Description
本公开涉及热压成型技术领域,例如涉及一种用于制造笔记本外壳的热压成型装置。
笔记本电脑的外壳可以保护机体,但也影响笔记本电脑的散热效果、重量以及美观度。随着技术的不断发展,笔记本电脑的外壳也制作得越来越绚丽多彩。超薄型产品是笔记本电脑产品的发展趋势,具有轻薄特点的金属外观的智能产品开始流行,因此,在笔记本外壳加工中,相关的金属冲压件的应用越来越广泛,于是出现了笔记本外壳热压成型机。
相关技术中,采用热压成型技术来实现笔记本电脑外壳的金属材料与塑料材料的复合成型,但是上垫板和下垫板之间的压力过大,容易压坏金属材料,噪音大。
发明内容
一种用于制造笔记本外壳的热压成型装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的上下板压力过大,容易压坏金属材料,噪音大的问题。
一种用于制造笔记本外壳的热压成型装置,包括装置主体、模板、控制面板、支撑臂、压力杆、注油器、上垫板、下垫板、高压泵、隔音装置、压力传感器和加热装置,其中,
所述装置主体的上端镶嵌有控制面板,所述装置主体的中间固定安装有下垫板,所述下垫板与上垫板之间设置有模板,所述上垫板的两侧均安装有支撑臂,且支撑臂纵向贯穿上垫板与下垫板连接,所述上垫板的外侧固定连接有压力杆和注油器,所述注油器设置在压力杆的一侧,且注油器与压力杆之间通过管道连接,所述装置主体的内壁镶嵌有隔音装置,所述装置主体的内侧设有高压泵,且高压泵与注油器之间通过管道连接,所述压力传感器设置在上垫板的内腔,且压力传感器与控制面板电性连接,所述加热装置固定安装在装置主体的一侧,且所述加热装置与控制面板电性连接。
可选的,所述装置还包括下开门以及散热孔,其中,所述下开门安装在所述装置主体的下端,所述高压泵设置在所述下开门的内侧,以及所述散热孔设置在装置主体的外侧。
可选的,所述装置还包括旋转轮和固定支架,其中,所述旋转轮固定连接在所述装置主体的底部,以及所述装置主体的两侧均设置有固定支架。
可选的,所述加热装置内部镶嵌有碳纤维发热管。
可选的,所述装置主体的内腔中设置有电压控制装置。
可选的,所述加热装置的内壁四周紧贴有隔热棉。
可选的,所述隔音装置由隔音毡和吸音棉组成。
与相关技术相比,该用于制造笔记本外壳的热压成型装置的上垫板内腔镶嵌有压力传感器,可以获取上垫板和下垫板之间的压力,防止压力过大。

下面将结合以下实施例中的附图,对以下实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
请参阅图1-2,本实施例提供了一种用于制造笔记本外壳的热压成型装置,该装置包括装置主体1、模板2、控制面板3、支撑臂4、压力杆5、注油器6、上垫板7、下垫板8、高压泵9、旋转轮10、固定支架11、下开门12、隔音装置13、压力传感器14、散热孔15和加热装置16。
装置主体1的上端镶嵌有控制面板3,装置主体1内腔设置有电压控制装置。装置主体1的中间固定安装有下垫板8,下垫板8与上垫板7之间设置有模板2,上垫板7的两侧均安装有支撑臂4,且支撑臂4纵向贯穿上垫板7与下垫板8连接。
上垫板7的外侧固定连接有压力杆5和注油器6,注油器6设置在压力杆5
的一侧,且注油器6与压力杆5之间通过管道连接。装置主体1的底部固定连接有旋转轮10,装置主体1的两侧均设置有固定支架11。
装置主体1的下端安装有下开门12,下开门12的内侧设有高压泵9,且高压泵9与注油器6之间通过管道连接。装置主体1的内壁镶嵌有隔音装置13,可选的,隔音装置13由隔音毡和吸音棉组成。
压力传感器14设置在上垫板7的内腔,且压力传感器14与控制面板3电性连接。散热孔15设置在装置主体1的外侧,加热装置16固定安装在装置主体1的一侧,且加热装置16与控制面板3电性连接。
可选的,所述装置主体1的内腔中设置有电压控制装置。其中,电压控制装置包括可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)以及控制电路等。
可选的,加热装置16内部镶嵌有碳纤维发热管。
可选的,加热装置16的内壁四周紧贴有隔热棉。
在使用该热压成型装置时,可以润滑机器的活动部件,向注油器6中加油,检查高压泵9、压力表、阀门是否正常,检查模板2是否配套(即,上模板和下模板是否配套)。其中,压力表是热压成型装置的一部分,压力表可以测量主管路到机台上的气压。阀门位于气管连接处,阀门可以控制和调节气压。接通电源,通过控制面板3启动高压泵9,将润滑油注入到注油器6内,上垫板7压制加工材料时,可以观察模板2是否有破裂,可以将模板2放置在下垫板8的中心位置,防止模板2的偏心使用,启动开关压制加工材料,压力杆5工作。控制面板3中的控制器可以获取压力传感器14测量的压力信号,加工过程中控制面板3可以显示压力数据。加工过程结束后,控制压力杆5回到原来位置。
上述用于制造笔记本外壳的热压成型装置,能够解决上垫板和下垫板之间压力过大,容易压坏金属材料,以及噪音大的问题。

- 一种用于制造笔记本外壳的热压成型装置,包括装置主体(1)、模板(2)、控制面板(3)、支撑臂(4)、压力杆(5)、注油器(6)、上垫板(7)、下垫板(8)、高压泵(9)、隔音装置(13)、压力传感器(14)和加热装置(16),其中,所述装置主体(1)的上端镶嵌有控制面板(3),所述装置主体(1)的中间固定安装有下垫板(8),所述下垫板(8)与上垫板(7)之间设置有模板(2),所述上垫板(7)的两侧均安装有支撑臂(4),且支撑臂(4)纵向贯穿上垫板(7)与下垫板(8)连接,所述上垫板(7)的外侧固定连接有压力杆(5)和注油器(6),所述注油器(6)设置在压力杆(5)的一侧,且注油器(6)与压力杆(5)之间通过管道连接,所述装置主体(1)的内侧设有高压泵(9),且高压泵(9)与注油器(6)之间通过管道连接,所述装置主体(1)的内壁镶嵌有隔音装置(13),所述压力传感器(14)设置在上垫板(7)的内腔,且压力传感器(14)与控制面板(3)电性连接,所述加热装置(16)固定安装在装置主体(1)的一侧,且所述加热装置(16)与控制面板(3)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装置,还包括下开门(12)以及散热孔(15),其中,所述下开门(12)安装在所述装置主体(1)的下端,所述高压泵(9)设置在所述下开门(12)的内侧,以及所述散热孔(15)设置在装置主体(1)的外侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的装置,还包括旋转轮(10)和固定支架(11),其中,所述旋转轮(10)固定连接在所述装置主体(1)的底部,以及所述装置主体(1)的两侧均设置有固定支架(11)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中:所述加热装置(16)内部镶嵌有碳纤维发热管。
- 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中:所述装置主体(1)的内腔中设置有电压控制装置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中:所述加热装置(16)的内壁四周紧贴有隔热棉。
- 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中:所述隔音装置(13)由隔音毡和吸音棉组成。
