Description

分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法、装置、终端及MME 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种消息的发送方法、分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法、装置、终端、MME及存储介质。
背景技术
为了保持第三代移动通信系统在通信领域的竞争力,第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称为3GPP)标准工作组正致力于演进分组域系统(Evolved Packet System,简称为EPS)的研究。整个EPS系统如图1所示主要包括演进的通用陆地无线接入网络(Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network,简称为E-UTRAN)和演进的分组核心网(Evolved Packet Core,简称为EPC)两部分。该系统的EPC能够支持用户从GSM EDGE无线接入网(GSM EDGE radio access network,简称为GERAN)和通用陆地无线接入网(Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network,简称为UTRAN)的接入。
在EPC分组核心网中,包含了归属用户数据服务器(Home Subscriber Server,简称为HSS)、移动性管理单元(Mobility Management Entity,简称为MME)、服务网关(Serving Gateway,简称为S-GW)、分组数据网络网关(PDN Gateway,简称为P-GW)、服务GPRS支持节点(Serving GPRS Support Node,简称为SGSN)和策略与计费规则功能实体(Policy and Charging Enforcement Function,简称为PCRF),其中:
HSS是用户签约数据的永久存放地点,位于用户签约的归属网;
MME是用户签约数据在当前网络的存放地点,负责终端到网络的非接入层(Non-Access Stratum,简称为NAS)信令管理、用户空闲模式下的跟踪和寻呼管理功能和承载管理;
S-GW是核心网到无线系统的网关,负责终端到核心网的用户面承载、 终端空闲模式下的数据缓存、网络侧发起业务请求的功能、合法窃听和分组数据路由和转发功能;
P-GW是EPS和该系统外部网络的网关,负责终端的IP地址分配、计费功能、分组包过滤、策略应用等功能。
SGSN是GERAN和UTRAN用户接入EPC网络的业务支持点,功能上与MME类似,负责用户的位置更新、寻呼管理和承载管理等功能。
PCRF负责向PCEF提供策略控制与计费规则。
在架构中不再有传统的电路域专用设备,所有的话音业务都是通过传输相应的IP数据包实现,即从IP数据传输的角度来看,可以认为都是数据业务。但是与普通的互联网不同的是,由于通信网络节点传输的可靠性,可以提供更好的话音业务感受。因此对于电信业务来说,话音业务是用户最关注的业务。在传统的2G/3G网络中,由于有单独的电路域设备,因此对于只想使用话音业务而不想使用数据业务(可能为了节约话费),可以通过关闭数据业务来实现。然后在4G网络中,由于没有单独的电路域设备,终端希望只使用话音业务就无法通过上述方法实现。
针对上述问题,相关技术中并未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种消息的发送方法、分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法、装置、终端、MME及存储介质,以至少解决相关技术中存在的无法实现关闭部分数据业务的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法,包括:向网络侧网元发送第一请求消息,其中,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述网络侧网元关闭PS数据业务。
可选地,所述第一请求消息中携带以下信息至少之一:需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
可选地,在向所述网络侧网元发送所述第一请求消息之后,所述方法 还包括:接收所述网络侧网元返回的第一响应消息,其中,所述第一响应消息用于指示以下至少之一:用于指示终端不允许或者不支持关闭所述PS数据业务的第一指示信息、用于指示已关闭所述PS数据业务的第二指示信息、更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。

存储器204可设置为存储应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本发明实 施例中的数据业务的处理方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器202通过运行存储在存储器204内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的方法。存储器204可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器204可进一步包括相对于处理器202远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至移动终端20。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
