Therefore, said freeze-dried reagent is brought into solution in a gradual manner, thus obviating the problem of a sudden dissolution of the freeze-dried reagent that does not allow a homogeneous distribution of the same in the buffer.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un kit pour réaliser des dosages immunoenzymatiques miniaturisés comprenant au moins un circuit microfluidique (2) supporté sur une carte appelée LSP (Laboratoire-Sur-Puce), et un instrument pour l'analyse dudit LSP, ledit circuit microfluidique (2) étant divisé en au moins 6 régions fonctionnelles consistant en :a) région d'Interface avec l'instrument; b) région de stockage de réactif; c) région d'insertion de l'échantillon à analyser; d) région de réaction;e) région de mesure; f) une région de décharge; lesdites régions étant en communication fluidique l'une avec l'autre au moyen de canaux de connexion (9).
