본 발명은 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 롤에 감긴 머리카락에 컬의 생성이 용이토록 머리카락을 감싸며 정해진 온도로 열을 공급하는 발열체가 일체로 형성되고, 가열된 상태를 외부에 표시할 수 있는 LED와, DC어댑터 및 보조배터리로 가열되는 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러에 관한 것이다.
머리에 찰랑찰랑하게 컬이 형성된 머리결로 자신을 표현하기 위해 파마나 드라이, 고데기 등을 사용하여 머리카락에 웨이브를 주어 자신만의 톡특한 머리결을 완성하여 표현하곤 한다.
다만, 상기 머리에 컬을 주기 위해 사용하는 파마나 드라이, 고데기 등은 고온을 발생시킴으로써, 모발에 열이 가해질 경우는 머릿결이 금방 손상되는 문제점이 있었다.
생활이 바쁜 현대인은 머리카락의 웨이브를 주기 위해 시간이 많이 소요되는 헤어샾을 이용하지 않고, 자신이 직접 간단하게 머리의 컬을 완성시킬 수 있는 헤어 컬러를 종종 사용하곤 한다. 여기서, 상기 헤어 컬러는 헤어그루프 등으로도 불리운다.
이와 관련된 종래 기술로 한국 등록 실용신안 출원 실0121506호(등록일자 1998년04월21일)에는 헤어컬러용 그루프가 개시되었다.

하지만, 상기한 종래 기술은 조절캡(3)(3')의 직경을 조절하여 그루프(1)의 굵기를 조절하여 머리숱에 따라 조절하여 사용할 수 있으나, 컬의 형태를 고정하기 위해서는 별도의 헤어드라이어 또는 고데기 등을 사용해서 건조해야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창작된 것으로 본 발명의 목적은 별도의 건조장치 없이 롤에 감긴 머리카락을 감싸며 정해진 온도로 가열되는 발열체로 열을 공급하여 머리의 컬을 생성할 수 있고, 상기 발열체의 가열된 상태를 LED로 표시하여 사용 가능한 시점 파악이 용이한 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러를 제공함에 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 의한 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러는 머리카락이 감긴 롤을 감싸며 열을 공급하는 헤어 컬러에 있어서, 상기 롤의 하부를 감싸는 하부커버; 및 상기 하부커버에 힌지 결합되고 상기 롤의 상부를 감싸는 상부커버를 포함하고, 상기 상부커버는, 내측커버; 상기 내측커버에 안착되며 열을 공급하는 발열체; 및 상기 발열체의 상부를 감싸며 상기 내측커버에 결합되는 외측커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 발열체는, 외부전원을 공급받는 USB전원부; 상기 USB전원부로 공급되는 전원에 의해 발열되는 발열수단; 및 상기 발열수단에서 발생된 열이 머리카락에 공급되도록 상기 발열수단의 저면에 밀착되는 전열판을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.

이하에서는, 첨부도면을 참고하여 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 보다 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 발열체가 구비된 헤어컬러는 도 2 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 머리카락에 컬이 생성되도록 상기 머리카락이 감긴 롤(R)을 감싸며 열을 공급하는 헤어 컬러로서, 상기 롤(R)의 하부를 감싸며 상기 머리카락의 고정이 용이토록 전방 단부에 전방으로 연장된 다수개의 압착바(11a)가 구비된 하부압착부(11)와, 상기 하부압착부(11)의 후방 단부에서 후방으로 연장되며 상면에 스프링힌지(H)의 축심(C)이 결합되도록 상부로 연장된 힌지결합단(12a)이 형성된 하부조작부(12)가 구비된 하부커버(10)와; 상기 하부커버(10)의 상부에 안착되어 상기 롤(R)의 상부를 감싸도록 상기 힌지결합단(12a)에 결합된 상부커버(20)로 이루어진다.
상기 하부커버(10)와 상부커버(20)는 상기 스프링힌지(H)의 탄성력으로 머리카락이 감긴된 롤(R)의 외주면을 감싸게 되며, 외부전원을 공급받아 발열된 상기 발열체(35)의 열을 머리카락에 공급함으로써, 머리카락에 컬을 생성하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 상부커버(20)는 상기 힌지결합단(12a)과 결합되는 제2힌지결합단(31a)이 하부로 돌출된 하부결합부(31)와, 상기 롤(R)의 상부를 감싸도록 상기 하부결합부(31)의 전방 단부에서 전방으로 연장되며 상기 롤(R)의 상부에 열전달이 용이토록 중앙에 롤전열공(32a)이 통공된 상부압착부(32)와, 상기 상부압착부(32)의 하부 내주면에서 내측으로 연장된 판안착단(33)이 구비된 내측커버(30)와; 상기 판안착단(33)의 상부에 안착되며 정해진 온도로 가열되어 열을 공급하는 발열체(35)와; 상기 발열체(35)의 상부를 감싸며 상기 내측커버(30)의 상부 선단부에 결합된 외측커버(40);가 구비된다.
