本发明的最佳实施方式
本实用新型实施例公开了一种投影装置,以避免调焦手柄被误触,防止其积灰。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1-图6,图1为本实用新型提供的投影装置一种具体实施方式中一体防护壳2安装状态的结构示意图;图2为图1的一体防护壳2拆卸状态结构示意图;图3为图1中一体防护壳2的结构示意图;图4为图3的主视结构示意图;图5为图3的俯视结构示意图;图6为防脱部件的结构示意图。
在一种具体实施方式中,本实用新型提供的投影装置包括外壳体1、调焦部件3和一体防护壳2。
其中,外壳体1即投影装置的外壳部分,其结构形状可根据不同类型或型号的投影装置等进行设置,此处不作具体限定。调焦部件3凸出于至少部分外壳体1,进而便于用户调整镜头的焦距,进行对焦或调焦。外壳体1上一般开设调焦部件安装孔13,具体可以为圆柱孔,调焦部件3由孔内伸出以便于操作。具体调焦部件3可以为调焦手柄,如杆状手柄(如图2所示),也可以为调整环或调整盘等结构,对此不作具体限定。调焦部件3的工作原理及连接关系等请参考现有技术,此处不再赘述。
一体防护壳2用于对调节部件起到有效防护作用。其与外壳体1可拆卸的固定连接,以方便的罩设在调焦部件3外或取下。需要说明的是,此处的罩设在调节部件外,指一体防护壳2能够覆盖于调焦部件3之上,因而由于一体防护壳2的阻挡外界无法直接接触到调节部件。具体一体防护壳2的覆盖范围大小可根据实际情况进行设置,此处不作具体限定,只需使其能够覆盖调焦部件3即可,优选地可以覆盖调焦部件安装孔13。一般的,可以设置一体防护壳2罩设于调焦部件3所在的外壳体1的端面,如投影装置的前端面等。也可以将一体防护壳2设置为L形,L形的一边覆盖于调焦部件3所在的端面,另一边可以覆盖于与该端面相邻的另一端面。一体防护壳2可以设置于投影装置的镜头一侧,根据需要也可以在一体防护壳2上开设通孔,套设于镜头外以不影响投影。当然,也可以在一体防护壳2的对应镜头处设置透光板。一体防护壳2的设置,便于安装和拿取,调整好投影装置时将一体防护壳2固定罩设于调焦部件3外,当需要调整调焦部件3时,则将一体防护壳2由外壳体1上取下即可。
应用本实用新型提供的投影装置时,通过将一体防护壳2固定于外壳体1并覆盖于调焦部件3外,能够避免对调焦部件3的意外触碰,如用户意外触碰,以保持调焦状态的稳定。同时,有效减少了调焦部件3积灰现象,避免积灰对调焦部件3灵活性的不利影响。同时能够防止外界水及灰尘通过调焦部件3与外壳体1之间的缝隙进入投影装置内,避免由此带来的安全隐患,进而保证投影装置的质量。
进一步地,一体防护壳2通过第二磁性吸附部21与外壳体1的第一磁性吸附部11吸附连接。也就是外壳体1包括第一磁性吸附部11,一体防护壳2包括用于与第一磁性吸附部11吸附的第二磁性吸附部21,因而安装时通过磁力吸附将一体防护壳2固定于外壳体1上。采用磁性连接结构,一方面结构简单且便于一体防护壳2拆装,另一方面磁性吸附的作用力持久可靠,避免了机械连接结构受材料疲劳极限的制约,保证了连接可靠性、延长了一体防护壳2的使用寿命。
具体的,第一磁性吸附部11可以为固定于外壳体1上的永磁铁,第二磁性吸附部21为固定于一体防护壳2上的磁性材料件,如铁片等。永磁铁可以固定于外壳体1的外表面上,如通过注塑、镶件等嵌于外壳体1上。相应的,第二磁性吸附部21可以为固定于一体防护壳2朝向外壳体1的面上,具体可以也可以通过注塑、镶件等嵌于一体防护壳2上。通过第一磁性吸附部11与第二磁性吸附部21的吸附作用将一体防护壳2与外壳体1固定连接。当然,根据需要一体防护壳2也可以设置为磁性材料壳,则一体防护壳2的对应于第一磁性吸附部11的部分即为上述第二磁性吸附部21。根据需要,第二磁性吸附部21可以为永磁铁,而相应的第一磁性吸附部11采用磁性材料件。通过永磁铁与磁性材料件的设置,保证了连接可靠性的同时,有效节约了成本。根据需要,第一磁性吸附部11和第二磁性吸附部21均可以采用永磁铁,且二者磁极相异的一端相对设置,因而能够可靠的将一体防护壳2与外壳体1吸合。具体第一磁性吸附部11和第二磁性吸附部21的位置可以根据需要进行设置,此处不作具体限定。第二磁性吸附部21的个数可以根据需要进行设置,优选的,第二磁性吸附部21可以包括四个,两两分布于一体防护壳2的一端,或者也可以将四个第二磁性吸附部21分别设置于一体防护壳2的四角处。
为了使一体防护壳2能够更好的与外壳体1贴合,提升防尘效果,一体防护壳2可以包括用于覆盖在调焦部件3外的覆盖部23和用于与外壳体1上的镜头孔所在平面贴合的内凹部22。投影装置的外壳体1上开设有镜头孔,镜头由镜头孔内伸出,镜头孔所在的平面低于外壳体1的端面。因而一体防护壳2的内凹部22与镜头孔所在平面贴合,覆盖部23则罩设在调焦部件3外。即内凹部22相对于覆盖部23向内凹陷。通过上述设置,一方面便于一体防护壳2的定位,方便对其安装,另一方面内凹部22与镜头孔所在平面贴合,防止灰尘由一体防护壳2与镜头孔处外壳体1间的空隙进入,防尘效果好。
