本实用新型涉及一种应用于快递纸袋分类管理的RFID射频天线。
【背景技术】
在现代物流业中,快递纸袋需要流转并分类管理、分拣的地方,一般采用人工形式进行分拣。即使近些年来出现的依靠无线射频识别技术(RFID技术)进行分拣也是小规模进行,其分拣和识别功能较为落后,其原因是传统的RFID射频牌的尺寸较小,导致射频牌的读写灵敏度较低,使得射频牌读取距离较近,而且一次性读取较多的射频牌存在困难,增加了物流中心浩如烟海的快递纸袋进行识别和分拣的难度,造成效率低下,甚至错误分拣的情况,影响了射频识别技术的推广应用。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种应用于快递纸袋分类管理的RFID射频天线,依照本实用新型的形状结构特征制作的RFID射频牌,射频芯片可以吸收更多的电磁波,射频读取灵敏度高,比传统的射频天线读取距离远,更容易一次读取批量的射频芯片信息。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种应用于快递纸袋分类管理的RFID射频天线,包括射频天线本体,其特征在于,由谐振腔线围绕构成长方形谐振腔,所述的谐振腔一长边中间部位设置有缺口状的芯片绑定位,所述的芯片绑定位用于设置射频芯片,所述谐振 腔另一长边延伸出两条射频天线翅,所述的射频天线翅向两侧平行延伸然后向上呈45度延伸构成延伸部,所述的左右两个延伸部对称设置于长方形谐振腔的两侧,所述的延伸部其初始端宽度为1.65毫米,其末端宽度为2.9毫米,所述左右两侧的延伸部其总长度为47.5毫米,宽度为25.5毫米。
根据上述技术特征,本实用新型的有益效果在于,其射频天线的尺寸很小,虽然只有25.5*47.5毫米,但是根据本实用新型的结构特征,射频芯片可以吸收周边更多的电磁波,射频读取灵敏度非常高,比传统的射频天线读取距离更远,更容易一次读取批量的快递纸袋的射频芯片信息,识别灵敏度高,错误率低,本实用新型射频天线图形的线条宽度达2.9毫米,便于制度冲切天线的冲切模型,采用冲切工艺制做射频天线,制作成本低,无污染,便于大面积推广。
