IMS业务自动开通方法、装置、网元和存储介质
本申请基于申请号为201610520570.2、申请日为2016年07月14日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种网络协议(Internet Protocol,IP)多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)业务自动开通方法、装置、网元和存储介质。
背景技术
IMS业务的开通方法,目前有两种:
第一种:
用户手动开通,例如,通过短信或拨打电话,手动开通IMS业务,这样的IMS业务自动开通方式,显然操作繁琐、用户体验差且由于开通繁琐导致IMS业务的使用率低等问题。
第二种:
默认开通,由通信运营商为所有用户默认开通IMS业务,这样的开通方式导致问题是:有些用户的终端压根就不支持IMS业务也为其开通了业务;且对所有用户开通了IMS业务,但是有些用户确压根用不上,但是却为这部分用户预留了资源,这样导致了资源的浪费,同时增加了网络的负载。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法、装置、 网元和存储介质,至少部分解决上述问题。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
接收终端发送的IMS注册请求;
根据所述IMS注册请求,确定所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,为所述终端开通所述IMS业务。
本发明实施例第二方面提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
归属签约用户服务器HSS,接收查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体发送的注册状态查询消息;其中,所述注册状态查询消息是所述I-CSCF实体接收到终端发送的IMS注册请求之后发送的;
根据所述注册查询状态消息,判断所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向业务运营支撑BOSS系统发送开通请求;其中,所述开通请求用于触发所述BOSS系统为所述终端自动开通所述IMS业务。
本发明实施例第三方面提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体,接收所述终端发送的IMS注册请求;
所述I-CSCF实体基于所述IMS注册请求,向归属签约用户服务器HSS发送注册状态查询消息;
接收所述HSS在判断出所述终端是否满足所述自动开通触发条件之后,返回的反馈消息;
根据所述反馈消息,向所述终端发送响应消息;其中,当所述终端满 足所述自动开通触发条件时,所述响应消息携带有注册延迟指示,所述注册延迟指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
本发明实施例第四方面提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
接收归属签约用户服务器HSS在确定出终端满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件之后发送的开通请求;
基于所述开通请求,启动所述终端的IMS业务的开通;
重置位于所述HSS中的所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识位;其中,所述开通标识位用于指示所述终端的IMS业务的开通状态。
本发明实施例第五方面提供一种IMS业务自动开通装置,包括:
第一接收单元,配置为接收终端发送的IMS注册请求;
确定单元,配置为根据所述IMS注册请求,确定所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
开通单元,配置为当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,为所述终端开通所述IMS业务。
本发明实施例第六方面提供一种网元,所述网元为归属签约用户服务器HSS,所述HSS包括:

第四接收单元,配置为接收归属签约用户服务器HSS在确定出终端满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件之后发送的开通请求;
启动单元,配置为基于所述开通请求,启动所述终端的IMS业务的开通;
重置单元,配置为重置位于所述HSS中的所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识位;其中,所述开通标识位用于指示所述终端的IMS业务的开通状态。
本发明实施例第九方面提供一种通信网元,包括:
存储器,配置为存储计算机程序;
通信接口,配置为与其他设备进行通信;
处理器,分别与所述存储器及通信接口连接,配置为通过执行所述计算机程序,实现权前述任意一个或多个IMS业务自动开通方法。
本发明实施例第十方面提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被执行后能够实现权前述任意一 个或多个IMS业务自动开通方法。
