冰箱食物监控技术的使用情况采集方法和冰箱 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种冰箱食物监控技术的使用情况采集方法以及冰箱。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示, OPPO公司 在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期 的腾讯公司 的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《一种查看冰箱内剩余食材的方法和冰箱》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种冰箱食物监控技术的使用情况采集方法,目的在于针对于当前用户在外面不能够随时了解冰箱内部的物品储存情况,影响用户是否购买物品的决定,给用户造成了困扰和浪费,这种用户体验不佳的情况,需要提供一种能够让用户远程了解冰箱内部存储情况的方法,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种冰箱食物监控技术的使用情况采集方法,包括以下步骤:
通过扫描条形码,记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量;
通过扫描条形码,记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量;
计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材;
向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种冰箱,包括:
第一记录单元,第二记录单元,计算单元,食材信息推送单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:
第一记录单元,用于通过扫描条形码,记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量;
第二记录单元,用于通过扫描条形码,记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量;
计算单元,其输入端分别与所述第一记录单元的输出端以及所述第二记录单元的输出端连接,用于计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材;
食材信息推送单元,其输入端与所述计算单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息;
技术数据采集单元,其输入端与所述食材信息推送单元的输出端连接,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
该发明通过用户存取食材时,扫描食材上的条形码,使冰箱随时监控内部食材和数量的变化情况,并向用户推送冰箱内剩余食材的情况,方便用户决定购买的食材,提升用户对冰箱的使用体验,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

在步骤S101中,通过扫描条形码,记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量。
在本实施例中,以冰箱存放食材为例,当用户向冰箱里放入购买来的食材时,扫描食材上的条形码,冰箱将记录放入的食材种类和数量。
在本发明实施例中,使用到了条形码技术。条形码是将宽度不等的多个黑条和空白,按照一定的 编码规则 排列,用以表达一组信息的图形 标识符 。常见的条形码是由反射率相差很大的黑条(简称条)和白条(简称空)排成的 平行线 图案。条形码可以标出物品的生产国、制造厂家、商品名称、 生产日期 、图书分类号、邮件起止地点、类别、日期等许多信息,因而在 商品流通 、图书管理、邮政管理、银行系统等许多领域都得到广泛的应用。
在步骤S102中,通过扫描条形码,记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量。
当用户要从冰箱里取出某种食材时,扫描食材上的条形码,冰箱将记录用户取出的食材种类和数量。
在步骤S103中,计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材。
在步骤S104中,向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
根据用户在冰箱内存放食材的情况,计算出当前冰箱内剩余的食材种类和数量,并把剩余食材的信息发送给用户,以便用户时时了解冰箱内部情况。
在本实施例中,可以通过蓝牙、WIFI、互联网将手机与冰箱相连接,将剩余食材信息推送到用户的手机上。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。
该发明通过用户存取食材时,扫描食材上的条形码,使冰箱随时监控内部食材和数量的变化情况,并向用户推送冰箱内剩余食材的情况,方便用户决定购买的食材,提升用户对冰箱的使用体验,同时也可以方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

其工作原理是:通过扫描条形码,第一记录单元21记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量;通过扫描条形码,第二记录单元22记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量;计算单元23计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材;食材信息推送单元24向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息,同时,技术数据采集单元25向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

    通过扫描条形码,记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量;
    通过扫描条形码,记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量;
    计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材;
    向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  2. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括:
    第一记录单元,第二记录单元,计算单元,食材信息推送单元,技术数据采集单元,其中:
    第一记录单元,用于通过扫描条形码,记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量;
    第二记录单元,用于通过扫描条形码,记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量;
    计算单元,其输入端分别与所述第一记录单元的输出端以及所述第二记录单元的输出端连接,用于计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材;
    食材信息推送单元,其输入端与所述计算单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息;
