本申请要求于2016年8月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为2016106519783、发明名称为“群组恢复方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,特别是涉及一种群组恢复方法、服务器和存储介质。
背景技术
群组,包括但不限于群、讨论组、多人会话等形态,广泛应用于即时通讯的多人聊天会话。传统技术中,群组一旦解散、转让或删除成员后是无法恢复的,除非群主重新建立群组或者重新将成员加入群组。某些场景下,用户很可能是因为误操作或者被盗号而导致的群组解散、转让或删除成员,而传统技术中并不能对群组解散、转让或删除成员等进行恢复操作。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种群组恢复方法、服务器和存储介质。
一种群组恢复方法,包括:
服务器接收群组获取请求,所述群组获取请求携带用户标识,根据所述用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录;
所述服务器根据所述群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表;及
所述服务器接收群组恢复请求,所述群组恢复请求携带请求恢复的群组标识,根据所述群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,根据所述群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。
一种服务器,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有指令,所述指令被所处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
接收群组获取请求,所述群组获取请求携带用户标识,根据所述用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录;
根据所述群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表;及
接收群组恢复请求,所述群组恢复请求携带请求恢复的群组标识,根据所述群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,根据所述群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一实施例所提供的群组恢复方法可应用于如图1所示的环境中。如图1所示,终端102上可运行即时通讯应用,通过即时通讯应用创建群组,包括群、讨论组和多人会话等。终端102可对群组进行操作,例如创建群组、添加成员、修改群组公告、修改群名片等,还可以对群组进行转让、删除成员或解散等操作。终端102与服务器104通过网络进行通信,终端102对群组的操作请求通过网络发送到服务器104进行处理。服务器104中存储了群组数据,包括但不限于群组标识、群组成员标识、群组创建时间、群组公告等。终端102对群组的任何操作都将更新到服务器104中。具体的,终端102对群组进行解散、转让或删除成员等操作后,服务器104接收到操作请求,生 成群组操作记录并保存。当终端102需要恢复群组时,向服务器104发送群组获取请求,服务器104接收群组获取请求,根据请求中携带的用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录,根据群组操作记录向终端102返回可恢复群组列表,终端102可在可恢复群组列表中选择需要恢复的群组,向服务器104发送群组恢复请求,该群组恢复请求中携带请求恢复的群组标识,服务器104根据群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。例如,用户删除了某个群组中的成员,可以将删除的成员恢复到该群组中。
其中,终端102包括但不限于各种能运行即时通讯应用的个人计算机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、智能手机、个人数字助理、便携式智能穿戴设备等。服务器104包括但不限于单一服务器、由多个服务器构成的服务器集群等。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,还提供了一种服务器,该服务器包括通过系统总线链接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、内存储器和网络接口,其中,非易失性存储介质中存储有操作系统和计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可实现一种群组恢复方法。该处理器用于提高计算和控制能力,支撑整个服务器的运行。内存储器用于为非易失性存储介质中的群组恢复装置的运行提供环境。该内存储器可存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得该处理器执行一种群组恢复方法。网络接口用于与终端进行网络通信,接收或发送数据,例如,接收终端发送的群组获取请求和群组恢复请求等,向终端发送可恢复群组列表和群组恢复结果等。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,提供了一种群组恢复方法,该方法以应用于如图1或图2所示的服务器中进行举例说明,包括:
