2、本发明的结构设计使得现有的电子设备技术无需经过极端的轻量化设计或新技术的研发,就可以直接的应用到可穿戴设备的应用中来,极大的降低了可穿戴设备的生产和设计成本,使得可穿戴设备的大规模商用成为可能。
3、本发明提供了一种舒适易用的可穿戴设备的标准化产品结构,使得行业内的大规模商业协作成为可能。各个功能元器件的生产商和开发者可以像PC时代一样在各自的领域里进行可通用性的产品开发,由品牌商或消费者根据自己的应用需求进行组件的选用和安装。极大的提高了可穿戴设备的适用性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种智能穿戴设备,包括帽子1、控制设备2、显示设备3和供电设备4,所述帽子包括帽檐11和头戴部12,帽子可以是鸭舌帽、棒球帽或无顶遮阳帽等具有帽檐的帽子,所述控制设备、供电设备均设置于帽檐上方的头戴部处,或者鸭舌帽的帽檐与头戴部形成的空间内,这样隐藏在帽子内部更加美观,所述显示设备设置于帽檐下方用于成像,所述显示设备和供电设备均与控制设备相连接,且所述控制设备包括处理器、图像处理器、存储设备、电源管理设备以完成对显示设备的控制,实现成像及人机交互。
在本实施例中,还包括红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备,所述红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备均与控制设备相连接,且红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备均固定或可拆卸地安装在帽子上。
在本实施例中,所述显示设备3为一设置在帽檐下的显示器34,该显示器可以为包围式,使用者佩戴后显示器与人眼形成一密闭空间,同时,该显示器也可以为普通开放式的。
在另一实施例中,本发明提供的一种智能穿戴设备还包括眼动追踪仪5,所述眼动追踪仪通过挂装、卡设或连接件等方式固定或可拆卸地安装于帽檐下表面上,且所述眼动追踪仪与控制设备相连接,从而通过眼动追踪仪实现佩戴者眼球运动的追踪,进而实现系统控制或对显示设备的控制。
在另一实施例中,本发明提供的一种智能穿戴设备还包括摄像头6,所述摄像头通过挂装、卡设或连接件等方式固定或可拆卸地安装于帽檐和/或头戴部上,且与所述控制设备相连接。
所述摄像头6可以为一个,且所述摄像头可拆卸式设置帽檐和/或头戴部上。
所述摄像头6还可以为两个,两个所述摄像头可拆卸式设置帽檐和/或头戴部上,两个所述摄像头与控制设备相连接,能够实现3D拍摄和/或运动追踪。
在另一实施例中,所述控制设备2还包括语音识别控制器,从而实现了系统的语音控制功能。
在另一实施例中,本发明提供的一种智能穿戴设备还包括运动采集设备7,所述运动采集设备设置于帽檐和/或头戴部上,所述运动采集设备与控制设备相连接,且所述运动采集设备用于对佩戴者的运动轨迹和/或佩戴者的头部运动进行追踪记录,运动采集设备包括陀螺仪、GPS等用于轨迹追踪的器件。
在另一实施例中,本发明提供的一种智能穿戴设备还包括体感控制器和/或手势追踪器8,所述体感控制器和/或手势追踪器设置于帽檐和/或头戴部上,所述体感控制器和/或手势追踪器与控制设备相连接,通过追踪佩戴者手部运动,实现人机交互。
进一步改进为,所述帽檐和/或头戴部上设有灯具9,灯具可以为照明灯、闪光灯或射灯等灯具,灯具的数量可根据实际使用需要进行安装。
进一步改进为,还包括耳机10,所述耳机通过有线或无线的方式与控制设备相连接。
实施例二
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种智能穿戴设备,包括帽子1、控制设备2、显示设备3和供电设备4,所述帽子包括帽檐11和头戴部12,帽子可以是鸭舌帽、棒球帽或无顶遮阳帽等具有帽檐的帽子,所述控制设备、供电设备均设置于帽檐上方的头戴部处,或者鸭舌帽的帽檐与头戴部形成的空间内,这样隐藏在帽子内部更加美观,所述显示设备设置于帽檐下方用于成像,所述显示设备和供电设备均与控制设备相连接,且所述控制设备包括处理器、图像处 理器、存储设备、电源管理设备以完成对显示设备的控制,实现成像及人机交互。
在本实施例中,还包括红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备,所述红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备均与控制设备相连接,且红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备均固定或可拆卸地安装在帽子上。
在本实施例中,所述显示设备3为投射式显示设备。
进一步地,所述投射式显示设备包括微型投影仪31,所述微型投影仪通过挂装、卡设或连接件等方式固定或可拆卸地安装于帽檐上,且所述微型投影仪将图像投影于佩戴者的视网膜上。
在另一实施例中,所述投射式显示设备还包括成像镜32,所述成像镜、微型投影仪均设置于帽檐下,所述微型投影仪将图像投影于成像镜上。
进一步地,所述成像镜32可以通过一翻折机构33与帽檐下表面连接,在不使用时,使用者可将成像镜向上翻折。
在另一实施例中,本发明提供的一种智能穿戴设备还包括眼动追踪仪5,所述眼动追踪仪通过挂装、卡设或连接件等方式固定或可拆卸地安装于帽檐下表面上,且所述眼动追踪仪与控制设备相连接,从而通过眼动追踪仪实现佩戴者眼球运动的追踪,进而实现系统控制或对显示设备的控制。
在另一实施例中,本发明提供的一种智能穿戴设备还包括摄像头6,所述摄像头通过挂装、卡设或连接件等方式固定或可拆卸地安装于帽檐和/或头戴部上,且与所述控制设备相连接。
所述摄像头6可以为一个,且所述摄像头可拆卸式设置帽檐和/或头戴部上。

