Description

一种口罩
本申请要求于2016年08月04日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610635544.4、发明名称为“一种口罩”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种口罩。
背景技术
口罩是一种卫生用品,一般指戴在口鼻部位用于过滤进入口鼻的空气,以达到阻挡有害的气体、气味、飞沫进出佩戴者口鼻的用具,以纱布或纸等制成。口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。口罩可分为空气过滤式口罩和供气式口罩
PM2.5口罩是指能有效过滤PM2.5微粒的口罩,口罩的密闭性决定了滤过悬浮颗粒分子能力。能够有效过滤空气中的隐形杀手——雾霾、病毒、细菌、尘螨、花粉等微小颗粒。适用于空气质量较差的环境。PM2.5是指环境空气中空气动力学当量直径小于等于2.5μm(微米)的颗粒物,也称细颗粒物,可被直接吸入人体,干扰肺部气体交换,引发哮喘、支气管炎和心血管病等疾病。
然而,现有技术中的PM2.5口罩多采用静电驻极体滤网,在不断地呼吸状态下会变潮湿,从而影响了滤网对颗粒物的吸附作用,口罩的PM2.5过滤率以及使用寿命都会因此而降低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供的一种口罩,包括:
滤网、至少一个进气阀、至少一个出气阀和支撑主体;
所述支撑主体包括支撑骨架和不透气的内壁;
所述滤网覆盖在所述支撑主体的外表面,并开有用于嵌入所述出气阀的第一通孔;
所述内壁上开有用于嵌入所述进气阀的第二通孔,以及与所述第一通 孔相对应的第三通孔;
所述进气阀嵌置于所述第二通孔中;
所述出气阀嵌置于所述第一通孔以及第三通孔中。
可选的,所述内壁为防水结构。
可选的,所述进气阀架接在所述第二通孔的延展沿处。
可选的,所述滤网包括初滤网和HEPA滤网;
所述初滤网覆盖在所述HEPA滤网外。
可选的,所述进气阀和所述出气阀结构一样,进气方向相对立。
可选的,所述口罩为面罩形状,所述面罩形状中部为鼻梁突起结构。
可选的,所述进气阀和所述出气阀均包括:
气阀主体、气栅栏和出气弹片,所述气阀主体为中空圆柱体;
所述气栅栏设置在所述气阀主体的所述中空圆柱体一端,在所述气栅栏下方设置有所述出气弹片,使得所述出气弹片打开方向与所述气栅栏相反。
可选的,与所述气栅栏对应的所述气阀主体的所述中空圆柱体另一端设置有圆盆结构,在所述圆盆结构四周设置有进气通孔。
可选的,所述进气阀的气栅栏朝向与所述口罩凸出朝向一致;
所述出气阀的气栅栏朝向于所述内壁侧。
可选的,所述进气阀有三个,所述出气阀有一个,分别分布在所述鼻梁突起结构两侧。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本发明实施例提供的一种口罩,由于出气阀设置在滤网上,进气阀设置在不透气的内壁上,且滤网覆盖所述内壁,使得经滤网过滤后的空气只能从进气阀进入,从出气阀呼出,滤网在内壁的保护下不会受潮湿的气体影响,解决了现有技术中的PM2.5口罩多采用静电驻极体滤网,在不断地呼吸状态下会变潮湿,从而影响了滤网对颗粒物的吸附作用,口罩的PM2.5过滤率以及使用寿命都会因此而降低的技术问题。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供的一种口罩,解决了现有技术中的PM2.5口罩多采用静电驻极体滤网,在不断地呼吸状态下会变潮湿,从而影响了滤网对颗粒物的吸附作用,口罩的PM2.5过滤率以及使用寿命都会因此而降低的技术问题。