한편, 상기 발열체(35)는 DC전원을 외부의 보조전원으로 공급받아 가열되며, 가열이 완료된 후 본 발명의 헤어 컬러를 상기 롤(R)의 외주면을 감싸며 열을 공급하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 발열체(35)는 외부전원을 공급받는 USB전원부(36)와, 상기 USB전원부(36)에서 공급된 전원으로 발열되는 발열수단(37)과, 상기 발열수단(37)에서 발생된 열이 상기 롤전열공(32a)을 지나 상기 머리카락에 공급되도록 상기 발열수단(37)의 저면에 밀착된 전열판(38)으로 이루어진다.
상기 USB전원부(36)에는 상기 발열수단(37)이 정해진 온도로 가열되도록 전원공급을 스위칭되는 바이메탈(36a)과, 상기 바이메탈(36a)의 스위칭 상태를 알리는 LED(36b)가 구비되어 있다.
상기 외측커버(40)에는 상기 LED(36b)에서 발광된 빛이 외부에 표시되도록 통공된 LED표시공(40a)이 구비된다.
여기서, 상기 바이메탈(36a)은 상기 발열수단(37)의 온도조절기능을 위한 것으로, 상기 발열수단(37)이 정해진 온도에 도달하면, 상기 바이메탈(36a)은 자동으로 오프되어 전원공급을 차단하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 LED(36b)는 상기 바이메탈(36a)이 온오프된 상태를 외부에 표시하게 된다. 즉, 상기 바이메탈(36a)이 오프된 상태인 경우 상기 LED(36b)도 같이 오프되어 사용가능한 상태임을 알리고, 상기 바이메탈(36a)이 온 상태인 경우 빛을 발산시켜 현재 가열중임을 외부에 표시하게 된다.
또한, 상기 바이메탈(36a)은 다양한 종류가 있으며, 약 70~100℃ 사이에서 5도 간격으로 스위칭되는 바이메탈(36a)을 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 하부결합부(31)의 상면에는 상기 USB전원부(36)가 안착되도록 하부로 요입된 USB안착단(31b)이 구비되고, 상기 USB안착단에(31b)에는 상기 USB전원부(36)의 안착시 고정되도록 중앙 일측에 상부로 돌출된 결합구(31c)가 구비되며, 상기 USB전원부(36)는 상기 결합구(31c)가 삽입되어 고정되도록 통공된 전원고정공(36c)이 구비된다.
상기 결합구(31c)는 상기 USB전원부(36)의 전원고정공(36c)에 삽입되어 상기 USB전원부(36)의 안착된 상태를 고정하게 된다.
한편, 상기 상부커버(20)의 후방 단부에는 상기 외부전원이 상기 USB전원부(36)에 연결 가능토록 통공된 전원공급공(21)이 구비되고, 상기 발열수단(37)은 실리콘열선(37a), 면상발열체 및 PCT히터 중 어느 하나로 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 면상발열체는 원적외선 방사기능이 부가됨으로써, 컬 생성시 모발의 손상을 최소화할 수 있게 되며, 상기 PCT히터는 상기 실리콘열선(37a)보다 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 힌지결합단(12a)은 서로 대향되도록 상부로 연장된 한 쌍의 축심안착대(13)로 이루어지고, 상기 축심안착대(13)의 일측에는 상기 축심(C)의 양측 단부가 요입되도록 통공된 축심안착공(13a)이 구비된다.
여기서, 상기 제2힌지결합단(31a)은 상기 힌지결합단(12a)과 대응되는 구조로 형성되어 상기 힌지결합단(12a)이 상기 제2힌지결합단(31a)의 내측 또는 외측에 접촉되며, 상기 축심(C)을 중심으로 회동되도록 결합되게 된다.
한편, 상기 발열체(35)는 상기 발열수단(37)에서 발생된 열이 상부로 발산되는 것을 차단토록 상기 발열수단(37)의 상면을 감싸며 상기 전열판(38)의 상측 단부에 결합된 단열판(39)이 구비된다. 상기 단열판(39)은 상기 발열수단(37)에서 발생된 열을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있게 되며, 외부로 열이 직접적으로 노출되는 것을 방지하여 안전성이 향상되게 된다.
상기와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명에 따른 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러의 작용을 살펴보면 아래와 같다.
본 발명에 따른 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러는 도 2 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 하부커버(10)와 상부커버(20)는 서로 스프링힌지(H)를 통해 힌지 결합되어, 머리카락이 감긴 롤(R)을 감싸며, 집게 형태로 집어 고정하게 된다.
