一种双闸刀高压隔离开关 技术领域
本发明涉及强电设备技术领域,具体为一种双闸刀高压隔离开关。
背景技术
隔离开关处在分位置时,触头间有符合规定要求的绝缘距离和明显的断开标志;在合位置时,能承载正常回路条件下的电流及在规定时间内异常条件下的电流的开关设备,而普通的为单闸刀隔离开关,单闸刀隔离开关极其容易造成线路的虚连或断路,使用起来并不稳定隔离效果不好,为此提供了一种双闸刀高压隔离开关。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双闸刀高压隔离开关,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双闸刀高压隔离开关,包括卡座,所述卡座的顶部两侧对称安装有绝缘子,且绝缘子的顶端固定安装有触头座,所述触头座上设有锁扣板,所述卡座的上表面中部穿插安装有轴杆,且轴杆的侧壁安装有闸刀驱动装置,所述轴杆的中部穿插有转轴,且转轴穿插在卡座内腔的端部套接有伞齿盘,所述伞齿盘与安装在卡座内腔中的驱动轴杆的一端相互啮合,且驱动轴杆的另一端延伸至卡座外部与旋柄固定安装。
其中,所述锁扣板上均设有两个与闸刀驱动装置相匹配的销孔,所述闸刀驱动装置包括两个S型闸刀,且S型闸刀的端部均固定安装有触销,所述S型闸刀由上之下依次套接在转轴上,且远地端的S型闸刀中心底部安装有主动齿盘,所述近地端的S型闸刀中心底部顶端安装有从动齿盘,且主动齿盘通过伞 齿轴与从动齿盘转动连接。
其中,所述销孔的内壁均匀设有圆形的限位销,所述限位销的端部均通过弹性件卡接在锁扣板内壁。
其中,所述S型闸刀旋转的角度范围在0至90度。
其中,所述闸刀驱动装置包括椭圆形的转动盘,且转动盘套接于转轴的侧壁上,所述转动盘的两个长轴端均通过销轴安装有相互平行的一字型闸刀,且一字型闸刀的两端分别与锁扣板侧壁设有的触块相匹配。
其中,所述转动盘与旋柄的外侧壁均设有绝缘涂层。
其中,所述触头座上至少安装有一对导体触头。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过两个S型闸刀和两个一字型闸刀分别对锁扣板之间进行连接或断开,可以有效稳定的控制电流的导通;通过采用从动齿盘、主动齿盘和伞齿轴的相互配合,使S型闸刀旋转的旋转方向相反,便于隔离开关的使用;通过使用转动盘并利用偏心运动的原理将一字型闸刀与匹配的触块相对接上,有效的避免了单闸刀使用时发生虚连的现象;通过在销孔处安装有限位销,可以有效的防止触销从销孔内脱落出来。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
请参阅图1和图3,本专利提供第一实施例:一种双闸刀高压隔离开关,包括卡座1,所述卡座1的顶部两侧对称安装有绝缘子2,且绝缘子2的顶端固定安装有触头座3,所述触头座3上设有锁扣板4,所述触头座3上至少安装有一对导体触头,所述卡座1的上表面中部穿插安装有轴杆5,且轴杆5的侧壁安装有闸刀驱动装置6,所述轴杆5的中部穿插有转轴7,且转轴7穿插在卡座1内腔的端部套接有伞齿盘8,所述伞齿盘8与安装在卡座1内腔中的驱动轴杆9的一端相互啮合,且驱动轴杆9的另一端延伸至卡座1外部与旋柄10固定安装,所述锁扣板4上均设有两个与闸刀驱动装置6相匹配的销孔10,通过在销孔11处安装有限位销13,可以有效的防止触销62从销孔11内脱落出来;