本发明实施例提供的IMS业务自动开通方法、装置、网元和存储介质,首先提供了一种自动开通IMS业务的方法,故相对于用户的手动开通,显然IMS业务自动开通简便的特点;在开通所述IMS业务之前,需要判断终端是否满足自动开通触发条件,当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件表明为所述终端开通IMS业务,该终端或该终端运行的通信账户是支持的,故不会如现有技术中默认开通方式,由于不确定终端是否满足开通条件径直开通导致资源浪费及网络侧负荷重的现象。

以下结合说明书附图及具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细阐述,应当理解,以下所说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
步骤S110:接收终端发送的IMS注册请求;
步骤S120:根据所述IMS注册请求,确定所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
步骤S130:当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,为所述终端开通所述IMS业务。
本实施例提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法,该方法可以自动为满足预设的自动开通触发条件的终端或用户开通IMS业务。在本实施例中所述IMS业务可为各种类型的业务,例如,IMS业务中的语音(Voice over LTE,VoLTE)业务或无线(Voice over WiFi,VoWiFi)业务等。
在本实施例中所述方法,在接收到终端发送的IMS注册请求时,就会进入步骤S120中,判断该终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件。而IMS注册请求是现有技术中进行任意IMS业务注册的请求,在本实施例中还将作为确定终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件的触发消息,这样终端侧的用户就不用额外的输入指令,或终端就不用利用额外的指令来进行,与现有技术的兼容性高。
在本实施例中步骤S120将判断所述终端是否满足自动开通触发条件,不同的IMS业务对应的自动开通触发条件可能不同,以下为VoLTE的自动开通触发条件:
一:该终端对应的用户为第四代移动通信4G用户;
二:该终端对应的用户为通用用户识别模块(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,USIM)卡用户;
三:已为该终端对应的用户分配了4G IMS接入点名称(Access Point Name,APN)
四:归属签约用户服务器HSS中无该用户的IP多媒体私有标识IMPI或IP多媒体公共标识IMPU。
以上四点为网络侧的网元,例如HSS或与HSS连接的如呼叫会话控制功能CSCF其他网元,判断所述终端是否满足VoLTE业务的自动开通的自动开通触发条件。
当判断出一个终端满足自动开通触发条件,且尚未开通IMS业务时,就自动为所述终端开通对应的IMS业务。在本实施例中所述自动开通触发条件,至少包括所述终端使用IMS业务所需的各种条件,当终端满足这些条件时,显然是可以使用IMS业务的,这样自动为其开通对应的IMS业务,一方面不需要用户手动开通,另一方面不会如默认开通一样导致的为不支持IMS业务的终端开通了对应的业务导致的资源浪费以及网络负荷重的问题。
可选地,所述步骤S130可,包括:
查询所述终端的IP多媒体公共标识IMPU及IP多媒体私有标识IMPI是否存储到预定存储位置;
当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述预定存储位置时,启动为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
在本实施例中所述预定存储位置可以为所述HSS,当然不局限于所述HSS,例如,还可以是所述CSCF等。
在本实施例中若所述IMPU和所述IMPI尚未存储到所述预定存储位置,表明所述终端IMS业务的开通流程尚未启动,于是启动所述IMS业务的开通,以实现为所述终端自动开通所述IMS业务。
可选地,所述步骤S130还可包括:
当所述IMPU及所述IMPI已存储到所述预定存储位置时,查询所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识;
当所述开通标识位为第一预定值时,启动为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
在本实施例中所述开通标识可用于指示当前所述终端IMS业务是否已经进入了开通状态。由于IMS业务的开通可能需要一段时间,若已启动了IMS业务的开通,但是尚未开通完毕,若不设置该标识位,可能会导致开通流程的重复启动。故在本实施例中当所述IMPU及所述IMPI已存储到所述预定存储位置时,例如,当所述IMPU及所述IMPI存储到HSS时,将查询所述开通标识位,根据所述开通标识位确定是否需要启动IMS业务的开通或IMS业务的开通状态。在本实施例中所述启动IMS业务的开通,可包括向业务支撑BOSS系统发送开通请求,触发所述BOSS系统启动对所述终端IMS业务的开通。
