上述两种背景技术方案中,拖动软管、软质香烟烟雾管线具备柔软性能可以弯折,手持移动端抽吸香烟时便于拖拽移动。为了保持整洁,吸烟之后,需要把软管、软质香烟烟雾管线、移动端收回至静止端。为了保证顺利收回软管、软质香烟烟雾管线、移动端,需要设置收盘线装置。

人体残余香烟烟雾、香烟侧流烟雾混合传输工艺系统具体实施方式中第三、四工艺流程图中,集烟装置直接与香烟屏蔽装置腔体连通,人体残余香烟烟雾在香烟屏蔽装置腔体之内与香烟侧流烟雾混合,混合后的香烟烟雾经由香烟屏蔽装置香烟侧流烟雾出口流出。基于上述或者前述的全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺方法以及装置所述的技术方案;作为特例一,可 移动香烟烟雾管线可以直接穿越封闭空间环境壁体向外界排放香烟烟雾,在此情况之下,可移动香烟烟雾管线穿越壁体部分,视为静止端香烟烟雾管线的构成部分;作为特例二,抽吸排放装置位于静止端时,抽吸排放装置气体进口、腔体、气体出口等气体通道,视为静止端香烟烟雾管线的构成部分。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置的实施方式进行说明。
图1全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置结构示意图中,香烟烟雾收集装置设置为单套。香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3位于移动端设置为一体结构,作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4插入香烟屏蔽装置2,其过滤嘴部分外漏于香烟屏蔽装置2,集烟装置3气体入口一端设置为烟嘴形状;抽吸排放装置7固定安装于封闭空间壁体11外壁,静止端香烟烟雾管线6穿越封闭空间壁体与抽吸排放装置7连通;香烟屏蔽装置2的香烟侧流烟雾出口、集烟装置3的人体残余香烟烟雾出口与可移动香烟烟雾管线5之间通过三通连通;抽烟者通过香烟本体4抽吸香烟主流烟雾,在抽吸排放装置7提供的流体动力作用下,从香烟屏蔽装置、集烟装置流出的香烟烟雾混合使用同一条可移动香烟烟雾管线5,经由静止端香烟烟雾管线6、抽吸排放装置7排放至封闭空间环境之外。图1中,香烟烟雾传输、排放工艺系统中,管线结构为单一层级。
图2全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置结构示意图中,香烟烟雾收集装置设置为两套。两套香烟烟雾收集装置中,同套香烟收集装置均混合使用同一条可移动香烟烟雾管线5传输香烟侧流烟雾、人体残余香烟烟雾。作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4过滤嘴部分漏出香烟屏蔽装置2,移动端壳体1、香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3组成一体结构位于移动端;两套香 烟烟雾收集装置设置的可移动香烟烟雾管线5与抽吸拍张装置7的气体进口构成三通结构,抽吸排放装置7气体出口与静止端香烟烟雾管线6连通,静止端香烟烟雾管线6穿越封闭空间壁体11延伸至封闭空间环境之外;抽烟者通过香烟本体4抽吸香烟主流烟雾,移动端两套香烟烟雾收集装置所收集的香烟烟雾,分别经过两条可移动香烟烟雾管线5传输至抽吸排放装置7予以混合,经由香烟烟雾管道6排放至封闭空间环境之外。图2中,香烟烟雾传输、排放工艺系统中,管线结构为两层级。
图3全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置结构示意图中,香烟烟雾收集装置设置为单套。香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3位于移动端设置为一体结构,作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4过滤嘴部分漏出香烟屏蔽装置2;两台抽吸排放装置7气体进口分别与可移动香烟烟雾管线5连通,其出口分别与静止端香烟烟雾管线6连通,静止端香烟烟雾管线6穿越封闭空间壁体11;抽烟者通过香烟本体4抽吸香烟主流烟雾,在抽吸排放装置7提供的流体动力作用之下,香烟屏蔽装置2收集的香烟侧流烟雾,以及集烟装置3收集的人体残余香烟烟雾,分别经过两条由香烟烟雾管线5、抽吸排放装置7、静止端香烟烟雾管线6构成的香烟烟雾传输工艺系统,排放至封闭空间环境之外。图3中,香烟侧流烟雾或者人体残余香烟烟雾的传输、排放工艺系统,均使用互相独立设置的香烟烟雾传输管线,构成单一层级管线结构。