传输装置206设置为经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括移动终端20的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置206包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,简称为NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置206可以为射频(Radio Frequency,简称为RF)模块,其设置为通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
在本实施例中提供了一种可以运行于上述移动终端的分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法,图3是根据本发明实施例的消息的发送方法的流程图,如图3所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,向网络侧网元发送第一请求消息,其中,上述第一请求消息用于请求上述网络侧网元关闭分组交换PS数据业务。
其中,执行上述操作的可以是终端,但不限于此,上述终端请求网络侧网元关闭的PS数据业务可以是部分PS数据业务(例如,非语音的数据类业务)。上述的第一请求消息可以是终端在与网络侧建立数据连接(即,PDN连接)的过程中发送的,也可以是终端在建立了与网络侧的数量连接之后发送的。
通过上述步骤,可以由终端向网络侧网元发送用于请求网络侧网元(可以是一个或多个网络侧的网元)关闭部分PS数据业务,从而实现了有选择的关闭数据业务的功能。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述第一请求消息中携带以下信息至少之一:需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。本实施例中,终端发起数据连接建立的第一请求消息,第一请求消息中可以携带终端请求建立的APN,还可以携带需要暂停的数据业务列表,终端可以通过基站将第一请求消息发送给MME。
在一个可选的实施例中,在向上述网络侧网元发送上述第一请求消息之后,上述方法还包括:接收上述网络侧网元返回的第一响应消息,其中,上述第一响应消息用于指示以下至少之一:用于指示终端不允许或者不支持关闭上述PS数据业务的第一指示信息、用于指示已关闭上述PS数据业务的第二指示信息、更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。在本实施例中,上述的更新后的需要关闭或者不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表可以是由网络侧的MME更新的,也可以是由网络侧的PGW或者PCRF更新的。
在一个可选的实施例中,当关闭了PS数据业务之后,还可以开启关闭的PS数据业务,或者更新关闭的PS数据业务,下面对该流程进行说明:在本实施例中,还可以向网络侧网元发送第二请求消息,其中,该第二请求消息用于请求上述网络侧网元开启PS数据业务,或者,该第二请求消息用于请求上述网络侧网元更新需要关闭的PS数据业务;接收上述网络侧网元在根据该第二请求消息进行处理后返回的第二响应消息。在本实施例中,需要关闭的PS数据业务的更新可以是对数据连接上禁用的数据业务进行更新(例如,在关闭PS数据业务时,关闭的是第一PS数据业务和第二PS数据业务,更新时,可以将关闭数据业务更新为第二PS数据业务和第三PS数据业务,即,开启第一PS数据业务并关闭第三PS数据业务)。
在一个可选的实施例中,当上述第二请求消息用于请求网络侧网元更新需要关闭的PS数据业务时,上述第二请求消息中包括以下至少之一:更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
上述各实施例可以是从终端侧描述的,下面对网络侧相关网元的操作进行说明:
在本实施例中还提供了一种分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法,图4是根据本发明实施例的分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法的流程图,如图4所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S402,接收来自终端的第一请求消息,其中,该第一请求消息用于请求关闭PS数据业务;
步骤S404,判断是否允许上述终端关闭PS数据业务;
步骤S406,在判断结果为允许的情况下,触发关闭上述PS数据业务。
其中,执行上述操作的可以是MME(也可以是PGW或PCRF)。上述的终端在请求关闭PS数据业务时,可以是请求关闭部分PS数据业务(例如,仅关闭非语音的数据类业务)。
通过上述步骤,可以由终端向网络侧网元发送用于请求网络侧网元关闭部分PS数据业务,从而实现了有选择的关闭数据业务的功能。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述第一请求消息中可以携带以下信息至少之一:需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。在本实施例中,终端可以在第一请求消息中携带上述列表,网络侧网元可以根据上述列表确定终端请求关闭的PS数据业务都有哪些,并进一步判断是否允许终端关闭PS数据业务。
在一个可选的实施例中,在接收来自所述终端的所述第一请求消息之后,上述方法还包括:将上述需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表和/或不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表保存在终端的上下文中。
在一个可选的实施例中,判断是否允许上述终端关闭PS数据业务包括:根据上述终端的签约信息、漫游协议、本地配置的策略中的至少之一判断是否允许上述终端关闭PS数据业务。需要说明的是,网络侧网元根据上述签约信息、漫游协议、本地配置的策略中的至少之一进行判断仅是一种优选的实施方式,在实际应用时,若存在其他的需要考虑的因素,也 可以综合参考其他需要考虑的因素来判断是否允许上述终端关闭PS数据业务。
