Description

绿化型壁挂 技术领域
本发明属于绿化装饰物技术领域，特指一种绿化型壁挂。
背景技术
目前，用于玻璃墙板、塑料墙板、大理石墙板等具有光滑、平整表面的板面上安装塑料绿化结构，大都是先在玻璃墙板、塑料墙板、大理石墙板等板面上打孔，利用连接件安装栏栅或框架，再在栏栅或框架上插接或用绳索捆绑塑料仿真叶或带有塑料仿真叶的塑料花，其不足之处在于：一是现有安装结构在墙板或板面的表面由于打孔而形成较多的孔洞，破坏墙板或板面，费时费力，生产成本高；二是绿化效果差，更换清洗等费时费力；三是连片组装困难，且外观不够美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以快速拆装的绿化型壁挂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
绿化型壁挂，包括塑料基板，塑料基板的正面上间隔成型有塑料片及插接连接用的插接柱，塑料基板的背面上间隔设置有吸盘。
上述的塑料基板上的塑料片及插接柱之间的空隙处设有减重用的通孔。
上述的塑料片为：由三个以上的塑料片形成一个塑料片组，所述的塑料片组成排或/和成列的成型在塑料基板的正面上。
上述的塑料片组由三个以上的塑料片间隔设置形成圆形轮廓或椭圆形轮廓。
上述的塑料片组是：一个以上的塑料片间隔设置形成一个边，三个以上的边围成多边形轮廓或布局成放射性结构。
上述的塑料片的横截面为弧形面，且所述的塑料片为上窄、下宽。
上述的塑料片为仿树叶或仿花叶或仿草叶的塑料片。
上述的插接柱一体成型在塑料基板上，插接柱为圆柱体，圆柱体的外端部设置有倒钩或锥形凸起。
上述的吸盘与塑料基板为插接连接。
上述吸盘与塑料基板为插接连接的具体结构是：吸盘底部居中设置有圆柱型连接杆，连接杆的中部设置有环形凸起或倒钩，塑料基板的背面上设置有中空的插接座，插接座的外端部缩颈形成限位台，连接杆的环形凸起或倒钩卡接在限位台内侧的插接座的中空部。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是：
1、本发明只要将插接柱上插接上选中的塑料花或带有枝叶的塑料花，然后将若干片塑料基板的吸盘按在玻璃墙板、塑料墙板、大理石墙板等墙板或板面上，即可快速完成该墙板或板面的绿化操作，若要需要更换绿化品种或清洗原有的绿化型壁挂，将所有的吸盘倾斜牵拉，使得绿化型壁挂上的吸盘内充气，即可取下绿化型壁挂，以便于清洗或更换，而且对被安装的墙板或板面没有任何的破坏。
2、本发明的结构简单，生产成本低，可以快速在大面积的玻璃墙板、塑料墙板、大理石墙板等墙板或板面上进行绿化操作，而且，一体注塑成型的塑料片在塑料基板上布局均匀，整齐划一，美观度高。
3、本发明的适用于不破坏玻璃墙板、塑料墙板、大理石墙板等类似墙板或 板面的绿化装饰。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述，参见图1-图11：
绿化型壁挂，包括塑料基板10，塑料基板10的正面上间隔成型有塑料片20及插接连接用的插接柱30，塑料基板10的背面上间隔设置有吸盘50，所述的塑料基板10与塑料片20和插接柱30为一体注塑成型的一体式结构，所述的塑料基板10为硬塑料板、软塑料板、塑料布、塑料垫、塑料毯等，省去了塑料基板10与塑料片20的组装工作，而且，一体注塑成型的塑料片20在塑料基板10上布局均匀，整齐划一，美观度高，节约了人工的组装费用，省时、省力、省钱。
上述的塑料基板10上的塑料片20及插接柱30之间的空隙处设有减重用的通孔40，所述的通孔40在塑料基板上成排成列的设置，通孔40不仅可以减轻绿化型壁挂的整体重量，还节约原材料，有利于运输。
上述的塑料片20为：由三个以上的塑料片20形成一个塑料片组，所述的塑料片组成排或/和成列的成型在塑料基板10的正面上，就像一簇簇鲜艳的野草，仿真性高。
上述的塑料片组由三个以上的(本发明用六个)塑料片20间隔设置形成圆形轮廓或椭圆形轮廓。
上述的塑料片组是：一个以上的塑料片20间隔设置形成一个边，三个以上的边围成多边形轮廓或布局成放射性结构。
上述的塑料片20的横截面为弧形面，且所述的塑料片20为上窄、下宽。
上述的塑料片20为仿树叶或仿花叶或仿草叶的塑料片20。
上述的塑料基板10的正面上间隔成型的塑料片组也可以是圆形轮廓的塑料片组、椭圆形轮廓的塑料片组、多边形轮廓的塑料片组、放射性轮廓的塑料片组的结构之一或其组合结构。
上述的插接柱30一体成型在塑料基板上，插接柱30为圆柱体，圆柱体的外端部设置有倒钩或锥形凸起31。
上述的吸盘50与塑料基板为插接连接，所述的吸盘50是用硅胶或软塑料制成的主体为碗装或盘状结构。
上述吸盘50与塑料基板10为插接连接的具体结构是：吸盘50底部居中设置有圆柱型连接杆51，连接杆51的中部设置有环形凸起52或倒钩，塑料基板的背面上设置有中空的插接座12，插接座12的外端部缩颈形成限位台 13，连接杆51的环形凸起52或倒钩卡接在限位台13内侧的插接座12的中空部11，制造时，先制造出吸盘50，再将吸盘50安放到模具内，一体注塑成型出带有吸盘50的塑料基板10、塑料片20及插接柱30，形成本发明的产品，吸盘50与塑料基板10的连接牢固，不需要再行组装；当然，为了简化结构，所述的吸盘50也可以通过胶黏剂直接粘接在塑料基板10的背面上，这样可以省去塑料基板10背面上的插接座12及吸盘50上的连接杆51结构。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的绿化型壁挂，其特征在于：所述的塑料片为：由三个以上的塑料片形成一个塑料片组，所述的塑料片组成排或/和成列的成型在塑料基板的正面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的绿化型壁挂，其特征在于：所述的塑料片组由三个以上的塑料片间隔设置形成圆形轮廓或椭圆形轮廓。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的绿化型壁挂，其特征在于：所述的塑料片组是：一个以上的塑料片间隔设置形成一个边，三个以上的边围成多边形轮廓或布局成放射性结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的绿化型壁挂，其特征在于：所述的塑料片的横截面为弧形面，且所述的塑料片为上窄、下宽。
