Description

Seat back frame and seat back
The present invention relates to a seat back frame and a seat back. In particular, the present invention relates to a seat back frame and a seat back that can improve sitting comfort while reducing the number of parts.
The seat back frame of a vehicle seat mounted on an automobile, etc., supports the back of the upper body of the seated person with a support, and changes the amount of pushing the support to the seated person, so that the seated person's preference can be changed. A device that adjusts the supportability of a seated person by a support is known (Patent Document 1). The support body of patent document 1 is provided with the support plate which supports a seated person's waist, and the spring which supports a seated person's back.
However, in the above conventional technique, since there is a gap between the support plate and the spring, the load is partially concentrated on the back surface of the seat occupant due to the corner of the support plate protruding, and the seat occupant feels uncomfortable. Sometimes. Further, since the back surface of the seated person is supported by the support plate and the spring, there is a problem that the number of parts increases.
The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems. An object of this invention is to provide the seat back frame and seat back which can improve a seating comfort, reducing a number of parts.
In order to achieve this object, the seat back frame of the present invention is integrated with the side frame by connecting a pair of synthetic resin side frames arranged at a predetermined interval on the left and right sides and the upper part of the side frame. A molded upper frame, a back plate integrally formed with at least one of the upper frame and the side frame, disposed between the pair of side frames, and vertically extending through the back plate in the plate thickness direction A pair of left and right side slits extending to the side, a contact portion that contacts the rear side of the back plate between the pair of side slits, and the back plate outside the pair of side slits, or the side frame And a moving part that moves the contact part in at least one of the vertical direction and the front-rear direction.
According to the seat back frame of the first aspect, the synthetic resin back plate between the pair of side slits is pushed by the contact portion moved by the moving portion. Therefore, the back plate between the side slits can be smoothly bent and deformed in the vertical direction. Thereby, it can suppress that the load from a back surface board concentrates on a seated person's back partly. As a result, the uncomfortable feeling at the time of sitting can be suppressed and the sitting comfort can be improved.
Since the side frame, the upper frame, and the back plate are integrally molded products made of synthetic resin, the number of parts can be reduced compared to the case of assembling a plurality of members. As a result, the seating comfort can be improved while reducing the number of parts.
According to the seat back frame of the second aspect, the rear plate penetrates below the position where the contact portion contacts in the plate thickness direction, and the lower slit is formed. A pair of side slits and a lower slit are continuous. Thus, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the degree of freedom of deformation of the back plate pushed by the contact portion can be improved, and the back plate can be easily bent and deformed.
According to the seat back frame of the third aspect, the back plate includes the low-rigidity portion having lower bending rigidity in the front-rear direction than the portion continuous upward between the pair of side slits. Since the back plate can be easily bent and deformed starting from the low-rigidity portion, it is possible to specify how the back plate is deformed by the position of the low-rigidity portion. Therefore, in addition to the effect of the first or second aspect, the degree of freedom of deformation of the back plate between the pair of side slits can be further improved.
According to the seat back frame of claim 4, the back plate includes a through hole that penetrates between the pair of side slits in the plate thickness direction. Since the bending rigidity of the back plate is lowered by the through hole, the back plate can be easily bent and deformed from the through hole. Since the way of deformation of the back plate can be specified by the position of the through hole, the degree of freedom of deformation of the back plate can be further improved.
When the through hole and the side slit are continuous, the back plate is easily twisted above and below the through hole. Therefore, the back plate may be bent starting from the through hole. Since the through hole and the side slit are discontinuous, the back plate can be prevented from being twisted above and below the through hole, and the back plate can be prevented from being bent. As a result, in addition to the effect of any one of claims 1 to 3, the degree of freedom of deformation of the back plate can be further improved by the through-hole while ensuring the durability of the back plate.