在一个可选的实施例中,当执行上述操作的是MME时,MME可以通过如下方式触发关闭上述PS数据业务:向公共数据网关PGW发送第三请求消息,其中,该第三请求消息用于请求上述PGW触发关闭PS数据业务;接收PGW根据第三请求消息进行处理后返回的第三响应消息,其中,该第三响应消息携带上述PGW的处理结果。在本实施例中,MME在向PGW发送第三请求消息时,由于MME和PGW之间没有直接通信的接口,MME可以通过SGW向PGW发送上述第三请求消息。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,当向PGW发送第三请求消息后,PGW可也以不返回第三响应消息,可以默认,在不返回任何响应消息的情况下是允许终端关闭上述PS数据业务,并且成功关闭上述PS数据业务(或者,也可以默认不返回任何响应消息代表其他类型的消息,例如,不返回任何响应消息说明不允许终端关闭上述PS数据业务)。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述第三响应消息中携带的处理结果可以包括以下信息至少之一:用于指示终端不允许或者不支持关闭上述PS数据业务的第一指示信息、用于指示已关闭上述PS数据业务的第二指示信息、更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。在本实施例中,该更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表,和/或,更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表可以是由PGW或者PCRF更新的,或者是由PGW和PCRF协商更新的。
在一个可选的实施例中,当上述处理结果中包括更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表和/或更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表时,在接收PGW返回的第三响应消息之后,上述方法还包括:利用更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表更新保存在终端的上下文中的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表;和/或,利用更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表更新保存在所述终端的上下文中的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
在一个可选的实施例中,PGW可以根据上述第三请求消息执行以下处理:根据本地策略判断是否允许终端关闭上述PS数据业务,并在判断结果为允许的情况下,关闭上述PS数据业务;或者,向策略与计费规则功能实体PCRF发送第四请求消息,其中,该第四请求消息用于请求PCRF关闭上述PS数据业务。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述PGW或上述PGW请求PCRF可以通过如下方式关闭PS数据业务:对上述PS数据业务设置预定的承载过滤模板TFT,或者将上述PS数据业务标记为PS数据关闭(或者,给上述PS数据业务标记PS数据关闭指示)。
在一个可选的实施例中,在判断是否允许上述终端关闭上述的PS数据业务之后,上述方法还包括:在判断结果为不允许的情况下,向终端返回用于指示终端不允许或者不支持关闭PS数据业务的第一指示信息;或者,在判断结果为不允许的情况下,对上述终端上报的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表和/或不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表进行更新,并向终端返回更新后的PS数据业务的列表和/或更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。在本实施例中,当网络侧网元判断出不允许上述终端关闭上述PS数据业务后,网络侧网元可以确定允许终端关闭的PS数据业务,并根据确定的允许终端关闭的PS数据业务更新相关列表,并将更新后的列表返回给终端。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述方法还包括:接收来自终端的第二请求消息,其中,该第二请求消息用于请求开启PS数据业务,或者,上述第二请求消息用于请求更新需要关闭的PS数据业务;根据上述第二请求消息触发对上述PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理;根据处理结果向终端返回第二响应消息。在本实施例中,在根据上述第二请求消息触发对上述PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理之后,也可以不返回第二响应消息,可以预先配置不返回任何响应消息的时所对应的情况,例如不返回任何响应消息对应执行成功的情况。
在一个可选的实施例中,当上述第二请求消息用于请求更新需要关闭的PS数据业务时,上述第二请求消息中包括以下至少之一:终端更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、终端更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
在一个可选的实施例中,根据上述第二请求消息触发对PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理包括:向公共数据网关PGW发送第五请求消息,其中,该第五请求消息用于请求PGW触发对PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理。
从上述实施例可知,在本发明实施例中,可以由终端发起数据连接/承载修改过程通知网络启动数据业务或者关闭数据业务关闭功能。MME根据签约和/或本地策略判断是否允许启动该功能。PGW/PCRF根据指示,配置特定的标识或者TFT保证只有不受限的数据业务可以收发。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行说明:
