由于滑雪运动对于场地的局限性,使得滑雪爱好者纷纷前往滑雪胜地,然而在世界上滑雪的地域并非随时随地可以进行,乃至于对于很多人而言滑雪运动是遥不可及的,目前,在国内或国外为了能使滑雪场四季都能滑雪,己研制出了不同类型的塑料滑雪滑道拼接块,美国、日本等国早在70年代就研制出拼块连接的硬块式塑料滑雪滑道,并应用于旅游式滑雪场, 但这种塑料滑雪滑道滑面坚硬,拼接的空隙大,滑雪者易摔倒造成身体损伤。另有一种刷头式塑料滑道由于摩擦力大、滑度小不得不洒水帮助滑行而不能被推广应用。

优选地,所述挤塑滑道模块为PE材料制成的卷状草坪模块或弯曲叶片模块或圆球触头草叶片模块,所述挤塑滑道模块底部附有一层涤纶布层。

本发明实施例提供的一种滑道,其特征在于,由若干个本发明实施例中提及的任意一项所述滑道支撑组件和本发明实施例中提及的任意一项所述滑道辅助模块的组装而成。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
1、支撑柱不规则的竖直设置在底板表面,支撑柱的柱体顶端设置有相对应柱体的偏心弧形触头,偏心弧形触头把受力方向偏移了,如果是和支撑柱正中心的圆球,那么冲击会直接传到支撑柱,而支撑柱不易弯曲,因此硬碰硬,无法抵消冲击,对摔倒人员的保护不足,当圆球是偏心的时候,容易使冲击力偏移,则支撑柱不会承受正中心的冲击,不会产生硬碰硬,解决了由于冲击会直接传到支撑柱,而支撑柱不易弯曲,因此硬碰硬,无法抵消冲击,对摔倒人员的保护不足的技术问题,且达到了有效的缓冲了冲击力的有益效果,同时也有利于保护支撑柱的偏心弧状触头,延长使用寿命。
2、支撑柱以三三为一组形式组成三角形截面组合,支撑柱的间距和不规则三角形的间距设置是根据最小的滑雪板的宽度为依据,保证任何一个时刻,滑雪板都会有至少2-3个支撑组件的支撑,从而保证滑行必须的支撑力。
3、支撑柱的柱体的第二截面积从底板表面朝偏心弧形触头为逐渐减少,保证支撑柱必要的弹性,有利于滑板冲击力的缓冲和滑行减速或转弯时为滑板建立一定阻力。
4、柱体下段部分设置有用于卡紧滑道辅助模块通孔的卡紧部件,以及底板表面,且与支撑柱相邻处设置有用于紧固勾住滑道辅助模块的钩件,使得支撑组件与滑道模块组合后更加牢固。
5、底板底部设置有至少一个用于与顶面固定的钉子脚,在泥土安装的时候插入泥土,固定滑道。

具体实施方式
为使得本发明的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图5,本发明实施例提供的一种应用在滑道的支撑组件的一个实施例包括:
底板1和支撑柱2;
支撑柱2不规则的竖直设置在底板1表面;
支撑柱2的柱体21顶端设置有相对应柱体21的偏心弧形触头22;
支撑柱2以三三为一组形式组成三角形截面组合;
三角形截面组合的第一截面积为随机或均一尺寸。
进一步地,支撑柱2的柱体21的第二截面积从底板表面朝偏心弧形触头22为逐渐减少。
进一步地,第二截面积从底板1表面朝偏心弧形触头22的相对减少比例为20%至60%。
进一步地,柱体21为分段式结构。
需要说明的是,前述的柱体21高度可以采用2段式,也可采用1段式,可根据材料不同和结构不同调整。但为了保证支撑柱1必要的弹性,无论1段还是2段式,柱体21截面积从底部到顶部减少比例在20%-60%之间,本实施例,柱体21采用1段式,底部到顶部高度28.5mm,其中柱体21大约21-22.5mm,顶部为6mm直径的偏心弧形触头22。底部到顶部柱体21截面积厚度减少从3mm-2.3mm,减少比例在23%,总体而言,按照该减少比例,该支撑柱2弯曲强度属于比较高,目的主要为了兼顾支撑柱2的弹性与支撑力,因为支撑组件的作为滑行区,其支撑组件的数量不会太多,否则会增加摩擦,因此在应用在滑道的支撑组件数量不多的情况下,支撑柱2的弹性和支撑力必须要兼顾,否则减少比例太多,支撑柱2的支撑力会不足。
进一步地,底板1为扁长结构,支撑柱2分别垂直于底板1两长边。
为了增加支撑柱2弹性,把支撑柱2设置在底板1的边沿,如此,当支撑组件承受滑雪冲击的时候,由于支撑柱2弯曲强度比较高,只会产生小部分的形变,而非像支撑柱2分两段情况下的上部弹性区弯曲。这样意味着,冲击力会沿着支撑柱2寻找受力薄弱的位置,使之产生形变,因此支撑柱2把冲击力转向底板1,由于底板1是1.5mm的板片,柔韧性,弹性较好,此部位较容易产生形变。因此设置在底板1边沿的支撑柱2在承受冲击的时候更多的会使边沿底板1的部位弯曲吸能并恢复,呈现弹性。如此,在兼顾支撑柱2支撑力,弹性,滑行性方面找到了较好的平衡。
进一步地,柱体21为半弧形柱体,偏心弧形触头22的偏心方向与半弧形柱体的弧形方向相对应。
进一步地,底板1为不规则形状的扁长结构。