步骤302,接收群组获取请求,该群组获取请求携带用户标识,根据用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录。
群组操作记录是指群组中的群主、管理员或者成员对群组进行操作所产生的流水数据,这里的操作,包括但不限于群主对群组产生的如解散、转让、修改群组资料、上传数据文件等操作,群主或者管理员对群组产生的删除成 员、修改群组资料、上传数据文件等操作,以及成员在群组中产生的修改群名片、上传数据文件等操作。
本实施例中,服务器中存储了用户的群组操作记录。当用户使用终端对群组进行操作时,终端将操作请求发送到服务器,服务器首先验证操作请求携带的用户标识是否有权限,若是,则在校验通过后对群组进行相应的逻辑处理,生成群组操作记录。群组操作记录中记录了对群组操作的流水数据,包括群组操作时间、群组操作类型、群组信息等。其中,群组操作时间是指对群组进行操作的时间,例如解散或转让群组的时间、删除某个成员的时间等。群组操作类型包括但不限于解散群组、转让群组和删除成员等操作。群组信息包括群主信息、群组成员信息等。进一步的,在服务器中用户的群组操作记录对应用户标识进行存储,服务器在接收到群组获取请求时,根据其携带的用户标识即可查询到对应的群组操作记录。
步骤304,根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表。
用户的群组操作记录中满足一定预设条件的群组才可恢复。具体的,可根据用户标识识别用户身份,根据用户身份获取到可恢复群组列表。比如,对于群主或者管理员,可获取具有权限限制的群组操作记录,并根据群组操作记录获取可恢复群组列表。在获取到用户的群组操作记录后,根据用户标识和群组操作类型判断用户是否有权限恢复群组,若有,则根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表,否则,提示用户没有权限恢复群组。对于普通群组成员用户,可获取其对应的群组操作记录,根据群组操作类型获取可恢复群组列表。比如,获取到用户的群组操作记录中的群组操作类型为退出群组,则退出的群组可作为可恢复群组。
具体的,在一个实施例中,服务器接收到群组获取请求,根据用户标识检测用户在群组中的身份,当用户在群组中的身份满足预设身份条件,该群组才为可恢复群组。例如,群组中的原群主才可恢复转让后的群组,群组中的群主或管理员才可恢复删除后的成员。在本实施例或另一实施例中,服务器还可根据群组操作记录中的群组操作时间来筛选可恢复群组,如在满足一 定操作时间条件的群组才可恢复,比如,解散群组的时间未超过一个月,转让群组的时间未超过一个月等。
进一步的,服务器根据群组操作记录获取到可恢复群组列表,将可恢复群组列表返回至终端,终端显示可恢复群组列表,包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型等信息。同时,终端在显示可恢复群组列表的界面中可提供用于恢复群组的界面交互元素,例如请求恢复群组按钮。
步骤306,接收群组恢复请求,该群组恢复请求携带请求恢复的群组标识,根据群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。
本实施例中,服务器接收终端发送的群组恢复请求,根据其中携带的群组标识查找相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,进而可根据群组操作记录和群组数据将群组进行恢复。例如,将解散后的群组恢复,将转让出去的群组收回,将群组中删除的成员重新添加到群组中。
具体的,根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作,可根据群组操作记录中的群组操作时间,获取群组操作时间前记录的群组数据,将当前群组数据恢复为群组操作操作时间前记录的群组数据。其中,所恢复的群组包括将解散后的群组恢复,将转让出去的群组收回,将群组中删除的成员重新添加到群组中,恢复群组资料,恢复成员资料,恢复群组相关数据文件等。在一个优选的实施例中,可恢复群组为进行了权限限制操作后的群组,例如恢复解散的群组,恢复转让出去的群组,恢复群组中删除的成员等。在另一个实施例中,可恢复群组可为普通成员需要恢复的群组,例如成员退出群组后可将退出的群组进行恢复,则可在可恢复群组列表中选择已退出的群组,服务器接收到群组恢复请求后,根据群组恢复请求将成员的重新申请加入群组的请求发送到该群组的群主和管理员所在终端,并经该终端确认后将该成员重新加入到群组中。
本实施例中,通过接收群组获取请求,根据群组获取请求中携带的用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录,根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表,在 接收到群组恢复请求时,可根据请求恢复的群组标识获取到相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,进而根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。由于可以获取到用户的群组操作记录进而能对可恢复的群组进行恢复操作,因此,在群组解散、转让或删除成员等操作后仍可通过恢复操作恢复群组。