在图5所示的实施例中,UE发起数据连接建立流程通知网络数据业务(即,上述的PS数据业务,也可以简称为数据业务)关闭的流程图(需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中个,数据业务关闭也可以称为数据业务暂停)。该实施例适用于如下场景:终端发起PDN连接建立时,知道请求的APN相关的数据连接是既可以用于需要关闭的数据类业务也可以用于不需要关闭的数据类业务,例如IMS话音业务,IMS视频类业务。因此终端可以在建立数据连接的同时通知网络是否要启动数据类业务的关闭功能。可选地,终端还可以通知网络侧希望关闭的业务,或者不需要关闭的业务。
需要说明的是,图5的实施方式同样可以适用于2G/3G接入PS网络,即,终端在使用PS业务的时候只想启用或者禁用特定PS业务。如果在2G/3G网络中实现,则MME可以是服务通用分组无线业务支撑节点(Serving General packet radio service support node,简称为SGSN),而UE和MME之间的消息可以是分组数据协议(Packet Data Protocol,简称为 PDP)上下文建立请求。而SGSN和PGW/PCRF之间的流程与本发明类似。在这些消息中传递的内容和信息都是类似的,在此,不作赘述。
该数据连接建立流程可以是独立的数据连接流程,也可以是附着过程中通过附着消息携带给网络的数据连接建立过程。
如图5所示,具体流程包括如下步骤:
步骤501,终端发起数据连接建立请求,其中携带终端请求建立的APN(如果在附着流程中该参数可能不携带),是否启动数据关闭功能(即,是否关闭部分PS数据业务)。如果启动数据关闭功能,可选的,还可以携带需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。终端可以通过基站将该消息发送给MME。
步骤502,MME根据已经获取的签约数据,漫游协议,本地配置的策略中的至少之一,判断是否允许使用数据业务关闭功能。如果不允许,则不需要在步骤503~505中通知后端的SGW/PGW/PCRF。在步骤509的数据连接建立响应消息中指示终端不允许或者不支持数据业务关闭功能。考虑到兼容性问题,无论是否允许都可以显示的通知给终端是否允许数据业务关闭功能。如果允许,则在终端的上下文中记录该数据连接开启了数据业务关闭功能,如果步骤501中携带了需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,则保存在终端的上下文中。
步骤503~步骤504,MME发送创建会话请求,其中携带是否启动数据业务关闭功能。如果启动数据业务关闭功能,可选的,还可以携带需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。
步骤505,如果部署了PCRF,则PGW可以发起IP-CAN会话建立请求给PCRF,其中携带是否启动数据业务关闭信息。如果启动数据业务关闭功能,可选的,还可以携带需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。PCRF判断是否关闭或者不关闭数据业务。如果没有部署PCRF,则PGW根据本地策略自行判断。可选地,PGW或PCRF还可以修改终端需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭 的数据业务的业务列表。PCRF可以综合各种策略,例如从SPR获得的签约数据,运营商配置的策略,或者从应用层获得的策略等中的至少之一,来判断是否关闭,以及关闭哪些数据业务。
步骤506~507,PGW返回创建会话响应,如果PGW不允许该功能也可以显示的通知MME。如果步骤503~504中携带了需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,并且步骤505中修改了该内容,则在响应消息中需要携带修改过的列表信息。
如果网络侧判断后,对终端携带的发送的关闭或者不关闭的业务列表进行了修改,则采用如下几种方式进行响应:
如果PCRF/PGW对终端请求列表中的全部业务都不允许对应的操作,则PCRF/PGW通过MME通知终端该操作不允许。
如果PCRF/PGW对终端请求列表中的部分业务允许对应的操作,则PCRF/PGW通过MME通知终端授权操作的列表,或者没有授权操作的列表。
步骤508,MME更新步骤506~507中携带更新的需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。并执行数据连接建立的剩余流程。
步骤509,根据需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。PCRF或者PGW可能会在在默认承载上设定特定的TFT以保证有限的数据业务,因此可能发起承载修改流程,在默认承载上加载允许使用业务的TFT。PGW/PCRF也可以通过在相应数据业务的包过滤器中设置特定的标识来表示是否允许传输。
如果PGW/PCRF通过在承载上设置特定TFT或者在包过滤器中设置特定的标识的方式来实现启用或者关闭特定的PS数据业务,则可以不通过步骤506~508来更新希望开启或者关闭的数据业务列表。
在图6的实施例中,UE发起承载修改流程来通知网络数据业务关闭。该实施例适用于如下场景:
终端已经建立了PDN连接,并且在建立的时候没有启动数据业务关闭功能。后续终端希望启动数据业务关闭功能,就可以使用该流程通知网络。或者,
终端已经在某个数据连接上启动了数据业务关闭功能,希望重新关闭该功能(即,希望重新启用数据业务)。或者,
终端已经在某个数据连接上启动了数据业务关闭功能,但是希望对该数据连接上禁用的数据业务有更新,比如原来不允许使用IMS视频业务,现在可以启用。
如果终端希望在多个数据连接上都启动/关闭该功能,则需要多次发起该过程完成该功能的启动。对于支持多个PDN连接终端,终端可以选择只对部分数据连接开启/关闭该功能。