进一步地,支撑柱2两两间距为20mm至25mm。
进一步地,三角形截面组合的最长边不大于70mm。
进一步地,柱体21下段部分设置有用于卡紧滑道通孔的卡紧部件23。
进一步地,卡紧部件23为弹片,与柱体21下段部分呈夹角,且夹角开口朝向为底板1,如图2和图5(a)所示,柱体21上设置有钩子形状的扣子,也就是卡紧部件23,用于把柱体21与滑道辅助模块的组装紧固,卡紧部件23有部分在柱体21上为单侧,设置在底板1的边沿处,使得锁住的方向是指向中心。
进一步地,底板1表面,且与支撑柱2相邻处设置有用于紧固勾住滑道模块的钩件11,如果需要更加加固,可同时在底板1上设置一些钩件11。
进一步地,底板1和支撑柱2为一体成型结构,或分体焊接组装结构。
偏心弧形触头22的弧状触头为6mm的偏心圆球,从支撑柱2与弧状触头整体配合的比例而言,偏心弧形触头22的直径在5-6mm之间较为合适,太小了,美观性和支撑力和连接强度都不够,太大了,和柱体21的比例不合适,而且浪费材料。
本实施例采取偏心弧形触头22的设计,是为了较好的抵消滑雪板的冲击,以及对滑雪人员滑倒的伤害。因为偏心弧形触头22把受力方向偏移了,如果是和支撑柱2正中心的圆球,那么冲击会直接传到至支撑柱2,而支撑柱2不易弯曲,因此硬碰硬,无法抵消冲击,对摔倒人员的保护不足,当圆球是偏心的时候,容易使冲击力偏移,则支撑柱2不会承受正中心的冲击,不会产生硬碰硬,因此有效的缓冲了冲击力。
进一步地,如图4(a)至(d)所示,偏心弧形触头22为圆形,支撑柱2的截面形状可以多样,扁平椭圆形(图4(a)所示)或半圆形(图4(c)所示)或者圆形(图4(b)所示)或者半弧形(图4(d)所示),但为了较好的模塑成型效果和外观,以及兼顾支撑柱2弹性,以及保证柱体21与偏心弧形触头22的连接面积,建议采用扁平椭圆形或圆形或者半弧形。进一步地为采用半弧形,此可兼顾支撑柱2弹性的同时,实现支撑柱2与偏心弧形触头22的最大连接面积,以保证连接强度。
进一步地,底板1底部设置有至少一个用于与地面固定的钉子脚12,钉子脚12用于在泥土安装的时候插入泥土,固定滑雪垫。
进一步地,偏心弧形触头22为通过注塑工艺或热烘冷却工艺制成,其中热烘冷却工艺可以是利用材料的热变形和热收缩,通过把应用在滑道的 支撑组件,无论是块状拼接的还是卷状的,连续输送进入可调温度的烘箱,根据材料的特性,把输送速度和烘箱温度调整配合好,让应用在滑道的支撑组件顶部即弧状触头形成位置在输送过程中逐步受热,产生热形变收缩,逐步形成偏心弧形触头22。输送的烘箱中可设置水槽,只把需要烘热处理的部位露出水面,其余部位可在水面下方。如此可较好控制热烘处理时,偏心弧形触头22的形成高度,和保护支撑柱2下部免于受热过度变形。当然水槽可根据材料特性选择是否设置,如材料处理温度较低,相对容易形成弧状触头,则也可不设置水槽。
必须说明的是,底板1厚度在1.2-2mm之间,必须保证一定的柔韧性,以便和挤塑或注塑或编织簇绒工艺的滑道辅助模块的组装和成品的卷曲。
如图1和图6(a)和(b)所示,以9个支撑柱2和偏心圆球的不规则三角形分布,为一个组件单位,然后5个组件单元横向一排组装在1米宽的挤塑滑道辅助模块)上,每个支撑柱2的间距在22-33mm之间。太疏或太密都会造成密度的不均匀。竖向的组件单元一排与一排之间的间距在65mm(50-65mm)左右,太密或者太疏也会影响密度的均匀性。关于不规则三角形,其有利于形成不太规则的支撑柱2分布,这样有利于模拟真雪滑行的感觉。太规则的支撑柱2分布,则会造成滑行的感觉不自然。同时支撑柱2的间距和不规则三角形的间距设置是根据最小的滑雪板的宽度为依据,保证任何一个时刻,滑雪板都会有至少2-3个支撑柱2的支撑。从而保证支撑力和滑行所必须的密度。图6(c)至图6(e)为不规则三角形排布的透视图。
请参阅图7和图8,本发明实施例中提供的一种滑道辅助模块的一个实施例包括:
滑道模块71,以及如图1至图6提及的应用在滑道的支撑组件72;
滑道模块71设置有用于穿插支撑组件72的支撑柱721的通孔711,通孔711位置与支撑柱721对应。
进一步地,滑道模块71为注塑滑道模块或挤塑滑道模块或编织簇绒滑道模块。
如图7(a)至(d)所示,进一步地,挤塑滑道模块为PE(聚乙烯)材料制成的卷状草坪模块或弯曲叶片模块或圆球触头草叶片模块,挤塑滑 道模块底部附有一层涤纶布层,挤塑滑道模块是通过挤塑工艺,采用PE材料生产出卷状草坪状滑道模块,滑道模块底部复合有涤纶缝纫布,以加强滑道模块的底部强度和韧性。挤塑滑道模块的整体高度必须矮于滑道支撑组件包括弧状触头的最高点约4-8mm,由于挤塑滑道模块是草坪状,具有较高的支撑组件密度,而且PE材料草坪具有比较好的柔韧性,能够更好的提供跌倒的保护,以及增加转向和减速所需的摩擦和反作用力,而且草坪状滑道模块具有较好的外观。