图4全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置结构示意图中,香烟烟雾收集装置设置为两套。香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3位于移动端设置为一体结构,作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4过滤嘴部分漏出香烟屏蔽装置2,两台抽吸排放装置7均设置安装于封闭空间壁体11内壁,两台抽吸排放装置7气体出口,分别穿越封闭空间壁体11延伸至封闭空间环境之外;与两台抽吸排放装置7气体进口连通的静止端香烟烟雾管线6,分别与两条可移动香烟烟雾管线5连通,两条可移动香烟烟雾管线5分别与两套香烟烟雾收集装置连通。装置设置的两套香烟烟雾传输工艺系统,均为两层级管线结构,其中一套传输香烟侧流烟雾,另外一套传输人体残余香烟烟雾。作为一种特例,两套香烟烟雾传输工艺系统,均可以混合传输不同香烟烟雾收集装置所收集的香烟侧流烟雾、人体残余香烟烟雾。
图5全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置结构示意图中,系抽吸排放装置设置于移动端的特例,该装置设置一套香烟烟雾收集装置。作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4过滤嘴部分漏出香烟屏蔽装置2,两台抽吸排 放装置7设置于移动端与香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3设置为一体结构,气体进口分别与香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3连通,气体出口分别与两条可移动香烟烟雾管线5连通;静止端香烟烟雾管线6一端穿越封闭空间壁体11延伸至封闭空间环境之外,另外一端与两条可移动香烟烟雾管线5构成三通结构;抽烟者通过香烟本体4抽吸香烟主流烟雾,香烟屏蔽装置2收集的香烟侧流烟雾以及集烟装置收集的人体残余香烟烟雾,经由两台抽吸排放装置7分别被输送至两条可移动香烟烟雾管线5,混合后通过静止端香烟烟雾管线6排放至封闭空间环境之外。图5中,香烟烟雾传输、排放工艺系统中,管线结构为单一层级。
图6全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置结构示意图中,香烟烟雾收集装置设置为单套。香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3位于移动端设置为一体结构,作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4过滤嘴部分漏出香烟屏蔽装置2;静止端设置的抽吸排放装置7为双气道设置,双气道的出口分别连通两条静止端香烟烟雾管线6,两条静止端香烟烟雾管线6,分别穿越封闭空间壁体11延伸至封闭空间环境之外,双气道的进口分别与两条可移动香烟烟雾管线5连通;香烟屏蔽装置2、一条可移动香烟烟雾管线5、抽吸排放装置7其中一条气道、一条静止端香烟烟雾管线6顺序连通,构成香烟侧流烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺系统,集烟装置3、另外一条可移动香烟烟雾管线5、抽吸排放装置7另外一条气道、另外一条静止端香烟烟雾管线6顺序连通,构成人体残余香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺系统。图6中,香烟侧流香烟烟雾传输工艺系统以及人体残余香烟烟雾传输工艺系统,均为单一层级管线结构。
图7全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置结构示意图中,香烟烟雾收集装置设置为单套。移动端香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3设置为一体结构,作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4过滤嘴部分漏出香烟屏蔽装置2;抽吸排放装置7设置于封闭空间壁体11的内壁,抽吸排放装置7气体出口穿越封闭空间壁体11延伸至封闭空间环境之外;抽烟者通过香烟本体4抽吸香烟主流烟雾,香烟屏蔽装置2、可移动香烟烟雾管线5、静止端香烟烟雾管线6、抽吸排放装置7顺序连通,构成香烟侧流烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺系统;集烟装置3、可移动香烟烟雾管线5、穿越封闭空间壁体11延伸至封闭空间环境之外的静止端香烟烟雾管线6顺序连通,构成人体残余香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺系统,人体呼吸器官提供流体动力。图7中,香烟侧流香烟烟雾传输工艺系统以及人体残余香烟烟雾传输工艺系统,均为单一层级管线 结构。