所述闸刀驱动装置6包括两个S型闸刀61,且S型闸刀61的端部均固定安装有触销62,所述S型闸刀61由上之下依次套接在转轴5上,且远地端的S型闸刀61中心底部安装有主动齿盘63,所述近地端的S型闸刀61中心底部顶端安装有从动齿盘64,且主动齿盘63通过伞齿轴65与从动齿盘64转动连接,通过采用从动齿盘64、主动齿盘63和伞齿轴65的相互配合,使S型闸刀61旋转的旋转方向相反,便于隔离开关的使用,所述S型闸刀61旋转的角度范围在0至90度,通过S型闸刀61对锁扣板4之间进行连接或断开,可以有效稳定的控制电流的导通;
所述销孔10的内壁均匀设有圆形的限位销13,所述限位销13的端部均通过弹性件卡接在锁扣板4内壁。
工作原理:通过手动旋拧旋柄10使驱动轴杆9带动伞齿盘8转动,其次导致轴杆5转动,再通过主动齿盘63、从动齿盘64和伞齿轴65的相互配合,使S型闸刀61分别以不同方向进行转动,当S型闸刀61转动到与锁扣板4处于同一直线时会使触销62卡接在销孔11内,完成电路的连接,当S型闸刀61旋转水平旋转90度后,会将插入在销孔11内的触销62拔出,完成电路的断开。
请参阅图2和图4,本专利提供第二实施例:一种双闸刀高压隔离开关,包括卡座1,所述卡座1的顶部两侧对称安装有绝缘子2,且绝缘子2的顶端固定安装有触头座3,所述触头座3上至少安装有一对导体触头,所述触头座3上设有锁扣板4,所述卡座1的上表面中部穿插安装有轴杆5,且轴杆5的侧壁安装有闸刀驱动装置6,所述轴杆5的中部穿插有转轴7,且转轴7穿插在卡座1内腔的端部套接有伞齿盘8,所述伞齿盘8与安装在卡座1内腔中的驱动轴杆9的一端相互啮合,且驱动轴杆9的另一端延伸至卡座1外部与旋柄10固定安装,所述锁扣板4上均设有两个与闸刀驱动装置6相匹配的销孔11;
所述闸刀驱动装置6包括椭圆形的转动盘66,且转动盘66套接于转轴5的侧壁上,通过使用转动盘66并利用偏心运动的原理将一字型闸刀68与匹配的触块12相对接上,有效的避免了单闸刀使用时发生虚连的现象,所述转动盘66的两个长轴端均通过销轴67安装有相互平行的一字型闸刀68,且一字型闸刀68的两端分别与锁扣板4侧壁设有的触块12相匹配,所述转动盘66与旋柄10的外侧壁均设有绝缘涂层,通过一字型闸刀68分别对锁扣板4之间进行连接或断开,可以有效稳定的控制电流的导通。
工作原理:通过手动旋拧旋柄10使驱动轴杆9带动伞齿盘8转动,其次带动轴杆5转动,从而会使椭圆形的转动盘66进行转动,在转动盘66在转动过程中,一字型闸刀68与触块12相互接触,完成了电路的导通,由于转动盘66 为椭圆形,在对转动盘66进行转动会使对一字型闸刀68与触块12断开,完成了电路的断开。

  1. 一种双闸刀高压隔离开关,包括卡座,其中,所述卡座的顶部两侧对称安装有绝缘子,且绝缘子的顶端固定安装有触头座,所述触头座上设有锁扣板,所述卡座的上表面中部穿插安装有轴杆,且轴杆的侧壁安装有闸刀驱动装置,所述轴杆的中部穿插有转轴,且转轴穿插在卡座内腔的端部套接有伞齿盘,所述伞齿盘与安装在卡座内腔中的驱动轴杆的一端相互啮合,所述触头座上至少安装有一对导体触头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双闸刀高压隔离开关,其中,所述锁扣板上均设有两个与闸刀驱动装置相匹配的销孔,所述闸刀驱动装置包括两个S型闸刀,且S型闸刀的端部均固定安装有触销,所述S型闸刀由上之下依次套接在转轴上,且远地端的S型闸刀中心底部安装有主动齿盘,所述近地端的S型闸刀中心底部顶端安装有从动齿盘,且主动齿盘通过伞齿轴与从动齿盘转动连接。
