Description

一种可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种壁挂自锁机构,尤其是涉及一种可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构。
背景技术
电视机、电脑显示屏等显示设备往往会通过壁挂装设在墙体上。显示设备可拆卸装设在壁挂上,当显示设备出现故障时,或者需要对显示设备进行维护和检修时,往往需要将显示设备从壁挂上拆卸下来,然后再进行检修维护操作,待排除机器故障后再将显示设备装设在墙体上。
然而,将显示设备从墙体上的壁挂进行拆卸与安装动作,均较为麻烦,甚至一些场合没有足够空间以方便于工作人员将显示设备从墙体上拆卸下来,或者没有足够场合用于放置从墙体上拆卸下来的显示设备。而且,随着机器尺寸越来越大,机器越来越重,显示设备的拆装操作需要多人以上,极其不便于工作人员进行拆装操作。
发明内容
基于此,本发明在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,它能够方便调整显示设备相对于墙体的倾斜角度。
其技术方案如下:一种可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,包括:第一壁挂板,所述第一壁挂板用于装设在墙体上,所述第一壁挂板具有悬挂部;挂钩机构,所述挂钩机构用于装设在显示设备上,所述挂钩机构具有挂钩,所述挂钩与所述悬挂部相连;及伸缩件,所述伸缩件位于所述挂钩的下方、并设置于所述显示设备与所述墙体之间,所述伸缩件装设在所述显示设备或所述墙体上,所述伸缩件的伸缩端与所述墙体或显示设备相抵触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一壁挂板具有两个以上悬挂部,所述挂钩机构为两个以上,两个以上所述挂钩机构与两个以上所述悬挂部一一相应。
在其中一个实施例中,所述挂钩机构包括安装板,所述安装板装设在所述显示设备上,所述挂钩与所述伸缩件装设在所述安装板上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述伸缩件包括导套与滑动件,所述导套与所述安装板相连,所述滑动件能沿着所述导套移动,所述滑动件设有第一销孔,所述导套设有两个以上第二销孔,两个以上所述第二销孔沿着所述滑动件的滑动方向设置,所述滑动件通过插销装入所述第一销孔、所述第二销孔与所述导套相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述悬挂部为所述第一壁挂板端部折弯形成的第一折弯板,所述第一折弯板设有与所述挂钩相应的悬挂孔。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括第二壁挂板与辅助固定件,所述第二壁挂板装设在所述墙体上,所述辅助固定件装设在所述显示设备上,所述辅助固定件与所述第二壁挂板相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二壁挂板一端折弯形成第二折弯板,所述第二折弯板与所述墙体相连,所述第二壁挂板另一端折弯形成第三折弯板,所述第三折弯板位于所述第一折弯板上方、并与所述第一折弯板相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二壁挂板其中一侧具有朝向所述第二壁挂板另一侧的第四折弯板,所述辅助固定件位于所述第二壁挂板的侧部,所述辅助固定件包括导向支架与压紧件,所述压紧件装设在所述导向支架上,所述压紧件与所述第四折弯板相抵触。

下面结合上述技术方案对本发明的原理、效果进一步说明:
1、上述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,通过第一壁挂板、挂钩机构将显示设备装设在墙体上后,调整伸缩件的伸出长度,伸缩件的伸缩端抵触墙体或显示设备,能使得显示设备相对于墙体发生偏转,即可调整显示设备相对于墙体的倾斜角度。
2、通过控制滑动件从导套中移出的长度,并通过插销装入第一销孔、第二销孔将滑动件相对于导套进行固定,从而便于实现调整显示设备相对于墙体的倾斜角度。
3、悬挂部为第一壁挂板端部连续两次折弯形成的第一折弯板,第一折弯板设有与挂钩相应的悬挂孔。挂钩机构的挂钩装设在第一折弯板的悬挂孔中,实现第一壁挂板对显示设备的支撑作用。
4、第二壁挂板装设在墙体上,辅助固定件装设在显示设备上,辅助固定件与第二壁挂板相连。通过第二壁挂板、辅助固定件将显示设备辅助固定在墙体上,如此显示设备在墙体上的安装固定效果较好。
5、导向支架设有螺纹孔,压紧件为螺杆。螺杆装设在螺纹孔中,螺杆端部与第四折弯板相抵触。旋紧螺杆,使螺杆端部抵触第四折弯板,即可实现将显示设备与墙体之间的较好固定效果,并避免显示设备安装后晃动现象。反之,松开螺杆后,通过调整滑动件的伸出于导套的长度,便可以调整显示设备相对于墙体的倾斜角度,同时也便于将显示设备从墙体上拆卸下来。
6、挂钩中扣槽的深度大于压紧件与第二折弯板之间的距离。显示设备锁定于墙体上的第一壁挂板、第二壁挂板上后,当显示设备受到向上的顶出力时,第二折弯板能够抵住压紧件,避免压紧件向上移动,从而能够避免显示设备受到向上的顶出力而导致的从墙体的第一壁挂板、第二壁挂板上脱落的不良现象。