挤塑滑道模块的底板经过冲孔,按注塑滑道支撑组件对应的安装位置冲孔,以便于注塑滑道支撑组件的安装。挤塑滑道模块的款式可以多样,例如弯曲叶片的草坪状,或者草叶片表面经过热烘处理形成圆球状触头皆可。较为理想的状态是采用弯曲叶片的草坪状,会更好的发挥转向和减速所需的摩擦力。
如图8(a)至(d)所示,进一步地,注塑滑道模块,挤塑滑道模块,编织簇绒滑道模块,可采用PP材料(聚丙烯)或PE材料或PC/PBT材料或PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)材料或POM(聚甲醛)材料或PET材料(涤纶树脂)或POK(聚酮)材料或PA塑料或TPEE(热塑性聚酯弹性体)材料制成簇状密集支撑组件形式的滑道模块。其中优选的是LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)材料或LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)材料或TPE(热塑性弹性体)材料或TPEE等材料的耐候改性牌号。这些材料兼顾较宽的使用温度范围,柔韧性好,良好的耐候性能以及优良的性价比。
进一步地,支撑柱721高于滑道模块71的顶端,支撑柱721,也就是柱体以及偏心圆球弧状触头整体的高度比滑道模块71高4-8mm,太高会影响滑行的连续性和舒适性,太矮则会造成滑行区和转向减速区的功能区分不明显。
本实施例中滑道支撑组件和滑道模块可以是两种材料组装而成,也可以是共注塑成型。
本发明实施例中提供的一种滑道的一个实施例包括:
滑道如图7和图8实施例中所示。在实际结构上如图7和图8由于是注塑滑道支撑组件和挤塑滑道模块的组合。因此从结构和材料都有可能采取其他的方式去组合。例如:作为转向,减速,保护功能区的挤塑滑道模 块:它的特点是支撑组件的密度高,柔韧性好。因此可以想象的是:编织的人造草坪,或者采用注塑工艺的人造草坪,又或者编织的刷子形状的毯子。都是类似的替代方案,尽管不是最优的方案。
同样,作为滑行功能区的注塑滑道支撑组件,同样也可以采取类似的一些结构去制作。这个注塑滑道支撑组件在市面其他产品已经有很多例子。
从工艺上:只要是两种滑道结构和两种材料的组合:一种是滑道组件密度低的,主要提供滑行功能的滑雪垫,一种是滑道组件密度高的,主要提供减速,转向,保护作用的滑雪垫。那么他的组装工艺可以是扣子组装的,也可以是二次注塑组装的,也可以是焊接的都有可能。只是每种结构和工艺的效率和经济性的区别。但构成的产品就是我们专利的概念所提出的,两种材料和结构的滑道组件的组合,成为一种滑雪垫。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
1、支撑柱不规则的竖直设置在底板表面,支撑柱的柱体顶端设置有相对应柱体的偏心弧形触头,偏心弧形触头把受力方向偏移了,如果是和支撑柱正中心的圆球,那么冲击会直接传到支撑柱,而支撑柱不易弯曲,因此硬碰硬,无法抵消冲击,对摔倒人员的保护不足,当圆球是偏心的时候,容易使冲击力偏移,则支撑柱不会承受正中心的冲击,不会产生硬碰硬,解决了由于冲击会直接传到支撑柱,而支撑柱不易弯曲,因此硬碰硬,无法抵消冲击,对摔倒人员的保护不足的技术问题,且达到了有效的缓冲了冲击力的有益效果。
2、支撑柱以三三为一组形式组成三角形截面组合,支撑柱的间距和不规则三角形的间距设置是根据最小的滑雪板的宽度为依据,保证任何一个时刻,滑雪板都会有至少2-3个梳妆组件的支撑,从而保证支撑力和滑行所必须的密度。
3、支撑柱的柱体的第二截面积从底板表面朝偏心弧形触头为逐渐减少,保证支撑柱必要的弹性,进而提高了滑行性。
4、柱体下段部分设置有用于卡紧滑道通孔的卡紧部件,以及底板表面,且与支撑柱相邻处设置有用于紧固勾住滑道的钩件,使得支撑组件与滑道模块组合后更加牢固。
5、底板底部设置有至少一个用于与顶面固定的钉子脚,在泥土安装的 时候插入泥土,固定滑道。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,包括:
    底板和支撑柱;
    所述支撑柱不规则的竖直设置在所述底板表面;
    所述支撑柱的柱体顶端设置有相对应所述柱体的偏心弧形触头;
    所述支撑柱以三三为一组形式组成三角形截面组合;
