Description
本发明涉及注射领域,特别是一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置。
动物生病时,其主人大多会找专业的兽医对其进行诊断,给动物注射一些药物,但是动物始终不是人类,而且抵抗力也较人类强的多,因此在注射方便,使用的注射工具一般都是一批打完之后再消毒的,但是面对成群的动物进行注射时,不能打一个就在对一遍药物比较麻烦,因此需要一种可以存储比较多的药物溶液而且能够进行定量排出的装置是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置。

利用本发明的技术方案制作的带有存储的兽医用的注射装置,一种结构比较简单,操作也比较方便,能够节省人力物力,增大工作效率,定量出药,保证每个动物的计量是均匀的装置。

动片(42)共同构成的,所述控制器(18)的输入端通过导线与微型压力传感器A(40)电性连接,所述控制器(18)的输出端通过导线与一号推动气缸(35)电性连接;所述多个条形凸起(10)的数量为3-5个;所述多个五号圆形通孔(20)的数量为5-7个,所述多个五号圆形通孔(20)位于同一圆周面上;所述蓄电池(31)为SR927W的电池,所述控制器(18)为MAM-260A的控制器;所述控制器(18)内设有PLC控制系统(43);所述控制器(18)上表面设有电容触摸屏(44),所述控制器(18)的输出端通过导线与电容触摸屏(44)电性连接。
本实施方案的特点为,水平圆筒内部为空心结构,水平圆筒上表面一端设有存储机构,水平圆筒内设有推动机构,水平圆筒内一端设有电源机构,存储机构由开在水平圆筒上表面的一号圆形凹槽、嵌装在一号圆形凹槽内的水平固定圆环、固定连接在水平固定圆环上圆柱形承载桶、开在圆柱形承载桶内下表面的一号圆形通孔、开在一号圆形凹槽内下表面且与一号圆形通孔相匹配的二号圆形通孔、嵌装在一号圆形通孔和二号圆形通孔内的药液传送管、开在圆柱形承载桶上表面一端的三号圆形通孔、嵌装在三号圆形通孔内的空心圆筒、固定连接在空心圆筒侧表面上的多个条形凸起、设置在空心圆筒上方的圆形套壳、设置在圆形套壳内侧表面上且与多个条形凸起相匹配的多个条形凹槽、设置在圆柱形承载桶内的竖直圆轴、套装在竖直圆轴上的一组搅拌叶片、开在圆柱形承载桶侧表面上的条形豁口、嵌装在条形豁口内的透明玻璃、设置在透明玻璃上的刻度尺、设置在圆柱形承载桶内下端侧表面上的压力警示机构和定量机构共同构成的,压力警示机构位于定量机构下方,水平圆筒侧表面上设有控制器,一种结构比较简单,操作也比较方便,能够节省人力物力,增大工作效率,定量出药,保证每个动物的计量是均匀的装置。
在本实施方案中,水平圆筒上表面的一号圆形凹槽内的水平固定圆环上圆柱形承载桶内下表面的一号圆形通孔与二号圆形通孔内的药液传送管负责传送药液,圆柱形承载桶上表面的三号圆形通孔内的空心圆筒上
方的圆形套壳内侧表面上且与条形凸起相匹配的条形凹槽,圆柱形承载桶内的竖直圆轴上的搅拌叶片可以进行搅动,圆柱形承载桶侧表面上的条形豁口内的透明玻璃可以观察圆柱形承载桶内部,透明玻璃上的刻度尺可以很好的观察药品的位置,圆柱形承载桶内下端侧表面上且与圆柱形承载桶相匹配的圆柱盒上表面的五号圆形通孔内一号电磁挡门进行拦挡,五号圆形通孔内的液位传感器可以感受液压的位置,圆柱形承载桶内且位于圆柱盒下方的圆形承载板上表面的一号矩形开口相匹配的二号电磁挡门,二号电磁挡门上表面的微型压力传感器B对压力进行感知,水平圆筒后侧表面的一号圆形开口,水平圆筒内且靠近一号圆形开口的一号圆形挡板,一号圆形挡板前表面下端的二号伸缩支杆上且与水平圆筒相匹配的电源承载盒内的蓄电池为该装置提供电源,水平圆筒前表面的二号圆形开口固定连接在一号圆形挡板且靠近二号圆形开口一侧表面上推动端为水平的一号推动气缸上的水平圆筒相匹配的柱塞头推动药液进行注射,二号圆形开口内的锥形空心筒可以进行注射,水平圆筒下表面的手把支撑柱侧表面上的二号圆形凹槽内的微型压力传感器A感知压力,水平圆筒下表面且与微型压力传感器A相匹配的折形支架上且与二号圆形凹槽相匹配的推动片摁动时可以进行注射。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,包括水平圆筒(1),其特征在于,所述水平圆筒(1)内部为空心结构,所述水平圆筒(1)上表面一端设有存储机构,所述水平圆筒(1)内设有推动机构,所述水平圆筒(1)内一端设有电源机构,所述存储机构由开在水平圆筒(1)上表面的一号圆形凹槽(2)、嵌装在一号圆形凹槽(2)内的水平固定圆环(3)、固定连接在水平固定圆环(3)上圆柱形承载桶(4)、开在圆柱形承载桶(4)内下表面的一号圆形通孔(5)、开在一号圆形凹槽(2)内下表面且与一号圆形通孔(5)相匹配的二号圆形通孔(6)、嵌装在一号圆形通孔(5)和二号圆形通孔(6)内的药液传送管(7)、开在圆柱形承载桶(4)