当所述开通标识位为第二预定值时,表明已完成为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。例如,在本实施例中所述开通标识位为0时,可表示所述开通流程尚未启动,当所述开通标识位为1时,可表示所述开通流程已启动。当然,也可以是,所述开通标识位为1时,可表示所述开通流程尚未启动,当所述开通标识位为0时,可表示所述开通流程已启动。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述方法还包括:
当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向所述终端发送延迟注册指示;其中,所述延迟注册指示,用于指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
例如,通过查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF向终端发送404响应消息,在该404响应消息中携带有所述retry-after字段。该retry-after字段即为所述延迟注册指示的一种,通常情况下,所述retry-after字段还会携带延迟注册的时间。例如所述retry-after字段的字段内容为120秒,则所述终端会接收到所述404响应消息之后的120秒后重新发送所述IMS注册请求,请求 重新IMS注册,通常此时,所述终端IMS业务的开通就完成了。在本实施例中所述retry-after字段等延迟注册指示的延迟注册时间,通常不小于为该终端完成所述IMS业务自动开通的时间,以实现在下一次终端请求IMS注册时,就完成所述IMS业务中对应的业务的开通,减少终端请求IMS注册的次数,提升IMS注册的成功率。当然在具体的实现过程中,所述延迟注册请求也可以不携带延迟注册的时间,所述终端根据与网络侧的事先协商,在间隔一个协商时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。当然实现的方式有多种,不局限于上述任意一种。
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种网络协议IMS业务自动开通方法,本实施例提供的方法为应用于HSS中的方法,具体包括:
步骤S210:归属签约用户服务器HSS,接收查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体发送的注册状态查询消息;其中,所述注册状态查询消息是所述I-CSCF实体接收到终端发送的IMS注册请求之后发送的;
步骤S220:根据所述注册查询状态消息,判断所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
步骤S230:当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向业务运营支撑BOSS系统发送开通请求;其中,所述开通请求用于触发所述BOSS系统为所述终端自动开通所述IMS业务。
在本实施例中所述HSS接收I-CSCF实体在接收终端接收到IMS注册请求发送的注册状态查询消息。
HSS在接收到所述注册状态查询消息之后,将会自动判断终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件。所述IMS业务可能包括多种子业务,每一种子业务对应的自动开通触发条件都不同,若所述终端满足其中的一种或多种的自动开通触发条件时,就启动对应IMS业务的自动开通。当所述HSS确定为该终端开通IMS业务时,就会向BOSS系统发送开通请求。所 述BOSS系统在接收到对应的开通请求之后,就会为该终端开通对应的IMS业务,从而实现有针对性的为终端开通IMS业务,避免手动开通的繁琐和效率低的同时,还能避免为终端开通其不支持的IMS业务,提升开通的精准性,同时提升IMS业务的资源有效利用率并降低网络负载。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,查询所述终端的IP多媒体公共标识IMPU及IP多媒体私有标识IMPI是否已存储到所述HSS中;
所述步骤S230可包括:
当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述HSS时,向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求。
若所述IMPU及所述IMPU未存储到所述HSS中,显然所述BOSS系统尚未启动对应IMS业务的开通,此时向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求,就可以避免向所述BOSS系统重复请求开通,减少HSS和BOSS系统之间的信令重复交互的问题。

在本实施例中所述HSS中还设置有开通标识位,该开通标识位可为一个或多个比特bit组成。当所述开通标识位为第一预定值时,表示所述BOSS系统尚未启动对该终端的IMS业务的开通流程,所述HSS向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求,不会导致开通请求的重复发送。当然,若所述开通标识位为第二预定值时,则可认为BOSS系统已启动为该终端的IMS业务 的开通流程,则不再向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求。这里的第一预定值和所述第二预定值是不同的。例如,VoLTE的所述开通标识位可称为VoLTETAG,VoWiFi的所述开通标识位可为VoWiFiTAG。
当然,所述方法还包括:
