当安装浆盖套在漆桶301上时,需要先手动目测调整浆盖与漆桶同心,以保证浆盖安装到位没有偏离,否则会引起漏浆事故。所述浆盖周边设至少三个夹爪29。本实用新型工作时,多个夹爪抱在漆桶外侧,能调整浆盖与漆桶同心。浆盖新结构增加了四个夹爪,当浆盖套入在漆桶上时可以自动调心保证浆盖居中,不用再人为调整浆盖位置对中,其特征在于浆盖周围均布四个结构尺寸一致的夹爪,当套入漆桶时,四个夹爪会根据漆桶外径自动均匀压入沟槽内,保证浆盖居中套入。
旋转旋钮和按压旋钮动作分离是这样实现的:
浆盖采用一种适用于漆料容器与浆盖新型密封结构,包括与容器密封连接的盖体以及盖体上下面配合工作的旋钮,弹簧,压脚,密封圈等;首先盖体上有一个专门的安装密封圈,压紧弹簧和锁紧支撑的结构,通过此结构可以将三件工件自下而上组装连接起来,压紧弹簧可以双向涨紧下端的密封圈和上端的锁紧支撑;然后盖体下端安装有压脚和复位弹簧,此两件工件穿过盖体及前述的密封圈,弹簧等零件与盖体上端的旋钮连接;通过转动旋钮来转动压脚,控制压脚的收缩,待压脚旋转到位后,掰动下压旋钮按压平台,利用旋钮上的凸轮提升手柄压紧弹簧和锁紧支撑,向上提起压脚使密封圈和漆桶口凸台下边缘30完全贴合达到密封效果;更换漆桶时,首先掰起旋钮的按压平台,利用压脚与盖体间的复位弹簧将压脚弹出,然后再反向旋转凸轮提升手柄收回压脚即可更换漆桶。
本实用新型实现了浆盖产品安装时自动居中,实现了浆盖安装按压旋转动作分离, 操作轻松快捷。
所述压脚面为扇环形状,沿扇环形状的两个圆弧线之间连接线设垂直面261,垂直面261将扇环面分为高度不同阶梯状的两个压脚面即第一压脚面262和第二压脚面263。
这样设计,利用多个压紧面同一个压脚可以压紧桶口厚度不同的漆桶,不像现有技术中,一个压脚只能压同一种桶口厚度的漆桶。本结构采用一种两段式结构压脚,可以适用于卡高不同的漆桶,增大通用性,新结构压脚专门设计制作高度不同的两个工作面,上下两个工作面距离密封圈贴合面高度不同,这样的优点就是可以适用与不同客户卡高不同的漆桶,当客户漆桶的卡高低于7mm时,可以使用上平面贴合密封漆桶,当客户卡高高于7mm低于12mm时使用下平面贴合密封漆桶,将浆盖的压脚设计成高度大小不同的不同规格的压脚可以实现兼容性。
现有技术中,压紧浆盖时还需要同时按压并旋转旋钮保证压脚卡在漆桶上,往往为了保证浆盖的密封性,旋钮的压簧都会设计的弹性很强,旋转旋钮时要保持对压簧持续的压迫,这样会对手指产生很大的反作用力,显得非常硌手,也会感到很费劲,重复多次安装时会让人感觉非常不舒服。采用凸轮提升手柄以后,压迫压簧时为凸轮提升手柄的长轴接触凸轮座上表面,此时,再水平旋转凸轮提升手柄,使压脚压紧漆桶桶口,图5为第一压脚面压紧漆桶桶口轴测剖视结构示意图,图6为第二压脚面压紧漆桶桶口轴测剖视结构示意图;在整个水平旋转过程中,手只需要扶着手柄部位不让凸轮回程即可保持持续压迫压簧,手指的工作压力减轻,节省了体力,也更方便操作。
所述夹爪29为三个或者四个。
本申请专门针对本公司最新的通用浆盖,新结构可以适用于市面上绝大部门品牌的油漆漆桶,不用二次加工或调整,通用性强;同时操作简单,操作手感极佳,也消除了以前老式浆盖的按压旋转硌手的弊端。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种省力搅拌浆盖,包括控制漆料倒出的漆料出口机构(1),将漆桶与浆盖压紧的至少两个压紧机构(2),每个压紧机构为:浆盖上设通孔(21),通孔内穿设压紧杆(22),压紧杆(22)外套设密封套(23),密封套(23)的密封套翻边(231)压在浆盖(3)上,密封套(23)的密封套翻边(231)与压紧杆(22)上端的手柄(24)之间的压紧杆(22)外周,套设压紧弹簧(25),压紧杆(22)下端为压脚(26),其特征在于:所述压紧杆上端的手柄,为压紧杆上端与凸轮铰接构成的凸轮提升手柄(241),凸轮提升手柄(241)的凸轮面(242)与凸轮座上表面接触,所述凸轮座为套设在压紧杆外的活动管套(243),活动管套(243)上表面(244)与凸轮提升手柄的凸轮面(242)接触,活动管套(243)设活动管套翻边(2431),压紧弹簧(25)上端抵靠在活动管套(243)的活动管套翻边(2431)上。
  2. 如权利要求2所述的省力搅拌浆盖,其特征在于:所述浆盖(3)上的通孔(21)对应上方设支架(27),支架(27)上平板设支架通孔(271),活动管套(243)置于支架通孔(271)内,活动管套(243)与支架通孔(271)之间滑动配合。