图8全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置结构示意图中,香烟烟雾收集装置设置为四套,每套均混合使用同一条可移动香烟烟雾管线5传输香烟烟雾,静止端设置与香烟烟雾收集装置配套的静止端壳体12。作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4过滤嘴部分漏出香烟屏蔽装置2,位于移动端的壳体1、香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3设置为一体结构;抽吸排放装置7设置于封闭空间壁体11的外壁,和抽吸排放装置7气体进口连通的总干管10穿越封闭空间壁体11,与两只干管9连通,两只干管9分别与两只支管8连通,四只支管8、四条可移动香烟烟雾管线5、四套香烟烟雾收集装置顺序连通。总干管10、干管9、支管8构成三层级管线结构,总干管10、干管9、支管8均属于静止端香烟烟雾管线范畴。静止端壳体12之内,可以收放搁置移动端结构件以及可移动香烟烟雾管线5;静止端壳体12之内,还可以设置其他系统装置结构部件,以及设置安装电气控制元器件等。上述实施例中,静止端壳体12的设置,香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3一体化设置,属于前述24种技术方案中的其中两种,也是从24中技术方案中选择两种技术方案进行排列组合的结果之一。
图9全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置移动端结构示意图中,壳体1中安装固定有香烟屏蔽装置2、集烟装置3;香烟屏蔽装置2中设置有空气进口13、香烟侧流烟雾出口14、香烟主流烟雾穿越开口17、烟灰收集套筒16、电子点烟装置的电热体15;作为香烟主流烟雾传输管线的香烟本体4穿越香烟主流烟雾穿越开口17插入烟灰收集套筒16之内,并且香烟本体4的顶端部位与电热体15接触,香烟侧流烟雾出口14与可移动香烟烟雾管线5连通,集烟装置3与可移动香烟烟雾管线5连通。
图10全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置收盘线装置结构示意图中,流体旋转接头由固定部件18、转动部件19组成,转动部件19设置有两条流体环道21,固定部件流体通道20与转动部件流体通道22之间通过流体环道21连通,其中固定部件流体通道20与静止端香烟烟雾管线连通,转动部件流体通道22与可移动香烟烟雾管线连通。固定部件18、转动部件19之间设置导电滑环23,转动部件19设置有电力驱动装置24,转动部件19外周设置有带有螺旋槽的收盘线转筒26。转动部件19流体通道22一端的端面,设置有渐开线形状弧形曲面结构导引架25,引导可移动香烟烟雾管线从转动部件19的端面穿越收盘线转筒26进入收盘线转筒26的螺旋槽之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺方法,静止端、移动端之间通过可移动香烟烟雾管线传输香烟烟雾;其中的香烟主流烟雾收集、传输工艺方法为,在抽烟者人体器官提供的流体动力作用之下,香烟本体燃烧所产生的香烟主流烟雾,通过香烟主流烟雾传输管线传输至人体器官,供抽烟者吸食,外界空气流入香烟屏蔽装置用于香烟燃烧;其中的香烟侧流烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺方法为,在抽吸排放装置提供的流体动力作用之下,外界空气流入香烟屏蔽装置维持香烟本体自然燃烧,香烟本体自然燃烧所产生的香烟侧流烟雾从香烟屏蔽装置流出,经由香烟烟雾管线排放至外部空间;其中的人体残余香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺方法为,在流体动力作用之下,人体残余香烟烟雾由集烟装置收集,经由可移动香烟烟雾管线、静止端香烟烟雾管线排放至外部空间;其特征在于,系统装置设置单一层级管线结构的香烟烟雾传输工艺系统,或者设置由支管、干管组成的两层级管线结构的香烟烟雾传输工艺系统,对成套配置的香烟烟雾收集装置所收集的香烟侧流烟雾、人体残余香烟烟雾进行传输、排放。
  2. 根据上述权利要求1所述的全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺方法,其特征在于,系统中香烟侧流烟雾、人体残余香烟烟雾的传输,使用相互独立的香烟烟雾传输工艺系统。
  3. 根据上述权利要求1所述的全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺方法,其特征在于,系统中设置单台双气道抽吸排放装置,分别为香烟侧流烟雾、人体残余香烟烟雾的传输提供流体动力。
  4. 根据上述权利要求1所述的全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放工艺方法,其特征在于,系统中仅在香烟侧流烟雾传输工艺系统设置抽吸排放装置,人体残余香烟烟雾传输工艺系统,由人体器官提供流体动力。