According to the seat back according to claim 5, the back pad is supported by the seat back frame according to any one of claims 1 to 4. The center of the back surface of the seated person is supported by the center portion of the back pad. Side portions provided on both sides in the left-right direction of the center portion project toward the seated person side with respect to the center portion. For this reason, the side portion can suppress the shaking of the seated person in the left-right direction. The side slit overlaps the boundary between the center portion and the side portion in a front view. Or a side part slit is located in the center part side rather than the boundary of a center part and a side part in front view. Thereby, while being able to suppress that a side part is pushed with a backplate, a center part can be pushed to a seated person side with a backplate. As a result, the seated person can be supported by the back plate through the center part while suppressing the shape change of the side part. Therefore, in addition to the effect of any one of Claims 1 to 4, the support performance of the seated person by the back plate can be adjusted while suppressing the change in the swinging performance of the seated person by the side part.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, a vehicle seat 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle seat 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat 1 is a seat mounted on an automobile or the like. The vehicle seat 1 includes a seat cushion 2, a seat back 3, and a headrest 4. A seat back 3 is disposed at the rear end of the seat cushion 2. A headrest 4 is attached to the upper end of the seat back 3. When a seated person sits on the seat cushion 2, the seat back 3 becomes the back of the seated person. The headrest 4 supports the seated person's head.
The seat back frame 10 (hereinafter referred to as “frame 10”), which is the frame of the seat back 3, will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the frame 10. FIG. 3 is a front view of the frame 10. In addition, illustration of the reclining apparatus 5 is abbreviate | omitted in FIG.
2 and 3, the frame 10 includes a pair of side frames 11, 12, an upper frame 13, and a back plate 14. The pair of side frames 11 and 12 are parts arranged at a predetermined interval on the left and right. The upper frame 13 is a member that connects the upper portions of the side frames 11 and 12. The back plate 14 is a member disposed between the pair of side frames 11 and 12. The side frames 11 and 12, the upper frame 13, and the back plate 14 are integrally molded products made of synthetic resin. Thereby, the number of parts of the frame 10 can be reduced as compared with the case where the side frames 11 and 12 and the upper frame 13 and the back plate 14 are separately provided and the plurality of members are assembled. In addition, as a synthetic resin which comprises the side frames 11 and 12, the upper frame 13, and the backplate 14, the fiber reinforced resin which compounded the reinforced fiber in the engineering resin is preferable.
The upper frame 13 is provided with a mounting hole 13a into which a pair of left and right rods (not shown) protruding downward from the headrest 4 are inserted. A support plate 13 b is bridged between the side frames 11 and 12. The support plate 13 b is located below the upper frame 13. The support plate 13 b is integrally formed with the side frames 11 and 12 and the back plate 14. The support plate 13b is provided with a support hole 13c at a position corresponding to the mounting hole 13a. The headrest 4 can be stably attached to the frame 10 by inserting the rod of the headrest 4 into the attachment hole 13a and the support hole 13c.
The reclining device 5 that connects the rear end of the seat cushion 2 and the lower end of the seat back 3 is attached to the lower ends of the side frames 11 and 12. The reclining device 5 is a device that adjusts the inclination angle of the seat back 3 with respect to the seat cushion 2. The reclining device 5 is mainly composed of a steel material.
The back plate 14 is a panel whose side edges are connected to the side frames 11 and 12 and whose upper edge is connected to the upper frame 13. The back plate 14 penetrates in the plate thickness direction to form a pair of left and right side slits 15 and a lower slit 16. The pair of side slits 15 extend in the vertical direction, and are provided symmetrically with a predetermined interval on the left and right. The lower slit 16 connects the lower ends of the pair of side slits 15. Thereby, the side slit 15 and the lower slit 16 form a continuous cut.
The back plate 14 has a central plate 17 that is surrounded by a side slit 15, a lower slit 16, and an imaginary line L 1 connecting the upper ends of the side slits 15. A portion of the back plate 14 other than the central plate 17 is a peripheral plate 18. The upper edge of the synthetic resin center plate 17 is continuous with the peripheral plate 18. However, the side and lower edges of the central plate 17 are not continuous with the peripheral plate 18. Therefore, the central plate 17 can be easily bent and deformed by inputting a load to the central plate 17 in the thickness direction (front-rear direction).
