参见图1,为本发明一实施例的产品溯源防伪方法的步骤流程图。如图所示,该防伪检测方法包括步骤S100将NFC(NFC:Near Field Communication,近距离无线通讯)标签和/或RFID(RFID:Radio-Frequency Identification,非接触式射频识别)标签与QR码(QR码:Quick Response Code,快速响应代码)标签连接在一起,以得到第一标签,该NFC标签和/或RFID标签各自具有唯一的ID,该QR码包含唯一的URL地址。从而每个标签都包括NFC标签和/或RFID标签用于存储产品的相关信息,QR码用于存储产品所对应的URL网页地址。并且每个产品都有唯一的NFC标签和/或RFID标签,以及唯一的URL网页地址。从而第一标签能够通过NFC标签和/或RFID标签以及QR码双重确保一个产品对应一个第一标签。如果该第一标签中的NFC标签和/或RFID标签和QR码所对应的产品不一样,那么该产品很可能是伪造的了。
步骤S300,为第一标签创建数据库记录,该数据库记录与该NFC标签的ID和/或RFID标签的ID以及该QR码的URL地址相关联。即,每个产品均对应一个唯一的独立的数据库记录。确保产品的信息被独立保存,确保其信息的可靠性和安全性。
步骤S500,将第一标签以不可拆卸的方式连接至产品。从而使得标签和产品不可分离,如若分离则会对产品造成破坏,确保该第一标签和产品是一一绑 定的,第一标签能够如实地反映产品的信息,从而能够通过第一标签来确定产品的真伪。
步骤S700,扫描该第一标签,以在显示设备上显示URL地址的网页,显示数据库记录中的部分/全部信息。优选地,所述数据库记录包括产品信息。通过扫描识别QR码上的对应第一标签的唯一的URL地址,该URL能够链接显示该第一标签对应的数据库记录中的部分或全部信息,可根据用户需求进行选择,所显示的信息可以包括产品信息。便于用户直观地识别产品的相关生产或参数信息。
这样的产品溯源防伪方法,通过第一标签将NFC标签和/或RFID标签以及QR码相结合,并且根据该第一标签建立对应的数据库信息,然后将该第一标签和产品不可拆卸的连接,从而确保产品和该数据库信息能够一一对应,这样当打开QR码标签的URL地址所对应的网页显示的信息也即能够保证正是该产品的信息,从而可以根据该信息判断产品的真伪。
请参见图2,为本发明另一实施例的产品溯源防伪方法的步骤流程图。如图所示,在该实施例中,还可以包括步骤S800,在数据库记录中预设扫描第一标签以在显示设备上显示所述URL地址的网页的阈值次数,并当扫描次数大于阈值次数时,在显示设备上发出提示。一般情况下,只有在产品的某个环节的初次接触产品时,才需要判断产品是否为伪造产品,一旦验证后无需重复验证。当该第一标签的URL网页被多次打开,很有可能该链接伪造或者克隆的重复信息,被应用在了多个不同的产品上。因此根据情况,预设该URL网页的打开的合理的阈值次数,比如,当产品抵达经销商时需要打开网页验证一次,当产品抵达最终消费者时需要打开网页验证一次,在这种情况下,该阈值次数就可以 设置为两次,因而当该网页打开的次数多于该阈值次数两次的时候,比如,当该网页被打开第三次、第四次时,则该产品很可能是伪造产品,从而发出提示,比如直接在网页上提示该产品为伪造品,以警示用户。这样的方法,能够进一步加强产品的防伪保护,并且处理方法快速便捷,也方便用户识别。
请参见图3,为本发明又一实施例的产品溯源防伪方法的步骤流程图,如图所示,该方法还包括步骤S400,根据该NFC标签的ID和/或RFID标签的ID,该数据库记录可以和NFC标签和/或RFID标签中的数据同步更新。也即,使得数据库中该产品的数据库记录能够和第一标签上的NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据保持一致。该同步更新可以通过输入NFC标签和/或RFID标签时,将输入设备和该数据库连接,从而能够实现据库记录和NFC标签和/或RFID标签中的数据同步更新。或者还数据库能够和该NFC标签和/或RFID标签通信,获取该NFC和/或RFID标签的数据,实现同步更新。对此,没有作特别限制。
在该实施例中,还可以包括步骤S600,在该产品的供应链周期中实时更新NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据。即在产品的供应链周期(包括生产周期、物流周期、销售周期等)中的任何一个流程节点输入或更新相关的产品信息。这些产品信息包括但不限于产品名称、产品类型、产品序列号、生产商信息、原产国、出口信息(比如出口时间、出口港口、出口代理公司等)、进口信息(比如进口时间、进口港口、进口代理公司、海关清关日期、仓库地址等)、运输和存储信息(比如,相关的分销商信息、在产品供应链过程中所有的存储仓库的信息等)、零售信息(比如所有相关的产品零售点的信息等)、物流信息(比如物流或运输公司名称等)。从而通过这些完整的信息能够追溯到产品的所有相关信息,确保产品的生产链是完整的,而伪造一套完整的产品信息是比较困难的, 从而基于这些信息,提高了产品信息被伪造的难度,能够降低产品信息被伪造的风险。同时,这些信息也会更新进数据库信息中。
在该实施例中,还可以包括步骤S800,扫描该第一标签,获取NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据;比较该获取的NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据和根据QR码标签打开的网页显示的数据,当获取的NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据和根据所述QR码标签打开的网页显示的数据不一致时,在显示设备上发出提示。其中NFC标签和/或RFID标签可以通过相应的扫描设备或扫描枪进行扫描读取。而QR码标签可以通过安装了相关软件的移动设备直接识别读取,更为灵活方便。对于用户来说,只需要在移动设备上,比如手机或PAD等,安装有相关软件,直接扫描QR码标签就能够读取URL网页,甚至显示URL网页。由于连接在产品上的第一标签的NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据是一直跟着产品在供应链周期中更新的,而根据QR码标签打开的网页的信息显示的是来自数据库中的该产品的数据库信息,当这两组信息不一致时,就说明很可能是NFC标签和/或RFID标签被伪造或复制了,亦或者是QR码被复制了,从而该产品很可能是伪造品。这样通过NFC标签和/或RFID标签中的信息以及QR码对应的网页的信息的一致性,进一步加强的产品的防伪可靠性。
