背景技术

为了实现对投保单的跟踪,电话销售子系统中人工坐席侧的销售人员需要通过手动刷新的方式刷新投保单信息,使得人工坐席侧的销售人员能够基于刷新后的投保单信息确定对该投保单的下一步处理流程。具体的:人工坐席在检测到销售人员的手动刷新操作之后,将生成投保单信息更新请求,并将该更新请求发送给电话销售子系统中的管理服务器,由电话销售子系统中的管理服务器从上述核心服务器上获取到与该人工坐席具有映射关系的投保单的投保单信息,并将该投保单信息反馈给上述人工坐席,以实现人工坐席的投保单信息的更新。通过上述手动刷新的方式,使得能够实现人工坐席的投保单信息的更新,使得人工坐席侧的销售人员能够基于更新后的投保单信息确定对投保单的下一步处理流程,有效实现投保单的跟踪。
然而,通过销售人员手动刷新的方式更新投保单信息将给销售人员的工作带来了极大不便且增加了销售人员的工作量。

可以理解的是,本发明实施例中的目标投保单并非指单个投保单,该目标投保单实际可以为多个不同的投保单,且每一个投保单都将按照本发明实施例中的技术方案实现投保单信息的主动推送。
其中,该目标投保单是处于未完成状态的投保单,该未完成状态是指管理服务器保存的投保单的信息中,投保单的状态是未完成的状态。
其中,投保单的状态包括:待修改状态、待缴费状态、待审核状态、待现场检验状态、待成保状态、已成保状态、成保失败状态等等。除了已成保状态及成保失败状态,其他的状态都属于未完成状态。

在本发明实施例中,管理服务器是电话销售子系统中的服务器,其用于投保单的分配及投保单信息的更新,其中,该电话销售子系统属于产险系统的子系统。且在电话销售子系统中,管理服务器与人工坐席连接,能够将投保单分配给人工坐席,并由人工坐席侧的销售人员根据分配的投保单的投保单信息对该投保单进行跟踪。
在本发明实施例中,为了实现管理服务器主动推送已更新的投保单信息的目的,第一获取模块401将每间隔预置时长从核心服务器获取投保单基础数据,该投保单基础数据包括目标投保单的编号及目标投保单最近一次的更新时间。

在本发明实施例中,通过已保存的投保单的编号与人工坐席之间的映射关系,使得管理服务器能够主动将从管理服务器获取的目标投保单最近更新的投保单信息推送给相应的人工坐席,有效完成投保单信息的主动推送,不需要由人工坐席侧的销售人员通过主动刷新的方式更新投保单信息,有效减少人工坐席侧的销售人员的工作量。
需要说明的是,在硬件实现上,以上第一获取模块401、确定模块402、第二获取模块403、推送模块404、第一查找模块501、第三获取模块502以及第二查找模块601等可以以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于管理服务器中,也可以以软件形式存储于管理服务器的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。该处理器可以为中央处理单元(CPU)、微处理器、单片机等。
如图7所示,图7是本发明实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
本发明实施例管理服务器可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、便携计算机等终端设备。
如图7所示,管理服务器可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,以及存储器1002。这些组件之间的连接通信可以通过通信总线实现。存储器1002可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1002可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。