上表面一端的三号圆形通孔(8)、嵌装在三号圆形通孔(8)内的空心圆筒(9)、固定连接在空心圆筒(9)侧表面上的多个条形凸起(10)、设置在空心圆筒(9)上方的圆形套壳(11)、设置在圆形套壳(11)内侧表面上且与多个条形凸起(10)相匹配的多个条形凹槽(12)、设置在圆柱形承载桶(4)内的竖直圆轴(13)、套装在竖直圆轴(13)上的一组搅拌叶片(14)、开在圆柱形承载桶(4)侧表面上的条形豁口(15)、嵌装在条形豁口(15)内的透明玻璃(16)、设置在透明玻璃(16)上的刻度尺(17)、设置在圆柱形承载桶(4)内下端侧表面上的压力警示机构和定量机构共同构成的,所述压力警示机构位于定量机构下方,所述水平圆筒(1)侧表面上设有控制器(18)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述定量机构由固定连接在圆柱形承载桶(4)内下端侧表面上且与圆柱形承载桶(4)相匹配的圆柱盒(19)、开在圆柱盒(19)上表面的多个五号圆形通孔(20)、设置在每个五号圆形通孔(20)内两端面上的一组一号电磁挡门(21)、嵌装在每个五号圆形通孔(20)内的液位传感器(22)共同构成的,所述控制器(18)的输入端通过导线与液位传感器(22)电性连接,所述控制器(18)的输出端通过导线与一号电磁挡门(21)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述压力警示机构由设置在圆柱形承载桶(4)内且位于圆柱盒(19)下方且与圆柱形承载桶(4)相匹配的圆形承载板(23)、开在圆形承载板(23)上表面的两组一号矩形开口(24)、设置在圆形承载板(23)上且与两组一号矩形开口(24)相匹配的二号电磁挡门(25)、固定连接在每个二号电磁挡门(25)上表面的微型压力传感器B(26)共同构成的,所述控制器(18)的输入端通过导线与微型压力传感器B(26)电性连接,所述控制器(18)的输出端通过导线与二号电磁挡门(25)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述电源机构由开在水平圆筒(1)后侧表面的一号圆形开口(27)、设置在水平圆筒(1)内且靠近一号圆形开口(27)的一号圆形挡板(28)、固定连接在一号圆形挡板(28)前表面下端的一组二号伸缩支杆(29)、固定连接在一组二号伸缩支杆(29)上且与水平圆筒(1)相匹配的电源承载盒(30)、嵌装在电源承载盒(30)内的蓄电池(31)、固定连接在电池承载盒(30)侧表面上的拉动把手(33)共同构成的,所述控制器(18)的输入端通过导线与蓄电池(31)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1和4所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述推动机构由开在水平圆筒(1)前表面的二号圆形开口(34)、固定连接在一号圆形挡板(28)且靠近二号圆形开口(34)一侧表面上推动端为水平的一号推动气缸(35)、设置在一号推动气缸(35)推动端上且与水平圆筒(1)相匹配的柱塞头(36)、嵌装在二号圆形开口(34)内的锥形空心筒(37)、固定连接在水平圆筒(1)下表面的手把支撑柱(38)、开在手把支撑柱(38)侧表面上的二号圆形凹槽(39)、嵌装在二号圆形凹槽(39)内的微型压力传感器A(40)铰链连接在水平圆筒(1)下表面且与微型压力传感器A(40)相匹配的折形支架(41)、设置在折形支架(41)一端面上且 与二号圆形凹槽(39)相匹配的推动片(42)共同构成的,所述控制器(18)的输入端通过导线与微型压力传感器A(40)电性连接,所述控制器(18)的输出端通过导线与一号推动气缸(35)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述多个条形凸起(10)的数量为3-5个。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述多个五号圆形通孔(20)的数量为5-7个,所述多个五号圆形通孔(20)位于同一圆周面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述蓄电池(31)为SR927W的电池,所述控制器(18)为MAM-260A的控制器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述控制器(18)内设有PLC控制系统(43)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有存储功能的动物用注射装置,其特征在于,所述控制器(18)上表面设有电容触摸屏(44),所述控制器(18)的输出端通过导线与电容触摸屏(44)电性连接。