进一步地,内凹部22的端部呈与镜头孔的外径配合的圆弧形。也就是一体防护壳2在安装状态下,其端部与镜头孔外缘配合,具体可以为与镜头孔外缘设置预设间隔,优选地与镜头孔外缘对齐贴合,因而不影响镜头且不易积灰,同时更为整洁美观。为使得一体防护壳2安装时表面与外壳体1外端面平齐,外壳体1可以设置内凹区域,调焦部件3设置于内凹区域内,且其顶端高度小于外壳体1的外端面,也就是位于外端面以里,进而一体防护壳2安装时可以与外壳体1的外表面平齐。具体的,一体防护壳2的结构可以设置为与镜头另一侧的外壳体1结构对称,因而将一体防护壳2安装于外壳体1上时,整体美观。结构简单紧凑。
更进一步地,内凹部22上设置有第二磁性吸附部21。也就是通过将内凹部22与外壳体1连接而将一体防护壳2固定,连接更为可靠。内凹部22的第二磁性吸附部21的个数可以根据需要进行设置,在第二磁性吸附部21包括四个时,可以设置两个第二磁性吸附部21位于内凹部22,另两个第二磁性吸附部21位于与内凹部22相对的另一端。
为了便于由外壳体1上取下一体防护壳2,一体防护壳2上可以设置向内凹或向外凸的取下作用部26。具体可以在一体防护壳2的侧边设置向内凹的取下作用部26。如图3所示的设置在一体防护壳2的右侧边缘。取下作用部26的形状可以根据需要进行设置,如呈阶梯形内凹状,便于操作人员抠掀。根据需要,取下作用部26也可以设置为外凸的结构。取下作用部26上可以设置网纹,以增大摩擦便于将一体防护壳2取下。
进一步地,为了提高一体防护壳2的防尘效果,可以将一体防护壳2与外壳体1密封连接。如一体防护壳2的边缘设置有筋条,外壳体1上对应筋条开设有凹槽,筋条与凹槽卡接。安装时筋条卡设于凹槽中,以提供良好的防水防尘性能。具体筋条可以为橡胶等弹性材料制成。
在上述各实施例的基础上,还可以设置防脱部件4,防脱部件4的一端与外壳体1连接,另一端与一体防护壳2连接。防脱部件4的结构可以不作具体限定,其与一体防护壳2及外壳体1既可以为不可拆卸的固定连接也可以为可拆卸的固定连接。一体防护壳2脱离外壳体1后,由于防脱部件4的制约,避免了其不慎遗失。同时防脱部件4的设置,也为下一次一体防护壳2的安装提供了便利,有助于用户对其相对外壳体1的定位。
进一步地,外壳体1上开设有第一连接孔12,一体防护壳2的内壁上对应第一连接孔12处设置有凸台24,凸台24上开设有第二连接孔25,防脱部件4的一端与第一连接孔12卡接,另一端与第二连接孔25卡接。通过上述设置方式,一方面便于防脱部件4的安装及拆卸,在将一体防护壳2取下时,可以通过防脱部件4将一体防护壳2与外壳体1连接,避免一体防护壳2的遗失。在安装一体防护壳2时,也可以将防脱部件4取下。当然,在防脱部件4不影响一体防护壳2安装的情况下也可以不取下一体防护壳2。通过第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的设置,也便于一体防护壳2安装时的定位。具体的,凸台24上第二连接孔25与第一连接孔12的对应关系,既包括一体防护壳2安装状态下第二连接孔25与第一连接孔12叠置,也包括二者以预定的位置关系,如方位、间距等设置。凸台24一般为与一体防护壳2朝向外壳的端面垂直设置的平台,为了增强其链接可靠性,凸台24平行于一体防护壳2端面的截面可以呈U形。当然,根据需要凸台24也可以包括与一体防护壳2朝向外壳体1的端面垂直设置的平台和与所述平台垂直的连接部,也就是连接部是平行于一体防护壳2端面的。
具体的,防脱部件4可以包括连接杆41和设置于连接杆41两端的弹性椎体部42,弹性椎体部42的宽度沿远离自由端的方向逐渐增大,且弹性椎体部的最大宽度大于第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的宽度,连接杆41的宽度小于第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的宽度。需要说明的是,此处的自由端对应防脱部件4的外端,因而弹性椎体部42由外端至内端宽度逐渐增大。通过弹性椎体部42及连接杆41的尺寸设置使得弹性椎体部42能够分别卡接于第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25中。弹性椎体部42具体可以为棱锥或圆锥,第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的形状与弹性椎体部42的形状相对应。