在一个实施例中,群组操作记录包括群组操作时间和群组操作类型;根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表,包括:根据群组操作时间和群组操作类型返回可恢复群组列表,其中,可恢复群组列表中包含的可恢复群组的群组操作时间与当前时间的时间差在群组操作类型对应的时间阈值范围内。
本实施例中,群组操作记录中至少包含群组操作时间和群组操作类型,群组操作类型包括解散群组、转让群组和删除群组中的成员等操作。不同的群组操作所保存的群组操作记录的内容可不同。具体的,对于解散群组操作,服务器中保存的群组操作记录包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型和群主信息等。对于转让群组操作,服务器中保存的群组操作记录包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型、原群主信息和新群主信息等。对于删除成员操作,服务器中保存的群组操作记录可包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型、删除的成员信息等。
进一步的,预先可设置不同类型的群组操作具有不同的时间阈值。服务器获取到用户的群组操作记录,进一步获取该群组操作距离当前时间的时间差,如果时间差没有超过对应的时间阈值范围,则该群组操作可恢复。例如,解散群组后若未超过1个月,则可恢复该群组;转让群组后若未超过2个月,则可将群组恢复等。
本实施例中,由于可恢复操作未超过一定时间阈值范围的群组,使得群组恢复更具有人性化,也避免了需要恢复的群组的数据量越来越多而造成服务器资源浪费。
在一个实施例中,根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作,包括:如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则根据群组标识返回被删除的群组成员列表;获取选择恢复的群组成员,将选择恢复的群组成员 添加到群组标识对应的群组数据中。
本实施例中,当终端发起删除成员的操作请求时,该操作请求发送到服务器,服务器接收到该操作请求,首先根据操作请求携带的用户标识验证用户是否有权限发起该操作,比如,预先设置管理员用户或群主才能发起删除成员的操作。验证通过后服务器可对群组标识对应的群组数据进行更新,在群组数据中删除相应的成员信息。服务器记录用户的该次群组操作记录,包括用户标识、群组标识、群组操作类型、群组操作时间以及删除的成员信息等。
当终端发起群组恢复请求时,如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则服务器根据群组标识查询群组操作记录,获取群组操作时间距离当前时间的时间差不超过预设时间阈值的群组操作记录,获取该群组操作记录中的被删除的成员信息组成可恢复的群组成员列表,并返回至终端进行显示。终端通过可恢复的群组成员列表选择恢复的群组成员,服务器则可将选择恢复的群组成员添加到该群组的群组数据中。
在一个实施例中,根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作,包括:如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则将群组标识对应的群组数据标记为可用。
本实施例中,当终端发起解散群组的操作请求时,该请求发送到服务器,服务器接收到该操作请求,首先根据操作请求携带的用户标识验证用户是否有权限发起该操作,比如,预先设置了只有群主才能发起解散群组的操作。验证通过后,服务器保持存储的群组数据不变,而将群组标记为不可用,并将该群组的群组数据保存一定时间,该一定时间即为预设时间阈值。同时,服务器生成用户的该次群组操作记录,包括用户标识、群组标识、群组操作类型、群组操作时间等。
当终端发起群组恢复请求时,如果请求恢复的群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则服务器根据群组标识查询群组操作记录,根据用户标识验证用户是否有权限恢复该群组,例如,设置了只有群主才能恢复解散的群 组。如果验证通过,服务器将该群组标记为可用,同时,获取群组数据中的成员信息,将成员信息恢复到群组中。
在一个实施例中,根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作,包括:如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为转让群组,则将群组标识对应的群组数据中的当前创建者恢复为原创建者。
本实施例中,当终端发起转让群组的操作请求时,该请求发送到服务器,服务器接收到该操作请求,首先根据操作请求中携带的用户标识验证用户是否有权限发起该操作,例如,只有群主才能转让群组。验证通过后服务器修改群组数据,将群组数据中的原群主转移为用户转让后的群主,通常,用户只能将群组转让给群组的管理员用户。同时,服务器记录本次群组操作记录,包括用户标识(原群主用户标识)、群组标识、群组操作类型、群组操作时间、新群主标识等。
