本实用新型涉及市政建筑机械领域,具体涉及一种新型压路机。
背景技术
压路机在工程机械中属于道路设备的范畴,广泛用于高等级公路、铁路、机场跑道、大坝、体育场等大型工程项目的填方压实作业,可以碾压沙性、半粘性及粘性土壤、路基稳定土及沥青混凝土路面层,按轮轴布置有单轴单轮、双轴双轮、双轴三轮和三轴三轮等种。以内燃机为动力,采用机械传动或液压传动。一般前轮转向,机动性好,后轮驱动。为改善转向及碾压性能,宜采用铰接式转向结构和全轮驱动。前轮框架和机架铰接,以减少路面不平时的机身摆动。后轮和机架为刚性联接。采用液压操纵、用液压缸控制转向。前后碾轮均装有刮板以清除碾轮上粘结物。还装有喷水系统,用于压实沥青路面时,对碾轮洒水以防沥青混合料粘附。为增大作用力还可在碾轮内加装铁、砂、水等加大压重。
现有的压路机,在进行作业后,会在路上留下压路的痕迹,需要人工使用手推式压路机进行二次加工,这样不仅浪费时间而且增加了工人的劳动程度,有时手推式压路机一次不能很好的处理压路痕迹还要进行多次操作,才能解决痕迹问题,使用手推式压路机不仅沉重,而且容易使使用者发生意外,对人的安全无法做到保证。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种新型压路机,方便生活中的使用,增加使用的安全性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:一种新型压路机,包括前车架、支撑柱、液压箱、碾压轮、驾驶室、操作台、脚踏台、后置压 路盘、后车架、系统箱、覆盖件、洒水系统和外设支架,所述前车架采用高强度钢板制成,所述前车架通过螺纹连接设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱远离前车架的一端通过螺栓连接设有液压箱,所述液压箱下侧通过螺栓连接设有碾压轮,所述前车架上侧通过焊接设有驾驶室,所述驾驶室内部通过焊接设有操作台,所述驾驶室下侧,位于前车架上通过嵌入式连接设有脚踏台,所述脚踏台下侧设有后置压路盘,所述前车架后侧通过传动轴连接设有后车架,所述后车架上通过焊接设有系统箱,所述系统箱上侧通过卡扣连接设有覆盖件,所述后车架尾部通过焊接设有洒水系统,所述洒水系统对应的后车架另一端通过螺纹连接设有外设支架。
优选的,所述支撑柱、液压箱和碾压轮对成分布在前车架和后车架上。
优选的,所述系统箱包括电气系统和动力系统。
优选的,所述后置压路盘通过连接杆连接到前车架上,并且连接杆由两端组成,连接处设有旋转关节。
优选的,所述外设支架下侧通过螺纹连接也设有后置压路盘,所述外设支架与后置压路盘连接的一段支架为收缩支架。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果是:该新型压路机通过前车架和后车架设有的后置压路盘,能够快速的将振动轮压过后所留下的痕迹清理,减少第二次压路的过程,提高压路机的工作效率。

如图1所示,本实施例的一种新型压路机,包括前车架1、支撑柱2、液压箱3、碾压轮4、驾驶室5、操作台6、脚踏台7、后置压路盘8、后车架9、系统箱10、覆盖件11、洒水系统12和外设支架13,所述前车架1采用高强度钢板制成,所述前车架1通过螺纹连接设有支撑柱2,所述支撑柱2远离前车架1的一端通过螺栓连接设有液压箱3,所述液压箱3下侧通过螺栓连接设有碾压轮4,所述前车架1上侧通过焊接设有驾驶室5,所述驾驶室5内部通过焊接设有操作台6,所述驾驶室5下侧,位于前车架1上通过嵌入式连接设有脚踏台7,所述脚踏台7下侧设有后置压路盘8,所述前车架1后侧通过传动轴连接设有后车架9,所述后车架9上通过焊接设有系统箱10,所述系统箱10上侧通过卡扣连接设有覆盖件11,所述后车架9尾部通过焊接设有洒水系统12,所述洒水系统12对应的后车架9另一端通过螺纹连接设有外设支架13。
所述支撑柱2、液压箱3和碾压轮4对成分布在前车架1和后车架9上,前后碾压轮4一起进行作业,能够快速高效的完成任务,所述系统箱10包括电气系统和动力系统,保护系统不受到伤害,所述后置压路盘8通过连接杆连接到前车架1上,并且连接杆由两端组成,连接处设有旋转关节,方便后置压路盘8的横向移动,所述外设支架13下侧通过螺纹连接也设有后置压路盘8,所述外设支架13与后置压路盘8连接的一段支架为收缩支架,便于收起后置压路盘8。
需要说明的是,本实用新型一种新型压路机,在使用时,通过驾驶室5内部的操作台6控制碾压轮4的前进,然后放下后置压路盘8,让后置压路盘8处理碾压轮4产生的痕迹即可完成作业。

  1. 一种新型压路机,包括前车架(1)、支撑柱(2)、液压箱(3)、碾压轮(4)、驾驶室(5)、操作台(6)、脚踏台(7)、后置压路盘(8)、后车架(9)、系统箱(10)、覆盖件(11)、洒水系统(12)和外设支架(13),其特征在于:所述前车架(1)采用高强度钢板制成,所述前车架(1)通过螺纹连接设有支撑柱(2),所述支撑柱(2)远离前车架(1)的一端通过螺栓连接设有液压箱(3),所述液压箱(3)下侧通过螺栓连接设有碾压轮(4),所述前车架(1)上侧通过焊接设有驾驶室(5),所述驾驶室(5)内部通过焊接设有操作台(6),所述驾驶室(5)下侧,位于前车架(1)上通过嵌入式连接设有脚踏台(7),所述脚踏台(7)下侧设有后置压路盘(8),所述前车架(1)后侧通过传动轴连接设有后车架(9),所述后车架(9)上通过焊接设有系统箱(10),所述系统箱(10)上侧通过卡扣连接设有覆盖件(11),所述后车架(9)尾部通过焊接设有洒水系统(12),所述洒水系统(12)对应的后车架(9)另一端通过螺纹连接设有外设支架(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型压路机,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(2)、液压箱(3)和碾压轮(4)对成分布在前车架(1)和后车架(9)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型压路机,其特征在于:所述系统箱(10)包括电气系统和动力系统。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型压路机,其特征在于:所述后置压路盘(8)通过连接杆连接到前车架(1)上,并且连接杆由两端组成,连接处设有旋转关节。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型压路机,其特征在于:所述外设支架(13)下侧通过螺纹连接也设有后置压路盘(8),所述外设支架(13)与后置压路盘(8)连接的一段支架为收缩支架。