The side slit 15 and the lower slit 16 preferably have a width of 5 mm or more and 10 mm or less. When the width of the side slit 15 and the lower slit 16 is smaller than 5 mm, the central plate 17 and the peripheral plate 18 may interfere with each other. When the width of the side slit 15 and the lower slit 16 is larger than 10 mm, the supportability of the seated person by the back plate 14 is deteriorated.
By setting the widths of the side slits 15 and the lower slits 16 to 5 mm or more and 10 mm or less, the center plate 17 and the peripheral plate 18 can hardly interfere with each other, and support for the seated person by the back plate 14 can be secured. . Further, the larger the width of the side slit 15 and the lower slit 16, the better the air permeability before and after the back plate 14 by the side slit 15 and the lower slit 16. As a result, the comfort when the seated person is seated on the vehicle seat 1 can be improved.
The side slit 15 and the lower slit 16 are provided when the back plate 14 is molded. It is also possible to provide the side slits 15 and the lower slits 16 by removing portions corresponding to the side slits 15 and the lower slits 16 after forming the back plate 14. When the side slits 15 and the lower slits 16 are provided after the back plate 14 is formed, the shape of the central plate 17 is restricted by the shape of the peripheral plate 18. Therefore, the freedom degree of the shape of the center board 17 is low.
In the present embodiment, when the back plate 14 is molded, the side and lower edges of the central plate 17 and the peripheral plate 18 are not continuous. As a result, the back plate 14 can be formed with the shape of the central plate 17 being greatly different from the shape of the peripheral plate 18. That is, the degree of freedom of the shape of the center plate 17 can be increased. Thereby, the overhang | projection part 17a can be formed so that the downward side of the center board 17 may protrude in the convex arc shape toward the front with respect to the peripheral board 18. FIG. The support of the seated person's waist can be improved by the overhanging portion 17a.
The frame 10 includes an extrusion mechanism 20 that pushes the central plate 17 against the peripheral plate 18. The extrusion mechanism 20 includes a wire 21 and a moving unit 22. The moving unit 22 is provided on the side frame 11.
The wire 21 is a member formed by bending a steel round bar. The wire 21 is a member that spans the side frames 11 and 12. The first end 21 a of the wire 21 is supported by the moving unit 22. The second end 21 b of the wire 21 is rotatably supported by the side frame 12. The wire 21 extends through the side slit 15 to the rear surface of the central plate 17. The wire 21 is a contact portion 21 c whose center portion contacts the rear surface of the center plate 17. The contact portion 21c is provided eccentric to the second end 21b. The contact portion 21c contacts the lower edge side of the center plate 17 (the overhang portion 17a).
The moving unit 22 includes a plate 23, a rotating shaft 24, a rotating unit 25, and a driving unit 26. The plate 23 is a steel member attached to the inside of the side frame 11 (side frame 12 side). The rotating shaft 24 is a steel member that spans between the plate 23 and the side frame 11. The rotating part 25 is a steel member that is rotatably supported by the rotating shaft 24. The driving unit 26 is a device that drives the rotating unit 25. The drive unit 26 is provided outside the side frame 11. The driving unit 26 rotates the rotating unit 25 around the rotating shaft 24 by a motor (not shown) that is driven by operating a switch (not shown).
The plate 23 is formed with an arc-shaped long hole 27 centered on the rotating shaft 24. The first end 21 a of the wire 21 is inserted into the long hole 27. The first end 21 a of the wire 21 that passes through the long hole 27 is fixed to the rotating portion 25. The axis of the rotating shaft 24 and the axis of the second end 21b are the same axis C1. Therefore, the drive unit 26 rotates the rotation unit 25 about the rotation shaft 24, whereby the wire 21 rotates about the second end 21b and the rotation shaft 24 (axial center C1).
Therefore, by operating a switch for driving the drive unit 26, the contact portion 21c eccentric with respect to the axis C1 moves on an arc centered on the axis C1. Since the first end 21 a of the wire 21 is inserted into the long hole 27, the rotation of the wire 21 (movement of the contact portion 21 c) is restricted by the long hole 27. 2 and 3, the first end 21 a of the wire 21 is located at the rear end of the long hole 27.
