Description

一种烟气余热回收装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及机电设备器械设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种烟气余热回收装置。
背景技术
随着技术的不断改进,传统的机械设备进入了机、电结合的新阶段,并不断扩大其应用范围。20世纪60年代开始,计算机逐渐在机械工业的科研、设计、生产及管理中普及,为机械制造业向更复杂、更精密方向发展创造了条件。机电设备也开始向数字化、自动化、智能化和柔性化发展,并进入现代设备的新阶段。机电设备分类机电设备种类繁多,机电设备按用途可分为三大类,即产业类机电设备、信息类机电设备和民生类机电设备。产业类机电设备是指用于生产企业的设备,例如机械制造行业使用的各类机械加工设备、自动化生产线、工业机器人,还有其他行业使用的机械设备,如纺织机械、矿山机械等都属于产业类机电设备。然而,现有的烟气余热回收装置上缺少有助于烟筒余烟输送传热及放置待加热物品的装置,有些烟气余热回收装置上缺少有助于水的存储及加热并悬挂待加热物件的装置,不能满足实际情况的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种烟气余热回收装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种烟气余热回收装置,包括烟筒和烘烤架,所述烟筒的两侧安装有 水箱,所述水箱的下侧安装有加热箱,所述烘烤架与水箱通过螺纹相连接,所述烘烤架与烟筒之间设有悬挂杆。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述水箱的外部设有保温层,所述悬挂杆的材质为不锈钢。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述烟筒上设有防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层上设有防护涂层,所述防护涂层,所述防护涂层为高分子聚合物涂层,所述高分子聚合物涂层为油漆层。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述烟筒的下端设有螺纹,所述螺纹为细牙螺纹。
现场使用时,操作人员首先将烟筒通过螺纹安装在余热回收架上,再将装置整体固定,即可进行烟气余热回收工作。
与现有的技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过设置烟筒和烘烤架有助于烟筒余烟输送传热及放置待加热物品,通过设置水箱和悬挂杆有助于水的存储及加热并悬挂待加热物件,且结构简单,操作方便,经济实用。

所述导向槽内设有通孔,所述螺纹,所述螺纹为细牙螺纹,所述烟筒1的两侧安装有水箱11,水箱11和悬挂杆3有助于水的存储及加热并悬挂待加热物件,所述水箱11的下侧安装有加热箱,所述水箱11的外部设有保温层,所述悬挂杆3的材质为不锈钢,所述烘烤架2与水箱11通过螺纹相连接,所述烘烤架2与烟筒1之间设有悬挂杆3。
现场使用时,操作人员首先将烟筒1通过螺纹安装在余热回收架上,再将装置整体固定,即可进行烟气余热回收工作。
