Description

一种自动封闭式尿液采样器以及尿液采样方法 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械的技术领域,特别是尿液采样器的技术领域。
背景技术
在对尿液进行检测前需要对尿液进行采样,目前临床上基本上都使用一个较大口径的尿杯采集尿样,然后再将尿液倒入或移入到尿样管内。在将尿液移入尿样管的过程中容易将尿液洒在尿样管外,且尿样管在移动的过程中容易将尿液洒出。尿液与外界空气长时间接触,不但容易使得尿样变质,而且会挥发出来,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种自动封闭式尿液采样器以及尿液采样方法,能够使尿样采集时不易从尿样管中洒出,且采集完成后尿液不易挥发也不易从尿样管中洒出。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一方面,提出了一种自动封闭式尿液采样器,包括采尿杯、细头、弹性密封垫、瓶盖、主通道、通气槽、尿样管,所述采尿杯侧壁上设有紧固头,紧固头上连有细头,所述尿样管的管口上固定有瓶盖,瓶盖由盖顶和盖身组成,所述盖身固定在尿样管的顶部外侧,盖顶上开设有贯穿盖顶的主通道,主通道与紧固头相配合,主通道侧壁上开设有贯穿盖顶的通气槽,所述盖顶底部固定有弹性密封垫,弹性密封垫上设有十字切口,所述细头通过十字切口刺穿弹性密封垫。
作为优选,所述采尿杯呈上大下小的圆锥台形,紧固头设置在采尿杯的侧壁的中下部,紧固头和采尿杯紧密连接,紧固头与细头之间通过圆锥台形的过渡环连接。
作为优选,所述弹性密封垫由弹性橡胶制成,十字切口位于弹性密封垫的中心。
作为优选,细头的远离采尿杯侧截面小于细头的靠近采尿杯侧截面。
作为优选,所述盖身内壁上设有双头内螺纹,尿样管上设有与双头内螺纹相配合的双头外螺纹。
作为优选,所述紧固头外侧固定有若干圈密封环,密封环将紧固头和主通道之间的间隙完全密封。
根据本发明的另一方面,提出了一种自动封闭式尿液采样方法,包括以下步骤:
(S1)将细头和紧固头通过主通道插在瓶盖上,其中,采尿杯侧壁上设有所述紧固头,所述紧固头上连有所述细头,尿样管的管口上固定有所述瓶盖,所述瓶盖由盖顶和盖身组成,所述盖顶上开设有贯穿所述盖顶的主通道,所述主通道与所述紧固头相配合;
(S2)在所述细头完全插入后,使得所述细头将弹性密封垫刺穿,其中,所述盖顶底部固定有弹性密封垫,所述弹性密封垫上设有十字切口,所述细头通过所述十字切口刺穿所述弹性密封垫;
(S3)使用者手持所述尿样管,在所述采尿杯中加入尿液,然后将所述采尿杯缓缓倾斜,尿液流入所述尿样管内;
(S4)所述尿样管内的空气通过通气槽溢出,其中,所述主通道的侧壁上开设有贯穿所述盖顶的通气槽;
(S5)当尿样管内的尿液装满或接近装满时,旋转所述尿样管以倒出多余尿液,再将所述采尿杯和所述尿样管缓缓分离,分离后所述弹性密封垫恢复到初始状态并且将所述瓶盖密封,使得尿液不易从所述尿样管中流出。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将带有十字切口的弹性密封垫设置在瓶盖内,使得尿样管具有良好的密封性,尿样不易从尿样管中洒出,同时在进行尿液检测时不需要打开盖子即可检测;通气槽的设置使得在尿液进入尿样管的过程中尿样管中的空气可顺利地排出;密封环的设置可以有效 的将紧固头和主通道之间的间隙进行密封,防止尿液大量溢出。

参阅图1、图2和图3,根据本发明的一种自动封闭式尿液采样器,包括采尿杯1、细头3、弹性密封垫8、瓶盖5、主通道6、通气槽7、尿样管4,所述采尿杯1侧壁上设有紧固头2,紧固头2上连有细头3,所述尿样管4的管口上固定有瓶盖5,瓶盖5由盖顶51和盖身52组成,所述盖身52固定在尿样管4的顶部外侧,盖顶51上开设有贯穿盖顶51的主通道6,主通道6与紧固头2相配合,主通道6侧壁上开设有贯穿盖顶51的通气槽7,所述盖顶51底部固定有弹性密封垫8,弹性密封垫8上设有十字切口80,所述细头3通过十字切口80刺穿弹性密封垫8,所述采尿杯1呈上大下小的圆锥台形,紧固头2设置在采尿杯1的侧壁的中下部,紧固头2和采尿杯1紧密连接,紧固头2与细头3之间通过圆锥台形的过渡环11连接,所述弹性密封垫8由弹性橡胶制成,十字切口80位于弹性密封垫8的中心,所述细头3呈圆锥台形,细头3的远离采尿杯1侧截面小于细头的靠近采尿杯1侧截面,所述盖身52内壁上设有双头内螺纹50,尿样管4上设有与双头内螺纹50相配合的双头外螺纹40,所述紧固头2外侧固定有若干圈密封环20,密封环20将紧固头2和主通道6之间的间隙 完全密封,所述瓶盖盖顶51底部固定有弹性密封垫8,弹性密封垫8上设有十字切口80。
本发明工作过程:
参阅图4,示出了根据本发明的一种自动封闭式尿液采样方法的步骤。根据本发明的一种自动封闭式尿液采样器在工作过程中,在未使用前,采尿杯1与尿样管4相互分开,需要采集尿样时,先将细头3和紧固头2通过主通道6插在瓶盖5上,完全插入后,细头3将弹性密封垫8刺穿,紧固头2通过密封环20固定在主通道6内,且使得紧固头2与主通道6之间完全密闭,手持尿样管4,在采尿杯1中加入尿液,然后将采尿杯1缓缓倾斜,尿液流入尿样管4内,在尿液流入的过程中,尿样管4内的空气通过通气槽7溢出,当尿样管4内的尿液装满或接近装满时,旋转尿样管倒出多余的尿液,再将采尿杯1和尿样管4缓缓分离,分离后弹性密封垫8恢复到初始状态,弹性密封垫8将瓶盖5密封,使得尿液不易从尿样管4中流出。整个过程在密闭环境中完成,尿液不易洒出,后续的取样和检测中不需要打开瓶盖,非常方便。