接收当所述BOSS系统对所述开通标识位的置位操作时,将所述开通标识位从第一预定值变更为第二预定值;其中,其中所述置位操作为所述BOSS系统基于所述开通请求已完成所述终端IMS业务的开通时发送的。当所述开通标识位被置为第二预定值,表示所述BOSS系统已完成了对应IMS业务的开通。通常在该状态下,则网络侧中的网元会继续所述IMS注册请求的后续处理流程。
可选地,所述方法还包括:
当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向所述I-CSCF发送预定消息;其中,所述预定消息,用于触发所述I-CSCF向所述终端发送延迟注册指示;其中,所述延迟注册指示,用于指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
所述预定消息可为UAA,在该UAA中携带有所述延迟注册指示,该延迟注册指示可用于指示终端在预定时间间隔之后,再次发起所述IMS注册请求。例如,所述延迟注册指示可包括retry-after字段。
总之,本实施例提供了一种应用于HSS中的IMS业务自动开通方法,能够用于协助终端完成IMS的自动开通,且能够提升IMS业务自动开通的精准性,避免手动开通的繁琐的同时,避免默认开通导致的资源浪费及网络侧负荷重的现象。
如图3所示,本实施例提供一种网络协议IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
步骤S310:查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体,接收所述终端发送 的IMS注册请求;
步骤S320:所述I-CSCF实体基于所述IMS注册请求,向归属签约用户服务器HSS发送注册状态查询消息;
步骤S330:接收所述HSS在判断出所述终端是否满足所述自动开通触发条件之后,返回的反馈消息;
步骤S340:根据所述反馈消息,向所述终端发送响应消息;其中,当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,所述响应消息携带有注册延迟指示,所述注册延迟指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
本实施例提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法,应用于I-CSCF实体中,所述I-CSCF实体接收终端发送的注册IMS业务的IMS注册请求,接收到请求之后,会向HSS发送注册状态查询消息。HSS接收到注册状态消息之后,就会自动判断该终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件,并会根据判断结果向I-CSCF实体发送响应的反馈消息。此时,所述I-CSCF实体接收到对应的反馈消息之后,会根据该反馈消息,向终端发送对应的响应消息。当所述终端尚未开通IMS业务,且符合自动开通触发条件时,所述I-CSCF实体会接收到HSS发送的延迟注册指示,所述I-CSCF实体会根据所述延迟注册指示向终端发送404响应消息,该响应消息中承载有延迟注册指示,该延迟注册指示可为retry-after字段,这样方便终端根据所述retry-after字段在延迟预定时间自后,再次通过IMS注册请求,请求IMS业务的注册。
如图4所示,本实施例还提供另一种一种网络协议IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
步骤S410:接收归属签约用户服务器HSS在确定出终端满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件之后发送的开通请求;
步骤S420:基于所述开通请求,启动所述终端的IMS业务的开通;
步骤S430:重置位于所述HSS中的所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识位;其中,所述开通标识位用于指示所述终端的IMS业务的开通状态。
本实施例提供的所述IMS业务自动开通方法可为应用于BOSS系统中的方法,在本实施例中所述BOSS系统在进行IMS业务自动开通时是基于HSS发送的开通请求的,而该开通请求是在所述HSS判断出该终端满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件之后发送的。即表示为该终端开通IMS业务,不会出现现有技术中默认开通导致的终端不支持对应的IMS业务的现象。在本发明实施例中所述终端满足自动开通触发条件即表示终端支持对应的IMS业务,这样自动开通避免手动开通的繁琐,同时不会出现不支持的现象。
在步骤S420中,BOSS系统接收到开通请求之后,启动该终端IMS业务的开通,所述IMS业务的开通为终端使用对应的IMS业务进行授权,例如,将终端的标识信息写入到对应的数据库,例如,将终端的IMPU及IMPI写入到终端的用户数据中,并将用户数据存储到HSS中。
如图5所示,本实施例提供一种IMS业务自动开通装置,包括:
第一接收单元110,配置为接收终端发送的IMS注册请求;
确定单元120,配置为根据所述IMS注册请求,确定所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
开通单元130,配置为当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,为所述终端开通所述IMS业务。