请参阅图1至图6,本发明实施例提供的一种口罩的一个实施例包括:
滤网、至少一个进气阀2、至少一个出气阀3和支撑主体;
支撑主体包括支撑骨架41和不透气的内壁42;
滤网覆盖在支撑主体的外表面,并开有用于嵌入出气阀3的第一通孔, 使得出气阀3通过第一通孔和第三通孔从内壁42伸出口罩外层的滤网;
内壁42上开有用于嵌入进气阀2的第二通孔,以及与第一通孔相对应的第三通孔;
进气阀嵌2置于第二通孔中;
出气阀3嵌置于第一通孔以及第三通孔中
进一步地,进气阀2架接在第二通孔的延展沿处。
进一步地,滤网包括初滤网11和HEPA滤网2;
初滤网11覆盖在HEPA滤网2外。
进一步地,进气阀2和出气阀3结构一样,进气方向相对立。
进一步地,进气阀2的气栅栏51朝向与口罩凸出朝向一致;
出气阀3的气栅栏52朝向位于内壁42侧。
进一步地,口罩为面罩形状,面罩形状中部为鼻梁突起结构。
进一步地,如图5和图6(a)、(b)所示,进气阀2和出气阀3均包括:
气阀主体7、气栅栏51、52和出气弹片6,气阀主体7为中空圆柱体;
气栅栏51、52设置在气阀主体7的中空圆柱体一端,在气栅栏51、52下方设置有出气弹片6,使得出气弹片6打开方向与气栅栏51、52相反。
进一步地,与气栅栏51、52对应的气阀主体7的中空圆柱体另一端设置有圆盆结构,在圆盆结构四周设置有进气通孔8,进气通孔8有复数个。
进一步地,内壁42为防水结构。
进一步地,进气阀2有三个,出气阀3有一个,分别分布在鼻梁突起结构两侧,其中,进气阀2和出气阀3的数量设置可以根据需要做出调整,不作限定。
进一步地,出气阀3设置在与鼻梁突起结构下方相邻近处。
下面以一具体应用场景进行详细的描述,应用例包括:
当使用者通过鼻梁突起结构将口罩罩在口鼻处之后,口罩上可以设置有紧固的松绑带等,此处具体不做限定,通过位于鼻梁突起结构两侧的进气阀2及进气阀2上表面的滤网不断吸入空气,空气经过滤网的初滤网11和HEPA滤网2进行净化后通过进气阀2的出气弹片6进入口罩内壁侧,使用者呼出的气体经出气阀3直接通过出气弹片6将废弃气体排出,不断 循环,内壁42为防水结构,则呼出带有水汽的气体不会经过滤网,使得口罩可以往复多次使用。
本发明实施例提供的一种口罩,由于出气阀设置在滤网上,进气阀设置在不透气的内壁上,且滤网覆盖所述内壁,使得经滤网过滤后的空气只能从进气阀进入,从出气阀呼出,滤网在内壁的保护下不会受潮湿的气体影响,解决了现有技术中的PM2.5口罩多采用静电驻极体滤网,在不断地呼吸状态下会变潮湿,从而影响了滤网对颗粒物的吸附作用,口罩的PM2.5过滤率以及使用寿命都会因此而降低的技术问题。

  1. 一种口罩,其特征在于,包括:
    滤网、至少一个进气阀、至少一个出气阀和支撑主体;
    所述支撑主体包括支撑骨架和不透气的内壁;
    所述滤网覆盖在所述支撑主体的外表面,并开有用于嵌入所述出气阀的第一通孔;
    所述内壁上开有用于嵌入所述进气阀的第二通孔,以及与所述第一通孔相对应的第三通孔;
    所述进气阀嵌置于所述第二通孔中;
    所述出气阀嵌置于所述第一通孔以及第三通孔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述内壁为防水结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述进气阀架接在所述第二通孔的延展沿处。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述滤网包括初滤网和HEPA滤网;
    所述初滤网覆盖在所述HEPA滤网外。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述进气阀和所述出气阀结构一样,进气方向相对立。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述口罩为面罩形状,所述面罩形状中部为鼻梁突起结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述进气阀和所述出气阀均包括:
    气阀主体、气栅栏和出气弹片,所述气阀主体为中空圆柱体;
    所述气栅栏设置在所述气阀主体的所述中空圆柱体一端,在所述气栅栏下方设置有所述出气弹片,使得所述出气弹片打开方向与所述气栅栏相反。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的口罩,其特征在于,与所述气栅栏对应的所述气阀主体的所述中空圆柱体另一端设置有圆盆结构,在所述圆盆结构四周设置有进气通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述进气阀的气栅栏朝向与所述口罩凸出朝向一致;
    所述出气阀的气栅栏朝向于所述内壁侧。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的口罩,其特征在于,所述进气阀有三个,所述出气阀有一个,分别分布在所述鼻梁突起结构两侧。
