Description
本发明涉及烟花,尤其是涉及到一种火箭式烟花及其组合体。
众所周知,传统烟花由多个引线串联的纸质筒管组装而成,它一般都要经过制筒、压泥底、插引、装硝及亮珠、封口、组装和封装等工序,不仅存在工序繁多、生产效率低、生产成本高及工作环境差、劳动强度大、不利于机械化生产线作业等弊端,而且要消耗大量的纸材和泥土,造成生态资源的浪费,同时还污染环境,破坏生态。针对这些问题,人们开始利用废旧物料通过模压做成整体式烟花,再在筒底部设置与硝药均相连的引线槽,将引线放置在引线槽内,装填硝药及亮珠后再封装而成整体式烟花。还有利用塑料制成单体再组合成烟花。利用废旧物料通过模压做成整体式烟花,虽然不用纸筒,也不要泥底,可节约纸料和泥土,但它不便于重复利用,丢弃的烟花筒对环境造成污染,二是对于不同规格的烟花需要准备不同的模具来压制出不同的烟花,模具结构也较复杂,模具费用成本高;利用塑料制成单体再组合成烟花是新研发上市的新产品,它既可解决传统烟花所存在的问题,又可防止利用废旧物料通过模压做成整体式烟花所带来的问题,但它还存在有不足之处,由于模压单体内大都只装一个内筒,单体在水平面上串联组合,因此组合体底座面积大,底座结构较复杂,模具制造材料多,成本费用高,而且贮存厂房面积大。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中烟花所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种不仅可降低生产成本,节省厂房面积,而且可提高燃放效果的火箭式烟花及其组合体。
本发明要解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:所述火箭式烟花包括直立
设置在底座上的外筒和设置在外筒内的若干层内筒,所述内筒由顶部筒、至少一层中间筒和底部筒组成,每只内筒上部均设置有效果药、下部设置有与效果药隔开的发射药,所述中间筒和底部筒内的效果药和发射药之间设置有连接管,连接管内设置有一端伸出连接管外与发射药相连的发射线,所述顶部筒内效果药与发射药之间设有引爆线,所述顶部筒与中间筒之间、中间筒与中间筒之间和中间筒与底部筒之间设置有接头,所述接头中间设置有通气孔和通火口,通气孔上设置有膜纸,所述底部筒与底座之间设置有点火头,所述中间筒和底部筒内设置有位于效果药上方的导气罩,所述导气罩与连接管上端相连通,所述底部筒和中间筒与外筒之间形成有主引道,所述主引道与通火口相连通,所述主引道和通火口内设置下端与点火头相连、上端可伸入顶部筒内与发射药相连的主引线,中间筒和底部筒内的效果药与发射药之间分别设有引爆线。
本发明所述火箭式烟花的工作过程是:利用人工或摇控点燃点火头,点火头将主引道内的主引线点燃,主引线自下而上燃烧使顶部筒内的发射药(引火药)点燃,顶部筒内的发射药燃烧产生热气流在反冲力作用下将顶部筒升入空中,在升入到空中一定高度后,由于热气流点燃引爆线,引爆线点燃顶部筒内的效果药(开爆药),使顶部筒升入空中燃放,此时接头内的热气流冲破膜纸和通气孔进入中间筒内的导气罩内,点燃连接管内的发射线,发射线点燃发射药,依上述同样的燃放过程,每间隔短时间将中间筒依次升空燃放,直到底部筒升空燃放为止。
本发明的烟花燃放为多层直立,从底部筒点火,从上至下间隔依次升空发射燃放,其燃放方式是先点燃底部筒下面的点火头,点火头点燃主引道和通火口内的主引线,主引线在中间筒外部燃烧至顶部筒内,点燃顶部筒内的发射药,顶部筒升空发射并经过引爆线点燃效果药燃放,再从上至下燃放第一只中间筒、
第二只中间筒、直至底部筒,类似于火箭在升空中由下至上逐层分离的形式,这种燃放方式既可形成现有烟花同样的燃放效果,还可减少在同样数量的内筒时底座的面积,简化底座结构,降低底座模具成本,节省贮存厂房面积。
为了进一步提高燃放效果,所述火箭式烟花还可制成一只主体烟花和四个与其相连并通过连接气道捆绑式形成一体的组合体,在主体烟花燃放后,通过连接气道同时点燃四个小烟花,形成间隔的四个小烟花在升空同时燃放的效果(如图4所示)。为了确保捆绑式形成一体的组合体所有小烟花都能燃放,小烟花之间还设置有辅助气道(如图9所示),当其中的连接气道不通时,可通过与小烟花相连的辅助气道点燃小烟花,确保小烟花都能燃放。
本发明还可用底座上的连接气道形成串联式的火箭式烟花组合体,形成间隔的多响燃放效果,也可将一主四小式的捆绑式组合体再相互串联起来,通过连接气道形成立体式组合体,达到更好的燃放效果。
本发明所述火箭式烟花燃放后,可整体回收,也可就地进地拆装分解成单体再回收,且回收、运输和贮存方便。
本发明一是解决了传统烟花制造所存在的生产效率低、生产成本高、产品的规范性或标准性不高以及工作环境差、劳动强度大、不利于机械化生产线生产等弊端,需要消耗大量的纸材和泥土,造成生态资源的浪费和环境污染的问题,而且解决了现有整体烟花所存在的模具费用成本高和厂房占用面积大的问题,它不仅为烟花业带来巨大的经济效益,还可为人类带来更大的社会效益。

在图4和图5中,所述火箭式烟花还可由一只主体烟花11和若干只与主体烟花间隔相连的小烟花24组成,主体烟花和小烟花之间通过连接气道23捆绑形成,所述小烟花与主体烟花结构相同,所述小烟花外形尺寸小于主体烟花外形尺寸。在主体烟花燃放后,通过连接气道同时点燃四个小烟花,形成间隔的四个小烟花在升空同时燃放的效果。连接气道位于底座内,将主体烟花和小烟花最下层发射药连接起来,小烟花的结构和燃放方式与主体烟花相同,它同样
