Definitions
- the invention belongs to the field of sports equipment, and in particular relates to a method for playing music according to heart rate and a playing system.
- Heart rate is a useful reference in aerobic exercise. At present, everyone is familiar with the following methods to monitor heart rate during exercise, heart rate belt, watch, headphones.
- the heart rate belt is undoubtedly the most accurate way to measure, but it is slightly inconvenient to wear. Only the Jabra has a Bluetooth sports headset with this function, but wearing it for a long time will make the ear have a strong discomfort. So together, the watch should be a better choice.
- Apple Watch The heart rate sensor uses photoplethysmography. This technique seems complicated and difficult to understand. In fact, the principle is simple: the blood is red because it reflects red light and absorbs green light. Apple Watch uses green LED The lamp, in conjunction with a light-sensitive photoreceptor, detects blood flow through the wrist at any point in time. When the heart beats, the blood flowing through the wrist will increase, and the absorbed green light will increase; during the heartbeat interval, it will decrease. Hundreds of flashes per second LED lights, Apple Watch can calculate your heart rate per minute, which is your heart rate.
- Music is a branch of art that is used to convey emotions, emotions, and perceptions. Music can improve reasoning ability, relieve stress, improve comfort and relaxation, distract patients from pain, and improve clinical treatment.
- Heart rate is regulated by a number of reflex pathways, including brainstem structures and intrathoracic ganglia, which in turn are subject to mood-related endocortical structures (eg, hypothalamus, amygdala, insular cortex, and frontal cortex) influences.
- mood-related endocortical structures eg, hypothalamus, amygdala, insular cortex, and frontal cortex
- the activities of these telencephalon structures can be regulated by the emotions stimulated by music.
- the embodiment of the present invention is directed to the situation that the current music playing software cannot be adjusted according to the user's motion state, and the user experience is not good. It is necessary to provide a matching relationship between the user's heart rate and music, so that the smart device can play music according to the user's current exercise state, so that the user can achieve better exercise effects, and at the same time make the smart device more humanized.
- the present invention is implemented as follows: A method of playing music according to a heart rate, comprising the following steps:
- the embodiment of the invention further provides a playing system, the playing system comprising:
- a recording unit for recording a matching relationship between music and heart rate
- a detecting unit wherein an input end thereof is connected to the output end of the recording unit, and is configured to detect a current heart rate of the user
- the playing unit has an input end connected to the output end of the detecting unit, and is configured to match the music according to the current heart rate according to the current heart rate of the user, and play the music.
- the invention records the matching relationship between the user's heart rate and the music, so that the smart device can play the music according to the current motion state of the user, so that the user can achieve a better exercise effect, and at the same time, the smart device is more humanized.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for playing music according to a heart rate according to an embodiment of the present invention
- FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a playback system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for playing music according to a heart rate according to an embodiment of the present invention
- step S100 a matching relationship between music and heart rate is recorded.
- step S101 the current heart rate of the user is detected.
- the technology is prior art and can read the user's heart rate through a smart watch, smart bracelet or smart headset.
- step S102 music matching the current heart rate is matched according to the current heart rate of the user, and the music is played.
- the invention records the matching relationship between the user's heart rate and the music, so that the smart device can play the music according to the current motion state of the user, so that the user can achieve a better exercise effect, and at the same time, the smart device is more humanized.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a playback system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the playback system includes:
- a recording unit 21 configured to record a matching relationship between music and heart rate
- the detecting unit 22 has an input end connected to the output end of the recording unit 21 for detecting a current heart rate of the user;
- a playing unit 23 an input end thereof and the detecting unit 22
- the output is connected, and is used to match the current heart rate according to the user's current heart rate to play music.
- the working principle is that the user records the matching relationship between the music and the heart rate in the recording unit 21, and the detecting unit 22 The user's current heart rate is detected, and the playing unit 23 matches the music according to the current heart rate of the user to play the music.
- the invention records the matching relationship between the user's heart rate and the music, so that the smart device can play the music according to the current motion state of the user, so that the user can achieve a better exercise effect, and at the same time, the smart device is more humanized.
