可以通过对获取到的遥控对象的图像进行图像识别,从而获取到遥控对象信息。具体地,可以对获取到的遥控对象的图像进行遥控对象进行图像识别,确定所述遥控对象的轮廓、品牌型号等信息,进而得到遥控对象的类型、名称、品牌型号等遥控对象信息。优选的,遥控对象信息为品牌型号。
如此,无需用户手动输入或选择遥控对象,只需要将可穿戴设备对准待遥控对象,采集待遥控的遥控对象的图像,即可实现遥控对象信息的获取,最终确定可穿戴设备进行遥控的对象。
在其中一个实施例中,所述指令获取模块130,包括:
指令采集单元(图未示),用于采集语音信息。
指令确定单元(图未示),用于识别采集的所述语音信息,并根据识别结果确定控制指令。
在本实施例中,控制指令的获取方式是通过指令采集单元采集语音信息,并将该语音信息对应为相应的控制指令。具体地,指令采集单元可以通过麦克风等声音采集元件实现。指令确定单元,对采集的语音信息进行识别,并可根据识别结果确定控制指令。如此,用户可以无需通过手动操作便可以通过可穿戴设备获取到控制指令,最终实现对遥控对象的 控制。
在其中一个实施例中,所述编码获取模块150,包括:
编码库获取单元(图未示),用于根据所述遥控对象信息获取所述遥控对象的红外编码库。
编码获取单元(图未示),用于根据所述控制指令在所述红外编码库中查找所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
在本实施例中,编码获取模块150根据遥控对象信息获取红外编码库,并根据控制指令在红外编码库中查找对应的红外遥控编码的方式确定红外遥控编码。具体地,获取遥控对象的红外编码库的方式可以为通过联网的方式获取红外编码库。红外编码库的记录中包括遥控对象、控制指令及红外遥控编码。
在其中一个实施例中,编码获取模块150包括:
库信息获取单元(图未示),用于根据所述遥控对象信息获取所述遥控对象的红外编码库信息;
查找信息发送单元(图未示),用于根据所述红外编码库信息发送查找所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码的查找信息至服务器;
查找结果接收单元(图未示),用于接收所述服务器根据所述查找信息查找到并发送的所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
其中,红外编码库信息包括红外编码库的唯一标识。在该实施例中,可以无需获取服务器上的红外编码库,而通过发送查找信息至服务器,接收服务器的查找结果的方式获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。因此,可以无需在可穿戴设备上存储红外编码库,达到节约资源的技术效果。具体地,可以通过互联网连接到服务器。
可以理解地,在其它实施例中,还可以将一些常用的、大生产商的红外编码库预先存储在可穿戴设备中。即红外编码库为本地红外编码库,本地红外编码库为预设存储在可穿戴设备中的红外编码库,可以为用户预先设置的红外编码库。每一个红外编码库均有唯一标识,以区分不同的红外编码库。如此,使得可穿戴设备无需频繁获取红外编码库。
编码获取模块150,包括:
库信息获取单元(图未示),用于根据所述遥控对象信息获取所述遥控对象的红外编 码库信息;
编码库查找单元(图未示),用于根据所述红外编码库信息查找所述红外编码库信息对应的红外编码库得到编码库查找结果;
编码获取单元(图未示),用于当所述编码库查找结果为在本地查找到所述红外编码库时,根据所述控制指令在所述红外编码库中查找并获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
红外编码库信息包括红外编码库的唯一标识。
进一步地,编码获取模块150,还包括:
编码库获取单元(图未示),用于当所述编码库查找结果为在本地查找不到所述红外编码库时,通过联网方式获取红外编码库;
所述编码获取单元,还用于根据所述控制指令在获取的所述红外编码库中查找所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
如此,在本地未存储红外编码库信息对应的红外编码库时,通过联网的方式获取到相应的红外编码库,然后再根据控制指令获取对应的红外遥控编码。因此,提高了可穿戴设备的可扩展性。
请参阅图2,在其中一个实施例中,与图1对应的实施例相比,还包括:
红外激活模块201,用于获取待激活的控制功能对应的控制对象的控制对象信息。
可以通过用户在列表中选择控制对象,或者用户输入控制对象的相关信息,又或者扫描输入/拍照输入的方式获取待激活的控制对象的控制对象信息。可以理解地,控制对象信息可以为图像信息,也可以为字符信息,还可以为语音信息。总之,可以通过控制对象信息唯一的确定待激活的控制对象即可。
控制对象为通过红外遥控编码进行功能控制的家居设备,如,可以为电视机、电风扇、空调等传统家居设备。
激活确定模块203,用于获取确认对所述控制对象信息对应的所述控制对象的所述控制功能进行激活操作的激活确认指令,并根据所述激活确认指令对所述控制功能进行激活。所述遥控对象属于所述控制对象。