进一步的,当终端发起群组恢复请求时,如果请求恢复的群组标识对应的群组操作类型为转让群组,则服务器根据群组标识查询群组操作记录,根据用户标识验证用户是否有权限收回群组,例如,设置只有原群主才有权限恢复转让出去的群组。如果验证通过,服务器可将该群组数据中的当前创建者恢复为原创建者,也就是恢复为原群主。
在一个实施例中,根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作,包括:如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员或解散群组,则根据群组标识查询可恢复的群组成员,返回可恢复的群组成员所在的时间段;获取选择恢复的时间段,如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则将选择恢复的时间段中删除的群组成员添加到群组标识对应的群组数据中,如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则将选择恢复的时间段内解散的群组标识为可用。
本实施例中,由于恢复删除成员的群组或解散后的群组,都需要恢复群组中的成员,本实施例可区分时间段恢复成员。具体的,服务器接收到请求恢复的群组标识,根据群组标识查找到相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,获 取群组操作记录中的群组操作类型,如果是解散群组,则获取群组数据中的成员信息,如果是删除成员,则获取群组操作记录中删除的成员信息,进一步获取可恢复的群组成员。例如,如果是解散群组,则获取解散时间未超过预设时间阈值的群组中的成员信息,如果是删除成员,则获取删除成员的时间未超过预设时间阈值的成员信息。
进一步的,服务器向终端返回可恢复的群组成员所在的时间段,其中,该时间段是指群组成员发生群组操作时距离当前时间的时间差所处的时间段。例如,1周内删除的群成员,或者2周内删除的群成员等。终端显示不同时间段可恢复的群组成员列表,服务器获取终端选择恢复群成员的时间段,如果是删除成员,则将该时间段内删除的成员添加到群组数据中,如果是解散群组,则将该群组标记为可用,则该时间段内的成员恢复到了群组数据中。本实施例中,分时间段恢复群组成员,使得恢复群组成员更加具有灵活性。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,提供了一种群组恢复方法,该方法以应用于如图1所示的服务器中进行举例说明,包括:
步骤402,接收群组获取请求,该群组获取请求携带用户标识,根据用户标识获取群组操作记录。
本实施例中,服务器中存储了用户的群组操作记录。当用户使用终端对群组进行解散、转让或删除成员等操作时,终端将操作请求发送到服务器,服务器首先验证操作请求携带的用户标识是否有权限,若是,则在校验通过后对群组进行相应的逻辑处理,生成群组操作记录。群组操作记录包括群组操作时间、群组操作类型和群组信息等。其中,群组操作类型包括解散群组、转让群组、删除成员等。不同的群组操作类型所保存的群组操作记录不同。对于解散群组,保存到群组操作记录包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型和群主信息等。对于转让群组操作,服务器中保存的群组操作记录包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型、原群主信息和新群主信息等。对于删除成员操作,服务器中保存的群组操作记录可包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型、删除的成员信息等。
步骤404,根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表。
具体的,服务器可根据群组操作记录获取满足一定恢复时间条件的群组,这些群组为可恢复的群组,生成可恢复群组列表并返回至终端进行显示。进一步的,不同的群组操作类型可对应设置不同的恢复时间条件,比如,解散群组的时间未超过1个月,转让群组的时间未超过1个月的群组才为可恢复群组。
如图5所示,终端登录相应网站,产生群组获取请求并发送到服务器,服务器根据群组获取请求获取群组操作记录,包括解散群组、转让群组、删除群组中成员、退出群组等操作所产生的记录,根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表。参考图5所示,终端在相应页面显示可恢复群组列表502,在该页面上还显示有群组恢复说明504,并提供链接506供用户查看群组恢复规则。具体的,可恢复群组列表502中包含可恢复的群组名称、群组标识、群组操作类型、群组操作时间等,并为每一个可恢复群组提供了相应界面元素如按钮502a供用户申请恢复该群组。此外,在该页面中还可显示退出的群组列表,包括群组名称、群组标识和退出时间等信息。
步骤406,接收群组恢复请求,该群组恢复请求携带请求恢复的群组标识。
如图5所示,终端可通过按钮502a获取用户输入的群组恢复请求,该群组恢复请求携带了请求恢复的群组标识,将群组恢复请求发送到服务器。