여기서, 상기 상부커버(20)에는 전원공급시 가열되는 발열체(35)가 구비됨으로써, 별도의 건조장치 없이 롤(R)에 감긴 머리카락에 적정한 온도의 열을 공급하여 컬을 생성할 수 있게 된다.
상기 발열체(35)는 USB전원부(36)를 통해 외부전원을 공급받아 발열수단(37)을 가열하게 된다. 상기 발열수단(37)이 정해진 온도 이상으로 가열된 경우 바이메탈(36a)은 외부전원 공급이 차단되도록 오프되며, LED(36b)도 같이 연동되어 외부에 상기 발열수단(37)이 정해진 온도로 가열된 상태를 표시하게 된다.
그리고, 사용자는 정해진 온도로 가열된 상태를 확인하여 가열이 완료된 헤어컬러에서 전원을 분리하여 머리카락이 감긴 롤(R)의 외주연을 힌지결합된 하부커버(10)와 상부커버(20)로 집게 되고, 상기 발열체(35)는 정해진 온도 이하의 열을 상기 머리카락에 공급하여 컬을 생성하게 된다.
한편, 상기 발열체(35)의 온도가 하강된 경우 다시 가열되도록 상기 바이메탈(36a)을 온 상태로 유지할 수 있게 된다.
이때, 상기 LED(36b)는 상기 바이메탈(36a)의 전원공급상태를 외부에 표시하게 된다.
여기서, 상기 외부전원은 USB DC전원공급기 또는 스마트폰 보조배터리 등으로 구성될 수 있으며, 상기 보조배터리는 이동중에도 사용이 가능하여 사용자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 청구범위 기재의 범위 내에 있게 된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 머리카락이 감긴 롤을 감싸며 열을 공급하는 헤어 컬러에 있어서,
    상기 롤의 하부를 감싸는 하부커버; 및
    상기 하부커버에 힌지 결합되고 상기 롤의 상부를 감싸는 상부커버를 포함하고,
    상기 상부커버는, 내측커버; 상기 내측커버에 안착되며 열을 공급하는 발열체; 및 상기 발열체의 상부를 감싸며 상기 내측커버에 결합되는 외측커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체는,
    외부전원을 공급받는 USB전원부;
    상기 USB전원부로 공급되는 전원에 의해 발열되는 발열수단; 및
    상기 발열수단에서 발생된 열이 머리카락에 공급되도록 상기 발열수단의 저면에 밀착되는 전열판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 하부커버는 머리카락의 고정이 용이토록 전방 단부에 다수개의 압착바가 구비된 하부압착부와, 상기 하부압착부의 후방 단부에서 후방으로 연장되며 상면에 스프링힌지의 축심이 결합되도록 상부로 연장된 힌지결합단이 형성된 하부조작부가 구비되고,
    상기 내측커버는 상기 힌지결합단과 결합되는 제2힌지결합단이 하부로 돌출된 하부결합부, 상기 롤의 상부를 감싸도록 상기 하부결합부의 전방 단부에서 전방으로 연장되며 상기 롤의 상부에 열전달이 용이토록 중앙에 롤전열공이 통공된 상부압착부, 및 상기 상부압착부의 하부 내주면에서 내측으로 연장된 판안착단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 하부결합부의 상면에는 상기 USB전원부가 안착되도록 하부로 요입된 USB안착단이 구비되고,
    상기 USB안착단에는 상기 USB전원부의 안착시 고정되도록 중앙 일측에 상부로 돌출된 결합구가 구비되며,
    상기 USB전원부는 상기 결합구가 삽입되어 고정되도록 통공된 전원고정공이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 힌지결합단은 서로 대향되도록 상부로 연장된 한 쌍의 축심안착대로 이루어지고,
    상기 축심안착대의 일측에는 상기 축심의 양측 단부가 요입되도록 통공된 축심안착공이 구비되고,
    상기 상부커버의 후방단부에는 상기 외부전원이 상기 USB전원부에 연결가능토록 통공된 전원공급공이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러.
  6. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 발열수단은 실리콘열선, 면상발열체 및 PCT히터 중 어느 하나로 구성되고,
    상기 USB전원부에는 상기 발열수단이 정해진 온도로 가열되도록 전원공급을 스위칭하는 바이메탈과, 상기 바이메탈의 스위칭 상태를 알리는 LED가 구비되고,
    상기 외측커버에는 상기 LED에서 발광된 빛이 외부에 표시되도록 통공된 LED표시공이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러.
  7. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 발열체는,
    상기 발열수단에서 발생된 열이 상부로 발산되는 것이 차단되도록 상기 발열수단의 상면을 감싸며 상기 전열판의 상부에 결합되는 단열판이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체가 구비된 헤어 컬러.
