Description

一种具有压力冲水系统的节水型无水箱座便器及其组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器。
背景技术
坐便器(马桶)一般包括马桶座及水箱两部分,在水箱内安装有进排水阀用以冲洗马桶,常用的冲洗系统利用重力原理,即利用水的势能转化为水的动能来冲洗马桶;但是这种冲洗系统耗水量较大,而且必须将水箱抬高到一定高度,因此占用卫生间的空间较大,安装时比较笨重,物流运输也非常不方便;
目前市面上已经出现了一些压力冲洗系统,即设置一个压力水箱,利用压力水箱内的压缩空气蓄积压力能,通过排水阀将压力水箱内的水快速释放产生强劲的冲刷力,从而达到高效冲刷马桶的效果,申请号为03140251.8的发明专利《双排压力式冲水系统》将空气蓄能压力罐放置在陶瓷水箱内,通过双排按钮和贯穿压力罐的排水阀来开启冲水,可以实现对马桶座的强劲冲洗,但是需要的水箱体积较大,节水优势不明显,冲水时噪音很大无法推广到家用市场;另有申请号为CN201220475634.9的实用新型专利《具有压力式冲水装置的坐便器》,将空气蓄能压力罐放置在马桶座的背部沉降水箱内(水箱内不存水),排水阀的出口连接一个截面缩小的弯管,弯管的出口连接到马桶座的入口,弯管在冲水时可以产生一定的虹吸作用,这种设计的缺点是整个冲水系统需要占用较大的水箱空间(尽管不存水),使得整个马桶座体积大,而且具有较大的爆破风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,该座便器不仅结构紧凑,体积小,而且能提供更强的冲力和更省水量。
本发明的技术方案在于:一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,包括独立马桶座,所述独立马桶座内未配置有独立存水箱或与独立马桶座一体成型的内置存水箱,独立马桶座的设置有入水端与供水系统相连接并带有压力蓄能的节水型冲洗系统,所述冲洗系统的出水端与独立马桶座的入水口相连接,所述独立马桶座内还设置有连接排泄污物的排污口。
进一步地,所述独立马桶座的底部设置有与独立马桶座两侧壁相连接的底板,所述底板的前后侧分别连接有与独立马桶座两侧壁相连接的前、后侧板,所 述底板、前侧板及后侧板配合形成腔室,所述冲洗系统安装于腔室内。
进一步地,所述节水型冲洗系统设置于马桶座底部、背部或侧部,所述独立马桶座的入水口设置于独立马桶座排污腔的后侧壁。
进一步地,所述冲洗系统包括内部具有压缩空气的水气混合压力冲洗组件,所述水气混合压力冲洗组件的入水端连接有用于保障冲洗系统安全工作的稳压装置,水气混合压力冲洗组件的出水端连接有用于控制水气混合压力冲洗组件释放水流冲洗独立马桶座的冲洗阀机构。

一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器的组装方法,步骤如下:
1)将预制好的水气混合压力冲洗组件、稳压装置及冲洗阀机构组装成冲洗系统;
2)将冲洗系统放置于设置在独立马桶座背部、侧部或底部的腔室内,并使冲洗系统中水气混合压力冲洗组件的压力罐位于的长边平行于地面或垂直于地面,且压力罐位于排污口的两旁侧;
3)将冲洗阀机构的出水端与设置于独立马桶座排污腔的后侧壁上的入水口相连接,并使径向垂于冲洗阀阀体并伸入冲洗阀内完成释放水流动作的水路释放杆与设置于独立马桶座上的冲洗按钮相连接。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下优点:
1.该坐便器系统为无水箱坐便器,压力冲洗系统隐藏于马桶座底部及或背部,不需要存水的水箱,可大大节省空间,极大缩小座便器体积及长度,最大化获得空气蓄能,同时降低材料及运输成本;
2.该压力冲洗系统最大化利用压缩空气压强原理,增加双倍的受力面积,能对水流产生更大推力,而且在进水端设置有减压功能的减压阀,将进入压力罐的水压降低并稳定在安全值以内,更好的降低高压供水对于系统冲洗量变化的影响,实现真正的节水功能;
3.该压力冲洗系统在进水端设置有一个或若干个安全泄压阀,当减压阀工作失效时水压继续升高到安全泄压阀上限值时,安全泄压阀开始工作泄水,使压力罐内的水压不超过额定值,确保系统始终在安全压力下工作;
4.圆筒形压力罐根据流体力学和材料力学计算可以承压3.5MPA水压,即便前道的减压阀和安全泄压阀全部失效,系统也是非常安全的,因为3.5MPA的承压能力可以符合全球所有的卫浴标准(而市面上类似的其它压力罐一般是接近长方体或长圆形,承压能力约1.2MPA,仍具有较大的爆破风险);
5.压力罐优选的设计成塑料罐体和塑料罐盖两部分通过螺纹或卡扣式装配为一体,便于模具注塑成型,不需要用到焊接工序,大大降低了生产工序的不良,也避免了罐体的焊接不良对于承压安全系数的降低;
6.压力罐的外部优选设置的保护罩,当压力罐以极小概率意外爆破时可以起到缓冲作用,进一步提高了系统的安全系数;
7.连接马桶座入水口的冲洗阀具有自动延时关闭冲洗功能及补水功能,可以获得预设的冲洗量,对于虹吸式马桶,可以在完成虹吸冲洗后继续补水从而恢复马桶座的水封;
8.冲洗阀优选设置有水量调节旋钮,当水压偏低地区使用时可以调节旋钮增加冲洗量,最大程度提高了系统的适用环境,便于产品的市场推广;
9.该冲洗系统的压力罐内的高压水在释放时经过了较长的管道再冲入马桶座,避免了常规的压力冲洗坐便器将高压水直接冲向马桶座产生的很大的噪音,不仅适用商用市场,也适用家用市场,具有很大的市场推广潜力。

