为了克服上述技术缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种坐姿矫正设备。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种耦合有上述坐姿矫正设备的照明设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面提供一种坐姿矫正设备,与照明设备的设备本体可拆卸连接并通讯耦合,其具有壳体、监测装置、数据处理装置、电源装置和通讯装置,所述监测装置及所述通讯装置均安装在所述壳体内部或安装在所述壳体上,所述通讯装置与所述数据处理装置连接,所述电源装置为坐姿矫正设备供电。所述监测装置用于监测用户的姿势数据并传送至数据处理装置,所述数据处理装置对监测装置监测的姿势数据与其预设阀值和/或预设个数进行比较,当所述姿势数据大于预设阀值且大于预设阀值的持续时间达到预设时长时和/或当所述姿势数据大于预设阀值且个数大于预设个数时,输出报警信号至通讯耦合的照明设备的设备本体进行报警,以提示用户矫正姿势,所述电源装置为干电池或可充电电池。
优选地,所述监测装置为加速度传感器或陀螺仪。
优选地,所述监测装置为三轴加速度传感器或九轴加速度传感器。
优选地,还用于监测用户的工作时间,并传送相应的监测数据至数据处理装置,
并通过通讯装置将所述监测数据发送至与坐姿矫正设备相关联的照明设备的设备本体和/或监控设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种照明设备,具有设备本体和上述任一项所述的坐姿矫正设备,所述设备本体可拆卸地收容所述坐姿矫正设备,并具有电源装置、提示装置和通讯装置,所述坐姿矫正设备与灯具本体通过各自的通讯装置进行通讯耦合,所述坐姿矫正设备用于监测用户的姿势数据并将姿势数据与内置的预设阀值、预设时长和/或预设个数进行比较,当所述姿势数据大于预设阀值且大于预设阀值的持续时间达到预设时长时和/或当所述姿势数据大于预设阀值且大于预设阀值的姿势数据的个数大于预设个数时,则发送报警信号至设备本体的提示装置,所述提示装置用于根据所述报警信号进行报警以提示用户校正姿势。
优选地,所述坐姿矫正设备还用于监测用户的工作时间,并传送相应的监测数据至数据处理装置,并通过通讯装置将所述监测数据发送至与坐姿矫正设备相关联的照明设备的设备本体和/或监控设备。
优选地,还包括照度监测装置,其设置于设备本体或坐姿矫正设备用于监测阅读面/被照面的照度值。
优选地,所述坐姿矫正设备集成设置有照度监测装置,照度监测装置将监测的阅读面/被照面的照度值传送至数据处理装置并传送至设备本体的数据处理装置进行处理。
优选地,所述设备本体集成设置有照度监测设备,其与数据处理装置连接以将监测的阅读面/被照面的照度值传送至数据处理装置进行处理。
优选地,所述设备本体还包括亮度调节装置,其配置为接收坐姿矫正设备处理照度值后传送的亮度调节信号,以调节设备本体的亮度在照度阈值范围内。
优选地,所述设备本体设置有拆卸收容坐姿矫正设备的收容空间。
优选地,所述收容空间和坐姿矫正设备均内置有磁性元件以相互吸引。
优选地,所述收容空间内置有触点用于触发感应坐姿矫正设备的不同工作状态。
本发明所提供的坐姿矫正设备,结构简单方便使用,提高了用户的使用舒适度。

下面结合符合和优选实施方式,对本发明做进一步详细描述。以下优选实施方式用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
请参阅图1-图5,本发明较佳实施方式中,照明设备包括设备本体10及坐姿矫正设备20。
所述设备本体10安装有电源装置17、提示装置14、数据处理装置15、照明装置19、亮度调节装置18和通讯装置16。所述电源装置17与所述提示装置14连接,所述通讯装置16分别与所述电源装置17、数据处理装置15、亮度调节装置18和所述提示装置14连接。
所述坐姿矫正设备20可以集成设置在所述设备本体10上,与所述设备本体10可拆卸连接,所述坐姿矫正设备20充电时由所述电源装置供电。所述坐姿矫正设备20还可以独立于设备本体10,并可自供电(设置干电池或可充电电池)和/或具有充电接口由其匹配的充电器连接于电源进行充电。