本实施例提供的所述IMS自动开通装置为位于网络侧的一个或多个网元形成的处理装置,例如,可以由HSS、BOSS系统以及I-CSCF实体组成形成的IMS业务自动开通装置。
所述第一接收单元110可对应于通信接口,能够从终端结束IMS注册请求。在确定终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件可包括确定终端 自身和/或终端运行的通信账号是否满足开通对应IMS业务的条件,若满足可认为是终端满足所述IMS业务的自动开通触发条件。
所述确定单元120及开通单元130可对应于处理器或处理电路。所述处理器可包括中央处理器、微处理器、数字信号处理器、可编程阵列或应用处理器。所述处理电路可为专用集成电路ASIC等。所述处理器或所述处理电路通过各种通信线路与所述通信接口连接。
本实施例提供的装置,首先可以实现自动开通IMS业务,同时在开通IMS业务时,不是随意的开通而是会判断终端是否符合自动开通触发条件,符合才对该终端开通该IMS业务,这样可以减少因默认开通导致的即便开通了IMS业务,有的通信账号压根就不使用导致的资源浪费及网络负载的重。
可选地,所述开通单元130,配置为查询所述终端的IP多媒体公共标识IMPU及IP多媒体私有标识IMPI是否存储到预定存储位置;当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述预定存储位置时,启动为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
所述IMPU和所述IMPI存储到预定位置是作为开通所述IMS业务的一个重要步骤,故在本实施例中所述开通单元130通过查询所述IMPU和所述IMPI是否存储到预定存储位置,确定是否已启动了该终端的IMS业务的开通。故在本实施例中所述开通单元130要是未在所述预定存储位置获取到该终端的IPMU和IMPI,就启动该终端IMS业务的开通。在本实施例招工难所述预定存储位置可为

在本实施例中所述第一发送单元同样对应于通信接口,该通信接口还能够通过发送延迟注册指示,指示终端在预定时间之后,重新发起IMS注册请求,通常该预定时间之后,该终端所需开通的IMS业务已经完成了开通,这样终端在下一次IMS注册请求时,就能够顺利执行各种操作。
如图6所示,本实施例提供一种网元,所述网元为归属签约用户服务器HSS,所述HSS包括:
第二接收单元210,配置为接收查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体发送的注册状态查询消息;其中,所述注册状态查询消息是所述I-CSCF实体接收到终端发送的IMS注册请求之后发送的;
判断单元220,配置为根据所述注册查询状态消息,判断所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
第二发送单元230,配置为当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向业务运营支撑BOSS系统发送开通请求;其中,所述开通请求用于触发所述BOSS系统为所述终端自动开通所述IMS业务。
本实施例所述网元为HSS,所述HSS可用于存储用户签约数据等。所述第二接收单元210及所述第二发送单元230可对应于通信接口,这里的通信接口可为无线接口或有线接口。能够与I-CSCF实体进行信息交互。所述判断单元220同样可对应于处理器或处理电路,能够基于注册查询状态消息的触发,判断终端是否满足自动开通触发条件。在判断出终端符合自 动开通触发条件之后,通过向BOSS系统发送开通请求,触发BOSS系统为该终端开通对应的IMS业务。
可选地,所述HSS还包括:第一查询单元,配置为当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,查询所述终端的IP多媒体公共标识IMPU及IP多媒体私有标识IMPI是否已存储到所述HSS中;所述第二发送单元230,配置为当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述HSS时,向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求。为了避免重复发送开通请求,本实施例所述HSS还引入了第一查询单元,这里的第一查询单元对应的为处理器或处理电路。这里的处理器或处理电路通过查询所述IMPU及IMPI是否存储到HSS,确定是否向BOSS系统发送开通请求。
可选地,所述HSS还包括:第二查询单元,配置为查询所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识位;所述第二发送单元230,配置为当所述开通标识位为第一预定值时,向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求。
在本实施例中所述第二查询单元同样可对应于处理器或处理电路,通过查询所述开通标识位,确定是否向BOSS系统发送开通请求,避免重复发送开通请求。
在一些实施例中,所述第二接收单元210,还配置为接收当所述BOSS系统对所述开通标识位的置位操作时,将所述开通标识位从第一预定值变更为第二预定值;其中,其中所述置位操作为所述BOSS系统基于所述开通请求已完成所述终端IMS业务的开通时发送的。
在本实施例中BOSS系统在完成IMS业务开通之后,通过发送重置指令等,对HSS中的开通标识位进行重置。