激活确认指令可以为通过语音方式进行确认,也可以通过预设按钮进行确认。对控制 功能进行激活能够使得控制对象可以在对象获取模块110获取遥控对象信息时能够对应上相应的遥控对象。否则,指令获取模块130必然无法获取到对遥控对象进行控制的控制指令。
在本实施例中,对遥控对象进行控制之前需要对控制对象的控制功能进行激活。可以理解地,这里的控制对象必然包括对象获取模块110获取遥控对象信息对应的遥控对象,也即遥控对象属于控制对象。否则,未激活遥控对象对应的控制功能,便无法通过可穿戴设备对该遥控对象进行统一控制。另外,通过对控制对象进行激活,可以激活多个控制对象对应的控制功能,使得可穿戴设备可以控制多个家居设备。
在其中一个实施例中,所述红外发送模块170,包括:
发送确认单元(图未示),用于获取确认发送所述红外控制编码的发送确认指令。
红外发送单元(图未示),用于根据所述发送确认指令将所述红外遥控编码发送至所述遥控对象信息对应的所述遥控对象。
在本实施例中,由于本发明的实施例中,在对遥控对象进行控制的过程中的操作简单,这样虽然可以避免用户繁琐的操作,但也可能存在用户非自主意识的误操作。因此,本实施例,在发送红外遥控编码之前,需要通过发送确认单元对发送红外控制编码进行确认,以避免用户非自主意识的误操作。
请参阅图3,本发明还提供一种与上述可穿戴设备对应的家居设备的控制方法,包括:
S310:通过可穿戴设备获取待遥控的遥控对象的遥控对象信息。
S330:通过所述可穿戴设备获取对所述遥控对象进行控制的控制指令。
S350:根据所述控制指令及所述遥控对象信息获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
S370:通过所述可穿戴设备将所述红外遥控编码发送至所述遥控对象信息对应的所述遥控对象。
上述家居设备的控制方法,由于遥控对象无需任何改造即可接收红外遥控编码,并根据红外遥控编码进行相应的控制,因此,通过该可穿戴设备便可以对控制对象进行统一控制,且可以节省对家居设备的改造成本。同时,由于通过可穿戴设备便可以对控制对象 进行统一控制,可以节省用户寻找各类遥控器的时间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述通过可穿戴设备获取待遥控的遥控对象的遥控对象信息的步骤,包括:通过可穿戴设备获取待遥控的遥控对象的图像;识别所述遥控对象的图像,并根据识别结果确定遥控对象信息。
在其中一个实施例中,所述通过所述可穿戴设备获取对所述遥控对象进行控制的控制指令的步骤,包括:通过可穿戴设备采集语音信息;识别采集的所述语音信息,并根据识别结果确定控制指令。
在其中一个实施例中,所述根据所述控制指令及所述遥控对象信息获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码的步骤,包括:根据所述遥控对象信息获取所述遥控对象的红外编码库;根据所述控制指令在所述红外编码库中查找所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
在其中一个实施例中,所述根据所述控制指令及所述遥控对象信息获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码的步骤,包括:根据所述遥控对象信息获取所述遥控对象的红外编码库信息;根据所述红外编码库信息查找所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码的查找信息至服务器;接收所述服务器根据所述查找信息查找到并发送的所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
在其中一个实施例中,所述根据所述控制指令及所述遥控对象信息获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码的步骤,包括:根据所述遥控对象信息获取所述遥控对象的红外编码库信息;根据所述红外编码库信息查找所述红外编码库信息对应的红外编码库得到编码库查找结果;当所述编码库查找结果为在本地查找到所述红外编码库时,根据所述控制指令在所述红外编码库中查找并获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
进一步地,所述根据所述控制指令及所述遥控对象信息获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码的步骤,还包括:当所述编码库查找结果为在本地查找不到所述红外编码库时,通过联网方式获取红外编码库;根据所述控制指令在获取的所述红外编码库中查找并获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
在其中一个实施例中,所述获取待遥控的遥控对象的遥控对象信息的步骤之前,还包括:
S301:获取待激活的控制功能对应的控制对象的控制对象信息;
S302:获取确认对所述控制对象信息对应的所述控制对象的所述控制功能进行激活 操作的激活确认指令,并根据所述激活确认指令对所述控制功能进行激活;
所述遥控对象属于所述控制对象。