所述坐姿矫正设备20具有壳体21、集成设置于壳体21内和/或壳体21上的通讯装置26、电源装置22、监测装置24及数据处理器23。坐姿矫正设备20还可以集成设置有照度监测装置25。照度监测装置25还可以集成设置于设备本体10。
所述监测装置24可以是加速度传感器,如三轴加速度传感器或九轴加速度传感器,监测装置24还可以是陀螺仪,当然此为示例,并不限定。监测装置24用于监测用户的坐姿并获取姿势数据然后传送至数据处理器23。照度监测装置25可以是照度传感器,当然此为示例,并不限定。照度监测装置25用于获取阅读面/被照面的照度值并传送至所述数据处理器23。坐姿矫正设备20还设置有开关27,其于壳体21的外表面可见并可操作,开关27与照度监测装置25耦合,用于触发照度监测装置25。于其他优选实施方式中,开关27还可以是档位,不同的档位代表对坐姿矫正设备20的不同的操作。如按压一次开关27/拨至一档,代表启动坐姿矫正设备20。按压开关27两次/拨至二档,代表监测当前阅读面/被照面的照度。按压开关27三次/拨至三档,代表将当前阅读面/被照面的照度作为照度调整基准。电源装置22用于为坐姿矫正设备20供电。电源装置22可以是干电池或可充电电池。
所述坐姿矫正设备20用于监测用户的姿势数据和/或阅读面/被照面的照度值,并统一发送至数据处理器23和/或设备本体10进行处理。
对于姿势数据,处理过程为:
按压所述开关27一次以启动坐姿矫正设备20,然后当坐姿矫正设备20被用户佩戴并正常使用时,通过监测装置24以坐姿矫正设备20为参考系,检测坐姿矫正设备20当前重力加速度方向与初始重力加速度方向之间的夹角,确定该夹角为用户身体的倾斜角度,并传送至数据处理器23进行处理。数据处理器23内置有预设阀值、第一预设时长和/或预设个数。数据处理器23对接收到的姿势数据进行比较分析,当姿势数据大于预设阀值,且大于预设阀值的持续时间达到第一预设时长时和/或所述姿势数据大于预设阀值且大于预设阀值的个数超过预设个数时,会通过通讯装置26发送报警信号至设备本体10。设备本体10的所述通讯装置16接收所述报警信号并发送至所述提示装置14,所述提示装置14用于根据所述报警信号进行报警,以提示用户矫正姿势。
设备本体10的提示装置14可以通过振动器振动报警、扬声器语音报警、蜂鸣器声音报警、显示灯灯光报警、显示屏显示报警等一种或多种警报方式进行报警。
本实施例优选地,所述姿势数据包括用户身体的倾斜角度,所述预设阀值对应所述姿势数据设定,从而,当所述预设阀值对应所述倾斜角度设定时,所述预设阀值对应设定角度值,如10°。
坐姿矫正设备20在监测用户的姿势数据过程中,坐姿矫正设备20通过内部的监测装置24以坐姿矫正设备20为参考系,检测坐姿矫正设备20当前重力加速度方向与初始重力加速度方向之间的夹角,确定该夹角为用户身体的倾斜角度。
由于坐姿矫正设备20的重力加速度方向竖直向下,重力加速度方向不变,在用户身体倾斜时,坐姿矫正设备20与重力加速度方向的夹角发生变化。从而,在用户身体倾斜时,若以坐姿矫正设备20为参考系,则坐姿矫正设备20的重力加速度方向在变化,因此,当前重力加速度方向与初始重力加速度方向(以用户佩戴坐姿矫正设备20并处于正确姿势的初始状态时的重力加速度方向为初始重力加速度方向,默认为竖直向下)在三维空间的夹角即为坐姿矫正设备20当前状态与初始状态的偏转角度。由于坐姿矫正设备20被佩戴在用户身上,从而坐姿矫正设备20当前状态与初始状态的偏转角度即为用户身体的倾斜角度,从而根据监测装置24以坐姿矫正设备20为参考系,检测到当前重力加速度方向与初始重力加速度方向之间的夹角,可确定该夹角为用户身体当前的倾斜角度。
在确定用户身体当前的倾斜角度后,设备本体10的数据处理装置15将所述倾斜角度与预设阀值进行比较。当所述倾斜角度小于预设阀值时,例如预设阀值为10°,检测到的当前倾斜角度为5°,则确定用户姿势正确,坐姿矫正设备20继续监测用户的姿势数据。当所述倾斜角度大于预设阀值,且所述倾斜角度大于预设阀值
的持续时间达到第一预设时长和/或倾斜角度大于预设阀值的个数超过预设个数时,做前述报警流程处理。