需要说明的是,图6所示的实施方式同样可以适用于2G/3G接入PS网络,即终端在使用PS业务的时候只想启用或者禁用特定PS业务。如果在2G/3G网络中实现,则MME可以是SGSN,而UE和MME之间的消息可以是PDP上下文修改请求。而SGSN和PGW/PCRF之间的流程与本发明类似。在这些消息中传递的内容和信息都是类似的,在此,不作赘述。
图6所示的流程包括如下步骤:
步骤601,终端发起资源修改流程,其中携带终端希望启动/关闭数据业务关闭功能相关的数据连接的默认承载标识,是否启动数据业务关闭功能。
如果启动数据业务关闭功能,可选的,还可以携带需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。
如果是更新需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,需要携带更新后的需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。
如果是关闭数据业务关闭功能,则通知网络数据关闭数据业务关闭功能。
终端通过基站将该消息发送给MME。
步骤602,MME可以根据已经获取的签约数据,漫游协议,本地配置的策略等中的至少之一,判断是否允许使用数据业务关闭功能。如果不允许,则不需要在步骤603~605中通知后端的SGW/PGW/PCRF。直接返回拒绝消息给终端,并指示不允许该操作。如果允许,则在终端的上下文中记录该数据连接启动或者关闭数据业务关闭功能,如果步骤601中携带了需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,则保存在终端的上下文中。如果终端请求关闭数据业务关闭功能,则MME更新终端的上下文,并通过步骤603~605通知后端网元。
步骤603~604,MME发送承载资源命令,其中携带终端希望启动/关闭数据业务关闭功能相关的数据连接的默认承载标识,是否启动数据业务关闭功能。
如果启动数据业务关闭功能,可选的,还可以携带需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。
如果是更新需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,需要携带需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。
如果是关闭数据业务关闭功能,则通知网络数据关闭数据业务关闭功能。
步骤605,如果部署了PCRF,则PGW发起IP-CAN会话修改请求给PCRF,其中携带是否启动数据业务关闭功能。可选的还可以携带需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表。如果没有部署PCRF,则PGW根据本地策略自行判断。
步骤606,根据是否启动数据业务关闭功能,以及需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,PCRF或者PGW发起承载修改过程,其中:
A.如果终端希望启动数据业务关闭功能,则PCRF/PGW根据终端携带的业务列表(即,终端携带的需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,和/或不 需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表),和/或本地配置的业务列表,将允许使用的数据包过滤器加载到相应的承载上去或者在相应数据业务的包过滤器中设置特定的标识来表示是否允许传输,保证这些业务相关的数据可以发送或者接收,而其他业务的数据会被丢弃。
B.如果终端已经启动了数据业务关闭功能,希望更新需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,或者不需要关闭的数据业务的业务列表,则PCRF/PGW根据终端携带的业务列表,和或本地配置的业务列表,将允许使用的数据包过滤器加载到相应的承载上去或者在相应数据业务的包过滤器中设置特定的标识来表示是否允许传输,保证这些业务相关的数据可以发送或者接收,而其他业务的数据会被丢弃。
C.如果终端希望关闭数据业务关闭功能,则PCRF/PGW根据策略可以修改已经建立的承载或者新建承载,将允许使用的数据包过滤器加载到相应的承载上去或者重新生成TFT允许所有PS数据业务传输,或者在相应数据业务的包过滤器中设置特定的标识来表示允许传输,从而允许更多的数据业务可以在相应的承载上发送数据。
上述操作也可能触发承载去活和激活操作,例如B的操作中可以修改当前已经建立的承载,也可以通过新建承载来实现。
承载修改/去活/激活的剩余流程与现有技术类似,在此,不再赘述。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
在本实施例中还提供了一种消息的发送装置以及分组交换PS数据业 务的处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。

在一个可选的实施例中,当上述装置应用于MME中时,上述触发模块包括:发送单元,设置为向公共数据网关PGW发送第三请求消息,其中,所述第三请求消息用于请求所述PGW触发关闭所述PS数据业务;接收单元,设置为接收所述PGW根据所述第三请求消息进行处理后返回的第三响应消息,其中,所述第三响应消息携带所述PGW的处理结果。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述装置还包括:第三接收模块,设置为接收来自所述终端的第二请求消息,其中,该第二请求消息用于请求开启上述PS数据业务,或者,该第二请求消息用于请求更新需要关闭的PS数据 业务;第二触发模块,设置为根据上述第二请求消息触发对PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理;返回模块,设置为根据处理结果向终端返回第二响应消息。