Next, the function of the frame 10 will be described with reference to FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional end view of the frame 10 taken along the line IV-IV in FIG. In FIG. 4, the contact portion 21 c and the center plate 17 in the case where the contact portion 21 c is located on the rearmost side are illustrated by solid lines. In FIG. 4, the contact portion 21 c and the center plate 17 in the case where the contact portion 21 c is located on the most front side are illustrated by a two-dot chain line.
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper edge of the center plate 17 is continuous with the peripheral plate 18, and the contact portion 21 c comes into contact with the rear surface of the center plate 17. Thereby, even if a seated person leans against the seat back 3 having the frame 10, the center plate 17 can be prevented from being bent backward. Therefore, it is possible to ensure the supportability of the back surface of the seated person by the central plate 17. In particular, the supportability of the waist by the overhanging portion 17a can be secured.
The lower edge of the central plate 17 is not continuous with the peripheral plate 18 due to the lower slit 16. Therefore, if a seated person leans on the lower edge side of the center plate 17 with respect to the contact portion 21c, the center plate 17 is easily bent backward. In the present embodiment, the contact portion 21 c contacts the lower edge side of the center plate 17. Therefore, even if a seated person leans against the seat back 3 having the frame 10, it is possible to suppress the entire center plate 17 from being bent. As a result, the supportability of the back surface of the seated person by the central plate 17 can be improved.
When the contact part 21c is in the position of the solid line in FIG. 4, the center plate 17 is not pushed by the contact part 21c. By moving the contact portion 21c in the direction of arrow A about the axis C1 by the drive portion 26 (see FIG. 3), the center plate 17 is pushed by the contact portion 21c and deformed. When the contact portion 21c moves to the position of the two-dot chain line in FIG. 4, the center plate 17 is bent and deformed from the state indicated by the solid line to the state indicated by the two-dot chain line. In the state shown by the two-dot chain line, the center plate 17 is pushed out to the seated person side most.
By adjusting the position of the contact portion 21c according to the seated person's preference, the amount of extrusion of the central plate 17 to the seated person can be adjusted. As a result, the supportability of the back surface of the seated person by the central plate 17 can be adjusted according to the seated person's preference. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the overhanging portion 17a of the center plate 17 is pushed by the contact portion 21c, the waist support by the overhanging portion 17a can be adjusted according to the preference of the seated person.
The upper edge of the synthetic resin center plate 17 is continuous with the peripheral plate 18. The side and lower edges of the central plate 17 are not continuous with the peripheral plate 18 due to the side slits 15 and the lower slits 16. Therefore, the central plate 17 can be smoothly bent and deformed in the vertical direction. Thereby, since it can suppress that the load from the center board 17 concentrates partially on a seated person's back surface, the uncomfortable feeling at the time of seating can be suppressed. As a result, the sitting comfort of the vehicle seat 1 having the frame 10 can be improved.
Particularly, since the lower edge of the central plate 17 is not continuous with the peripheral plate 18 due to the lower slit 16, the lower edge of the central plate 17 can be largely separated from the peripheral plate 18. That is, the lower slit 16 can improve the degree of freedom of deformation of the center plate 17 and can easily deform the center plate 17 by bending.
Next, the relationship between the frame 10 and the back pad 30 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5 is a cutaway end view of the seat back 3 taken along the line VV in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the seat back 3 is formed such that the back pad 30 is supported by the frame 10 so as to cover the frame 10, and the back pad 30 is covered with a cover 31. The cover 31 is a member mainly composed of fabric, synthetic leather, leather, or the like.
The back pad 30 is a foamed synthetic resin member such as flexible polyurethane foam having elasticity. The back pad 30 is mainly provided on the seated person side of the frame 10. The back pad 30 includes a center part 32 and side parts 33. The center portion 32 is a central portion of the back pad 30 in the left-right direction. The side portions 33 are portions provided on both sides of the center portion 32 in the left-right direction.
The center portion 32 is a cushion material that supports the center of the back side of the seated person. The side portion 33 is a cushioning material that suppresses shaking of the seated person in the left-right direction. The side part 33 projects to the seated person side with respect to the center part 32. A groove 34 for hanging the cover 31 through a hook (not shown) is formed at the boundary between the center portion 32 and the side portion 33.