对于阅读面/被照面的照度监测,处理过程为:
如图1至图5所示,所述设备本体10还安装有亮度调节装置18。所述坐姿矫正设备20在被用户佩戴并正常使用前,先放置于阅读面/被照面区域任意位置,并按压开关27两次(此为开关的第一状态),则照度监测装置25被触发并检测当前阅读面/被照面的照度值,并传送至数据处理器23进行处理或通过通讯装置26传送至设备本体10的数据处理装置15(此时,数据处理装置15可以集成有数据处理装置或设备本体单独设置数据处理装置接收阅读面/被照面的照度值并进行处理)进行处理。此时,可以理解为监测装置24与照度监测装置25并不同时处于工作状态。当然,于其他优选实施方式中,监测装置24和照度监测装置25也可以同时处于工作状态,比如监测装置24正常监测用户的姿势数据,照度监测装置25定时接收到检测信号,则自行触发进行阅读面/被照面的照度检测。所述数据处理器23或数据处理装置15内置有预设照度阈值(通常是一个范围),如果照明设备并没有被人为调整亮度,则照明设备以该预设照度阈值为准调整照明设备的亮度。如果用户对预设照度阈值不满意或不符合用眼习惯,可以手动调节照明设备的设备本体10的亮度调节装置18的亮度至自己满意的范围内,然后把坐姿矫正设备20放在阅读面/被照面区域内,连续按三下开关27(此为开关27的第二状态),则照度监测装置25被开关27触发并检测当前的照度值,然后传送至数据处理器23进而通过通讯装置26发送给设备本体10的数据处理装置15,数据处理装置15会以此照度值作为新的照度阈值,并以该人为设定照度阈值进行调节照明设备的照度。然后重新按压开关27两次,以进入开关27的第一状态,即开始监测阅读面/被照面的照度,所述数据处理器23或数据处理装置15将之后接收到的阅读面/被照面的照度值与该预设照度阈值或人为设定照度阈值(统称为照度阈值,下同)进行比较,如果不在照度阈值范围内,则输出亮度调整信号至亮度调节装置18,调节照明设备的照明装置的亮度直至所述照度阈值范围内,此时照度监测装置25持续检测阅读面/被照面的照度值并传送至数据处理器23或数据处理装置15进行比较,直至亮度调节装置18调节照明设备的照明装置的亮度使阅读面/被照面的照度值在所述照度阈值范围内为止。然后,用户佩戴坐姿矫正设备20开始监测坐姿。
如前所述,照度监测装置25也可以集成设置于设备本体10,其与数据处理装置15连接,并将监测的阅读面/被照面的照度值传送至数据处理装置15(该数据处理装置15具有数据处理功能或设备本体10单独设置数据处理装置)进行比较处理后输出亮度调整信号至亮度调节装置18按照上述过程进行调整。
其中,设备本体10和/或坐姿矫正设备20可以设置有定时器,于可调整的固定时间间隔内向照度监测装置25发送照度检测信号,提醒用户再次放置坐姿矫正设备20于阅读面/被照面上进行照度值监测(当照度监测装置集成设置于坐姿矫正设备20)或激活照度监测装置进行照度值监测(当照度监测装置集成设置于设备本体10)。也可以人工手动于任意时间启动该照度检测,并由设备本体10再次进行比较,以调整阅读面/被照面的照度值在照度阈值范围内和/或向所述提示装置输出报警信号,以提示用户对照明设备进行相应操作。
所述预设照度阈值范围可根据实际光线需求进行设定,例如250~350勒克斯。具体地,数据处理器23或数据处理装置15可通过一比较器将所述照度监测装置25监测的照度值与照度阈值(包括预设照度阈值及人为设定照度阈值)进行比较。
当所述阅读面/被照面的照度值处在照度阈值范围时,说明当前的环境光线强度符合健康阅读的光线要求或用户的自我需求,从而,若在照明设备未开启的情况下,则不需要开启照明设备,若在照明设备已开启的情况下,则不需要调节照明设备的照明亮度。