步骤408,检测群组操作类型,如果是解散群组或删除成员,则进入步骤410,如果是转让群组,则进入步骤414。
本实施例中,服务器根据接收到群组恢复请求获取请求恢复的群组标识,根据该群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录,进而获取到该群组的群组操作类型。如果是解散群组或删除成员,由于恢复这两种类型群组都需要恢复群组中的成员,因此可返回可恢复的群组成员。如果是转让群组,则可直接恢复转让出去的群组。
步骤410,根据群组标识查询可恢复的群组成员,返回可恢复的群组成 员所在的时间段。
步骤412,获取选择恢复的时间段,恢复该时间段内的群组成员。
本实施例中,可恢复的群组成员所在的时间段是指群组成员发生群组操作时距离当前时间的时间差所处的时间段。例如,1周内删除的群成员,或者2周内删除的群成员等。服务器接收到群组恢复请求后,根据群组标识对应的群组操作记录获取到群组操作类型为解散群组或删除成员,则返回可恢复的群组成员所在的时间段。如图6所示,终端可通过相应提示框显示不同时间段内可恢复的群组成员,该提示框还显示有群组标识。通过该提示框获取用户选择恢复的时间段,例如,用户可选择3天内被删除的群成员为2人。
进一步的,终端将恢复请求发送到服务器,如果是删除成员,则服务器将删除的成员添加到相应的群组数据中。如果是解散群组,则服务器将该群组的群组数据标记为可用,并返回相应提示信息到终端进行显示。如图7所示,服务器将群组数据标记为可用,则服务器中保存的该群组的群组数据恢复为可用。在终端可显示相应提示框用于提示群组恢复成员,其中包含群组标识,恢复的成员数量等。如图8所示,由于恢复解散后的群组后,服务器中存储的该群组的群组数据恢复为可用,群组数据中存储了群组信息,包括群组名称、群组成员信息、聊天记录等都恢复为可用,在终端可显示该群组的聊天界面,在聊天界面中可恢复该群组的成员信息以及聊天记录等。如图8所示,在该群组的聊天界面中仍可以查看到历史聊天记录。
步骤414,将群组标识对应的群组数据中的当前创建者恢复为原创建者。
本实施例中,如果服务器接收到的群组恢复请求中携带的群组标识对应的群组操作类型为转让群组,则服务器可将该群组的群组数据中的当前创建者修改为原创建者,即将用户标识恢复为该群组的群主。服务器恢复群组成功后通知终端,终端显示恢复转让群组成功信息。如图9所示,终端可弹出提示框提示恢复成功,用户已成为该群组的群主。
进一步的,服务器恢复群组成功后,可将生成系统消息分别发送到原群主和新群主所在终端。举例说明,群组由用户A转让给用户B,通常,群组 只能转让给群组的管理员用户。服务器接收到该群组的恢复请求后,将群主由用户B恢复为用户A,并生成系统消息分别发送到用户A和用户B所在终端。如图10A所示,用户A所在终端接收到提示群组恢复成功的系统消息。如图10B所示,用户B所在终端接收到群组被原群主收回的系统消息。如图10C所示,群组其他管理员用户所在终端接收到群组更改了群主的系统消息。
为了使得本发明实施例所提供过的群组恢复方法的原理更加清楚,下面结合一个具体的示例来进行说明。该示例中,如图11所示,服务器的内部架构包括Web服务器、恢复服务器、群组后台服务器、流水数据存储服务器和流水服务器。应当说明的是,该服务器内部架构适用于终端通过Web网页形式请求恢复群组的情形,但可以理解,终端也可通过其他形式例如电脑客户端或者智能终端上的应用来请求恢复群组,但采用客户端或者应用来请求恢复群组是,服务器内部架构可省略Web服务器。还可以理解的是,服务器的内部架构并不局限于图11所示的架构,在其他实施例中,某些服务器的功能还可集成在同一台服务器中。
如图11所示,Web服务器是与用户交互的入口,通过外网与用户终端进行交互,接收用户终端发送的各种请求和数据。Web服务器通过内网与各种服务器进行数据传输,将用户终端发送的请求和数据转发到各服务器进行处理。群组后台服务器负责存储群组数据,可按照群组标识的维度存储在共享内存中,并以群组标识作为索引,因此可通过群组标识快速查找到相应的群组数据。流水数据存储服务器用于存储群组操作记录,流水服务器用于处理群组操作,在接收到群组操作后,解析出群组操作内容,根据群组操作类型提取出相应的群组操作记录,并存储到流水数据存储服务器中。举例说明,流水服务器处理解散群组的操作,提取出群组操作时间、群组操作类型、群组标识、用户标识、群组信息等,并将该群组操作记录以用户标识为维度存储到流水数据存储服务器中。流水数据存储服务器提供快速查找、过滤以及按照群组操作时间排序等功能,供恢复时使用,同时该流水数据存储费武器还具有多拷贝部署容灾功能。恢复服务器用于恢复过程的逻辑处理,当接收 到Web服务器发送的群组恢复请求时,根据群组恢复请求中携带的群组标识从流水数据存储服务器和群组后台服务器中分别获取到群组操作记录和群组数据,分析出用户的操作类型,并根据群组操作记录和群组数据返回相应数据到终端进行显示。
为了更加清楚的理解各个服务器之间的交互过程,下面结合时序图对本发明实施例所提供的群组恢复方法进行详细说明。如图12所示,基于图11所示的服务器内部架构,群组恢复方法的具体过程如下:
1)终端产生解散群组、转让群组、删除群组中的成员等操作请求,该请求发送到群组后台服务器,群组后台服务器接收这些操作请求,根据请求中携带的用户标识检测用户是否有权限执行这些操作,通常只有群主才能解散群组或转让群组,群组中的管理员有权限删除群组中的成员。如果是解散群组,群组后台服务器则仍保存该群组的群组数据单将该群组数据标记为不可用;如果是转让群组,群组后台服务器将群组数据中的群主修改为新群组;如果是删除成员,群组后台服务器则删除群组数据中的相应成员信息。群组后台服务器处理完后,返回操作结果至终端。
2)群组后台服务器在处理完终端的操作请求后,抄送群组操作记录到流水服务器,流水服务器接收到群组操作记录后,以群组标识为索引将群组操作记录保存带流水数据存储服务器中,流水数据处理服务器保存成功过后返回成功通知到流水服务器。
3)终端可请求展示可恢复的群组列表,恢复服务器接收该请求,根据请求中携带的用户标识从流水数据存储服务器中读取用户的群组操作记录,流水数据服务器返回群组操作记录到恢复服务器。恢复服务器根据群组操作记录从群组后台服务器中读取群组数据,根据群组操作记录和群组数据,进行业务逻辑处理,提取出可恢复的群组列表,将可恢复的群组列表发送到终端进行展示,在终端可展示可恢复的群组列表,包括解散、转让、删除成员以及退出的群组列表以及相应的操作时间点。
4)用户可通过终端选择可恢复的一个群组,将群组恢复请求发送到恢复 服务器,查找在一定时间内某个群组可以恢复的人数。恢复服务器接收群组恢复请求,根据该请求携带的群组标识从流水数据存储服务器中读取群组操作记录,并根据群组标识从群组后台服务器中查询群组解散状态、群组成员人数等信息,得到查询到的群组信息。恢复服务器对比操作前后的数据,进行逻辑处理后向终端返回可以恢复的群组成员个数。
5)终端选择恢复成员,终端向恢复服务器发送恢复群组、恢复群组成员以及收回群组请求,恢复服务器从流水数据存储服务器读取群组操作记录。并根据用户标识判断用户是否有权限恢复群组,如果有,则从群组后台服务器读取群组数据,对比群组数据和群组操作记录,对于解散后的群组,则将群组数据标记为可用,对于转让后的群组,则将群组的当前创建者恢复为原创建者,对于删除成员,则在群组数据中添加删除的成员信息,然后返回操作结果到终端。
在一个实施例中,还提供了一种服务器,该服务器的内部结构可如图2所示,下述每个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件或其组合来实现。如图13所示,在一个实施例中,该服务器包括:
操作记录获取模块1302,用于接收群组获取请求,该群组获取请求携带用户标识,根据用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录。
群组返回模块1304,用于根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表。
群组恢复模块1306,用于接收群组恢复请求,该群组恢复请求携带请求恢复的群组标识,根据群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。
本实施例中,群组操作记录中记录了对群组操作的流水数据,包括群组操作时间、群组操作类型、群组信息等。其中,群组操作时间是指对群组进行操作的时间,例如解散或转让群组的时间、删除某个成员的时间等。群组操作类型包括但不限于解散群组、转让群组和删除成员等操作。群组信息包括群主信息、群组成员信息等。进一步的,群组返回模块1306可用于将群组操作记录中曼度一定预设条件的群组作为可恢复群组。例如,将满足一定时 间条件的群组作为可恢复群组。
在一个实施例中,群组操作记录包括群组操作时间和群组操作类型;群组返回模块1304用于根据群组操作时间和群组操作类型返回可恢复群组列表,其中,可恢复群组列表中包含的可恢复群组的群组操作时间与当前时间的时间差在群组操作类型对应的时间阈值范围内。
群组操作记录中至少包含群组操作时间和群组操作类型,群组操作类型包括解散群组、转让群组和删除群组中的成员等操作。不同的群组操作所保存的群组操作记录的内容可不同。具体的,对于解散群组操作,保存的群组操作记录包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型和群主信息等。对于转让群组操作,保存的群组操作记录包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型、原群主信息和新群主信息等。对于删除成员操作,保存的群组操作记录可包括群组标识、群组操作时间、群组操作类型、删除的成员信息等。进一步的,群组返回模块1304用于将操作后未超过一定时间阈值范围的群组作为可恢复群组。
在一个实施例中,群组恢复模块1306用于如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则根据群组标识返回被删除的群组成员列表;获取选择恢复的群组成员,将选择恢复的群组成员添加到群组标识对应的群组数据中。
本实施例中,当终端发起群组恢复请求时,如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则群组恢复模块1306根据群组标识查询群组操作记录,获取群组操作时间距离当前时间的时间差不超过预设时间阈值的群组操作记录,获取该群组操作记录中的被删除的成员信息组成可恢复的群组成员列表,并返回至终端进行显示。终端通过可恢复的群组成员列表选择恢复的群组成员,群组恢复模块1306则可用于将选择恢复的添加到该群组的群组数据中。