在另一个实施例中,所述获取待遥控的遥控对象的遥控对象信息的步骤之前,还包括:获取待激活的控制功能对应的遥控对象的遥控对象信息;获取确认对所述遥控对象信息对应的所述遥控对象的所述控制功能进行激活操作的激活确认指令,并根据所述激活确认指令对所述控制功能进行激活。
如此,在对遥控对象进行控制之前,先对遥控对象进行激活。
在其中一个实施例中,所述通过所述可穿戴设备将所述红外遥控编码发送至所述遥控对象信息对应的所述遥控对象的步骤,包括:通过所述可穿戴设备获取确认发送所述红外控制编码的发送确认指令;通过所述可穿戴设备根据所述发送确认指令将所述红外遥控编码发送至所述遥控对象信息对应的所述遥控对象。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出多个变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括:
    对象获取模块,用于获取待遥控的遥控对象的遥控对象信息;
    指令获取模块,用于获取对所述遥控对象进行控制的控制指令;
    编码获取模块,用于根据所述控制指令及所述遥控对象信息获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码;
    红外发送模块,用于将所述红外遥控编码发送至所述遥控对象信息对应的所述遥控对象。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述对象获取模块,包括:
    图像采集单元,用于获取待遥控的遥控对象的图像;
    对象确定单元,用于对所述遥控对象的图像进行图像识别,得到遥控对象信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述指令获取模块,包括:
    指令采集单元,用于采集语音信息;
    指令确定单元,用于识别采集的所述语音信息,并根据识别结果确定控制指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述编码获取模块,包括:
    库信息获取单元,用于根据所述遥控对象信息获取所述遥控对象的红外编码库信息;
    编码库查找单元,用于根据所述红外编码库信息查找所述红外编码库信息对应的红外编码库得到编码库查找结果;
    编码获取单元,用于当所述编码库查找结果为在本地查找到所述红外编码库时,根据所述控制指令在所述红外编码库中查找并获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述编码获取模块,包括:
    库信息获取单元,用于根据所述遥控对象信息获取所述遥控对象的红外编码库信息;
    查找信息发送单元,用于根据所述红外编码库信息发送查找所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码的查找信息至服务器;
    查找结果接收单元,用于接收所述服务器根据所述查找信息查找到并发送的所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    红外激活模块,用于获取待激活的控制功能对应的控制对象的控制对象信息;
    激活确定模块,用于获取确认对所述控制对象信息对应的所述控制对象的所述控制功能进行激活操作的激活确认指令,并根据所述激活确认指令对所述控制功能进行激活;
    所述遥控对象属于所述控制对象。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述红外发送模块,包括:
    发送确认单元,用于获取确认发送所述红外控制编码的发送确认指令;
    红外发送单元,用于根据所述发送确认指令将所述红外遥控编码发送至所述遥控对象信息对应的所述遥控对象。
  8. 一种家居设备的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过可穿戴设备获取待遥控的遥控对象的遥控对象信息;
    通过所述可穿戴设备获取对所述遥控对象进行控制的控制指令;
    根据所述控制指令及所述遥控对象信息获取所述控制指令对应的红外遥控编码;
    通过所述可穿戴设备将所述红外遥控编码发送至所述遥控对象信息对应的所述遥控对象。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的家居设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述通过可穿戴设备获取待遥控的遥控对象的遥控对象信息的步骤,包括:
    通过可穿戴设备获取待遥控的遥控对象的图像;
    对所述遥控对象的图像进行图像识别,得到遥控对象信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的家居设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述可穿戴设备获取对所述遥控对象进行控制的控制指令的步骤,包括:
    通过可穿戴设备采集语音信息;
    识别采集的所述语音信息,并根据识别结果确定控制指令。