当所述环境光线强度不在照度阈值范围时,调节照明设备的照明亮度,和/或向所述提示装置输出报警信号,以提示用户对照明设备进行相应操作。具体地,当所述阅读面/被照面照度值低于所述照度阈值范围的下限值时,说明当前的环境光线过弱或不符合用户的自身用光需求,需要增大环境光强强度,从而,亮度调节装置18调高照明设备的照明装置的照明亮度,和/或向所述提示装置14输出报警信号,通过提示装置14进行报警,提示用户开启照明设备或调高照明设备的照明亮度。当所述环境光线强度阅读面/被照面的照度值高于所述照度阈值范围的上限值时,说明当前的环境光线过强或与用户的自身用光需求不符,需要减小环境光强强度,从而,亮度调节装置18调低照明设备的照明亮度,和/或向所述提示装置14输出报警信号,通过提示装置14进行报警,提示用户关闭照明设备或调低照明设备的照明亮度。
若在照明设备未开启的情况下,检测到所述阅读面/被照面的照度值低于所述照度阈值范围的下限值,亮度调节装置18则自动开启照明设备,或者亮度调节装置18向提示装置14输出报警信号,通过提示装置14进行报警,提示用户开启照明设备,或者经过提示装置14提示后,用户仍未开启照明设备,亮度调节装置18自动开启照明设备。
若在照明设备已开启的情况下,检测到所述阅读面/被照面的照度值低于所述照度阈值范围的下限值,亮度调节装置18则自动调高照明设备的照明亮度,还可以输出报警信号至提示装置14,通过提示装置14提示用户调高照明设备的照明亮度,以便用户根据实际需求将照明设备的照明亮度调至适当亮度。
若在照明设备已开启的情况下,所述阅读面/被照面的照度值高于所述照度阈值范围的上限值,亮度调节装置18则自动调低照明设备的照明亮度,还可以输出报警信号至提示装置14,通过提示装置14提示用户调低照明设备的照明亮度或者关闭照明设备,以便用户根据实际需求对照明设备进行相关操作,或者,经过提示装置14提示后,用户仍未关闭照明设备,亮度调节装置18自动关闭照明设备。
本发明的照明设备,通过坐姿矫正设备20和/或设备本体10定时发送光线检测信号给照度监测装置提醒用户放置坐姿矫正设备20于阅读面/被照面上,通过照度监测装置检测阅读面/被照面的照度值,以开启照明设备,既避免了环境光线充足的情况下开启照明设备时造成的资源浪费,又避免了环境光线不足且用户忘记开启照明设备时造成对视力的不良影响。而且,根据照度监测装置检测到的阅读面/被照面对照明设备进行相应操作或提示用户对照明设备进行相应操作,有助于改善用户的视力。
具体地,所述坐姿矫正设备20还用于监测用户的工作时间,该工作时间会传送至设备本体10。设备本体10的数据处理装置15中内置有第二预设时长,在所述工作时间大于第二预设时长时,发出警报。
若用户在看书写字时佩戴坐姿矫正设备20,在调整好照明设备的照度/亮度后并调整好姿势后用户佩戴坐姿矫正设备20,则坐姿矫正设备20进入正常工作状态后记录的工作时间即为用户的用眼时间,从而通过监测坐姿矫正设备20的工作时间,可以监测用户的用眼时间。坐姿矫正设备20进入正常工作状态后监测工作时间,具体可通过计时器记录坐姿矫正设备20的工作时间,在坐姿矫正设备20的工作时间大于第二预设时长(如1小时)时,发出警报。报警信号通过振动器振动报警、扬声器语音报警、蜂鸣器声音报警、显示灯灯光报警、显示屏显示报警等一种或多种警报方式进行报警,提示用户时间过长,需要休息。
所述坐姿矫正设备20还用于在监测用户的姿势数据、照度值、和坐姿矫正设备20的工作时间时,保存相应的监测数据,并将所述监测数据发送至与坐姿矫正设备20相关联的监控设备,如智能手机。
监护者可通过监控设备(如智能手机)与坐姿矫正设备20建立无线连接,进行通讯,坐姿矫正设备20将所保存的监测数据发送至监控设备,使得监控设备可根据所述监测数据生成相应的图表,以便监护者监控用户看书写字时的姿势是否正确,是否按时休息等。所述监测数据包括坐姿矫正设备20监测到的所述姿势数据、所述照度值、所述工作时间,以及所述预设阀值、所述第一预设时长、所述预设个数、所述预设照度阈值范围及所述第二时长等数据。
请特别参阅图5,于本发明优选实施方式中,设备本体10为台灯,然而于其他
优选实施方式中,设备本体10的类型并不仅限于台灯。以台灯为例,请参阅图1-图4,其包括底座11、底端连接在所述底座11上的支柱12、连接在所述支柱12顶端的灯罩13,以及安装在所述灯罩13内的照明装置(未图示),该照明装置具有发光体,其中发光体可以是LED灯、灯管、灯泡或其它发光源。
所述电源装置17、亮度调节装置18、通讯装置16和数据处理装置15均固定在所述底座11内部,所述提示装置14安装在所述底座11上。