  1. 一种自动封闭式尿液采样器,其特征在于:包括采尿杯(1)、细头(3)、弹性密封垫(8)、瓶盖(5)、主通道(6)、通气槽(7)、尿样管(4),所述采尿杯(1)侧壁上设有紧固头(2),所述紧固头(2)上连有所述细头(3),所述尿样管(4)的管口上固定有所述瓶盖(5),所述瓶盖(5)由盖顶(51)和盖身(52)组成,所述盖身(52)固定在所述尿样管(4)的顶部外侧,所述盖顶(51)上开设有贯穿所述盖顶(51)的主通道(6),所述主通道(6)与所述紧固头(2)相配合,所述主通道(6)侧壁上开设有贯穿所述盖顶(51)的通气槽(7),所述盖顶(51)底部固定有弹性密封垫(8),所述弹性密封垫(8)上设有十字切口(80),所述细头(3)通过所述十字切口(80)刺穿所述弹性密封垫(8)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动封闭式尿液采样器,其特征在于:所述采尿杯(1)呈上大下小的圆锥台形,所述紧固头(2)设置在所述采尿杯(1)的侧壁的中下部,所述紧固头(2)和所述采尿杯(1)紧密连接,所述紧固头(2)与所述细头(3)之间通过圆锥台形的过渡环(11)连接。

  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动封闭式尿液采样器,其特征在于:所述盖身(52)内壁上设有双头内螺纹(50),所述尿样管(4)上设有与所述双头内螺纹(50)相配合的双头外螺纹(40)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动封闭式尿液采样器,其特征在于:所述紧固头(2)外侧固定有若干圈密封环(20),所述密封环(20)将所述紧固头 (2)和所述主通道(6)之间的间隙完全密封。
  7. 一种自动封闭式尿液采样方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括步骤:
    (S1)将细头(3)和紧固头(2)通过主通道(6)插在瓶盖(5)上,其中,采尿杯(1)侧壁上设有所述紧固头(2),所述紧固头(2)上连有所述细头(3),尿样管(4)的管口上固定有所述瓶盖(5),所述瓶盖(5)由盖顶(51)和盖身(52)组成,所述盖顶(51)上开设有贯穿所述盖顶(51)的主通道(6),所述主通道(6)与所述紧固头(2)相配合;
    (S2)在所述细头完全插入后,使得所述细头(3)将弹性密封垫(8)刺穿,其中,所述盖顶(51)底部固定有弹性密封垫(8),所述弹性密封垫(8)上设有十字切口(80),所述细头(3)通过所述十字切口(80)刺穿所述弹性密封垫(8);
    (S3)使用者手持所述尿样管(4),在所述采尿杯(1)中加入尿液,然后将所述采尿杯(1)缓缓倾斜,尿液流入所述尿样管(4)内;
    (S4)所述尿样管(4)内的空气通过通气槽(7)溢出,其中,所述主通道(6)的侧壁上开设有贯穿所述盖顶(51)的通气槽(7);
    (S5)当尿样管(4)内的尿液装满或接近装满时,旋转所述尿样管(4)以倒出多余尿液,再将所述采尿杯(1)和所述尿样管(4)缓缓分离,分离后所述弹性密封垫(8)恢复到初始状态并且将所述瓶盖(5)密封,使得尿液不易从所述尿样管(4)中流出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种自动封闭式尿液采样方法,其特征在于:所述盖身(52)固定在所述尿样管(4)的顶部外侧。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种自动封闭式尿液采样方法,其特征在于:所述采尿杯(1)呈上大下小的圆锥台形,所述紧固头(2)设置在所述采尿杯(1)的侧壁的中下部,所述紧固头(2)和所述采尿杯(1)紧密连接,所述紧固头(2)与所述细头(3)之间通过圆锥台形的过渡环(11)连接。