When viewed from the front (viewed from the front side of the central plate 17), the side slit 15 and the groove 34 (the boundary between the center portion 32 and the side portion 33) overlap each other. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the side portion 33 from being pushed by the center plate 17 and to push the center portion 32 by the center plate 17. Thereby, a seated person can be supported via the center part 32 with the center board 17 adjusted according to the seated person's preference, suppressing the shape change of the side part 33. FIG. As a result, it is possible to adjust the supportability of the seated person by the central plate 17 while suppressing the change of the seating person's shaking restraining performance by the side portion 33.
When the groove portion 34 is included in the width of the side slit 15 in the front view, or when the side slit 15 is located closer to the center portion 32 than the groove portion 34 in the front view, the center plate 17 It can suppress more that the side part 33 is pushed. As a result, it is possible to further suppress a change in seated person's shaking suppression performance by the side portion 33.
Next, a seat back frame 40 (hereinafter referred to as “frame 40”) according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the first embodiment, the case where the lower edge of the central plate 17 and the peripheral plate 18 are not continuous by the lower slit 16 has been described. In contrast, in the second embodiment, a case where the lower edge of the center plate 17 and the peripheral plate 18 are continuous will be described. In addition, about the part same as 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the following description is abbreviate | omitted.
FIG. 6 is a front view of the frame 40 in the second embodiment. FIG. 7 is a sectional end view of the frame 40 taken along line VII-VII in FIG. In FIG. 7, the contact portion 51 c and the center plate 43 when the contact portion 51 c is located on the rearmost side are illustrated by solid lines. In FIG. 7, the contact part 51 c and the center plate 43 when the contact part 51 c is located on the most front side are illustrated by a two-dot chain line.
As shown in FIG. 6, the back plate 41 of the frame 40 is a synthetic resin panel that is integrally formed with the side frames 11, 12 and the upper frame 13. Side edges of the back plate 41 are connected to the side frames 11 and 12. The upper edge of the back plate 41 is connected to the upper frame 13. The back plate 41 penetrates in the plate thickness direction to form a pair of left and right side slits 15.
The back plate 41 has a recess 42 that is recessed forward so as to connect the upper ends of the side slits 15. In the back plate 41, a portion surrounded by the side slit 15, the concave portion 42, and the virtual line L <b> 2 connecting the lower ends of the side slit 15 is defined as a central plate 43. A portion of the back plate 41 other than the central plate 43 is a peripheral plate 44.
In addition, when the center plate 43 and the peripheral plate 44 are extended in the vertical direction, the vertical dimension of the central plate 43 is set larger than the vertical dimension of the peripheral plate 44. Thereby, the central plate 43 whose upper edge and lower edge are continuous with the peripheral plate 44 can be bent and deformed.
The extrusion mechanism 50 of the frame 40 includes a wire 51 and a moving unit 52. The wire 51 is a member formed by bending a steel round bar. The wire 51 is bridged over the side frames 11 and 12. A first end 51 a of the wire 51 is rotatably supported by the side frame 11 while penetrating the side frame 11. The second end 51 b of the wire 51 is rotatably supported by the side frame 12. Since the first end 51a and the second end 51b of the wire 51 have the same axis C2, the wire 51 can be rotated around the axis C2 of the first end 51a and the second end 51b.
The wire 51 extends to the rear surface of the central plate 43 through the side slit 15. The wire 51 is a contact portion 51 c whose center portion contacts the rear surface of the center plate 43. The contact portion 51c is provided eccentric to the first end 51a and the second end 51b. The contact portion 51 c contacts the center of the center plate 43 in the vertical direction.
The moving part 52 is mainly made of steel and is provided outside the side frame 11. The moving unit 52 includes a rotating unit 53, a lever 54, and a lock unit (not shown). The rotating portion 53 is a member to which the first end 51 a of the wire 51 that penetrates the side frame 11 is fixed. The lever 54 is a member that manually rotates the rotating portion 53 around the axis C2. The lock portion is a member that locks the rotation of the rotation portion 53. Note that the rotation amount of the rotating unit 53 is limited about the axis C2.