在一个可选的实施例中,当上述第二请求消息用于请求更新需要关闭的PS数据业务时,上述第二请求消息中包括以下至少之一:终端更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、终端更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述第二触发模块可以通过如下方式触发对PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理:向公共数据网关PGW发送第五请求消息,其中,该第五请求消息用于请求PGW触发对PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理。
在一个可选的实施例中,还提供了一种移动性管理单元MME,该MME包括上述任一项的分组交换PS数据业务的处理装置。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行上述步骤的程序代码。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称为ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称为RAM)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行上述各步骤。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤 可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种消息的发送方法、分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法、装置、终端、MME及存储介质具有以下有益效果:可以由终端向网络侧网元发送用于请求网络侧网元关闭部分PS数据业务,从而实现了有选择的关闭数据业务的功能。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种消息的发送方法,包括:
    向网络侧网元发送第一请求消息,其中,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述网络侧网元关闭PS数据业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息中携带以下信息至少之一:
    需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在向所述网络侧网元发送所述第一请求消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述网络侧网元返回的第一响应消息,其中,所述第一响应消息用于指示以下至少之一:
    用于指示终端不允许或者不支持关闭所述PS数据业务的第一指示信息、用于指示已关闭所述PS数据业务的第二指示信息、更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向所述网络侧网元发送第二请求消息,其中,所述第二请求消息用于请求所述网络侧网元开启所述PS数据业务,或者,所述第二请求消息用于请求所述网络侧网元更新需要关闭的PS数据业务;
    接收所述网络侧网元在根据所述第二请求消息进行处理后返回的第二响应消息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,当所述第二请求消息用于请求所述网络侧网元更新需要关闭的PS数据业务时,所述第二请求消息中包括以下至少之一:更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
  6. 一种分组交换PS数据业务的处理方法,包括:
    接收来自终端的第一请求消息,其中,所述第一请求消息用于请求关闭PS数据业务;
    判断是否允许所述终端关闭所述PS数据业务;
    在判断结果为允许的情况下,触发关闭所述PS数据业务。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息中携带以下信息至少之一:
    需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,在接收来自所述终端的所述第一请求消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表和/或所述不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表保存在所述终端的上下文中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,判断是否允许所述终端关闭所述PS数据业务包括:
    根据所述终端的签约信息、漫游协议、本地配置的策略中的至少之一判断是否允许所述终端关闭所述PS数据业务。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,触发关闭所述PS数据业务包括:
    向公共数据网关PGW发送第三请求消息,其中,所述第三请求消息用于请求所述PGW触发关闭所述PS数据业务;
    接收所述PGW根据所述第三请求消息进行处理后返回的第三响应消息,其中,所述第三响应消息携带所述PGW的处理结果。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述处理结果包括以下信息至少之一:
    用于指示所述终端不允许或者不支持关闭所述PS数据业务的第 一指示信息、用于指示已关闭所述PS数据业务的第二指示信息、更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,当所述处理结果中包括更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表和/或更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表时,在接收所述PGW返回的所述第三响应消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    利用所述更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表更新保存在所述终端的上下文中的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表;和/或,