本发明提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
每间隔预置时长从核心服务器获取投保单基础数据,所述投保单基础数据包括目标投保单的编号及所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间;
在本地管理的投保单中,确定编号与所述目标投保单的编号相同的投保单已记录的最近一次的更新时间;
若所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间晚于所述已记录的最近一次的更新时间,则从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息,并推送给相应的人工坐席,以实现所述人工坐席的投保单信息的更新。
进一步地,所述投保单基础数据还包括所述目标投保单的状态,所述一个或者多个程序可被所述一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:
根据所述目标投保单的状态从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
进一步地,所述一个或者多个程序可被所述一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:
查找预先设置的状态与参数类型之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的状态对应的目标参数类型;
从所述核心服务器已保存的所述目标投保单的数据中获取与所述目标参数类型对应的参数值,将所述参数值作为所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
进一步地,所述一个或者多个程序可被所述一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:
利用所述目标投保单的编号查找已保存的投保单的编号与人工坐席之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的编号具有映射关系的人工坐席;
将所述目标投保单的投保单信息推送给与所述目标投保单具有映射关系的人工坐席。
本发明计算机可读存储介质的具体实施例与上述投保单信息更新方法和管理服务器各实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
还需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种投保单信息更新方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    管理服务器每间隔预置时长从核心服务器获取投保单基础数据,所述投保单基础数据包括目标投保单的编号及所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间;
    在所述管理服务器管理的投保单中,确定编号与所述目标投保单的编号相同的投保单已记录的最近一次的更新时间;
    若所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间晚于所述已记录的最近一次的更新时间,则从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息,并推送给相应的人工坐席,以实现所述人工坐席的投保单信息的更新。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述投保单基础数据还包括所述目标投保单的状态;
    则所述从核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息的步骤包括:
    根据所述目标投保单的状态从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标投保单的状态从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息的步骤包括:
    查找预先设置的状态与参数类型之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的状态对应的目标参数类型;
    从所述核心服务器已保存的所述目标投保单的数据中获取与所述目标参数类型对应的参数值,将所述参数值作为所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标投保单为所述管理服务器管理的处于未完成状态的投保单。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推送给相应的人工坐席的步骤包括:
    利用所述目标投保单的编号查找已保存的投保单的编号与人工坐席之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的编号具有映射关系的人工坐席;
    将所述目标投保单的投保单信息推送给与所述目标投保单具有映射关系的人工坐席。
  6. 一种管理服务器,其特征在于,所述管理服务器包括:
    第一获取模块,用于每间隔预置时长从核心服务器获取投保单基础数据,所述投保单基础数据包括目标投保单的编号及所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间;
    确定模块,用于在所述管理服务器管理的投保单中,确定编号与所述目标投保单的编号相同的投保单已记录的最近一次的更新时间;
    第二获取模块,用于若所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间晚于所述已记录的最近一次的更新时间,则从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息;
    推送模块,用于将所述目标投保单的投保单信息推送给相应的人工坐席,以实现所述人工坐席的投保单信息的更新。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的管理服务器,其特征在于,所述投保单基础数据还包括所述目标投保单的状态;
    则所述第二获取模块具体用于:若所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间晚于所述已记录的最近一次的更新时间,则根据所述目标投保单的状态从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的管理服务器,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块包括:
    第一查找模块,用于若所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间晚于所述已记录的最近一次的更新时间,查找预先设置的状态与参数类型之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的状态对应的目标参数类型;
    第三获取模块,用于从所述核心服务器已保存的所述目标投保单的数据中获取与所述目标参数类型对应的参数值,将所述参数值作为所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的管理服务器,其特征在于,所述目标投保单为所述管理服务器管理的处于未完成状态的投保单。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的管理服务器,其特征在于,所述推送模块包括:
    第二查找模块,用于利用所述目标投保单的编号查找已保存的投保单的编号与人工坐席之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的编号具有映射关系的人工坐席;
    信息推送模块,用于将所述目标投保单的投保单信息推送给与所述目标投保单具有映射关系的人工坐席。
  11. 一种管理服务器,其特征在于,包括存储器及处理器,所述存储器中存储有投保单信息更新程序,所述处理器执行所述投保单信息更新程序以用于:
    每间隔预置时长从核心服务器获取投保单基础数据,所述投保单基础数据包括目标投保单的编号及所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间;
    在所述投保单中,确定编号与所述目标投保单的编号相同的投保单已记录的最近一次的更新时间;
    若所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间晚于所述已记录的最近一次的更新时间,则从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息,并推送给相应的人工坐席,以实现所述人工坐席的投保单信息的更新。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的管理服务器,其特征在于,所述投保单基础数据还包括所述目标投保单的状态;
    所述从核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息包括:
    根据所述目标投保单的状态从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的管理服务器,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标投保单的状态从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息包括:
    查找预先设置的状态与参数类型之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的状态对应的目标参数类型;
    从所述核心服务器已保存的所述目标投保单的数据中获取与所述目标参数类型对应的参数值,将所述参数值作为所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的管理服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    利用所述目标投保单的编号查找已保存的投保单的编号与人工坐席之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的编号具有映射关系的人工坐席;
    将所述目标投保单的投保单信息推送给与所述目标投保单具有映射关系的人工坐席。
  15. 一种投保单信息更新系统,其特征在于,包括管理服务器及核心服务器;所述核心服务器上存储有投保单基础数据,所述管理服务器包括存储器及处理器,所述存储器中存储有投保单信息更新程序,所述处理器执行所述投保单信息更新程序以用于:
    每间隔预置时长从所述核心服务器获取投保单基础数据,所述投保单基础数据包括目标投保单的编号及所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间;
    在所述投保单中,确定编号与所述目标投保单的编号相同的投保单已记录的最近一次的更新时间;
    若所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间晚于所述已记录的最近一次的更新时间,则从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息,并推送给相应的人工坐席,以实现所述人工坐席的投保单信息的更新。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的投保单信息更新系统,其特征在于,所述投保单基础数据还包括所述目标投保单的状态;
    所述从核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息包括:
    根据所述目标投保单的状态从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
    每间隔预置时长从核心服务器获取投保单基础数据,所述投保单基础数据包括目标投保单的编号及所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间;
    在本地管理的投保单中,确定编号与所述目标投保单的编号相同的投保单已记录的最近一次的更新时间;
    若所述目标投保单最近一次的更新时间晚于所述已记录的最近一次的更新时间,则从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息,并推送给相应的人工坐席,以实现所述人工坐席的投保单信息的更新。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述投保单基础数据还包括所述目标投保单的状态,所述一个或者多个程序可被所述一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:
    根据所述目标投保单的状态从所述核心服务器获取所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或者多个程序可被所述一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:
    查找预先设置的状态与参数类型之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的状态对应的目标参数类型;
    从所述核心服务器已保存的所述目标投保单的数据中获取与所述目标参数类型对应的参数值,将所述参数值作为所述目标投保单的投保单信息。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述一个或者多个程序可被所述一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:
    利用所述目标投保单的编号查找已保存的投保单的编号与人工坐席之间的映射关系,确定与所述目标投保单的编号具有映射关系的人工坐席;
    将所述目标投保单的投保单信息推送给与所述目标投保单具有映射关系的人工坐席。