  5. 一种全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置;装置设置有静止端、移动端,静止端、移动端之间的结构件通过可移动香烟烟雾管线连通;装置由香烟主流烟雾传输管线、香烟屏蔽装置、集烟装置、可移动香烟烟雾管线、抽吸排放装置、静止端香烟烟雾管线、电气运行控制系统构成,其中的集烟装置位于移动端,香烟主流烟雾传输管线用于抽吸香烟的烟嘴位于移动端;香烟屏蔽装置设置有空气进口、香烟侧流烟雾出口、香烟主流烟雾穿越开口; 集烟装置为两端相通中空结构;系统装置用于传输、排放香烟侧流烟雾、人体残余香烟烟雾的管线,设置为由支管、干管、总干管组成的三层级管线结构,或者设置为三层级以上的管线结构,其中香烟烟雾管线的各个支管,与成套配置的香烟烟雾收集装置的香烟屏蔽装置香烟侧流烟雾出口、集烟装置出口连通;其特征在于,以下述24种技术方案作为排列组合基础,从1至24种技术方案中选定某个数值进行技术方案的排列组合,该数值可以是1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、22、23、24中任意一个数值,从上述技术方案排列组合结果中任意选择其一在装置中实施应用;静止端设置有可以拆卸分解的壳体,用于装置系统相关结构部件的封闭,以及为了装置整体美观整洁;静止端设置有架体,用于装置系统相关结构部件的固定安装;位于移动端的香烟屏蔽装置或者抽吸烟嘴,选择其一与集烟装置设置为一体结构;香烟屏蔽装置的香烟主流烟雾穿越开口位置,设置有与开口位置活动连接的抽吸烟嘴,抽吸烟嘴与香烟本体之间可以连通;集烟装置设置有与之活动连通的吹送烟嘴;香烟屏蔽装置设置有网眼结构的烟灰收集套筒,烟灰收集套筒两端相通,一端插入香烟本体,另一端与电子点烟装置的电热体相通;香烟屏蔽装置外漏于移动端壳体部分设置为透明结构;装置设置有电子点烟装置;香烟屏蔽装置空气进口设置有单向气阀;香烟屏蔽装置香烟侧流烟雾出口设置有气阀;香烟侧流烟雾传输管线系统设置有气体流量调节阀;集烟装置设置有气阀;装置在静止端设置有电气系统工作电路板;装置电气系统工作电路中,设置有蓄电池及其自动充电装置;装置设置有自动灭烟装置;装置设置有香烟燃尽报警装置;抽吸排放装置电气运行控制电路中设置有定时器,根据定时器设置的时间,控制装置定时关机;抽吸排放装置设置有真空稳压阀;静止端香烟烟雾管线与可移动香烟烟雾管线之间设置流体旋转接头,其旋转部分用于可移动香烟烟雾管线的盘绕收放;静止端设置有移动端结构件搁置装置;静止端香烟烟雾管线设置有气体缓冲容器;静止端设置有烟灰收集室,用于烟蒂、烟灰的收集;静止端结构件与封闭空间环境稳固物体之间设置有结构连接件;传输香烟侧流烟雾的可移动香烟烟雾管线,或者传输香烟主流烟雾的可移动香烟烟雾管线,与传输人体残余香烟烟雾的可移动香烟烟雾管线设置为一体结构。
  6. 一种全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置;装置设置有静止端、移动端,静止端、移动端之间的结构件通过可移动香烟烟雾管线连通;装置由香烟主流烟雾传输管线、香烟屏蔽装置、集烟装置、可移动香烟烟雾管线、抽吸排放装置、静止端香烟烟雾管线、电气运行控制系统构成,其中的集烟装置位于移动端,香烟主流烟雾传输管线用于抽吸香烟的烟嘴位于移动端;香烟屏蔽装置设置有空气进口、香烟侧流烟雾出口、香烟主流烟雾穿越开口;集烟装置为两端相通中空结构;其特征在于,系统装置用于传输、排放香烟侧流烟雾或者人体残余香烟烟雾的管线,设置为单一层级管线结构,或者设置为由支管、干管组成的两层级管线结构,单一层级管线结构的香烟烟雾管线或者两层级管线结构香烟烟雾管线的各个支管,与成套配置的香烟烟雾收集装置的香烟屏蔽装置香烟侧流烟雾出口、集烟装置出口连通。

  8. 根据上述权利要求5、7所述的全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置,其特征在于,电热体座体设置于电磁铁推杆之上,电磁铁工作电路接入电子点烟装置工作电路,按下控制按钮,电子点烟装置通电,电磁铁推杆推出,带动电热体触碰到香烟本体点燃香烟。
  9. 根据上述权利要求5、7所述的全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置,其特征在于,静止端壳体设置有抽吸烟嘴或者吹送烟嘴自动清洗装置,烟嘴自动清洗装置设置有液体容器、烟嘴入口、烟嘴出口、烟嘴自动输入机构、自动清洗传送机构、烟嘴自动输出机构,容器之内存放有溶剂或溶液,用于清洗抽吸烟嘴或者吹送烟嘴。
  10. 根据上述权利要求5、7所述的全屏蔽香烟烟雾收集、传输、排放装置,其特征在于,烟灰收集室与抽吸排放装置之间设置有气体管道,烟灰收集室呈负压状态,烟灰收集室侧壁设置有舱门、触碰开启式气阀,该气阀一端与烟灰收集室相连通,另外一端设置为开孔结构,通过该开孔输送或投放烟灰、烟蒂,烟灰收集室内部设置有可以通过舱门抽取的烟灰斗。