如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种智能穿戴设备,包括帽子1、控制设备2、显示设备3和供电设备4,所述帽子包括帽檐11和头戴部12,帽子可以是鸭舌帽、棒球帽或无顶遮阳帽等具有帽檐的帽子,所述控制设备、供电设备均设置于帽檐上方的头戴部处,或者鸭舌帽的帽檐与头戴部形成的空间内,这样隐藏在帽子内部更加美观,所述显示设备设置于帽檐下方用于成像,所述显示设备和供电设备均与控制设备相连接,且所述控制设备包括处理器、图像处理器、存储设备、电源管理设备以完成对显示设备的控制,实现成像及人机交互。
在本实施例中,还包括红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备,所述红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备均与控制设备相 连接,且红外探测设备、环境条件探测设备以及体征探测设备均固定或可拆卸地安装在帽子上。
在本实施例中,所述显示设备3为投射式显示设备35。
进一步地,所述投射式显示设备35为投影仪,通过该投影仪,使用者可将图像投射到外界的任意物体表面。
在另一实施例中,本发明提供的一种智能穿戴设备还包括眼动追踪仪5,所述眼动追踪仪通过挂装、卡设或连接件等方式固定或可拆卸地安装于帽檐下表面上,且所述眼动追踪仪与控制设备相连接,从而通过眼动追踪仪实现佩戴者眼球运动的追踪,进而实现系统控制或对显示设备的控制。
在另一实施例中,本发明提供的一种智能穿戴设备还包括摄像头6,所述摄像头通过挂装、卡设或连接件等方式固定或可拆卸地安装于帽檐和/或头戴部上,且与所述控制设备相连接。

在另一实施例中,所述耳机10设置于帽子头戴部两侧,且所述耳机包括耳机本体和连接杆,所述连接杆的一端活动式连接于头戴部两侧,从而使得耳机可以绕连接杆与头戴部的连接端向上旋转。
进一步地,所述供电设备4包括两块电池41,所述头戴部的外表面固定或可拆卸地安装有柔性太阳能电池42,所述柔性太阳能电池与供电设备相连接,通过供电设备的控制,能够实现其中一块电池进行供电,另一块电池由柔性太阳能电池进行充电,从而提高了系统的工作时间。
应当理解,方位词均是结合操作者和使用者的日常操作习惯以及说明书附图而设立的,它们的出现不应当影响本发明的保护范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括帽子、控制设备、显示设备、和供电设备,所述帽子包括帽檐和头戴部,所述控制设备、供电设备均设置于帽檐上方的头戴部处或帽檐与头戴部形成的空间内,所述显示设备设置于帽檐下方,所述显示设备和供电设备均与控制设备相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述显示设备为一设置在帽檐下的显示器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述显示设备为投射式显示设备。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述投射式显示设备包括微型投影仪,所述微型投影仪设置于帽檐上,且所述微型投影仪将图像投影于视网膜上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述投射式显示设备还包括成像镜,所述成像镜、微型投影仪均设置于帽檐下,所述微型投影仪将图像投影于成像镜上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述成像镜通过一翻折机构与帽檐下表面连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述投射式显示设备包括投影仪。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,还包括眼动追踪仪,所述眼动追踪仪设置于帽檐下表面上,且所述眼动追踪仪与控制设备相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,还包括摄像头,所述摄像头设置于帽檐和/或头戴部上,且与所述控制设备相连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述摄像头为一个,且所述摄像头可拆卸式设置帽檐和/或头戴部上。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述摄像头为两个,两个所述摄像头可拆卸式设置帽檐和/或头戴部上,两个所述摄像头用于3D摄影和/或运动追踪。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述控制设备包括语音识别控制器。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,还包括运动采集设备,所述运动采集设备设置于帽檐和/或头戴部上,所述运动采集设备与控制设备相连接,且所述运动采集设备用于对佩戴者的运动轨迹和/或佩戴者的头部运动进行追踪记录。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,还包括体感控制器和/或手势追踪器,所述体感控制器和/或手势追踪器设置于帽檐和/或头戴部上,所述体感控制器和/或手势追踪器与控制设备相连接,通过追踪佩戴者手部运动,实现人机交互。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述帽檐和/或头戴部上设有灯具。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述头戴部的外表面设有柔性太阳能电池,所述柔性太阳能电池与供电设备相连接。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,还包括耳机,所述耳机与控制设备相连接。