请参见图4,为本发明一实施例的产品溯源防伪系统的结构示意图。如图所示,该产品溯源防伪系统100,包括第一标签110、数据库120、扫描单元130和显示设备140。其中,第一标签110NFC标签和/或RFID标签以及QR码标签,该NFC标签和/或RFID标签各自具有唯一的ID,该QR码标签包含唯一的URL地址,该第一标签110和产品160以不可拆卸的方式连接。由于第一标签110包括NFC标签和/或RFID标签以及QR码标签,并且每个产品都有唯一的NFC 标签和/或RFID标签,以及唯一的URL网页地址,从而第一标签能够通过NFC标签和/或RFID标签以及QR码双重确保一个产品对应一个第一标签110。如果该第一标签中的NFC标签和/或RFID标签和QR码所对应的产品不一样,那么该产品很可能是伪造的了。并且该第一标签110和产品160不可分离,如若分离则会对产品造成破坏,确保该第一标签110和产品160是一一绑定的,第一标签110能够如实地反映产品160的信息,从而能够通过第一标签110来确定产品的真伪。
数据库120用于根据NFC标签和/或RFID标签的ID和QR码标签的URL地址创建该第一标签110的数据库记录,该数据库记录与NFC标签和/或RFID标签的ID和QR码标签的URL地址相关联。从而每个产品均对应一个唯一的独立的数据库记录。确保产品的信息被独立保存,确保其信息的可靠性和安全性。
扫描单元130,用于扫描改第一标签110,获取QR码标签的URL地址。
显示设备140,据扫描单元130获取的URL地址,显示数据库记录中的部分/全部信息,优选地,该数据库记录包括产品信息。通过扫描单元130扫描识别QR码上的对应第一标签110的唯一的URL地址,并通过显示设备140显示该第一标签110对应的数据库记录中的部分或全部信息,并可根据用户需求进行选择,所显示的信息可以包括产品信息。便于用户直观地识别产品的相关生产或参数信息。
可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,该扫描单元130和显示设备140可以集成在一个设备上,比如智能手机、平板电脑等。
这样的溯源防伪系统,通过第一标签110将NFC标签和/或RFID标签以及 QR码相结合,且和产品160不可拆卸的连接,并且在数据库120中根据该第一标签110建立对应的数据库信息,从而确保产品160和该数据库信息能够一一对应,这样当扫描单元130扫描识别QR码标签的URL地址,并且显示设备140根据该地址显示的网页信息,即能够保证正是该产品的信息,从而可以根据该信息判断产品的真伪。
请参见图4,在该实施例中,该数据库120的数据记录还包括预设的扫描第一标签110以在显示设备140上显示URL地址的网页的阈值次数。该溯源防伪系统100还可以包括处理单元150,用于当扫描次数大于阈值次数时,在显示设备140上发出提示。这样,能够进一步加强产品的防伪保护,并且处理方法快速便捷,也方便用户识别。
在其中一个实施例中,数据库120能够根据NFC标签和/或RFID标签的ID,将数据库记录和NFC标签和/或RFID标签中的数据同步更新。这样,能够使得数据库120中该产品的数据库记录能够和第一标签110上的NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据保持一致。该数据库120可以和第一标签110直接通信或者借由其它装置或设备,比如扫描输入设备,间接通信。对此,没有特别限制。
在其中一个实施例中,NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据能够在产品的供应链周期中实时更新。即在产品的供应链周期(包括生产周期、物流周期、销售周期等)中的任何一个流程节点输入或更新相关的产品信息。这些产品信息包括但不限于产品名称、产品类型、产品序列号、生产商信息、原产国、出口信息(比如出口时间、出口港口、出口代理公司等)、进口信息(比如进口时间、进口港口、进口代理公司、海关清关日期、仓库地址等)、运输和存储信息(比如,相关的分销商信息、在产品供应链过程中所有的存储仓库的信息等)、零售 信息(比如所有相关的产品零售点的信息等)、物流信息(比如物流或运输公司名称等)。从而通过这些完整的信息能够追溯到产品的所有相关信息,确保产品的生产链是完整的,而伪造一套完整的产品信息是比较困难的,从而基于这些信息,提高了产品信息被伪造的难度,能够降低产品信息被伪造的风险。同时,这些信息也会更新进数据库信息中。
在其中一个实施例中,该扫描单元130还用于获取NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据。处理单元150还可用于比较获取的NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据以及根据QR码标签打开的网页显示的数据,当获取的NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据和根据所述QR码标签打开的网页显示的数据不一致时,在显示设备140上发出提示。由于连接在产品上的第一标签110的NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据是一直跟着产品在供应链周期中更新的,而根据QR码标签打开的网页的信息显示的是来自数据库120中的该产品的数据库信息,当这两组信息不一致时,就说明很可能是NFC标签和/或RFID标签被伪造或复制了,亦或者是QR码被复制了,从而该产品很可能是伪造品。这样通过NFC标签和/或RFID标签中的信息以及QR码对应的网页的信息的一致性,进一步加强的产品的防伪可靠性。可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,所述处理单元可以与扫描单元130和/或显示设备140集成在一起。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的 普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种产品溯源防伪方法,包括:
    将NFC标签和/或RFID标签与QR码标签以不可拆卸的方式连接在一起,以得到第一标签,所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签各自具有唯一的ID,所述QR码标签包含唯一的URL地址;
    为所述第一标签创建数据库记录,所述数据库记录与所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签的ID和所述QR码标签的URL地址相关联;
    将所述第一标签以不可拆卸的方式连接至产品;
    扫描所述第一标签,以在显示设备上显示所述URL地址的网页,显示所述数据库记录中的部分/全部信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的产品溯源防伪方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,在所述数据库记录中预设扫描所述第一标签以在所述显示设备上显示所述URL地址的网页的阈值次数,并当所述扫描次数大于所述阈值次数时,在所述显示设备上发出提示。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的产品溯源防伪方法,其特征在于,在所述为所述第一标签创建数据库记录,该数据库记录与所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签的ID和所述QR码标签的URL地址相关联步骤后,还包括:根据所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签的ID,所述数据库记录可以和所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签中的数据同步更新。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的产品溯源防伪方法,其特征在于,在所述为将所述第一标签以不可拆卸的方式连接至产品的步骤后,还包括在所述产品的供应链周期中动态地更新所述NFC标签和/或所述RFID标签的数据,并动态地更新 所述数据库记录。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的产品溯源防伪方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,扫描所述第一标签,获取所述NFC标签和/或所述RFID标签的数据;比较所述获取的NFC标签和/或所述RFID标签的数据和所述根据所述QR码标签打开的网页显示的数据,当所述获取的NFC标签和/或所述RFID标签的数据和所述根据所述QR码标签打开的网页显示的数据不一致时,在所述显示设备上发出提示。
  6. 一种产品溯源防伪系统,包括:
    第一标签,所述第一标签包括NFC标签和/或RFID标签以及QR码标签,所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签各自具有唯一的ID,所述QR码标签包含唯一的URL地址,所述第一标签以不可拆卸的方式连接至产品;
    数据库,所述数据库用于创建所述第一标签的数据库记录,所述数据库记录与所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签的ID和所述QR码标签的URL地址相关联;
    扫描单元,用于扫描所述第一标签,获取所述URL地址;以及
    处理单元,所述处理单元根据所述扫描单元获取的所述URL地址,在显示设备上显示所述数据库记录中的部分/全部信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的产品溯源防伪系统,其特征在于,所述数据库记录包括预设的扫描所述第一标签以在所述显示设备上显示所述URL地址的网页的阈值次数;所述处理单元用于当所述扫描次数大于所述阈值次数时,在所述显示设备上发出提示。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的产品溯源防伪系统,其特征在于,所述数据库能够根据所述ID,将所述数据库记录和所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签中的数 据同步更新。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的产品溯源防伪系统,其特征在于,所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据、以及所述数据库记录在所述产品的供应链周期中是动态更新的。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的产品溯源防伪系统,其特征在于,所述扫描装置还用于获取所述NFC标签和/或RFID标签的数据;
    所述处理单元还用于比较所述获取的NFC标签和/或所述RFID标签的数据和所述根据所述QR码标签打开的网页显示的数据,当所述获取的NFC标签和/或所述RFID标签的数据和所述根据所述QR码标签打开的网页显示的数据不一致时,在所述显示设备上发出提示。