When the seated person operates the lever 54 in a state where the lock by the lock unit is released, the rotation unit 53 rotates about the axis C2. Thereby, the wire 51 fixed to the rotation part 53 also rotates centering on the axial center C2. Since the contact portion 51c is provided eccentrically with respect to the axis C2, the contact portion 51c moves on an arc centered on the axis C2 by the operation of the lever 54.
As shown in FIG. 7, since the upper and lower edges of the central plate 43 and the peripheral plate 44 are continuous, the central plate 43 can be hardly bent. Therefore, even if a seated person leans against the seat back having the frame 40, the center plate 43 can be prevented from bending backward. Therefore, it is possible to ensure the supportability of the back surface of the seated person by the central plate 43.
When the contact part 51c is in the position of the solid line in FIG. 7, the center plate 43 is not pushed by the contact part 51c. By moving the contact portion 51c in the direction of arrow B around the axis C2 by the lever 54 (see FIG. 6), the central plate 43 is pushed by the contact portion 51c and deformed. The upper and lower edges of the central plate 43 and the peripheral plate 44 are continuous. Therefore, the amount of extrusion of the central plate 43 to the seated person hardly changes. However, the position where the central plate 43 is pushed out moves upward (from the waist side to the back side of the seated person) as the contact portion 51c moves to the position of the two-dot chain line in FIG.
Since the concave portion 42 that is recessed toward the seated person is formed on the upper edge of the central plate 43, the bending rigidity in the front-rear direction of the concave portion 42 is higher than that of the portion that continues below the concave portion 42. In other words, a portion (lower edge of the recess 42) continuous below the recess 42 is a low-rigidity portion 45 having lower bending rigidity in the front-rear direction than the recess 42. Thereby, the central plate 43 can be easily bent and deformed with the low-rigidity portion 45 as a starting point. As a result, the degree of freedom of deformation of the central plate 43 can be improved by the low rigidity portion 45.
The axis C2 that is the rotation center of the contact portion 51c in the present embodiment is located above the axis C1 that is the rotation center of the contact portion 21c in the first embodiment (see FIG. 4). The central plate 17 in the first embodiment mainly supports the seated person's waist. On the other hand, the center plate 43 in the present embodiment mainly supports the back of the seated person. By adjusting the positions of the contact portions 21c and 51c and the positions of the axial centers C1 and C2, the supportability of the seated person by the central plates 17 and 43 can be changed.
Next, a seat back frame 60 (hereinafter referred to as “frame 60”) in the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the first and second embodiments, the case where there is no through hole penetrating the central plates 17 and 43 in the plate thickness direction has been described. On the other hand, in the third embodiment, a case will be described in which there are through holes 63, 64, and 65 penetrating the central plate 62 in the thickness direction. In addition, about the part same as 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the following description is abbreviate | omitted.
FIG. 8 is a front view of the frame 60 in the third embodiment, and FIG. 9 is an end view of the cut portion of the frame 60 taken along the line IX-IX in FIG. FIG. 10 is a sectional end view of the frame 60 taken along the line XX of FIG. In FIG. 9, the air conditioner 80 is not shown. In FIG. 10, there is a gap corresponding to the rib 66 between the central plate 62 and the wire 71, and the central plate 62 and the wire 71 are shown in contact with each other for easy understanding.
As shown in FIG. 8, the back plate 61 of the frame 60 is a synthetic resin panel that is integrally formed with the side frames 11, 12 and the upper frame 13. Side edges of the back plate 61 are connected to the side frames 11 and 12. The upper edge of the back plate 61 is connected to the upper frame 13. The back plate 61 penetrates in the plate thickness direction to form a pair of left and right side slits 15 and a lower slit 16. In the back plate 61, a portion surrounded by the side slit 15, the lower slit 16, and an imaginary line L <b> 1 connecting the upper ends of the side slits 15 is a central plate 62. A portion of the back plate 61 other than the central plate 62 is referred to as a peripheral plate 18.
The central plate 62 is provided with through holes 63, 64, 65 extending in the left-right direction through the thickness direction. The center plate 62 is provided with a pair of left and right ribs 66 that project from the rear surface of the center plate 62 and extend vertically. The rib 66 is a part integrally formed with the center plate 62. The ribs 66 are provided on the left and right sides of the through hole 64.
