贯穿所述圆环凸起、且与所述圆环凸起的内壁相触接的中心电极柱;
固定设置在所述固定座的底部、用于固定中心电极柱的压簧;

具体的,所述磁铁元件1为负极,所述中心电极柱4为正极。