    利用所述更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表更新保存在所述终端的上下文中的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述第三请求消息用于请求所述PGW执行以下处理:
    根据本地策略判断是否允许所述终端关闭所述PS数据业务,并在判断结果为允许的情况下,关闭所述PS数据业务;或者,
    向策略与计费规则功能实体PCRF发送第四请求消息,其中,所述第四请求消息用于请求所述PCRF关闭所述PS数据业务。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述PGW或所述PGW请求策略与计费规则功能实体PCRF通过如下方式关闭所述PS数据业务:
    对所述PS数据业务设置预定的承载过滤模板TFT,或者将所述PS数据业务标记为PS数据关闭。
  15. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在判断是否允许所述终端关闭所述PS数据业务之后,所述方法还包括:
    在判断结果为不允许的情况下,向所述终端返回用于指示所述终端不允许或者不支持关闭所述PS数据业务的第一指示信息;或者,
    在判断结果为不允许的情况下,对所述终端上报的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表和/或不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表进行更新,并向所述终端返回更新后的PS数据业务的列表和/或更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收来自所述终端的第二请求消息,其中,所述第二请求消息用于请求开启所述PS数据业务,或者,所述第二请求消息用于请求更新需要关闭的PS数据业务;
    根据所述第二请求消息触发对所述PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理;
    根据处理结果向所述终端返回第二响应消息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,当所述第二请求消息用于请求更新需要关闭的PS数据业务时,所述第二请求消息中包括以下至少之一:所述终端更新后的需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表、所述终端更新后的不需要关闭的PS数据业务的列表。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,根据所述第二请求消息触发对所述PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理包括:
    向公共数据网关PGW发送第五请求消息,其中,所述第五请求消息用于请求所述PGW触发对所述PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理。
  19. 一种消息的发送装置,包括:
    第一发送模块,设置为向网络侧网元发送第一请求消息,其中,所述第一请求消息用于请求所述网络侧网元关闭PS数据业务。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为向所述网络侧网元发送第二请求消息,其 中,所述第二请求消息用于请求所述网络侧网元开启所述PS数据业务,或者,所述第二请求消息用于请求所述网络侧网元更新需要关闭的PS数据业务;
    第一接收模块,设置为接收所述网络侧网元在根据所述第二请求消息进行处理后返回的第二响应消息。
  21. 一种终端,包括权利要求19或20所述的装置。
  22. 一种分组交换PS数据业务的处理装置,包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为接收来自终端的第一请求消息,其中,所述第一请求消息用于请求关闭PS数据业务;
    判断模块,设置为判断是否允许所述终端关闭所述PS数据业务;
    第一触发模块,设置为在所述判断模块的判断结果为允许的情况下,触发关闭所述PS数据业务。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述触发模块包括:
    发送单元,设置为向公共数据网关PGW发送第三请求消息,其中,所述第三请求消息用于请求所述PGW触发关闭所述PS数据业务;
    接收单元,设置为接收所述PGW根据所述第三请求消息进行处理后返回的第三响应消息,其中,所述第三响应消息携带所述PGW的处理结果。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第三接收模块,设置为接收来自所述终端的第二请求消息,其中,所述第二请求消息用于请求开启所述PS数据业务,或者,所述第二请求消息用于请求更新需要关闭的PS数据业务;
    第二触发模块,设置为根据所述第二请求消息触发对所述PS数据业务或者需要关闭的PS数据业务进行处理;
    返回模块,设置为根据处理结果向所述终端返回第二响应消息。
  25. 一种移动性管理单元MME,包括权利要求22至24中任一项所述的装置。
  26. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质包括存储的程序,其中,所述程序运行时执行权利要求1至18中任一项所述的方法。