在采用棱锥时,其最大宽度大于第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的宽度,其长度一般也可以设置为大于第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的长度。优选的采用圆锥,则圆锥最大直径大于第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的直径,连接杆41的直径小于第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的直径,根据需要可以设置为连接杆41与弹性椎体部42相连处直径小于第一连接孔12和第二连接孔25的直径。进而安装时,连接杆41一端的圆锥体被挤压变形而插接固定于上述第二连接孔25中,同样的,另一端的圆锥体插接固定于上述第二连接孔25中,由于圆锥体的最大外径大于连接孔的直径,因此,防脱部件4保持分别与外壳体1和一体防护壳2相连接,从而,可以防止外壳体1与一体防护壳2完全脱离。防脱部件4与外壳体1和一体防护壳2可拆卸的固定连接时,具体也可以通过锁扣或悬臂卡接结构等其他连接结构。
进一步地,弹性椎体部42的自由端设置有引导柱43,引导柱43的宽度不大于弹性椎体部42自由端的宽度。也就是在防脱部件4的外端设置引导柱43。当弹性椎体部42呈圆锥形时,则引导柱43的直径不大于弹性椎体部42自由端的直径。因而装配时,能够更方便将上述圆锥体插接于第一连接孔12与第二连接孔25中。具体的,引导柱43可以与连接杆41同轴设置。
根据需要防脱部件4可以为刚性件,优选为柔性件,如柔性绳等,或者防脱部件4可以由硅胶等弹性材料制成,具有较大弹性,从而在允许第一壳体相对于第二壳体分离较大距离的同时可以为安装第一壳体和第二壳体提供一定的引导。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (10)

1、一种投影装置,包括外壳体和调焦部件,所述调焦部件凸出于至少部分所述外壳体;其特征在于,还包括用于罩设在所述调焦部件外的一体防护壳,所述外壳体与所述一体防护壳可拆卸的固定连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述外壳体包括第一磁性吸附部,所述一体防护壳包括用于与所述第一磁性吸附部吸合的第二磁性吸附部。
3、根据权利要求1所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述一体防护壳包括用于覆盖在所述调焦部件外的覆盖部和用于与所述外壳体上的镜头孔所在平面贴合的内凹部。
4、根据权利要求3所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述内凹部的端部呈与所述镜头孔的外径配合的圆弧形。
5、根据权利要求1所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述一体防护壳上设置有向外凸或者向内凹的取下作用部。
6、根据权利要求1所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述一体防护壳的边缘设置有筋条,所述外壳体上对应所述筋条开设有凹槽,所述筋条与所述凹槽卡接。
7、根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的投影装置,其特征在于,还包括防脱部件,所述防脱部件的一端与所述外壳体连接,另一端与所述一体防护壳连接。
8、根据权利要求7所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述外壳体上开设有第一连接孔,所述一体防护壳的内壁上对应所述第一连接孔处设置有凸台,所述凸台上开设有第二连接孔,所述防脱部件的一端与所述第一连接孔卡接,另一端与所述第二连接孔卡接。
9、根据权利要求8所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述防脱部件包括连接杆和设置于所述连接杆两端的弹性椎体部,所述弹性椎体部的宽度沿远离自由端的方向逐渐增大,且所述弹性椎体部的最大宽度大于所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔的宽度,所述连接杆的宽度小于所述第一连接孔和第二连接孔的宽度。
10、根据权利要求9所述的投影装置,其特征在于,所述弹性椎体部的自由端设置有引导柱,所述引导柱的宽度不大于所述弹性椎体部自由端的宽度。