本实施例提供了一种HSS,能够判断终端是否符合自动开通触发条件,在满足自动开通触发条件之后,才会发送开通请求,触发BOSS系统对终端的IMS业务的开通。
在一些实施例中,所述第二发送单元230,还配置为当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向所述I-CSCF发送预定消息;其中,所述预定消息,用于触发所述I-CSCF向所述终端发送延迟注册指示;其中,所述延迟注册指示,用于指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。

本实施例提供的一种I-CSCF实体,能够在接收到终端发送的IMS注册请求转发给HSS。所述第三接收单元310和所述第三发送单元320对应的都是通信接口,该通信接口可为有线接口或无线接口。所述有线接口可包括电缆接口或光缆接口。所述无线接口可对应于各种天线。
如图8所示,本实施例还提供另一种网元,所述网元为业务运营支撑BOSS系统,包括:

本发明实施例提供了一种通信网元,包括:

以下结合上述任意实施例提供几个具体示例:
示例一:
如图9所示,本示例首先提供一种通信系统,能够应用上述IMS业务自动开通方法,包括BOSS系统、HSS、I-CSCF实体、ENUM/DNS、VoLTE AS、SAE-GW以及与用户设备UE。这里的UE对应于前述的终端。所述ENUM为Telephone Number Mapping working group的缩写,对应的中文为电话号码映射工作组。所述DNS为Domain Name System的缩写,对应的中文为域名系统。所述ENUM/DNS可用于存储用户数据和/或业务数据。所述VoLTE AS为提供VoLTE业务服务的应用服务器。
所述HSS、I-CSCF实体及BOSS系统可组成前述IMS业务自动开通装置。本示例提供的IMS业务自动开通装置,此自动开通装置复用IMS初始注册流程,在HSS、I-CSCF、业务支撑系统侧增加自动开通功能逻辑,实现对指定IMS业务(例如VoLTE业务)的自动开通触发。
自动开通装置可以使用的前提是:在HSS中为目标用户签约IMS网络APN。这里的目标用户可为全部4G用户或根据策略定义从4G用户中筛选的部分用户。
IMS业务自动开通装置,对HSS进行增强:HSS中增加自动开通功能逻辑,增加自动开通触发条件,对满足自动开通触发条件的用户触发自动开通。
IMS业务自动开通装置,对HSS进行增强:HSS中增加自动开通触发条件,针对不同业务可设置不同的自动开通触发条件。
对于VoLTE业务,自动开通触发条件可设置如下:
i.用户为4G用户;ii.用户为USIM卡用户;且iii.用户已签约4G IMS APN(APN名称为IMS);且iv.HSS中无该用户的IMPI/IMPU。
IMS业务自动开通装置,对HSS进行增强:HSS中增加业务开通标识,标识业务开通状态:如对于VoLTE业务,增加VOLTETAG标识用户开通状态:VOLTETAG=1标识用户已开通,VOLTETAG=0标识用户未开通。
IMS业务自动开通装置,对HSS进行增强:HSS中增加自动开通处理逻辑,能够判断自动开通触发条件,并返回正确响应。如对VoLTE业务,HSS在收到I-CSCF发送的用户注册状态查询请求之后,HSS设备需要检查注册状态查询请求中用户的IMPI和IMPU在HSS中是否存在。如果IMPI和IMPU不存在,且满足自动开通触发条件时,HSS在向I-CSCF回复自定义错误原因值如在experiment-result中携带experiment-result-code为4999,向BOSS触发VoLTE开通请求。如果IMPI和IMPU不存在,且不满足以上自动开通触发条件时,HSS向I-CSCF回复5001(DIAMETER_ERROR_USER_UNKNOWN)错误原因。如果IMPI和IMPU在HSS中已经存在,并且VOLTETAG未置位,则HSS应拒绝注册状态查询请求,HSS向I-CSCF回复自定义错误原因值。如果注册状态查询请求中用户的IMPI和IMPU在HSS中已经存在,并且VOLTETAG也已置位,则继续后续处理。这里的VOLTETAG为前述的开通标识位的一种,所述VOLTETAG未置位相当于所述开通标识位为第一预定值。
IMS业务自动开通装置,对I-CSCF进行增强:I-CSCF增加自动开通功能,当I-CSCF收到HSS返回的UAA中携带自定义错误原因值时,向终端返回正确响应。例如对VoLTE业务,I-CSCF收到HSS返回的UAA响应,携带自定义错误原因值(如experiment-result-code为4999)时,向终端回复404响应,携带retry after字段。
IMS业务自动开通装置,对业务支撑系统进行增强,BOSS支持接收来自HSS的开通请求,并执行开通操作。开通成功后,向HSS置位相关IMS业务标识,例如对VoLTE业务,应置位VOLTETAG。
示例二:
如图10所示,本示例提供一种IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
步骤1.UE开机,进行联合附着并建立IMS公用数据网(Public Data Network,PDN)连接。这里的UE对应于前述的终端。
步骤2.IMS注册,触发IMS业务自动开通。
步骤3.VoLTE业务开通。
步骤4.IMS重新注册。
所述步骤1可包括:
UE向移动管理实体MME的附着请求;
MME向I-CSCF发送ULR/ULA;
UE发送附着接受。
UE与MME之间建立IMS IPD连接建立。

第一:终端开机,进行联合附着并建立IMS PDN.