该节水型无水箱座便器的工作原理:
供水系统的水经角阀输入,有减压阀(稳压阀)进行稳压后,通过安全泄压阀输入水气混合压力冲洗组件内,并经水气混合压力冲洗组件进行贮存水压。当冲洗阀开启时,冲洗系统内水流通过弯管,经入水口通过马桶座的排污腔内完成冲洗。
上述具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器的组装方法,步骤如下:
1)将预制好的水气混合压力冲洗组件、稳压装置及冲洗阀机构组装成冲洗系统;
2)将冲洗系统放置于设置在独立马桶座背部、侧部或底部的腔室内,并使冲洗系统中水气混合压力冲洗组件的压力罐位于的长边平行于地面或垂直于地面,且压力罐位于排污口的两旁侧;
3)将冲洗阀机构的出水端与设置于独立马桶座排污腔的后侧壁上的入水口相连接,并使径向垂于冲洗阀阀体并伸入冲洗阀内完成释放水流动作的水路释放杆与设置于独立马桶座上的冲洗按钮相连接。

  1. 一种具有压力冲洗冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,包括独立马桶座,其特征在于,所述独立马桶座内未配置有独立存水箱或与独立马桶座一体成型的内置存水箱,独立马桶座的设置有入水端与供水系统相连接并带有压力蓄能的节水型冲洗系统,所述冲洗系统的出水端与独立马桶座的入水口相连接,所述独立马桶座内还设置有连接排泄污物的排污口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,其特征在于,所述独立马桶座的底部设置有与独立马桶座两侧壁相连接的底板,所述底板的前后侧分别连接有与独立马桶座两侧壁相连接的前、后侧板,所述底板、前侧板及后侧板配合形成腔室,所述冲洗系统安装于腔室内。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,其特征在于,所述节水型冲洗系统设置于马桶座底部、背部或侧部,所述独立马桶座的入水口设置于独立马桶座排污腔的后侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,其特征在于,所述冲洗系统包括内部具有压缩空气的水气混合压力冲洗组件,所述水气混合压力冲洗组件的入水端连接有用于保障冲洗系统安全工作的稳压装置,水气混合压力冲洗组件的出水端连接有用于控制水气混合压力冲洗组件释放水流冲洗独立马桶座的冲洗阀机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,其特征在于,所述稳压装置包括与供水系统相连接用于形成稳压水流的减压阀,所述减压阀的出水端连接有安全阈值大于减压阀安全阈值的安全泄压阀,所述安全泄压阀的出水端与水气混合压力冲洗组件的入水端相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,其特征在于,所述水气混合压力冲洗组件包括一个长边方向平行于地面或若干个长边方向平行于地面且串联或并联的压力罐;所述冲洗阀机构包括一可调节流量的冲洗阀,所述冲洗阀的阀体上径向垂设有伸入冲洗阀内完成释放水流动作的水路释放杆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,其特征在于,所述压力罐包括压力盖和圆管状压力桶体,所述压力盖与压力桶体相连接形成用于储存压缩空气和水的封闭腔体,所述压力盖上设置有进水口和出 水口,所述进水口和出水口分别位于压力盖的水平中心线以下,且进水口和出水口相连通,所述压力桶体的外周沿轴向间隔设置有环形加强筋。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,其特征在于,所述压力盖和压力桶体相螺接或卡扣式连接,且压力桶体外侧还套置有金属保护罩或塑料保护罩;或所述压力盖和压力桶体经焊接实现连接,所述压力桶体内设置有用于将其分隔成若干区域的分隔板,压力桶体外侧还套置有金属保护罩或塑料保护罩。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器,其特征在于,所述水气混合压力冲洗组件包括两个长边方向平行于地面且上下叠加设置的压力罐,两压力罐经箍环锁紧固定,压力罐的一侧分别设置有与进水汇合管相连通的进水口,压力罐的另一侧分别设置有与出水汇合管相连通实现两压力罐并联的出水口,压力罐沿轴向的外周还间隔设置有环形加强筋。
  10. 一种如权利要求5所述的一种具有压力冲洗系统的节水型无水箱座便器的组装方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
    1)将预制好的水气混合压力冲洗组件、稳压装置及冲洗阀机构组装成冲洗系统;
    2)将冲洗系统放置于设置在独立马桶座背部、侧部或底部的腔室内,并使冲洗系统中水气混合压力冲洗组件的压力罐位于的长边平行于地面或垂直于地面,且压力罐位于排污口的两旁侧;
    3)将冲洗阀机构的出水端与设置于独立马桶座排污腔的后侧壁上的入水口相连接,并使径向垂于冲洗阀阀体并伸入冲洗阀内完成释放水流动作的水路释放杆与设置于独立马桶座上的冲洗按钮相连接。
