation mitigating sheet 4 are the same as those of the stagnation mitigating sheet 3.
In order to use the stagnation mitigating sheet 4, as shown in FIG. 14, the protective layer 40 and the protective layer 60 are peeled off, and the lower surface of the permeable layer 10 is in contact with the affected area 90 and the surrounding skin. The affected part 90 may be covered with the itch reduction sheet 4. At this time, the itch reduction sheet 4 can be fixed to the affected part 90 by sticking the third region of the cooling sensation layer 30 to the skin.
The effect of the sag mitigation sheet 4 will be described. The non-permeable layer 20 is larger than the permeable layer 10 in plan view. For this reason, the side surface of the permeable layer 10 can be covered with the non-permeable layer 20. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the drug impregnated in the permeable layer 10 from leaking from the side surface of the permeable layer 10.
The entire periphery of the non-permeable layer 20 protrudes from the permeable layer 10 in plan view. For this reason, the whole side surface of the permeable layer 10 can be covered with the non-permeable layer 20. Other effects of the stagnation mitigating sheet 4 are the same as those of the stagnation mitigating sheet 3.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. In the said embodiment, the case where the impermeable layer 20 consists of a film was illustrated. However, the non-permeable layer 20 may be made of a fabric such as a non-woven fabric as long as it prevents the penetration of the drug.
In the above embodiment, the case where a plurality of holes 22 are formed in the non-permeable layer 20 is exemplified. However, only one hole 22 may be formed in the non-permeable layer 20. Moreover, the non-permeable layer 20 may not have a hole.
In the above embodiment, the case where the non-permeable layer 20 has air permeability is exemplified. However, the impermeable layer 20 may not have air permeability.
In the above embodiment, the case where the non-permeable layer 20 and the protective layer 60 are made of a single film has been exemplified. However, the impermeable layer 20 and the protective layer 60 may be composed of separate films.
In the above embodiment, the case where the planar shapes of the permeable layer 10, the non-permeable layer 20, and the cooling sensation layer 30 are circular is illustrated. However, these planar shapes are arbitrary, and may be, for example, an ellipse, a polygon, a star, or a heart shape.