在一个实施例中,群组恢复模块1306用于如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则将群组标识对应的群组数据标识为可用。
本实施例中,当终端发起群组恢复请求时,如果请求恢复的群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则群组恢复模块1306用于根据群组标识查询 群组操作记录,根据用户标识验证用户是否有权限恢复该群组,例如,设置了只有群主才能恢复解散的群组。如果验证通过,群组恢复模块1306将该群组标记为可用,同时,获取群组数据中的成员信息,将成员信息恢复到群组中。
在一个实施例中,群组恢复模块1306用于如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为转让群组,则将群组标识对应的群组数据中的当前创建者恢复为原创建者。
本实施例中,当终端发起群组恢复请求时,如果请求恢复的群组标识对应的群组操作类型为转让群组,则群组恢复模块1306用于根据群组标识查询群组操作记录,根据用户标识验证用户数会否有权限收回群组,例如,设置只有原群主才有权限恢复转让出去的群组。如果验证通过,群组恢复模块1306可用于将该群组数据中的当前创建者恢复为原创建者,也就是恢复为原群主。
在一个实施例中,群组恢复模块1306还用于如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员或解散群组,则根据群组标识查询可恢复的群组成员,返回可恢复的群组成员所在的时间段;获取选择恢复的时间段,如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则将选择恢复的时间段中删除的群组成员添加到群组标识对应的群组数据中,如果群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则将选择恢复的时间段内解散的群组标记为可用。
由于恢复删除成员的群组或解散后的群组,都需要恢复群组中的成员,本实施例可区分时间段恢复成员。具体的,群组恢复模块1306用于接收到请求恢复的群组标识,根据群组标识查找到相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,获取群组操作记录中的群组操作类型,如果是解散群组,则获取群组数据中的成员信息,如果是删除成员,则获取群组操作记录中删除的成员信息,进一步获取可恢复的群组成员。例如,如果是解散群组,则获取解散时间未超过预设时间阈值的群组中的成员信息,如果是删除成员,则获取删除成员的时间未超过预设时间阈值的成员信息。
进一步的,群组恢复模块1306用于向终端返回可恢复的群组成员所在的 时间段,其中,该时间段是指群组成员发生群组操作时距离当前时间的时间差所处的时间段。例如,1周内删除的群成员,或者2周内删除的群成员等。终端显示不同时间段可恢复的群组成员列表,群组恢复模块1306获取终端选择恢复群成员的时间段,如果是删除成员,则将该时间段内删除的成员添加到群组数据中,如果是解散群组,则将该群组标记为可用,则该时间段内的成员恢复到了群组数据中。本实施例中,分时间段恢复群组成员,使得恢复群组成员更加具有灵活性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

    服务器接收群组获取请求,所述群组获取请求携带用户标识,根据所述用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录;
    所述服务器根据所述群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表;及
    所述服务器接收群组恢复请求,所述群组恢复请求携带请求恢复的群组标识,根据所述群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,根据所述群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述群组操作记录包括群组操作时间和群组操作类型;所述服务器根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表,包括:
    所述服务器根据所述群组操作时间和群组操作类型返回可恢复群组列表,其中,所述可恢复群组列表中包含的可恢复群组的群组操作时间与当前时间的时间差在所述群组操作类型对应的时间阈值范围内。

    所述服务器获取选择恢复的时间段,如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则将所述选择恢复的时间段中删除的群组成员添加到所述群组标识对应的群组数据中,如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则将所述选择恢复的时间段内解散的群组标记为可用。