第二:终端发起IMS初始注册,I-CSCF向HSS发起终端注册状态查询请求,在收到I-CSCF发送的终端注册状态查询的消息之后,HSS应执行下列查询功能:
HSS设备需要检查注册状态查询请求中终端的IMPI和IMPU在HSS中是否存在:
1)如果IMPI和IMPU不存在,满足以下自动开通触发条件时:
i.终端为4G终端;
ii.终端为USIM卡终端
iii.终端已签约4G IMS APN(APN名称为IMS)
HSS在向I-CSCF回复4999错误原因,同时,向BOSS发送VoLTE开通请求消息。
2)如果IMPI和IMPU在HSS中已经存在,并且VOLTETAG未置位,则HSS应拒绝注册状态查询请求,HSS向I-CSCF回复自定义错误原因值4999错误原因。
3)如果注册状态查询请求中终端的IMPI和IMPU在HSS中已经存在,并且VOLTETAG也已置位,则继续后续处理。
I-CSCF收到HSS的UAA响应携带4999后,向UE返回404响应, 响应中包含retry-after头域。
第三:支撑系统执行现网VoLTE业务开通流程。
第四:终端收到含有Retry-after的404响应,等待retry-after时间后,终端重新发起IMS注册:
1)若此时HSS中VOLTETAG未置位,则HSS拒绝注册状态查询请求,HSS向I-CSCF回复4999错误原因,终端再次收到含有Retry-after的404响应(重复第四步骤);
2)若此时HSS中OLTETAG已置位,则终端IMS注册成功,可正常使用VoLTE业务。
通过在HSS\I-CSCF\业务支撑系统中增加自动开通功能,复用IMS初始注册流程,为目标终端进行业务无感知开通。对终端无新增要求,无需新增网元,终端无需重启即可使用业务。新增4G终端VoLTE签约状态感知平台,为终端提供确切的USIM卡VoLTE签约信息,从而为VoLTE终端决定终端界面、业务界面、补充业务如何配置、自动开通VoLTE业务等提供保障和可能。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个 地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,凡按照本发明原理所作的修改,都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例中提供的技术方案中,终端在发送IMS注册之后,网络侧的网元会自动判断该终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件,若满足时,则为该终端开动同IMS业务,相对于用户的手动开通具有开通更加简便更加智能的优势,相对于通信运营商的全部开通,可以根据用的需求是否开通和/或根据用户的个性需求对应开通,从而能能够根据用户特点进行开通,能够在工业上产生积极的效果;且可以通过变更终端和/或网元中的计算机程序代码就能够实现上述操作,故在工业上的可实现性强且具有工业推广前景广的特点。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种网络协议多媒体子系统IMS业务自动开通方法,包括:
    接收终端发送的IMS注册请求;
    根据所述IMS注册请求,确定所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
    当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,为所述终端开通所述IMS业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,为所述终端开通所述IMS业务,包括:
    查询所述终端的网络协议IP多媒体公共标识IMPU及IP多媒体私有标识IMPI是否存储到预定存储位置;
    当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述预定存储位置时,启动为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,为所述终端开通所述IMS业务,包括:
    当所述IMPU及所述IMPI已存储到所述预定存储位置时,查询所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识;
    当所述开通标识位为第一预定值时,启动为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,
    当所述开通标识位为第二预定值时,表明已完成为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向所述终端发送延迟注册指示;其中,所述延迟注册指示,用于指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
  6. 一种网络协议多媒体子系统IMS业务自动开通方法,其中,包括:
    归属签约用户服务器HSS,接收查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体发送的注册状态查询消息;其中,所述注册状态查询消息是所述I-CSCF实体接收到终端发送的IMS注册请求之后发送的;
    根据所述注册查询状态消息,判断所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
    当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向业务运营支撑BOSS系统发送开通请求;其中,所述开通请求用于触发所述BOSS系统为所述终端自动开通所述IMS业务。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,查询所述终端的网络协议IP多媒体公共标识IMPU及IP多媒体私有标识IMPI是否已存储到所述HSS中;
    所述当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向业务运营支撑BOSS系统发送开通请求,包括:
    当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述HSS时,向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    查询所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识位;
    所述当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述HSS时,向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求,包括:
    当所述开通标识位为第一预定值时,向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    接收当所述BOSS系统对所述开通标识位的置位操作时,将所述开通标识位从第一预定值变更为第二预定值;
    其中,其中所述置位操作为所述BOSS系统基于所述开通请求已完成所述终端IMS业务的开通时发送的。
  10. 根据权利要求6到9任一项所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向所述I-CSCF发送预定消息;其中,所述预定消息,用于触发所述I-CSCF向所述终端发送延迟注册指示;其中,所述延迟注册指示,用于指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