The through holes 63, 64, 65 are provided at the center in the left-right direction of the center plate 62. The through holes 63, 64, 65 are set so as not to be continuous with the side slits 15. The through- holes 63 and 64 are provided at two locations spaced apart above and below the central plate 62. The through hole 65 is wider than the through holes 63 and 64 and is provided between the through holes 63 and 64.
The extrusion mechanism 70 of the frame 60 includes a wire 71 and a moving unit 72. The wire 71 is a steel round bar. The wire 71 is bridged between the side frames 11 and 12. The wire 71 contacts the rear surface side (rib 66) of the central plate 62.
The moving unit 72 holds the wire 71 movably on the side frames 11 and 12. The moving part 72 includes a rod 73, insertion parts 74 and 75, and a driving part 76. The rod 73 is a steel round bar extending in the vertical direction. The rod 73 is disposed inside the side frames 11 and 12. Both ends of the rod 73 are fixed to the side frames 11 and 12 via stopper portions 77. The insertion portions 74 and 75 are steel members into which the rod 73 is inserted and both ends of the wire 71 are fixed. The insertion portions 74 and 75 move up and down along the rod 73.
The drive unit 76 is a device provided in the side frame 11. The drive unit 76 is fitted into the side frame 11 by removing a part of the side frame 11. The drive unit 76 moves the insertion unit 74 up and down along the rod 73 by a motor (not shown) that is driven by operating a switch (not shown). The stopper portion 77 is a member that restricts the movement of the insertion portions 74 and 75 along the rod 73.
As shown in FIG. 9, since the rib 66 is provided in a part of the central plate 62 in the vertical direction (a region where the wire 71 can move), a part of the central plate 62 is difficult to bend in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the rib 66 is pushed by the wire 71, the center plate 62 can be bent so that the rib 66 side protrudes toward the seat occupant side with respect to the center in the left-right direction of the center plate 62. The center plate 62 bent in this way can ensure the stability of the seated person against rolling.
As shown in FIG. 10, an air conditioner 80 is attached to the rear surface of the back plate 61 (peripheral plate 18). A duct 81 made of a flexible hose extends from the air conditioner 80 to the through hole 65. A flange 82 is formed at the tip of the duct 81. A flange 82 is attached to the rear surface of the central plate 62 at the periphery of the through hole 65 with a bolt (not shown) or the like. The air conditioner 80 sends air sent from an air conditioner (not shown) of the vehicle body from the rear surface of the back plate 61 to the front surface via the duct 81 and the through hole 65. As a result, it is possible to suppress the stuffiness of the back of the seated person and to warm the back of the seated person, so that the comfort at the time of sitting can be improved.
Note that the air conditioner 80 is not limited to the air sent from the air conditioning device of the vehicle body, and can also send the air inside the vehicle from the through hole 65 to the seated person via the duct 81. Thereby, the stuffiness of the back of the seated person can be suppressed. The flange 82 of the duct 81 is not limited to being attached to the center plate 62. It is also possible to omit the flange 82 and arrange the tip of the duct 81 toward the through hole 65 without fixing the duct 81 to the central plate 62.
Furthermore, since the center plate 62 is provided with the through holes 63 and 64, the air permeability before and after the center plate 62 can be secured by the through hole 63. Thereby, the stuffiness of the back of the seated person can be suppressed and the comfort at the time of sitting can be secured.
When the wire 71 is in the position of the solid line in FIG. 10, the wire 71 presses the center plate 62. By moving the wire 71 in the direction of the arrow D by the moving unit 72 (see FIG. 9), the center plate 62 is further pushed by the wire 71 and deformed.
Since the through holes 63, 64, 65 are provided in the center plate 62, the rigidity of the center plate 62 on both the left and right sides of the through holes 63, 64, 65 is lowered. However, in the present embodiment, since the ribs 66 are provided on both the left and right sides of the through hole 64, the ribs 66 can ensure the rigidity of the central plate 62 on the left and right sides of the through hole 64. Since the flange 82 of the duct 81 is attached to the periphery of the through hole 65, the flange 82 can ensure the rigidity of the central plate 62 on both the left and right sides of the through hole 65.