  7. 一种服务器,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述指令被所处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收群组获取请求,所述群组获取请求携带用户标识,根据所述用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录;
    根据所述群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表;及
    接收群组恢复请求,所述群组恢复请求携带请求恢复的群组标识,根据所述群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,根据所述群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述群组操作记录包括群组操作时间和群组操作类型;所述处理器执行所述根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表的步骤,包括:根据所述群组操作时间和群组操作类型返回可恢复群组列表,其中,所述可恢复群组列表中包含的可恢复群组的群组操作时间与当前时间的时间差在所述群组操作类型对应的时间阈值范围内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作的步骤,包括:
    如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则根据所述群组标识返回被删除的群组成员列表;
    获取选择恢复的群组成员,将所述选择恢复的群组成员添加到所述群组标识对应的群组数据中。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作的步骤,包括:
    如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则将所述群组标识对应的群组数据标记为可用。

  12. 根据权利要求7所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作的步骤,包括:
    如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员或解散群组,则根据群组标识查询可恢复的群组成员,返回所述可恢复的群组成员所在的时间段;
    获取选择恢复的时间段,如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则将所述选择恢复的时间段中删除的群组成员添加到所述群组标识对应的群组数据中,如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则将所述选择恢复的时间段内解散的群组标记为可用。
  13. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收群组获取请求,所述群组获取请求携带用户标识,根据所述用户标识获取用户的群组操作记录;
    根据所述群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表;及
    接收群组恢复请求,所述群组恢复请求携带请求恢复的群组标识,根据所述群组标识获取相应的群组操作记录和群组数据,根据所述群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述群组操作记录包括群组操作时间和群组操作类型;所述处理器执行所述根据群组操作记录返回可恢复群组列表的步骤,包括:根据所述群组操作时间和群组操作类型返回可恢复群组列表,其中,所述可恢复群组列表中包含的可恢复群组的群组操作时间与当前时间的时间差在所述群组操作类型对应的时间阈值范围内。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作的步骤,包括:
    如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则根据所述群组标识返回被删除的群组成员列表;

  17. 根据权利要求13所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作的步骤,包括:
    如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为转让群组,则将所述群组标识对应的群组数据中的当前创建者恢复为原创建者。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述根据群组操作记录和群组数据对群组进行恢复操作的步骤,包括:
    如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员或解散群组,则根据群组标识查询可恢复的群组成员,返回所述可恢复的群组成员所在的时间段;
    获取选择恢复的时间段,如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为删除成员,则将所述选择恢复的时间段中删除的群组成员添加到所述群组标识对应的群组数据中,如果所述群组标识对应的群组操作类型为解散群组,则将 所述选择恢复的时间段内解散的群组标记为可用。