  11. 一种网络协议多媒体子系统IMS业务自动开通方法,其中,包括:
    查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体,接收所述终端发送的IMS注册请求;
    所述I-CSCF实体基于所述IMS注册请求,向归属签约用户服务器HSS发送注册状态查询消息;
    接收所述HSS在判断出终端是否满足自动开通触发条件之后,返回的反馈消息;
    根据所述反馈消息,向所述终端发送响应消息;其中,当所述终端满 足所述自动开通触发条件时,所述响应消息携带有注册延迟指示,所述注册延迟指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
  12. 一种网络协议多媒体子系统IMS业务自动开通方法,其中,包括:
    接收归属签约用户服务器HSS在确定出终端满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件之后发送的开通请求;
    基于所述开通请求,启动所述终端的IMS业务的开通;
    重置位于所述HSS中的所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识位;其中,所述开通标识位用于指示所述终端的IMS业务的开通状态。
  13. 一种网络协议多媒体子系统IMS业务自动开通装置,其中,包括:
    第一接收单元,配置为接收终端发送的IMS注册请求;
    确定单元,配置为根据所述IMS注册请求,确定所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
    开通单元,配置为当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,为所述终端开通所述IMS业务。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,
    所述开通单元,配置为查询所述终端的网络协议IP多媒体公共标识IMPU及IP多媒体私有标识IMPI是否存储到预定存储位置;当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述预定存储位置时,启动为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,
    所述开通单元,配置为当所述IMPU及所述IMPI已存储到所述预定存储位置时,查询所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识;当所述开通标识位为第一预定值时,启动为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,当所述开通标识位为第二预定值时,表明已完成为所述终端所述IMS业务的开通。
  17. 根据权利要求13至16任一项所述的装置,其中,
    所述装置还包括:
    第一发送单元,配置为当所述终端IMS业务满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向所述终端发送延迟注册指示;其中,所述延迟注册指示,用于指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
  18. 一种网元,所述网元为归属签约用户服务器HSS,所述HSS包括:
    第二接收单元,配置为接收查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体发送的注册状态查询消息;其中,所述注册状态查询消息是所述I-CSCF实体接收到终端发送的IMS注册请求之后发送的;
    判断单元,配置为根据所述注册查询状态消息,判断所述终端是否满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件;
    第二发送单元,配置为当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向业务运营支撑BOSS系统发送开通请求;其中,所述开通请求用于触发所述BOSS系统为所述终端自动开通所述IMS业务。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的网元,其中,
    所述HSS还包括:
    第一查询单元,配置为当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,查询所述终端的网络协议IP多媒体公共标识IMPU及IP多媒体私有标识IMPI是否已存储到所述HSS中;
    所述第二发送单元,配置为当所述IMPU及所述IMPI未存储到所述HSS时,向所述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的网元,其中,
    所述HSS还包括:
    第二查询单元,配置为查询所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识位;
    所述第二发送单元,配置为当所述开通标识位为第一预定值时,向所 述BOSS系统发送所述开通请求。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的网元,其中,
    所述第二接收单元,还配置为接收当所述BOSS系统对所述开通标识位的置位操作时,将所述开通标识位从第一预定值变更为第二预定值;
    其中,其中所述置位操作为所述BOSS系统基于所述开通请求已完成所述终端IMS业务的开通时发送的。
  22. 根据权利要求18到21任一项所述的网元,其中,
    所述第二发送单元,还配置为当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,向所述I-CSCF发送预定消息;其中,所述预定消息,用于触发所述I-CSCF向所述终端发送延迟注册指示;其中,所述延迟注册指示,用于指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
  23. 一种网元,所述网元为查询呼叫会话控制功能I-CSCF实体,所述I-CSCF包括:
    第三接收单元,配置为接收所述终端发送的IMS注册请求;
    第三发送单元,配置为向归属签约用户服务器HSS发送注册状态查询消息;
    所述第三接收单元,还配置为接收所述HSS在判断出终端是否满足自动开通触发条件之后,返回的反馈消息;
    所述第三发送单元,还配置为根据所述反馈消息,向所述终端发送响应消息;其中,当所述终端满足所述自动开通触发条件时,所述响应消息携带有注册延迟指示,所述注册延迟指示所述终端在预定时间之后,重新发起所述IMS注册请求。
  24. 一种网元,所述网元为业务运营支撑BOSS系统,包括:
    第四接收单元,配置为接收归属签约用户服务器HSS在确定出终端满足IMS业务的自动开通触发条件之后发送的开通请求;
    启动单元,配置为基于所述开通请求,启动所述终端的IMS业务的开通;
    重置单元,配置为重置位于所述HSS中的所述终端的IMS业务的开通标识位;其中,所述开通标识位用于指示所述终端的IMS业务的开通状态。
  25. 一种通信网元,包括:
    存储器,配置为存储计算机程序;
    通信接口,配置为与其他设备进行通信;
    处理器,分别与所述存储器及通信接口连接,配置为通过执行所述计算机程序,实现权利要求1到12任一项所述的网络接入方法。
  26. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被执行后能够实现权利要求1到12任一项所述的网络接入方法。