    所述三角形截面组合的第一截面积为随机或均一尺寸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述支撑柱的所述柱体的第二截面积从所述底板表面朝所述偏心弧形触头为逐渐减少。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述第二截面积从所述底板表面朝所述偏心弧形触头的相对减少比例为20%至60%。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述柱体为分段式结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述底板为扁长结构,所述支撑柱分别垂直于所述底板两长边。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述柱体截面为半弧形或椭圆形或圆形,所述偏心弧形触头的偏心方向与所述半弧形柱体的弧形方向相对应。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述底板为不规则形状的所述扁长结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述支撑柱两两间距为20mm至25mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述三角形截面组合的最长边不大于70mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1或6或7或8或9所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述柱体下段部分设置有用于卡紧滑道辅助模块通孔的卡紧部件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述卡紧部件为弹片,与所述柱体下段部分呈夹角,且所述夹角开口朝向为所述底板。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述底板表面,且与所述支撑柱相邻处设置有用于紧固勾住所述滑道辅助模块的钩件。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述底板和所述支撑柱为一体成型结构,或分体焊接组装结构。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述偏心弧形触头为圆形。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述底板底部设置有至少一个用于与地面固定的钉子脚。
  16. 根据权利要求除4或5或10以外的任意一项所述的应用在滑道的支撑组件,其特征在于,所述偏心弧形触头为通过注塑工艺与底板一体成型或通过热烘冷却工艺制成。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述滑道支撑组件,其特征在于,所述滑道支撑组件采用LDPE材料或PP材料或PE材料或PC/PBT材料或PBT材料或POM材料或PET材料或POK材料或PA材料或TPEE材料制成。
  18. 一种滑道辅助模块,其特征在于,包括:
    滑道模块,以及如权利要求1至17所述的支撑组件;
    所述滑道模块设置有用于穿插所述支撑组件的支撑柱的通孔,所述通孔位置与所述支撑柱对应。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的滑道辅助模块,其特征在于,所述滑道模块为注塑滑道模块或挤塑滑道模块或编织簇绒工艺的滑道模块。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的滑道辅助模块,其特征在于,所述挤塑滑道模块为PE材料制成的卷状草坪模块或弯曲叶片模块或圆球触头草叶片模块,所述挤塑滑道模块底部附有一层涤纶布层。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的滑道辅助模块,其特征在于,所述注塑或挤塑或编织簇绒工艺的滑道模块可采用LDPE材料或PP材料或PE材料或PC/PBT材料或PBT材料或POM材料或PET材料或POK材料或PA材料 或TPEE材料制成,所述滑道模块为密集的簇状支撑组件的形式。
  22. 根据权利要求18至21中任意一项所述的滑道辅助模块,其特征在于,所述滑道模块还包括第一支撑柱,所述第一支撑柱的触头低于如权利要求1至16中任意一项所述的滑道支撑组件的支撑柱的触头4mm至8mm。
  23. 一种滑道,其特征在于,由若干个如权利要求1-16中任意一项所述滑道支撑组件和权利要求18至22中任意一项所述滑道辅助模块的组装而成。
