Abstract

L'invention porte sur un bras de pulvérisation utilisé pour une machine de nettoyage de fruit et de légume (3); l'intérieur du bras de pulvérisation (3) est creux et forme un canal de déviation de flux (31); la surface supérieure du bras de pulvérisation (3) est pourvue de trous de pulvérisation en communication avec le canal de déviation de flux (31); les trous de pulvérisation sont distribués à des intervalles en forme d'anneau à la position du bord périphérique du bras de pulvérisation adjacent (3). L'invention porte également sur une machine de nettoyage de fruits et légumes utilisant le bras de pulvérisation décrit (3). Les trous de pulvérisation disposés sur le bord périphérique du bras de pulvérisation (3) permettent aux trous de pulvérisation d'effectuer leur fonction dans une plus grande mesure, empêchant ainsi les fruits et les légumes de s'accumuler sur la périphérie externe du bras de pulvérisation tout en provoquant également l'éjection du flux d'eau sortant des trous de pulvérisation pour former un flux d'eau rotatif en forme d'anneau; les fruits et les légumes sont ainsi amenés à tourner dans un certain sens dans un panier à aliments, et les fruits et les légumes restent dans un état de mouvement par rapport à un évier et à un écoulement d'eau; par conséquent, le flux d'eau s'écoule à travers chaque surface des fruits et des légumes à laver, ce qui permet un nettoyage sans zones négligées.