That is, in the present embodiment, the central plates 62 on the left and right sides of the through-hole 63 are low-rigidity portions 62a (see FIG. 8) that have lower bending rigidity in the front-rear direction than the portion that continues upward. As a result, the central plate 62 can be easily bent and deformed starting from the low-rigidity portion 62a (through hole 63). By changing the position and size of the through-hole 63, it is possible to specify how the center plate 62 is deformed. As a result, the degree of freedom of deformation of the center plate 62 can be improved.
When the through holes 63, 64, 65 and the side slits 15 are continuous, the central plate 62 is easily twisted above and below the through holes 63, 64, 65. Therefore, the central plate 62 may be bent starting from the through holes 63, 64, 65. In the present embodiment, since the through holes 63, 64, 65 and the side slits 15 are not continuous, the central plate 62 is prevented from being twisted above and below the through holes 63, 64, 65. Bending can be suppressed. As a result, the durability of the center plate 62 can be ensured.
As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on embodiment, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment at all. It can be easily inferred that various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the shapes of the vehicle seat 1, the frames 10, 40, 60, the back pad 30, and the like are examples, and it is natural to adopt various shapes.

Of course, it is possible to provide the side slits 15 at the side edges of the back plates 14, 41, 61 and not to provide the peripheral plates 18, 44 between the side slits 15 and the side frames 11, 12.
In each of the above-described embodiments, the case where the side edges of the back plates 14, 41, 61 are connected to the side frames 11, 12 and the upper edge of the back plates 14, 41, 61 is connected to the upper frame 13 has been described. However, it is not necessarily limited to this. Of course, it is possible to disconnect the side edges of the back plates 14, 41, 61 and the side frames 11, 12, or disconnect the upper edges of the back plates 14, 41, 61 and the upper frame 13. .
In each of the above embodiments, the case where each part of the extrusion mechanisms 20, 50, 70 is mainly made of steel has been described, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto. Of course, it is possible to use metals and synthetic resins other than steel for the extrusion mechanisms 20, 50, and 70.

However, the present invention is not limited to this. The material of the back pad 30 can be changed as appropriate. Examples of materials other than the foamed synthetic resin include, for example, those obtained by curing (bonding) fibers made of synthetic resin with a binder such as urethane, and those obtained by melting synthetic resin fibers by heat and welding them together. Can be mentioned.
In the second embodiment, the case where the recess 42 is formed so as to connect the upper ends of the side slits 15 has been described, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto. Naturally, it is possible to form the recess 42 so as to tie other than the upper end of the side slit 15 in the left-right direction. A plurality of recesses 42 can be provided. Since the portion continuing below the recess 42 is the low-rigidity portion 45, the manner of deformation of the central plate 43 can be specified by appropriately setting the position and number of the recesses 42 (low-rigidity portions 45). As a result, the degree of freedom of deformation of the central plate 43 can be improved.
In the third embodiment, the case where the moving unit 72 moves the wire 71 in the vertical direction has been described. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. It is naturally possible to move the wire 71 in the front-rear direction by the moving part 72 by arranging the rod 73 of the moving part 72 so as to extend in the front-rear direction.
In the second embodiment, the case where the portion continuous below the recess 42 is the low rigidity portion 45 will be described. In the third embodiment, the central plates 62 on the left and right sides of the through hole 63 are the low rigidity portions 45. The case of 62a has been described. However, it is not necessarily limited to this. It is possible to increase the thickness of a part of the central plate, and to make the portion that continues below the thickened portion a low-rigidity portion. It is also possible to reduce the thickness of a part of the central plate and to make the portion where the thickness is reduced to be a low rigidity portion. It is also possible to provide a step on the central plate and to make a portion that continues below the step a low-rigidity portion. It is also possible to provide a notch in the center plate and make the portion provided with the notch a low rigidity portion.
In the third embodiment, the case where the rib 66 provided on the rear surface of the center plate 62 is pushed by the wire 71 has been described, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto.