所述底座11上凹设有容置槽110,所述坐姿矫正设备20容置在所述容置槽110内,与所述容置槽110可拆卸连接。坐姿矫正设备20与容置槽110可拆卸连接,便于用户放置坐姿矫正设备20,也便于用户取出坐姿矫正设备20佩戴。
具体地,于一优选实施方式中,容置槽110内设置有电性触点(未图示),坐姿矫正设备20设置有可被上述电性触点触发以感应坐姿矫正设备20的不同工作状态的弹性触点。
具体地,于另一优选实施方式中,所述坐姿矫正设备20可以具有安装在所述壳体21内的第一磁性器件(未图示)。
所述底座11内部安装有与所述第一磁性器件磁性相反的第二磁性器件(未图示),所述坐姿矫正设备20与所述底座11通过所述第一磁性器件、所述第二磁性器件吸合。
坐姿矫正设备20的壳体21内安装有第一磁性器件,底座11内部安装有第二磁性器件,由于第一磁性器件与第二磁性器件磁性相反,当坐姿矫正设备20容置在容置槽内时,第一磁性器件与第二磁性器件相吸,坐姿矫正设备20与底座11吸合,从而将坐姿矫正设备20固定在底座11上。当坐姿矫正设备20被外部拉力作用,例如用户从容置槽处取出时,由于外部拉力大于第一磁性器件与第二磁性器件的吸力,使得坐姿矫正设备20与底座11分离,坐姿矫正设备20被从容置槽处取出。坐姿矫正设备20通过与底座11吸合方式容置在底座11的容置槽上,便于用户放置和取出坐姿矫正设备20。
壳体21上设置的挂件,用户在需要佩戴使用坐姿矫正设备20时,通过挂件可将坐姿矫正设备20夹在衣物上,从而将坐姿矫正设备20固定在用户身上,使用坐姿矫正设备20进行姿势监测。

Claims (13)
- 一种坐姿矫正设备,与照明设备的设备本体可拆卸连接并通讯耦合,其具有壳体、监测装置、数据处理装置、电源装置和通讯装置,所述监测装置及所述通讯装置均安装在所述壳体内部或安装在所述壳体上,所述通讯装置与所述数据处理装置连接,所述电源装置为坐姿矫正设备供电;所述监测装置用于监测用户的姿势数据并传送至数据处理装置,所述数据处理装置对监测装置监测的姿势数据与其预设阀值和/或预设个数进行比较,当所述姿势数据大于预设阀值且大于预设阀值的持续时间达到预设时长时和/或当所述姿势数据大于预设阀值且个数大于预设个数时,输出报警信号至通讯耦合的照明设备的设备本体进行报警,以提示用户矫正姿势,所述电源装置为干电池或可充电电池。
- 如权利要求1所述的坐姿矫正设备,所述监测装置为加速度传感器或陀螺仪。
- 如权利要求2所述的坐姿矫正设备,所述监测装置为三轴加速度传感器或九轴加速度传感器。

- 一种照明设备,具有设备本体和如权利要求1-4任一项所述的坐姿矫正设备,所述设备本体可拆卸地收容所述坐姿矫正设备,并具有电源装置、提示装置和通讯装置,所述坐姿矫正设备与灯具本体通过各自的通讯装置进行通讯耦合,所述坐姿矫正设备用于监测用户的姿势数据并将姿势数据与内置的预设阀值、预设时长和/或预设个数进行比较,当所述姿势数据所大于预设阀值且大于预设阀值的持续时间达到预设时长时和/或当所述姿势数据大于预设阀值且大于预设阀值的姿势数据的个数大于预设个数时,则发送报警信号至设备本体的提示装置,所述提示装置用于根据所述报警信号进行报警以提示用户校正姿势。
- 如权利要求5所述的照明设备,所述坐姿矫正设备还用于监测用户的工作时间,并传送相应的监测数据至数据处理装置,并通过通讯装置将所述监测数据发送至与坐姿矫正设备相关联的照明设备的设备本体和/或监控设备。
- 如权利要求5所述的照明设备,还包括照度监测装置,其设置于设备本体或坐姿矫正设备用于监测阅读面/被照面的照度值。
- 如权利要求7所述的照明设备,所述坐姿矫正设备集成设置有照度监测装置, 照度监测装置将监测的阅读面/被照面的照度值传送至数据处理装置并传送至设备本体的数据处理装置进行处理。
- 如权利要求7所述的照明设备,所述设备本体集成设置有照度监测设备,其与数据处理装置连接以将监测的阅读面/被照面的照度值传送至数据处理装置进行处理。
- 如权利要求5所述的照明设备,所述设备本体还包括亮度调节装置,其配置为接收坐姿矫正设备处理照度值后传送的亮度调节信号,以调节设备本体的亮度在照度阈值范围内。