如图1所示,本发明所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,包括第一壁挂板30、挂钩机构40及伸缩件50。所述第一壁挂板30用于装设在墙体20上,所述第一壁挂板30具有悬挂部。所述挂钩机构40用于装设在显示设备10上,所述挂钩机构40具有挂钩41。所述挂钩41与所述悬挂部相连。所述伸缩件50位于所述挂钩41的下方、并设置于所述显示设备10与所述墙体20之间,所述伸缩件50装设在所述显示设备10或所述墙体20上,所述伸缩件50的伸缩端与所述墙体20或显示设备10相抵触。
上述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,通过第一壁挂板30、挂钩机构40将显示设备10装设在墙体20上后,调整伸缩件50的伸出长度,伸缩件50的伸缩端抵触墙体20或显示设备10,能使得显示设备10相对于墙体20发生偏转,即可便于调整显示设备10相对于墙体20的倾斜角度。

所述悬挂部为所述第一壁挂板30端部连续两次折弯形成的第一折弯板31,所述第一折弯板31设有与所述挂钩41相应的悬挂孔311。挂钩机构40的挂钩41装设在第一折弯板31的悬挂孔311中,实现第一壁挂板30对显示设备10的支撑作用。
请再参阅图2、3,所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构还包括第二壁挂板60与辅助固定件70。所述第二壁挂板60装设在所述墙体20上,所述辅助固定件70装设在所述显示设备10上,所述辅助固定件70与所述第二壁挂板60相连。通过第二壁挂板60、辅助固定件70将显示设备10辅助固定在墙体20上,如此显示设备10在墙体20上的安装固定效果较好。
所述第二壁挂板60一端连续两次折弯后形成第二折弯板61,所述第二壁挂板60另一端折弯后形成第三折弯板62。所述第二折弯板61与所述墙体20相连。其中,第二折弯板61设有第二安装孔611,第二折弯板61通过第二安装孔611装设在墙体20上。所述第三折弯板62位于所述第一折弯板31上方、并与所述第一折弯板31相连。
所述第二壁挂板60其中一侧具有朝向所述第二壁挂板60另一侧的第四折弯板63。所述辅助固定件70位于所述第二壁挂板60的侧部,所述辅助固定件70包括导向支架71与压紧件72。所述压紧件72装设在所述导向支架71上, 所述压紧件72与所述第四折弯板63相抵触。具体的,所述导向支架71设有螺纹孔711,所述压紧件72为螺杆。所述螺杆装设在所述螺纹孔711中,所述螺杆端部与所述第四折弯板63相抵触。旋紧螺杆,使螺杆端部抵触第四折弯板63,即可实现将显示设备10与墙体20之间的较好固定效果,并避免显示设备10安装后晃动现象。反之,松开螺杆后,通过调整滑动件52的伸出于导套51的长度,便可以调整显示设备10相对于墙体20的倾斜角度,同时也便于将显示设备10从墙体20上拆卸下来。
所述挂钩41中扣槽的深度大于所述压紧件72与所述第二折弯板61之间的距离。显示设备10锁定于墙体20上的第一壁挂板30、第二壁挂板60上后,当显示设备10受到向上的顶出力时,第二折弯板61能够抵住压紧件72,避免压紧件72向上移动,从而能够避免显示设备10受到向上的顶出力而导致的从墙体20的第一壁挂板30、第二壁挂板60上脱落的不良现象。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,包括:
    第一壁挂板,所述第一壁挂板用于装设在墙体上,所述第一壁挂板具有悬挂部;
    挂钩机构,所述挂钩机构用于装设在显示设备上,所述挂钩机构具有挂钩,所述挂钩与所述悬挂部相连;及
    伸缩件,所述伸缩件位于所述挂钩的下方、并设置于所述显示设备与所述墙体之间,所述伸缩件装设在所述显示设备或所述墙体上,所述伸缩件的伸缩端与所述墙体或显示设备相抵触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,所述第一壁挂板具有两个以上悬挂部,所述挂钩机构为两个以上,两个以上所述挂钩机构与两个以上所述悬挂部一一相应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,所述挂钩机构包括安装板,所述安装板装设在所述显示设备上,所述挂钩与所述伸缩件装设在所述安装板上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,所述伸缩件包括导套与滑动件,所述导套与所述安装板相连,所述滑动件能沿着所述导套移动,所述滑动件设有第一销孔,所述导套设有两个以上第二销孔,两个以上所述第二销孔沿着所述滑动件的滑动方向设置,所述滑动件通过插销装入所述第一销孔、所述第二销孔与所述导套相连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,所述悬挂部为所述第一壁挂板端部折弯形成的第一折弯板,所述第一折弯板设有与所述挂钩相应的悬挂孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,还包括第二壁挂板与辅助固定件,所述第二壁挂板装设在所述墙体上,所述辅助固定件装设在所述显示设备上,所述辅助固定件与所述第二壁挂板相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,所述第二壁挂板一端折弯形成第二折弯板,所述第二折弯板与所述墙体相连,所 述第二壁挂板另一端折弯形成第三折弯板,所述第三折弯板位于所述第一折弯板上方、并与所述第一折弯板相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,所述第二壁挂板其中一侧具有朝向所述第二壁挂板另一侧的第四折弯板,所述辅助固定件位于所述第二壁挂板的侧部,所述辅助固定件包括导向支架与压紧件,所述压紧件装设在所述导向支架上,所述压紧件与所述第四折弯板相抵触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,所述导向支架设有螺纹孔,所述压紧件为螺杆,所述螺杆装设在所述螺纹孔中,所述螺杆端部与所述第四折弯板相抵触。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的可变倾斜角度的壁挂自锁机构,其特征在于,所述挂钩中扣槽的深度大于所述压紧件与所述第二折弯板之间的距离。
